    Since last 3 months, amount of Rs. 169 is being deducted from my account in the name of VSI*AMAZON STAN. It is unclear to why this is happening.
    I called Amazon customer care & they told to contact bank regarding same as there is no such deduction from their side.
    After contacting ICICI, they informed me that the amount is being deducted through Amazon only & it cannot be unsubscribe without their help.

    I am attaching bank statement highlighting monthly deduction of Rs. 169 on every 8th.

        I have returned an item worth 1399 and they have made refund also on Feb 26, 2021. Still my account with Indian bank is not credited.
        In amazon customer care they provided refund reference no #[protected] and told to contact Indian bank customer care.
        Account no [protected]
        Amt 1399
        They are asking me UTR NO and transaction no and telling me to visit branch and make complaint.

        In return I contacted amazon they are informing they ll not b updated with UTR no or transaction no.

        Why this lengthy and confusing procedure is being followed. If a refund is made amazon should update reference no with the order and bank should accept this reference no for complaints.
        Are we customers so idle to move to and fro like a pendulum both side to get our money back???

        Whose fault is this?
        Now what should I do to get my money back

                Sequence of events:
                My prepaid order tracking status showed arrived at final destination (Munnar 685612) on[protected], however on[protected] at 10.30 a.m. the status was updated as "undeliverable as the address is outside the courier area"(?). When I called customer care one Ms Amrutha assured me that she would take up the matter with the courier and my product would be delivered by evening. In the evening the status showed as cancelled, returning back to seller. My prepaid order was summarily cancelled by the courier ATS and returned to seller without even consulting me. When I called customer care again one Mr Mudassar answered and though he tried to be helpful Amazon customer care does not have any power to help customers from fraud being done by courier services used by Amazon. Who has given the authority to the courier to cancel my order. Once I have paid, the product becomes mine and without my permission the courier has cancelled. If my location is "undeliverable" then I should not be able to proceed with buying the product on the site, right ? Also I have had more than 10-15 products delivered to my current address (check with my order history) and suddenly some lazy fellow who does not want to deliver just cancels my order. The least one can expect is the courier to atleast call and say that he cannot deliver the product so I as the product owner can take the call to arrange pick up or cancel. Thoroughly unprofessional culture of Amazon India, this is typical Indian mentality, dhaba culture, I have never faced this on amazon.com only in amazon.in.
                All customer care can do is say " sorry for the inconvenience" to the customer, we will take up the matter with the concerned team, but no improvement happens because Amazon India is unprofessional .

                There is no response from Amazon, not even a courtesy response which proves beyond any reasonable doubt the malafide intentions of Amazon towards certain sections of its customers who are located remotely.
                My above complaint was repeated with 4 other orders which were Amazon fulfilled and to be delivered by Amazon Transport services (ATS). Strangely my two other orders which were shipped by ECom Xpress were delivered correctly ahead of schedule to my same address, which just shows that Amazon is cheating its customers by blocking their money for approx 10 days then cancelling the order by themselves and they off course do not pay any interest on the refund money.
                This is calculated fraud by Amazon to earn interest by blocking customers money. Kindly take up this matter seriously as it smacks of cheating and fraud.

                  Sir I ordered One Sandisk 32 gb memory card but it's not working in my mobile so I request for return on refund and it's picked up successfully on 31 march. I also ordered two 128 gb pendrive and both pendrives are received different colour and not same as I ordered..so I request for return on refund and it's picked up successfully on 27 March.. After picked up of 3 items when I asked for refund on 2nd April Amazon said we received incorrect item and clearly denied to refund .But I returned 3 items in original conditions as I received from delivery agent. I have prof.and delivery agent check items carefully before picked up.If items are incorrect then delivery agent could cancel it for picked up then why delivery agent accept this items because I hand over the items in new and original conditions to the delivery agent.I clearly remember that I hand over itmes in new and original conditions I have photo for prof.amazon also block my account. And from 30 March I request till now for refund but Amazon clearly denied to refund. So please Sir help me. Amazon cheat with me.Now I have no money nor products.I added products photos and bills and picked up screen shot. Sir I requested Amazon 10 times for refund for picked up item. But Amazon cheat and denied to refund clearly.. Sir I don't ask for refund for free. As I have already paid moeny and returned picked up 3 items successfully.                     DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE

                    AMAZON.IN CONDUCT THE CODE O[censored]NFAIR TRADE PRACTICES.

                    I have gone through proper investigation and i found that vide Order ID.[protected]. The seller reply on my legal notice that order delivery not successful. Delivery parcel meet error by one of seller in house employee.
                    Further seller sent the actual matters regarding this issue. But Amazon pay not Refund buyer or nor the disbursement to seller. So have not paid for the order because Amazon teminate seller account from marketplace. Due to this seller not send Refund . But it is true that seller non paid for aforesaid order.

                    So why Amazon do not refund ?
                    Why Amazon has adopted unfair trade practices.

                    Over 80 mail sent to Amazon all possible contact. Over 100, 000 word writing to resolve this refund issue. Over telephone spend 200 minutes to customer support. Tweet regarding this issue 100 times.

                    So it significantly deficiency of Service, misrepresenting information, unfair trade practices example.

                    Amazon have no humanity for resolve any issues in priority basis.

                    But this condition not entertaining by court.

                            My 2 visa cards works everywhere in USA and India. But since 3rd week of March 2021, stop working in Amazon India.
                            Both banks related the cards cannot see the payment request coming from Amazon India.
                            Now from here things get tricky. In amazon site you cannot find straight forward way to find customer service number. it will be hour of wild goose chasing. Then I discover they only call back local Indian number, No global number provided.
                            Since last 2 months I see the amazon card promotion increased and finally without any reason other cards stop working.
                            Yet to hear anything fruitful regarding email complain.
                            They will keep sending messages like check the card number, expiry date and all other useless messages.

                                I purchased 3 no shoe from amazon india on[protected] order #[protected] &[protected] order #[protected] & order #[protected]. But due to wrong product i replaced it and then again i received wrong product. Then i did return & refund request. Then they send me cheque but i called to customer care and told my problem then she said me you have to wait for 10 days[protected] for canceling cheque and them for bank payment you have to another 5 days[protected]. On that day i check my a/c but i didn't received my amount then i called again and they said you have to wait till[protected]. But when i saw my amount not cr. In my a/c then i called them again and that time they said definitely on[protected] you will received your amount in your bank a/c. On[protected] i received only 388.00 amount against order #[protected] but till now[protected] i didn't received my total amount. That's why i request to you please check & will take an initiative step that i will return my money back.

                                    I ordered on 6th march from amazon a product which price is 13749.but product is some defact thatswhy i return this product.in amazon application shows that they send refound but I'm not getting any refound from them ...in 18th march they send refoud.but now today is 4th April but I found not found it. I've also call customer service ..they tell that they send the refound and to check in bank...I'm also go to bank and tell about that with bank manager but he tell that were not found it...bank manager also talk with customer service of amazon...but still I've not received it..please help me ...RRN No is 30005410731065188628525

                                      I made a purchase of 29962 from amazon on 2nd april using HDFC credit card, after the order was placed i cancelled the order within 1 hour of purchase.I got message from amazon and hdfc that it is cancelled and amount will be reversed.But amount is not yet credited into my credit card.
