My ordered No is.[protected], I have ordered a 2 qty of MRP 545/-. with inclsive of delivery charges Divya Swasari CORONIL KIT on 27 april 2021 for Rs. 1485/-..
I have received order yesterday .. which included one quantity of coronil kit Rs.545/-.
I want to return the order or I want my difference money back.
please find the attached pic regarding packet with MRP 545/-

Kindly Look into the matter. and please revert me as soon as possible

    Good day sir,
    This is complain regarding sub order no. Ordered on 26 April 2021.
    The said order was cancle from your side without notifying me.
    I have spoken to your customer support officer through your contact us service and they say my concern is beyond their authority.hence I am writing you to look into my complaint.
    The customer support officer say I have to order again the product which is now selling at rs 260/unit against my purchase price at rs 137/unit.
    Since cancle done from your side so you must deliver to me at same price which I purchased on 26 april.
    If you are saying to re order, you must provide some arrangement, like discount coupon in order to purchase the same product at my original purchase price.
    Attaching you invoice for your reference.

      Dear sir,

      I Shazia Perween holding Karnataka Bank Account No. [protected], Ranchi, Doranda, I purchased Mamy Poko Pant and Dabour Badam Tail from Amazon by cash on delivery and I received defective product, that’s why I return my product. After few days’ amazon refund my amount Rs. 1312.60 date on 6 February 2021 in my Karnataka Bank Account, still 6th May 2021 I did not get my refund amount in my account. I talked to Amazon Customer Care they told me they already refunded my amount to my Karnataka Bank Account, and they given me reference no. which is given bellow.

      Here is Reference No. 3DKL9LJ1U89T4RDH/-NEFT, order#[protected] and I also attached merchant copy for your reference, kindly find it

      I request you to kindly check, because I did not get my refund, please do the needful

        From past 01 year my Amazon pay money has temporary locked and I'm not being able to use the same.

        I'm taking care account of Amazon with number [protected].

        I had multiple time mailed to customer care and lot of discussion had done but final outcome as nil.

        A per customer care, I'm holding multiple accounts but I didn't and If I'm using then they can block my other account and open the same without fail but they did nothing in last one year.

          I had purchased a book The Peppered Moth by Vidya Gunavanthe on 5th May 2021. The amount has been debited in my BankAccount. Amount of Rs449.00. vide No VSB [protected], IGALBSIZG8. But in the cart it shows as outstanding. Either refund me tha amount or send me the book please.

            i ordered 2 products from amazon and returned it back and requested a refund but it's been over a month, i haven't received the refund yet.Talked to the amazon customer care, according to them the refund has been initiated but i haven't received it yet. Talked to the SBI customer care but they didn't helped too.the total refund is of rs 600.
            please help me this regard. i need my refund back.

                I have ordered a product on amazon on 13-4-21 and returned it on 19-4-21 and till now I have not received any refund reference number or my refund. I have contacted amazon customer service for about 10 times but they are giving the response to wait for another 5 days here is the order id:[protected] of sum rs.499 kindly help me.

                      Recently i have got a mail that signature may be required for receiving of delivery for below orders.

                      This is insane and pathetic that in this situation signature is required in this covid scenario.

                      We would like to cancel this order, if signature is required.
                      This is very irresponsible and pathetic behavior.

                          I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of INR 99/- is being deducted from my ICICI bank on monthly basis. Its been already 3 months since this amount is being deducted from my account on every 04th of the month (March, April & May 2021). I have no subscriptions with Amazon India and I need to know why is this amount being deducted. Could you please assist me regarding this, and refund the respective amount in my account. Below is the email alert sent to me.

                              Sir when I received it caused me to performance issue that's why I took an replacement even though the issue remained so Returned the item. So after 4-5 days the item reached the seller but they did not give me money back and says that they received an empty box. "BUT I HAVE TAKEN A VIDEO AT THE TIME OF PICK UP AS AN PROOF" but still they refused to see the video and started disrespecting me. please take a look to video sir. Please do something If this can't proof please tell me what else could I do. this happened with many customers please do something

                                    My Washing Machine Order number was - ORDER #[protected], placed on 03 April, 2021 ( this is second machine which was sent as replacement of first machine, ordered on 31 March, 2021) - This Washing machine was also faulty and hence asked for return pickup and refund.
                                    Return Pickup for this washing machine was created by Amazon against wrong order number and pickup of Washing machine was done against the order number of Extended Warranty - Order No - ORDER #[protected], ordered on 31 March, 2021. I am attaching proof of return as well here for your and everyone's reference.
                                    Since then I am waiting for refund and I have been constantly following up for this matter with Customer service on Phone Call, Thru email with Social Media Inquiry team but no result - I am in dire need of money in this difficult pandemic situation - Pls help.

                                      Dear Amazon,
                                      I have ordered a Kraft Seeds Garden Pressure Spray Pump | B01HQCKG4O ( B01HQCKG4O ) HSN:841311 sprayer through Amazon [Amazon.in order #[protected]]. Vishal Enterprises had supplied the item. The item was delivered to me on 3.5.2021 afternoon. I opened up the package and started using the sprayer. The sprayer after pumping in enough air, water at the jet coming out as water drops only. It does not spray instead it just pumps out water in drops. .I request you to track this problem and ask the company to replace the pump.

                                        Amazon online portal is reflecting that full quantity delivered.

                                        I had raised delivery feedback online but no one responded.

                                        I contacted customer care on 3may2021, they expressed inability to provide the remaining undelivered quantity.

                                        i had already left a delivery feedback immediately which is a dedicated order-wise tab on their portal
