    I ordered a phone from amazon india. Today the package was out for delivery. Delivery agent asked me for otp which is to be send by them. I didnt received any otp. I gave my phone to delivery agent said you can check my phone there is no otp. He asked me to see my amazon app over there also I haven’t seen anything. After that the delivery agent entered a wrong otp after seeing my text and now the delivery company cancelled the product. There was technical glitch that I haven’t received otp and the agent entered a wrong otp and because of him my ordered was cancelled. After that i called an amazon agent they said they will try to re- attempt the delivery after 23. Approx 15 mins after i called again and now the agent is saying that they couldn’t do anything and the previous agent lied about the re - attempting.

      I ordered New Apple Watch Series 6 (GPS, 44mm) - Space Grey Aluminum Case with Black Sport Band | B08J6FCFVN ( B08J6FCFVN ) from amazon.in with order Id[protected] under the name of Venus bishnoi on 2nd march 2021 on 5th march 2021, received the ordered product with proper invoice tax receipt vide invoice no:IN-DEL[protected] but most shockingly after unpacking the same i found the entire was fake and duplicate and cheaper in quality and for the same i raise for the refund so in first instance your organization created pickup for my watch and now they are denying the pickup for the same stating that your organization have investigated the matter and came out with decision that they shipped correct item and in result mental stress and mental harassment has been inflicted towards me. also I have sent them legal notice via my lawyer which was delivered to them on 20th April via Tracking ID CC - EW[protected]IN trackable at Indian post, yet they have not replied to legal notice nor they have refunded, I also went to authorized apple service center they also denied of being original and provided job sheet,

      now on 18th may they have came to pick it up and but till today they have not refunded

        Amazon delivery boy They call and text me night and day, That too has been going on many times
        So I called Amazon Customer Care and gave the compliant. Then again the delivery boy started calling and texting me and it was night time too
        He has had his annoyance for a year, I called Amazon customer care several times but there was no response from their side, Then his annoyance increased.He also started texting me from many different apps
        A solution must be found as soon as possible
        Because he is a terrible nuisance that can not be tolerated. His details are given below

          My name is Srirenganayagi.L. and I had ordered sofa cum bed for kids of RS.875 in Amazon on June 2. I cancelled this order due to personal reason.
          Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 30005111531153104497971
          and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So

            I have ordered a trimmer from amazon on 13th june 2021 . the delivered date was between 15th - 17th june 2021 . the payment has been done through card but till now i didn't get my order . it was important on that day only . but not get till yet . so i want to get this company complaint not giving delivery at proper time

              I ordered a Manga (Book) from Amazon on the 3th of May, 2021. It was going pretty well but a few days later I was informed that it was running late. A day after that, i was asked to review the product even though it has not been delivered to me. My order section does not even say it has been delivered. I checked the tracking number and tried to track but Bluedart does not even recognize the tracking number even though it was shipped through bluedart.

              I understand that it may also be because of local restrictions but curfew and lockdown have been long removed in my area.

              I have not received my product and it has been nearly a month and two weeks. Please refund my money or atleast deliver my product to me.

              I paid it through google pay. UPI Transaction Id is[protected].

              Amazon Order number is[protected].

              Ps. I tried contacting the seller but amazon kept redirecting me back to my order.

              I have enclosed the relevant information in image.

              I called customer care and finally got it resolved after I asked for a refund multiple times. They stated that the manga was out of stock. OUT OF STOCK AFTER I BOUGHT AND PAID FOR IT? bad service.

                I had ordered a product from Amazon on June 6 and I returned in June 10 the refund amount of Rs 299. Amazon has sent me a notification that amount refunded to your account but the amount has not been credited to my account yet.The refund reference no is 30005111571157234840118. called Canara Bank customer care but they didn't solve the issue so I request to check and process the refund.

                    I placed order at Amazon to buy venus water geyser on 23th may 21 and I paid Rs 5978. I have received the defective item on 29th may 21, I asked replacement on the same day itself. The new item has arrived up to final station and refused to deliver and sent back to the seller. Then I asked them to pick up the old defective item since 29th may 21, the defective item has not picked up so far. I have been waiting for more than 20 days to resolve this issues and I am contacting amazon customer care everyday regarding this matter. Either they have to complete the pick up or they have to issue my refund, nothing has happened so far.

                                  Amazon ECOM courier service is very bad, They have 3 times made out for delivery but not delivered.

                                  For the same issue I have raised complaints to your customer service but they are also useless. I have called him 8 times in 4 days. Everyone promised me that the product will be delivered tomorrow but all are lies.

                                  Even your one of senior executive talked with delivery boy, delivery boy accepted to product in warehouse and they are made out for delivery on portal.

                                  After every possible try, the product was not delivered and refund initiated.

                                  I have been your prime member for the last 2 years, so what is the use of your prime membership?

                                  I am going to expose you to all types of social media and consumer complaint websites, if i will not get any revert from you.

                                        My name is Suraj Sao. I ordered realme buds 2 on 27th May 2021. Order no.[protected]. But the product I received was earphones from different company. The day I received the product, in the afternoon I called customer care and get informed about different product I have received and placed the return or replacement order and then pickup team comes and After checking the product on behalf of amazon pickup team, the item pickup team took the item which I received, but still I did not receive my item.When I talked to amazon customer care then I came to know that the product I returned is wrong on amazon.in. But when I returned the product to the pickup boy, I took the photos of the product. The product delivered to me I have returned the same product to amazon pickup team. Get it checked by higher authority and get my original realme buds 2 product delivered to me as soon as possible.
