Amazon has refunded 10024 rupees on 16/12/2024 which is not been credited to my bob account till date. They have provided with refund reference number[protected]. Kindly investigate the issue and do the needful.

    Amazon's electronic items are mostly used or new cover on item and sell as new
    I have placed a battery and I claim warrenty but Amazon said that Amazon did not give any warrenty and contact to seller which no any detail are provided by Amazon
    I am trying for 2 manth but I didn't get warrenty

      Ordered Kurti Set on 16th Nov'23 and got delivery around 20th Nov'23 however got different product hence returned the product and asked for refund but yet after 2 months its still showing as "Return Started"

        Made a complaint last June 3rd complaining that I joined with Amazon.com online job. They asked me to make more payments but they didn't give me my money back. I paid more LKR 650, 000/= for purchases they asked me to pay. I contacted "Yanina 5858" via Telegram. I will attach some screenshots for your reference. I tried contact them but now they don't respond. I would be extremely grateful if you could assist me in retrieving my money. Please help me; I am pleading for your assistance. This is my second complaint against Yanina5858 at Amazon.com.

          This is with reference to missing items in Order id[protected]
          I had ordered for 3 packs of Olay Day cream + Night cream. That is a total of 6 items. But I received only 1 pack ie 2 items. I paid fully in cash but to my horror found that 2/3 of my order was missing. I immediately placed a complaint as soon as I could connect to your CS on 16th Dec and was promised that it will be refunded and action will be taken after payment has been settled with the delivery agent. Nothing happened so I called again on 18th Dec and was promised again that action will be taken after 4 working days ie 22nd Dec and money will be refunded to my bank account. I have been following up every 2-3 days but nothing is happened.
          Today is 8th Jan but amount of Rs.2390 is not refunded to my bank account.
          This is not expected from an esteemed company like Amazon.

            I had ordered fastrack watch from link Fastrack Limitless X|Large 1.91"... https://www.amazon.in/dp/B0CGTW292T?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

            This link says it's product color is TEAL.

            We received it in the box which says product color GREEN.

            We initiated the investigation on 31st Dec 2023 and amazon closed return window on 6th Jan 2024 by saying they delivered the correct product.

            I am not sure who I should contact now.

            Please initiate the return. Thanks

              Replacement issue not satisfied

              I have placed an order of Beardo trimmer for Rs.1619 on 29th december 2023, the order which i received few days later was a used product, with missing accessories (comb), also one attachment is same insterd of a large trimmer head (photos are provided) . Hence on the same day i raised a complain regarding the same and they have initiated a replacement for it. After few more days when the delivery guy arrived at my location with the replacement...

              Horrible experience buying the mini refurbished PC from Amazon with order[protected]. From day 1 itself the product is showing black screen. The inspection has been scheduled and no one turned for inspection. The product is not worth the price it was sold. The product was sold by seller usedyetnew. Please do not buy refurbished product with SSD if you do not want to waste money.

                Seller has sent me delivery receipt in which AWB bill number is same but entire shipment details is all different due to which my status is showing delivered .When i track AWB number in the Delhivery Logistic Company office then we know its different. The seller is cheap & fraud attempt they didn't ever shipped the product, updated wrong pickup & tracking information on website that's why my status is show delivered.                       I ordered a product from Amazon by using a voucher code. The order was automatically cancelled by the team itself. After asking them multiple times about my voucher, they denied. Technical team and customer team were contradicting with their statement. After that i received a mail from the team that as an apology they will be providing us a replacement product. As of today replacement order has also been cancelled twice by the company and they have taken my voucher back as well. After giving everything documented, they are denying from there own words

                          I had ordered two sets of Men's, Women's & Girl's Regular Fit T-Shirt One Red and One Blue set both amounting to Rs.1499 each Total Rs.2998 from Amazon.in App on 18th October 2023. I had requested for return of the products on 28th October 2023 which was within the purview of the Return policy of Amazon (Attached screenshots shows the return window last date as 5th November 2023). But the same was shown as pending approval from the seller. I had contacted Amazon Customer Care about the matter to which they replied that they will arrange for pickup of the order as well as advance refund (Mail attached as received from customer care) on 7th November 2023. But despite my request, they have not picked up nor refunded the amount. This will cause unnecessary loss of interest for me as I had paid the same from my HDFC Credit card. So, I request you to kindly look into the matter and enable me refund of my paid amount as well as interest (amount not calculated) for the matter.

                            on Amazon. However the most important information about the product model number also called MTM Machine Type Model by Lenovo is not provided by seller or Amazon.

                            Without MTM I won't purchase the product.

                              I had booked the TV on 15-Dec-2023 . the same has to be delivered by 17-Dec-2023. after n=my conversation with amazon via chat the response was "the pack was tampered with tag and the same was returned back .(which was happened on 17 Dec 2023). after soon i spoke to customer care of amazon, they replied with sorry and with confirmation of the amount will be refunded within 72 and the same was refunded to me on 20 dec 2023. this was the case1

                              again i booked a LG 87CM(34 inches) ultra wide Full HD Display on 24-DEC 2023 and the same was suppose to be delivered on 25 Dec 2023 which was not delivered . while i was spoke to customer care amazon on 25 Dec 2023 they were told that the item will be delivered by before 10PM on 25 Dec2023. when i was tried to speak to the customer care amazon the recording was malfunctioned and it was saying that the the reciever of the call was busy by saying hello before that . this states that amazon wis trying to make profit out with the common man money .

                                I think I scammed by Amazon task mall

                                I got this people from Facebook they gave me a link and told me tht to get an access to the Amazon task mall I must deposit 100 fast to get to task I did more and more I almost deposited the 10000 now the mall task are keeping increase prices to deposit now I should deposit 6000+ to finish the last task it's what they are saying now...

                                I am very disappointed with this kind of poor, worst, or pathetic return service provided by Amazon.

                                Product details:

                                Order date 09-Dec-2023

                                Order #[protected]

                                Order total Rs. 2, 799.00

                                Received on the 13th of December as a bit of a used product, but still, we accepted it and tried to use it, but the performance was very poor, and we are not satisfied with this product, so we raised a request on the 19th of December for a return pick-up scheduled for the next day, i.e., the 20th of December, but nobody from the Amazon pickup team gave a single call to me and did not visit my place.

                                So in the evening, I gave a call to customer care and explained to them that the customer care team had taken my complaint and rescheduled a pickup for December 23rd because they said, "We aligned the senior pickup team to pick up your returnable item, and on December 21st and 22nd, the team was not available, " so they scheduled it for December 23rd.

                                Today is the 23rd, and nobody again came to pickup; no senior team, no call. Today again, I called customer care, and they again took my complaint and assured me that this time, within 72 hours, your returnable item will get picked up for sure.

                                So many times, Amazon has made fake promises to their customers, and the very strange thing is that the Amazon pickup team themselves cancelled the pickup schedules and entered any reason on behalf of the customer.

                                Is it Amazon customer service?

                                Who gave the customer rights to the pickup team to put any response on behalf of the customer?

                                It's my humble request that Amazon kindly pickup the item and intimate my refund as soon as possible; otherwise, I will take this to the consumer forum and social platforms.

                                  I ordered the diaper for my Baby. But the diaper quality, I did not like. I received the parcel at 2:15 pm an d I dropped my return diaper at 2:18 pm on Amazon portal with pics. I called his customer care number many time(more than 50 times. But they are not responding. Which is really ridiculous behavior towards their customer.

                                    The carrier for this pick-up did not contacted me & updated the status as return pick up verification failed. This is fraud with genuine customers.
