i ordered 2 products from amazon and returned it back and requested a refund but it's been over a month, i haven't received the refund yet.Talked to the amazon customer care, according to them the refund has been initiated but i haven't received it yet. Talked to the SBI customer care but they didn't helped too.the total refund is of rs 600.
please help me this regard. i need my refund back.

    I have order the noise earbuds and then return it but refund does not credited in account on Amazon aap it shown that refund reached to my account on 3 may but I didn't get yet

      I have ordered a product on amazon on 13-4-21 and returned it on 19-4-21 and till now I have not received any refund reference number or my refund. I have contacted amazon customer service for about 10 times but they are giving the response to wait for another 5 days here is the order id:[protected] of sum rs.499 kindly help me.

            Recently i have got a mail that signature may be required for receiving of delivery for below orders.

            This is insane and pathetic that in this situation signature is required in this covid scenario.

            We would like to cancel this order, if signature is required.
            This is very irresponsible and pathetic behavior.

                I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of INR 99/- is being deducted from my ICICI bank on monthly basis. Its been already 3 months since this amount is being deducted from my account on every 04th of the month (March, April & May 2021). I have no subscriptions with Amazon India and I need to know why is this amount being deducted. Could you please assist me regarding this, and refund the respective amount in my account. Below is the email alert sent to me.

                    Sir when I received it caused me to performance issue that's why I took an replacement even though the issue remained so Returned the item. So after 4-5 days the item reached the seller but they did not give me money back and says that they received an empty box. "BUT I HAVE TAKEN A VIDEO AT THE TIME OF PICK UP AS AN PROOF" but still they refused to see the video and started disrespecting me. please take a look to video sir. Please do something If this can't proof please tell me what else could I do. this happened with many customers please do something

                          My Washing Machine Order number was - ORDER #[protected], placed on 03 April, 2021 ( this is second machine which was sent as replacement of first machine, ordered on 31 March, 2021) - This Washing machine was also faulty and hence asked for return pickup and refund.
                          Return Pickup for this washing machine was created by Amazon against wrong order number and pickup of Washing machine was done against the order number of Extended Warranty - Order No - ORDER #[protected], ordered on 31 March, 2021. I am attaching proof of return as well here for your and everyone's reference.
                          Since then I am waiting for refund and I have been constantly following up for this matter with Customer service on Phone Call, Thru email with Social Media Inquiry team but no result - I am in dire need of money in this difficult pandemic situation - Pls help.

                            Dear Amazon,
                            I have ordered a Kraft Seeds Garden Pressure Spray Pump | B01HQCKG4O ( B01HQCKG4O ) HSN:841311 sprayer through Amazon [Amazon.in order #[protected]]. Vishal Enterprises had supplied the item. The item was delivered to me on 3.5.2021 afternoon. I opened up the package and started using the sprayer. The sprayer after pumping in enough air, water at the jet coming out as water drops only. It does not spray instead it just pumps out water in drops. .I request you to track this problem and ask the company to replace the pump.

                              I contacted customer care on 3may2021, they expressed inability to provide the remaining undelivered quantity.

                                  This is for order id :[protected] from Floret. I bought this product from amazon India of Rs. 389 each. but just after one wash this is of no use. I feel cheated here. Quality of road side shops is much better the this and in more the half price.
                                  I wasn't expecting this from amazon.

I had request for closing of amazon pay balance account [protected]([protected]@gmail.com) on 14/07/2020 on customer care no after that customer care representative told me that i[censored] want to close your amazon pay balance account your amazon account will also be deleted after that I replied you can close both than my amazon pay balance account and amazon account has been deleted according to representative but yesterday I got a mail that your have not used your account since one year and your account will be inactive soon. Why I receiving such kind of mail however my amazon pay balance had closed and if they did not delete so why they did such kind of mistake. Please do a needful action and please help me to close my account and if my account has been closed I did not want such kind of mail

                                        I ordered for a carpet on amazon india vide order no:[protected] on 02/01/2021. it was received on 11/01/2021.since the quality and workmanship was not good., it was booked through courier to suppliers address as given by amazon on 12/01/2021. amazon was informed name of the courier with track number. the courier reached the destination but could not deliver since the address relevent to the supplier was wrong ., thus courier could deliver the carpet till 03/02/2021 after withholding it in their godown for ten days .the courier had no option but return the same to my address. it was reached on 16/02/2021and amazon was informed about the non delivery of the time for the reasons cited and receipt of the same back to me. i have made numerus calls/messages/chats with them about the developments and requested them to refund the couriers charges as well as the carpert of cost totalling rs.7555/-. the courier receipts demanded by them was received and confirmed by amazon. however despite several attempts their are no positive replies except they will revert back in 24 hres which never takes place. the number of messages/chats/calls made by me is only matched by their silence. absolutely they are not concerned about customer satisfaction nor any monitoring mechanism in amazon. kindly review the huge amount blocked from a senior citizen with bugeted income . hope a line of reply from amazon for the release of withheld amount without further delay shall be appreciate. the carpet at my end in origian package can be delivered to their chennai office on intimation from them
