Received FAULTY Dr Morepen BP Machine

Replacement / return of smart phone

Checking debit through my bank

I see an unauthorized debit on 8/24/2011 on my checking account in the amount of $59.00. My bank was unable to help to identify the exact reason for the debit, but recommended I go to the website AMZ.COM/BILL WA, which led me to this site where numerous people have reported unauthorized debits from the same company! I rather illadvisedly ordered "The Sword of the Templars" - for $7.99 + Shipping and handling. The book came today with an invoice for a total of $11.98. no details on credit cards

I have many charges on both my credit cards (1997, which was closed because of other fraudulant charges) and 1474. I have no 1-800 numbers on my bill to find which charges are valid, some are. If I can't find out which ones are valid then they will all be disallowed by my credit card companies. Please give me an itemized list of items bought and a 1-800 number so that I can validate or dis allow charges quickly, unless you simply don't...

Billed for something I did not order

An amount of $68.69 was charged to my checking account on 2-17-08 by Amazon.com.
I did not and I have never ordered anything through/from Amazon.com
I want my $68.69 credited back to my checking account IMMEDIATELY......

    Amazon finallly find a way to loot customer money.

    I want to show you a senario where i have placed couple of orders and recently amazon introduced payment fee which applies to prime customers as well and which customer care says is non-refunded, till here it is fine. But if product not delivered or returned damaged item then and after return complete then Amazon has to pay full amout to customer, because here customer looses his time for waiting order and in case of refund, customer also loosing payment fee as well ? but why? Customer paid for item and at the end, Item is not there and only refund there with loss of payment fee? why should customer loose this money when he not received item? This is a new way of fraud and looting customers money. It is not about me, it happens to lakhs of people and if we say 10 lakh customers faced this then in Amazon will earn more than 50lakh rupees for the cause of refunds beause of item not available or replacement not fulfilled, this is Amazon mistake and not customer mistake..

    Why should as a customer i loose money of payment fee when i dont receive item? why should customer loose money in the form refund w.r.t payment fee? Did Amazon anywhere specified that in case they failed to deliver or replace item then they deduct payment fee and refund, so that customer has to loose for Amazon mistake? where this is mentioned. I am not looking for payment fee when item is delivered, that is fine, but when item is not delivered and replacement also failed to delivered then why should customer loose time and money what he paid? In such case Amazon has to pay full amout.

    Even when call to customer care, they are not saying properly, might be they dont know or they are acting that they are trained to loot this kind of money.

    Amazon just realizing, if you are doing this for 20 lakh orders or customers per day then you earings in the for of payment fee is morethan 1crore ruees per day.

    Amazon please be aware that some of your fraud employees doing these things and spoiling brand name? But just realize that why should innocent customer loose money for your mistakes? I agree payment fee is fine, if you deliver item but not on refunds. Keep a not of this... Call center executives also not giving proper response... it is shame on your serivce..

    I am expecting multiple calls from Amazon on this to my mobile if i not lifter once with a statement that Sorry from Amazon and Also Refunding my payment fee for refunds, as i lost time and money from Amazon.

      Hi, I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Amazon India regarding the purchase of a desktop PC that was intended as a birthday gift for my child — a special occasion now marred due to persistent service failures and lack of accountability.

      Details of the Purchase:

      Product: Desktop PC
      Order Date: 1st July 2025
      Order ID:[protected]
      Delivery Date: 7th July 2025
      Issue: Product delivered was faulty and non-functional.
      Complaint Summary:

      I raised multiple complaints (at least five documented attempts) to Amazon India’s customer support team regarding the defective product.
      Despite repeated assurances of resolution, I received neither a replacement nor a refund.
      No formal apology was offered, and I was subjected to vague, inconsistent, and unfulfilled commitments over the course of three weeks.
      Impact:
      This experience has caused significant distress, especially as the product was meant to celebrate my child’s birthday. The emotional trauma and inconvenience endured during this process are unacceptable for a company of such scale.

      Request:
      I kindly urge the Consumer Forum to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure:

      Refund of the full amount paid
      A formal apology from Amazon India
      Accountability for lapses in customer service and grievance handling
      Attached are copies of the invoice, complaint references, and correspondence with Amazon India for your review. That Amazon has already but nothing move an inch.

      I had a hope this forum will support the rights of consumers who are left unheard despite genuine attempts to resolve matters directly. Butt all failed and now I have no option left to go to legal justice system and broadcast a message over social media about the horrific experience.
