I am complaining about refund from amazon while its been done from Amazon but now it is not credited in my account number....

Today on 5th March 2021, an amount of around 8000Rs was deducted from bank account without any authentication from me. I just received a sms stating that so an so amount has been deducted but I did no such transaction....

I tried paying for this order but the payment got failed but the money was deducted and i contacted bank they said the money was credited to the amazon...

My account is on hold due to some unatourised transcation done by phone
the transcation was done by someone else in my absence
plz kindly reactivate my account as soon as possible
from now onwards i will take resonseblity for the future

Someone placed fraudulent orders of 20 thousand through my card. I had informed Amazon About this and orders were cancelled but they haven't issued the refund...

I returned my product ( artificial nails) as the product was wrong . It cost 218/- and from Amazon they have initiated the amount and it has been kept in hold in bank . Pls do refund my amount (218/-)...

I purchased a product (Asus Vivobook 14) on Feb 10 with prepaid order of amount Rs. 35990. before delivery, the order got canceled by their side for no reason, with a statement that refund will be credited within 2-4 business days (i.e. by Feb 17).
today is march 3 and the refund has not even been processed to date.
when I contact them they keep saying me to wait for 7 more days.
it's been 20 days since I'm waiting...

Delivery agent did not want to do door service and he called my 90 years old mother to walk 2 kilometers to get stuff. Its a shame that young delivery agent dont care about old people. This is the phone agent called from Amazon Delivery agent (+[protected]). Amazon Ludhiana is the nearest warehouse....
