    Recently I ordered a
    Yamaha AG06 MK2 Black 6-Channel Live Streaming Loopback Mixer/USB Interface through Amazon.
    The product was delivered on 25th January 2025. When I opened the box the product was not in the box, I received empty box. The product was Cash on Delivery. Product was of 16999/-

    I called the customer care for the help they said that our investigation team is saying we have delivered the product.

    I have written multiple mails to them, but they didn't responded. Twitted multiple times on twitter.

    Then I have taken a legal action against them through Online Legal India, but they didn't responded to that also.

      Hi Team, I ordered Samsung S23 ultra mobile in exchange with my Iphone 11, after I received the phone, I see there are touch issues and SPEN (Stylus) is stuck inside.. I raised a return, delivery person came and inspected the phone and took it.. Now Amazon investigation team is saying IMEI number mismatch and not issuing refund.. I suspect delivery agent has misplaced or someone at return office has replaced.. Phone has been inspected and taken back and after 1 week they said IMEI number mismatch, please help.

        One of your female employee was giving me the fake fake resolution I am your prime customer since many years and when I was having some issues she was giving me fake response just for the good feedback it's really disappointing that your customer is having some issues infact solving the issue or she can also give the right information but for the sake of good feedback your employees are giving the fake information it's not right we are trusting Amazon from many years and making payments and purchasing the product from the Amazon we should get the right information instid of fake resolution I personally recommend the company to take some kind of action against this people because of which the name and reputation of a renowned company like Amazon is getting spoiled there are lots of companies which is not giving this kind of fake information just because you are giving much benefits and products we are using the Amazon time to think just for the sake of reputation of the company

          Ordered a WD 18TB Hard Disk using AMAZON Platform. But AMAZON delivered the wrong product (Ezykam WIFI CAMERA).

          I am reaching customer care support regarding the same issue since 31 Jan 2025. First, they said they will investigate and asked me to contact them on 6 Feb 2025. On 6 Feb 2025, they said they will not provide the correct product and the return window will close on 7 Feb 2025 and therefore I, the customer, will be left with loss of the money paid( Rs 43, 699.00/-) and nothing will be done from the Amazon side. No one contacted me for the past one week from Amazon regarding the issue.

          This is typical of fraud. Amazon is colluding with sellers to do the fraud. Make customers pay a high amount online upfront. Send the wrong product. Keep the issue on hangover customer support within the grievance raising window(of 7 days, return within 7 days window). They have on purpose disabled RETURN OPTION on this particular product ONLY. This is FRAUD. And I request concerned authorities to take major penal and material judgement against AMAZON which has resorted to fraud and hurt INDIAN CONSUMERS.

          And over the various phone conversations today, I have realized that AMAZON INVESTIGATION TEAM IS LYING. No one reached me, no one called me. I request Amazon to share me a scan of the parcel where it shows that the package handed to me had the correct product at time of delivery if their investigation team is not lying.

            Hi I ordered WHP jeweller's 2 gm gold coin from Amazon India on 31st Jan it was delivered and when I opened the box It was empty I Registered a complaint with the team they said it wasn't empty they delivered it correct

              I have four Amazon Fire TV sticks inIindia. There is an app called
              Amazon MXPlayerTV which is crashing everytime it is started on all of these Fire TV sticks. I have updated and restarted the apps but no improvements. I sent an email to [protected]@mxplayer.in who have responded that they have received my mail on 25 Jan 2025 with ticket #MX-2727965 but after that there is no response to my reminder emails nor is there any improvement. I wish that this issue be resolved at the earliest.

                  I am writing this complaint to seek justice for the distress caused by Amazon.in. I had ordered a baby nutrition product Little joys Nutimix Nutrition powder 350g, Order ID:[protected] from their platform on[protected]. The product was supposed to be delivered to my address Nagedra Reddy, 5-36, kummara street, kanduru village, Somala mandal, chittoor district, andhra pradesh, India 217234.
                  The customer care centre's response is unacceptable. As a customer, I had placed trust in Amazon.in's delivery system and expected prompt delivery of the product. The lack of assistance from the customer care centre has left me feeling helpless and frustrated.

                        I have bought Dr. Trust air mattress, which was a defective product, and as per the term and condition the product have 7 days replacement policy, but when I raise a request for return of the product, the pickup was automatically cancelled, then I have raise complaint in amazone customer care, by their ends multiple times pickup raised, but same result, pickup was rejected, then I raise investigation complaint in amazone, but without solving my problem the case was closed, when I asked for returns amount, amazone customer care team completely deny for refund, so I raise a voice in consumer court for refund of my money against the product what I have paid.

                          Dear Sir,

                          On 27th Dec 2024, I ordered a LaCie Rugged USB-C 5TB Portable External Hard Drive Order Number:[protected] for which I paid Rs.9299/-. The same was supposed to be delivered on 1st Jan 2025. Amazon has provided the tracking ID of the package sent via BlueDart.

                          On Jan 1st afternoon, I got an SMS stating the package has been delivered. I called Amazon and informed the same. Amazon customer service asked me to wait to till next day as product delivered is marked on BlueDart website only and not on Amazon. I called Amazon on Jan 2nd and asked for refund or product delivery tracking. They asked me to call after Jan 6th as there might be delay upto a week as per their customer care. I called on Jan 7th and raised a complaint for the refund. Amazon said, they will raise for an investigation and after investigation they will provide refund.

                          Interesting fact is as per Bluedart website tracking, on Jan 1st 2025 at 1.21pm it was reported as I have provided incorrect pin and at 1.23pm, packet got delivered. No one has called on my number and no courier agent came to even nearby houses which I confirmed.

                          On Jan 13th, I called Amazon again and the reply I got via was shocking - "BlueDart delivered the intact box to you, confirmed by your signature on 28 December, 2024". As per Bluedart tracking itself, the packet was booked on 28th Dec 1.54pm at Rajkot only. I didn't understand what kind of investigation their Specialist team has conducted.
                          Amazon team said that "Packet was delivered to you, so no refund, nothing can be done". I tried to contact higher authorities but they said nothing can be done eventhough I contact their higher official as reply from Specialist team is final.
                          I even requested a re-investigation on this case with the screenshots attached. I even asked Amazon to contact Bluedart and confirm the elivery of the packet which they are not ready to do.
                          I contacted Bluedart and informed the non-delivery of the tracking ID [protected]. Bluedart replied that except the pincode 625017, the name, address, contact number nothing is mine as per their document.

                          Amazon is not even ready to accept their Specialist team's investigation failure, to contact BlueDart and confirm the non-delivery of packet to me or anything. All they are doing is mere denial from Jan 13th. My fund of Rs.9299 is blocked from Jan 1st with them.

                          I hereby request you to kindly consider this case and give proper compensation and fine to Amazon so that no one will ever face this kind of negligence.

                            This mail is in reference to the Order id[protected], With great disappointment I express my utmost frustration in ordering a product ZOTAC Gaming GeForce RTX 4060 Ti Twin Edge 16 GB GDDR6 Graphics Card purchased on 16.12.2024 from Amazon and on 23.12.2024 a completely a fraud item was delivered to me ( a damaged SMPS). I am very upset and surprised to see such disgraceful act from a reputed online e-commerce website like amazon. After many follow ups and request for refund or replace the faulty item since 23.12.2024 I have not received any service or help from Amazon. Hence I would bring this discrepancy to Honorable Justice of India and our respected Consumer forum and will pledge for justice. As an legal citizen of India and After paying in advance of such an hefty amount of Rs 44581 for purchasing a graphics card, I received a damaged SMPS in place of the graphics card. The way amazon is dismissing the case and covering the sellers fault is not bearable.

                            Hence its my heartiest request to honorable justice of Consumer Forum to kindly intervene in this issue and provide help to the needy.

                              I ordered a product on 5th november 2024 which was returned by me on 13th of november and today is 08th Jan 2025 still my refund hasn't been added to my bank account and everytime i call amazon customer care they issue my refund everytime (as they say ) but still i don't have it.                                 there was a call on 3rd T 930 pm for delivery, and said will delivery tomorrow, no delivery happened till now,
                                called customer care to find out about the status, all the support agents are rude and called not solve the delivery issues

I am writing to express my ongoing frustration with the handling of my order and the communication I've received from Amazon team. I was informed that no action could be taken until a response was received from their backend team regarding my issue. However, I am concerned that the investigation has not been conducted thoroughly or fairly, leading to an incorrect and unfair resolution.

                                  To clarify, I ordered 12-hour absorbent adult diapers, but received 10-hour absorbent adult diapers instead. This discrepancy is causing significant inconvenience, and the delay in resolving this matter is creating undue hardship. I find it troubling that Amazon team has confirmed that the correct product was delivered without any proper verification of the issue. Such conclusions are not only premature but also disrespectful, as they undermine the legitimate concerns I have raised.

                                  Additionally, I have been informed that my account exceeds the allowable number of return or refund requests. However, I have not requested any returns or replacements for previous orders, except in cases where products were damaged/wrong. I have ordered many items from Amazon, both from my account and from my relatives accounts, and this is the first time I am encountering such an issue. I believe this assertion regarding my account's return history is unfounded and does not reflect the facts.

                                    Dear sir/madam,
                                    I am prabha sunam and i am the prime customer of amazon india, i have ordered boldfit knee caps for women & men knee support for men gym knee cap for men knee pain relief products knee support for women knee brace for knee pain knee pad knee guard knee band knee belt - l with order no #[protected] and it was supposed to be delivered today on 4th of january 2024, but now the status is showing delivered, but it is not delivered to me. It is very disappointing for a prime customer to see this bad performance of amazon, if these companies are doing this and why should we take your subscripton?. I want my package delivered today itself asap.

                                        I would like to complaint against Amazon india for delay and non responsive refund process for undelivered product.
                                        I have ordered a product with order Id:
                                        [protected], however product was undelivered due to some amazon internal or merchandise issue. I do received a notification that your refunded amount will be redirected to my original payment method (which is amazon pay balance) which was not yet receive till date even after multiple follow up with costumer care and they were not even providing satisfactory reason for delay refund.
