I have not received my refund yet in my bank account and its been two months they are saying they have given the refund I want to know the status of my refund.But bank is saying they have not get the refund.

      As i had buyed a product from amazon and i have to refunt it due to some reasons so my money has to be credited on 25 th march and after 3-4 days when i have not got my money so i called amazon then they told me that you have to call to your bank and then i called yo my bank that is bank of baroda then after 15 i havent got my payment so please solve my issue or else i will take legal action on them.

        As per tracking record (Tracking ID : AW[protected]IN) product is out for delivery at 11.57 AM on 15th June. How then it is not delivered today ? Its already 33 hours over. Why now the expected date of delivery being mentioned as 17th June-19th June ? Why I am being asked to wait till 19th June, Sunday. How a customer being asked to wait for 96 hours from the date the product has been out for delivery ?

          Ordered a Fusion5 4G Tablet (Tracking ID : AW[protected]IN) on 7th June. It was supposed to be delivered today by 9 PM. The product not yet delivered. Now expected date of delivery is mentioned as 17th - 19th June. Why so much delay.

            I ordered a package and got a delayed delivery which is understandable due to Pandemic. But once I opened the package I saw that the package was already open. I still ignored it and later that day I realised on small item was missing. I reached customer support and asked them to send me a part which is missing instead they said they will be replacing the entire product. I said ok for that and told them that I have a marriage and there are restrictions in the city for commute due to Covid and so I asked them to inform me a day prior so that I can come home for replacment.For which they said we cannot call all our customers like that and they cannot(Agent Shivani from chat was arrogant here but I ignored). So I asked them if they can delivery it on a specific day and they said they can arrange it and cannot garaunty it. so, I traveled home to receive the delivery on 27th May'21 and I see that the package is being received next day and not that day. When I reached them to ask why it was delayed they were rude to me. Specially Gopi from escalation team spoke to me rudely. I lost my cool and scolded him and reaching here for help. They are taking my money to provide new product instead provide me used product and that to delayed delivery and a part missing and they are least bothered about my situation and to acknowledge and ask to wait till tomorrow. If this happens in the US or other country they would have refunded the amount and gifted the product to customer but because we are in India and they know Indian cannot do anything they are ignorent to me. I told them I am not asking for a refund or gift I have to go for a marriage and I am waiting here because of there fault and wanted them to delivery my product before 8 AM next Day(28th May'21) and they said they cannot Guaranty. I am a customer who is indirectly paying there salaries by buying products from them and they show there arrogance to me because they know that customer in India cannot do anything. I desperately want consumer helpline team to take this up and help me with the Compensation(RS:8052.11 Product Cost + Rs:1500/- My travel Charges + Rs:1000000/- for insulting me on call and chat, which totals to 109552.11/-) for this issue and show these Giant companies that Indian courts could and will take Stringent action on them.               On the 7th of June I ordered a gift for my very close friend's birthday from Amazon In. It has to be there on the 13th of June. There was a delay but not any explanation. I contacted Amazon customer service and was assured it will reach on 15th of June. When it was not, I contacted again. The person whom I contacted left the chat without any explanation and there came another one who after reading what I wrote left the chat too without any explanation. there was the third one, who finally assured me the parcel will reach today. Today after a long wait I decided to contact them again and got to know it will reach on the 23rd of June...and after some time they told me it will be on the 21st! I am not an Indian citizen and do not know what is wrong in this country's service but I can say they are awful! I have already stopped using Indian Post service due to the same reasons. Now Amazon there does the same! And the customer support doesn't really know what to do to solve my problem but they constantly repeat sorry, we apologize...they are making a fool of themselves. Must be known that such things are absolutely not possible to happen in Europe and I do not know how to react. This is ridiculous! They do not give me any information but constantly repeat it is due to the Covid situation there. I do not know why the parcel is delayed and what is happening with it. They only offer me a refund but I do not need it, I simply want the gift to be delivered as today it's my friend's birthday. I have already sent two emails to their customer help, I got an automatically sent mail where they wrote that they will contact me within 6 hours. But till now not any reply. I simply want to know where my parcel is. Why is it delayed? When will it reach? What is wrong with services there and whom I can ask for help as I am not living in India but far from there? And if the situation there doesn't allow them to deliver orders, why do they get orders? How can they leave their customers without any explanation and to just lie to me that it will be there tomorrow? This tomorrow never ends! I am disgusted!

                In silicon city, Rau Indore, the product does not deliver on time. Sometimes product auto reschedules on next day and mostly product delivery after 3 o'clock when the product already reached Indore 1 day before.

                  I had placed order for purchase of few items including FLITE Men's Grey Black Flip Flops vide order No.[protected] dated[protected]. Yesterday I received delivery of the items except the above mentioned item. Delivery status shows that the said items stands delivered. I have already lodged a compliant in this regard through your customer care executive. please look into and resolve.

                    On June 13 my 5 year old granddaughter was using alexa and was sold The Extreme Farts Extension Pack for $1.99. This morning I was able to stop it in my Alexa Skills but I want my $1.99 returned on my credit card.

                            My amazon email id ([protected]@gmail.com ). I purchased a product from amazon on 18 may 2020 and my order no. Is[protected].
                            But due to some issue i returned my product and asked for the refund, the product was picked up on 23-may-2020 and as per the company policy they notify me that the amount will be credit to my account by date 27-May-2020.
                            As per their confirmation refund was intiated on 20th May but still it was not reflecting in my account.

                              I have tried to unlock my account speaking at length to two different service team members over the last 4 days.
                              They mention that they will solve the problem, but despite repeated assurances, it has not been solved.
                              I have been a prime customer for more than 5 years and the way I am being treated is pathetic.

                                Refund not received within timeline as per defined policy of amazon India ltd. After every follow up through customer care they were just saying refund will be processed such things were happening since last 20 days.

                                  Actually I subscribed for Amazon Academy subscription with a amount of ₹11, 999...but as I didn't liked it, I decided to cancel it out and ask for refund as their was a refund policy of 7 days. I cancelled my subscription before 7 days as per their refund policy and had a call with Amazon Customer care, they told me it would take 3-5 days but today it's 8-9th day today and yet I have not received it, actually they send me a reference I'd:

                                  But the amount is not shown in my Axis Bank Account

                                    My account is on hold from 10 days, i dont know why they did that. I havent done anything. I made a call to the amazon service but they replied that they cant help me with this hold issue, i have to mail amazon account service. I did the same but nothing changed.
                                    My account was created by mobile number and no email address as it was optional and now they r saying that please contact with the emaild address linked with that account, how i would be able to contact with an email address which was never linked to that account

                                        I was purchased a Food processor 30 may 2021 of Rs.5766. I have confirmed return process on 8th June 2021 because the product is defective.
                                        But till today no response for pickup no one came to pick the order.
                                        Now, I cancel return and again want to start return process but it shows window close.
