I have received a damaged product under Order ID[protected] and immediately placed request for replcement.

A Delivery Boy named Naveen kumar (as Truecaller) having mob. no.[protected] called on 30th June, 2025 and mentioned that he came for replacement but he was not coming to home to complete the transaction rather was calling the family members to come on to the road near our resident to complete the trsanction.

Such behaviour of Delivery Boy is not acceptable by a regular customer like us. Hence request you to take serious note of this and take appropriate action to complete the return/replacement of the damaged product for which we have raised request.

      I m Renuka
      I received a wrong product from Amazon and returned it the very next day. After waiting over 10 days without receiving my refund, I contacted customer support on May 15. I was assured the issue would be resolved by May 25, but nothing happened.

      On May 27, I called again and was connected to the finance team. The representative claimed the item came from a "north side" location and said they couldn't process the refund—then why they have to give a option as refund ? And abruptly ended the call in a rude manner& talk of repeatly saying the same things not give a solution to my refund problem

      Later, I connect a call with another support agent told me my refund was denied because I uploaded an "incorrect product." This makes no sense as I returned exactly what I received. I am frustrated with the conflicting responses and poor treatment.

      I request immediate action to investigate this issue and process my refund.

        Hello
        I've purchased this laptop from amazon on 14th may 2025
        order number:[protected]
        the order delivered on 16 may 2025 and the shipping box was damaged and delivery person was in hurry and left soon after delivering the parcel. as I opened the parcel and checked all item this laptop I received was not working so I complaint about this and amazon said to connect with Dell, they can't help in this matter. so I connected with dell and they said they can't replace the product and can only repair the product. again I connected with amazon and they denied and said only dell can help and asked to collect DOS certificate, to which dell associate denied to give and said they don't have authority to provide any kind of DOS certificate.

        Then on 17 may 2025 I reached out to Dell service center in Delhi, Kamla Nagar, they said the same thing about product that is only repair can be done that too only if part get available in 2-3 weeks and nobody in all India can replace the whole product only repair can be done.
        again I tried amazon customer services and somehow they created my return for 20th may 2025 to be pick- up date of the product.

        On 20 may 2025 no-one contacted me or visited to collect the product so I reached out to the delivery team and asked when will they pick up said product to which they clearly denied and said they will not pick up and asked me to contact customer service.
        so I reached out to the ACS team they re-scheduled the return for 21 may 2025.

        On 21 may 2025 no one came to pick up the said product. I reached out to the delivery person again and they said some other person will come and collect the item to which I waited but no one came.

        On 21 may 2025 Again, I reached out to amazon customer service and they created some enquiry investigation for the said product and told me to wait and reach out to them on 26 may 2025.

        On 24 may 2025 they created another return pick-up to be scheduled for next day that is 25 may 2025. I reached out and asked if someone will seriously be coming to pick up the product to that the ACS executive said if they pick up the product than that is well and good if not than u should reach out on 26 may 2025

        On 25 may 2025 Again, no one came to pick up the product and another pick up was created by ACS for 26 may 2025
        When I objected to wait any longer they said you have to wait there is no other option available at the time and I asked to connect me with their senior and after many request they did and I was connected to their super special team leader and they listened to my issue and assured me that the product will be picked up on 26 may 2025 no matter what if not picked up than your refund will be initiated at any cost. To which I get some relived and asked him to personally take up the case and do the needful.
        On 26 may 2025 no one came to pick up the product again.
        When I reached out to the ACS they told me that the return pick up is rescheduled for 27 may 2025 and I should wait another day for the product to be pick up.

        and I'm frustrated and been harassed to my end point I can't wait any longer as they re only tossing me around and ignoring the issue

        I want serious action to be Taken against them, that is as follows:
        1. :- the Amazon India
        2. :- Seller Clicktech Retail private limited
        3. :- ACS ( Amazon Customer Services)
        4. :- Delivery team

        Kindly look into the issue and provide me the solution to the earliest

          My ordered product suppose to delivered on Saturday and based on my availability on delivery address and order my new smart phone. first time i git msg saying -the delivery person unable to contact you post sowing out of delivery in Amazon App. due to that i have cancelled the product and cancelled other accessories also which was for my smart phone.

          Next week also i order based on may availability at my home and the same think happening repeatedly don't know what to do...Its a worst experience.

          Again i order phone accessories also. there is no meaning of these accessories if phone is not delivered.

              My name is Dr Darshan J Gandhi, . I have been regular customer of amazon for 10 yrs.
              I have ordered on 28th April 5 pc parts. One package gigabyte 3 in 1 was expected to be delivered on 1st may in which I was expecting 1 gigabyte motherboard, 1 SSD card and 1 XPG ram.
              Out of that 1 order having name "XPG ADATA XPG Gammix D30 DDR4 16GB (1x16GB) 3200MHz U-DIMM Desktop Memory RAM- AX4U3200316G16A-SR30, "
              Is not delivered and it was missing.

                Ordered 14th may and delivered 15th may. Same day within hour checked this was registered on april itself. Amazon told, they will work with internal team and informed me to check on 20th. on 20th, they told they will return pickup on 20th, but not happened. Again they told 21st when checking 20th.

                Now an automated call came and it itself rescheduled tomorrow. Keeps on checking with them, but nothing is working, All screenshots and videos are attached.

                  I, Dr. Pooja G. Koppa, submit this complaint against Amazon India for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice as follows:
                  On 09/05/2025, I received a laptop of a different model with inferior specifications, which is not as per the contract of sale. This constitutes a clear case of delivery of wrong product and deficiency in service. I immediately contacted Amazon customer care and explained the issue, attaching photos and order details. Despite repeated follow-ups, I received only apathetic and unhelpful responses, and no corrective action was taken. I request an immediate replacement with the correct laptop model as per my order, or Full refund of the amount paid. Compensation for inconvenience and mental harassment caused. Any other relief deemed fit by the Forum. I respectfully request the Forum to direct Amazon to resolve my grievance as above, and to take appropriate action to prevent such unfair practices in the future.

                    I purchased a TV for ₹15, 500 from Amazon, trusting their claim of free installation. However, the technician who came to my house insisted on installing a wall mount, stating that only they could do it, or else the warranty from Amazon would be void. He charged ₹4, 000 for the wall mount installation, claiming it included the service and the product. When I argued, he threatened that the warranty would not apply. I have proof of the payment. Spending an extra ₹4, 000 for installation and warranty on a ₹15, 500 TV is outrageous and deceptive! This is a scam by Amazon. I urge everyone to avoid buying from them.                       Hello, iam writing to file a complant regarding the item i had purchased feblich portable camping stove with carrying case... Order id:[protected] online via amazon.in for RS.1649. order placed: 24 December 2024. But received broken case and not functioning the lock and unlock knob. Return and refund is not accepted and Amazon hidden my order details and I can't find the order on Amazon site. Customer service argue me like that the email id from me is contacting them is no registered with any Amazon account. And in your Amazon account there is no email id registered (only registered with a mobile no.) so they can't find the order details.then i decided online consumer complaint for help.                           I notice that when the issue is difficult to handle, the chat agents lie to the customer that they in their capacity have processed the refund and it will get credited back to amazon pay balance within 24 hours.

                          However later when you get a call back from amazon it's clear that it was all fake.
                          Amazon agents on chat just to satisfy customers make false promises.

                            Bought item from amazon on 9th jan 2025, received wrong size item seller wakefit initiated refund on[protected] of 32683.8/-.
                            But i have not received it till now, have called amazon customer care multiple time in these days around atleast 15-20 times. All customer care executing asking same details of issue then again taking 15-20 minutes every time and then says i will get my amount in 3-5 days. But till now did not receive my amount back from amazon.
                            I dont know what to do who can help me in this.
                            Its around 2 months after refund initiated and still i have not received it.

                                I ordered a Taco-TP Link CC Camera (costing ₹4, 599) from Amazon on March 20th, 2025. The product was delivered, but upon opening the package, I found that a completely different item had been sent.

                                I immediately contacted Amazon customer service to report the issue. I was informed that an investigation would be initiated. After waiting patiently for five days, I followed up again. The representative apologized for the error and asked whether I preferred a refund or a replacement. I requested a replacement, but was told that a replacement was not available, so a refund would be processed instead.

                                The return pickup was scheduled for April 4th, 2025, and the wrong item was successfully collected on that date. I was informed that the refund would be initiated within 13 days of the pickup. I am attaching the supporting document below for your reference.

                                However, by April 17th, 2025, I had not received the refund. I contacted customer service again and was told that another investigation would be raised.

                                Two days later, I followed up again, only to be told that the refund could not be processed because the product was "intact" when delivered. I questioned how this could be the case, especially since I had already received an apology and confirmation that the wrong product was sent during the initial investigation. Unfortunately, no clear explanation was provided, and the representatives remained unresponsive.

                                I kindly request that this matter be escalated and resolved. The incorrect product was delivered, acknowledged, and picked up by your delivery partner. I am simply asking for the refund that was promised to me. Please look into this issue and ensure that my refund is processed without further delay.

                                  In Amazon India. Havells 3 litter water heater, I ordered 12th April and I delayed received at 16 th April. When I fix this water heater it works well, after it’s reach the temperature and auto cutoff . After a hour it’s not providing hot water. Then I call Amazon customer care they connect to technician an he said can’t return this product I send a havells technician he will conform about the product.
                                  Next day technician called I didn’t pickup call and he came next day on 19th he checked and said thermal sensor problem I will clear it on Monday 21st. He also not came then call has closed till today nobody came . I don’t want defective product. I want refund of the product and worst service from service centre

                                    Hi, I ordered "Kibo Women's Solid Lilac Organza top" and
                                    "DEIDAD Women's Regular Fit Cotton Printed Top_Multicolour" from Amazon on 16march25 . Due to not fit reason I returned "DEIDAD Women's" top and "Kibo Women's Solid" was put for exchange size XL by me. On 26March2025 my both the orders was picked up together . As per amazon business policy my refund was to be initated but no return was credited . I talked to 3-4agents of amazon customer support and after many conversations i received the return of "DEIDAD Women's" top but still my one refund is pending for "Kibo Women's Solid Lilac Organza top" . Now i am unable to tap the support executive . Attaching the photos with status what is displaying on the amazon account . Its displaying product is lost in transit .

                                      I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G (Mystic Black, 12GB RAM, 256GB Storage) from Amazon India on March 4, 2025 (Order ID:[protected] for ₹53, 999, expecting a brand-new, Indian model with warranty. However, I received a used, single-SIM device that was out of warranty, as confirmed by Samsung Authorized Service Center. The first call on this phone was made in June 2022, proving it was used and refurbished. Despite raising a return request within Amazon’s policy timeline, Amazon has repeatedly denied my refund or replacement, even after their own technical team verified the issue. I have provided all evidence, including the Samsung service center job sheet, invoice with IMEI number, and Amazon’s product listing—yet Amazon refuses to act against the fraudulent seller. Instead, they are misleading me and closing my case without resolution. I have also filed a complaint with National Consumer Helpline (Grievance No: 6949338), but Amazon falsely claimed the issue was resolved. I demand an immediate refund or a proper replacement, failing which I will escalate this legally and highlight Amazon India’s unfair business practices on social media and news platforms. Jago Grahak Jago, please intervene and ensure justice for me and other consumers facing such fraudulent practices.
