    Scam Amazon online mall tasks

    Please help me get a refund of R502 from an online Amazon mall shop. They gave me a task where I had to keep depositing funds so that I can continue working until I wasn't able to deposit more then I requested a refund and they kept insisting that I put more money to get the money I initially deposited.
    I need help these people have bad reviews already please assist...

    Address: New no-6, old no-18---Barathidasan street, Irumbuliyur, Tambaram West

    I ordered One plus nord phone on 03rd dec and it was supposed to be delivered on 04th dec, given the rush delivery put on it. But understandably due to heavy rain and other logistical issue, I did not receive the package. I called the customer care service and the person who attended told that I did not attend the door. and she suggested me to cancel the order. I insisted on waiting and it was supposed to have been delivered at 12pm today. I checked the status of delivery at 12pm and it said, that it was on its way back. I called the customer service again and apparently i cancelled the order; the one for which i have been waiting for days. The amazon delivery guy did not pick up one single call nor did he call even once.
    This is not even the first time it is happening. The reluctance to attend the call, to say the truth and to satisfy basic customer requirements such as showing proper tracking updates on the phone is unbelievable. Shame on amazon.

      I have ordered a cantabil reversible jacket worth RS -1727 the product has been delivered on 27 November 2023 in which i have received a black tshirt then i filled a complaint in Amazon then after 2-3 days after verification i got a call from Amazon specialist team in which they were saying i have checked your complaint and i found that the mistake was from our end then the product qas picked up successfully . After pickup i got a message in which Amazon was saying we will initiate the refund after the item reaches our warehouse .
      After 7 days the product reached to the ware house and now Amazon is saying we will not initiate any refund i[censored] need refund send the original order. How can i do that i have returned the product which i got and it was verified from the senior end that the mistake was from their end

        I ordered an item with order number[protected] which was supposed to be delivered today. It's a prepaid order and urgently needed. I order hundreds of items from azon every month and it never happened that the delivery guys could not contact me. sometimes for prepaid orders they just leave the order with the security. Fir some weird reason the delivery carrier for this particular order says that they could not reach me and I really needed it today.. I received a call from another Amazon delivery guy minutes before this one for another order and they say they could not reach me. They are obviously lying and Amazon does nothing except asking me to wait till 10pm. So that it could be carried forward the next day. I need this today anyhow, if not, then tlI will cancel it but need an action taken on the carrier guys. With a learning for Amazon.

          Where I have recharged so much money into it and at the end when I want to withdraw the money. The customer service chat says I need to pay 10% of the full amount of earnings before I can withdraw the money. I seem to have come to my senses that this platform is a scam and I have lost so much money...

          Please can someone assist me or help me get the money back.

            On 19th October, 2023 I received a SMS about the Auto renewal of Amazon Prime Membership subscription stating that on 22nd October, 2023 the subscription would be renewed, i cancelled the subscription after receiving the SMS on 19th October, 2023 but I was charged Rs 1499, the auto renewal date was on 22nd October but money was deducted on 19th October from my credit card, and even after cancelling the membership no money was refunded.
            Even after contacting the Customer services several times, I was only told that they don't have a Transaction ID for the payment and hence they cannot refund the money back.
            Till now i did not receive any money back nor do i have my Prime Subscription active.
            The last transaction shown in Amazon is on 22nd October, 2022 which was made by myself last year, but no information about the auto deducted Rs 1499 is stated there. The Transaction that was made last year is also attached.

              I paid via a WhatsApp link that was shared by the delivery partner of Amazon. I paid but he said the payment has failed on his side and on his insistence & as per confirmation from an Amazon representative, I paid again. They said since initial payment failed, the bank would give my money back. Now, its been 10 days and Amazon says the bank is responsible and bank says Amazon is responsible. No one from Amazon has helped and did nothing but waste my time & take my money.

              Horrible people & experience.

                I have to follow up multiple times and every time it has been a passive response from Amazon customer response. I request for monetary compensation for the continuous harassment.

                  I had purchased Epson printer ink on 14 november which was delievered to me on 21 nov.
                  When I received the package I checked expirt date on carton box of refill that mentioned expiry year 2026 so I assumed it is ok.
                  On 30th nov when i opened carton box to refill my printer, the bottles inside carton box had expiry date of year 2022 and sep 2023.
                  These ink cannot be used now.
                  I tried conveing all incident to amazon customer care twicw but they have denied any resolution.
                  This is pure cheating sending expired bottles in fresh carton boxes.

                    I ordered Lenovo laptop from Amazon but on 26th Nov we have received the small cartoon box when we opened the box it contains a Glass set, we had made entire video o[censored]nboxing and filed a complain in Amazon customer care then they started investigation and given 30th nov 23 last last to connect them again through customer support but they some how blocked my customer care number then i called them through another amazon ID and told them to check the weight and box u get get to know did seller roobed or its a mistake by your team of HUB because my parcel of Laptop weigh 2.4 kg where as i received parcel of .5 kg with 2 label pasted in box 1 of actual person ordered glass set and my laptop invoice.

                    Now i want my money back amazon robbed me and their dumb team unable to investigate such silly issue yet

                      Estimated Refund was 25th Nov, still haven't recevied today on 30th Nov. Chagred a dispute and Talked to bank, they told that they a number which they can refer to, not amazon RRN number.

                        Didn't get refund from the Amazon account to my bank account . On Amazon it shows as it's already refunded to my bank account but I didn't get the money and any information about that from my bank account. As I contacted the Amazon customer care they said to contact the respective bank and quote this refund reference number[protected]

                            I had ordered Birthday kit in Amazon(Order id:[protected]) on 18-Nov-2023 for my daughters birthday on 25-Nov-2023, In Amazon app it shows it will delivered on 24-Nov-2023 then after today(i.e.- 24-Nov-2023) i r4ecieved my order i had opened it only two items are delivered out of 65 after that immediately i called customer care they are simply saying sorry for the inconvenience we will refund your money within two - three days Now what should have to do now for my daughter birthday their is only having 14 hours and if i want to go outside and try to buy the items it was fully raining what should i have to do now it was very disappointing for me and i am helpless in this situation this was the third time happening like this amazon app. I need by filing this complaint they will know the pain and should not be repeat this one again. And also for customer care executive they are not well trained.

                              Dear National Consumer Complaints Forum,

                              I trust this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an extremely disappointing experience I recently encountered with an order placed through Amazon.in. I believe my concerns warrant serious consideration and investigation.

                              On 8 November 2023, I made a purchase through Amazon.in (Order ID:[protected] for a [Sony LinkBuds S WF-LS900N Truly Wireless Noise Cancellation Earbuds], intending it to be a special gift. The item was carefully gift-wrapped and remained unopened until the occasion. To my shock and dismay, upon unwrapping the gift, it became evident that the product was not in the new condition as advertised and paid for.

                              The deviations from the standard for a new product were glaring - the original Sony seal was tampered, the device was powered on, and it lacked the typical protective films or battery insulators that accompany brand-new electronic devices. Additionally, the absence of the original protective seals and the device already being in an active state were clear indicators that the item had been used before my purchase. Moreover, the package was missing essential accessories, including a charging cable and extra earbuds.

                              Recognizing the urgency of the matter, I promptly contacted Amazon's customer service on the same day, only to be informed that the return window had closed. Despite explaining the unique circumstances surrounding the gift-wrapping and the nature of the issue, I encountered a rigid adherence to policy without due consideration for the exceptional circumstances.

                              This experience has not only been embarrassing but has also severely impacted my trust in Amazon.in. As a loyal customer, I did not expect such a lapse in quality control and a lack of empathetic customer service from a brand of Amazon's stature.

                              I have exhausted all avenues for resolution, including contacting customer service through traditional channels and social media. Regrettably, my concerns remain unaddressed. I am left with no choice but to escalate this matter further by filing a formal complaint with the National Consumer Complaints Forum.

                              I am hopeful that this complaint will prompt a thorough investigation into the issues raised and lead to a reconsideration of Amazon's policies, especially in exceptional cases like mine. I believe in the National Consumer Complaints Forum's commitment to consumer protection and hope that your intervention will lead to a fair and just resolution.

                              I kindly request a prompt response to this complaint, including details on the steps that will be taken to address the issues outlined herein.

                                  I was ordered a Gent's Kurta on 02/11/2023 for wear to Diwali festival with prepaid as amount Rs.849/- Order ID:[protected]. After a week on 09/11/2023 I have received my order, but when opened the packet, I found any other article which is ordered by any other person as mentioned in invoice which is kept in packet.
                                  I was contact with AMAZON for the replacement but AMAZON responded as Products is OUT OF STOCK. Then I filed for refund. On 13/11/2023 my package collected by AMAZON representative, and he assured to refund after couple of days.
                                  Ten days is going on..no refund initiated to me. Total fault by AMAZON and vender, but suffering the customer. This is not fair business at all.
