My Washing Machine Order number was - ORDER #[protected], placed on 03 April, 2021 ( this is second machine which was sent as replacement of first machine, ordered on 31 March, 2021) - This Washing machine was also faulty and hence asked for return pickup and refund.
Return Pickup for this washing machine was created by Amazon against wrong order number and pickup of Washing machine was done against the order number of Extended Warranty - Order No - ORDER #[protected], ordered on 31 March, 2021. I am attaching proof of return as well here for your and everyone's reference.
Since then I am waiting for refund and I have been constantly following up for this matter with Customer service on Phone Call, Thru email with Social Media Inquiry team but no result - I am in dire need of money in this difficult pandemic situation - Pls help.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Because after cancle the order my refund as didn't come back my account
