My name udbhav my no is [protected]...I ordered treo by milton designer verve glass bottle, 1000 ml on discounted price was 94 rs .. I received my bottle on 15 may, but the bottle wast broken from bottom so i just request to return but there was no option fot replacement or exchange so i went amazon live chat and told my problem that executive arranged exchange request behalf of me and told me its a hand to hand exchange i said ok. But next day morning on 16 delivery boy came for pick up the package i asked him for bottle but he said first u have to return this bottle then u get new bottle so i gave bottle to him, after 2 day again a delivery boy came to me, then he asked return bottle which i have already returned to the delivery boy. I told him all story but he didnt gave me parasol next day again deliver boy came
asked for bottle and made it rejected or whatever i dont know...In this time i called up customer care live chat so many time but no use...I got 94 rs in my amazon account which i never asked for i always wanted a replacement .From day one.Please help me for my ordered bottle at same old price ...U can my call and message too

    I have return the order[protected] of Rs.819.00 .They are saying refund has been initiated on 8 may but it has not been credited in my account till now.The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is[protected].
    So pls have a look to this issue.

        Myself Dakpi Angu I have cancelled my order from amazon, & on 18th may amazon has successfully issued my refund, now the problem is my money is not showing in my bank account. and so i want my Rs489 back.

          Hi Team, I have ordered Oximeter from Amazon and received damaged product. I have retuned the Item and Amazon also confirmed that they have received the product. When I have asked for replacement or refund they started saying we haven't received the product. I have contacted Amazon with all Email related to this, but they are not even bother to check Email and simply sending blind replies stating that we haven't received this product.
          Looks like Amazon is not doing basic checks as now a days mostly I am getting damaged products.
          Can you please take an action and send product replacement or refund?

              As, my known people and relatives have taken my naked photographs which have been unethically and illegally used with some highly technical softwares to make me blacklisted in corporate levels with some conspiracy and jealousiness and they want my death to happen which i want to commit myself but i am feared about my upcoming parkinson disease and other ailments after my attempts for my death so i want to die normally becuase i cant tolerate my ailments after my suicicde attempts otherwise i would have died 3 years before itself. my only request is please dont blacklist me i.e. please dont make me blacklisted I beg sorry to all of this world Please forgive me. I havent indulged in any porn activities and i am not a porn person and i am not strong I am very weak physically and I wish every one to be happy and live happily and i wish all the best for their career and for their future. every buddy are good by heart and soul and mind.

                I ordered a product from Amazon and I paid the amount of Rs.1499 after that due to some reason I cancelled my order then I didn't get my refund of Rs.1499 and Amazon said they already sent my refund amount to my account but it's not reflecting in my bank account

                  I am reporting fraud on behalf of my father, who is the victim.

                  This below transaction has not been done from our side. My father received the amount debited messages from the SBI bank. After that we blocked the SBI account.

                  Please register our complaint. I want my father's hard earned money back.

                  Date of incident - 17-May-2021
                  Rupees deducted - INR 179000 total (40000 + 40000 + 40000 + 40000 + 19000)

                  I done recharged mobile number [protected] on 13 th may first time msg come to me that failed transcation. Then afterwords I tried again by 11:53 Atlast I came to know that you are deducted 149 twice.
                  Finally I have not received 149 refund, But entry is showing successful recharge. Kindly rectify the problem and refund the amount

                    Return of this item was scheduled on 10.05.21 and when no one has turned up then I have been asked to schedule it again.
                    Now it was fixed for 15.05.21 but again nobody has turned up as of now. when I tried to contact customer care over phone then I got to know that they will come on next working day but...
                    Please resolve the issue and refund my amount.

                        मैंने atomberg कंपनी का 4 सीलिंग फैन का आर्डर किया पर जब बॉक्स खोला तो उसमें 2kg का सर्फ एक्सेल का पाउडर मिला, कंप्लेन करने पर Amazon अपने कर्मचारियों की गलती छुपाते हुए ये मानने को तैयार ही नहीं है । मेरा आर्डर 14, 000/- का है जबकि सर्फ पाउडर 200/- के आसपास का है । मेरे पास उस सर्फ एक्सेल पाउडर का computerised bill भी जो किसी दूसरे व्यक्ति के नाम से है जो मेरे बॉक्स में था उसे सेंड भी किया हु । मेरे पास डिलीवरी बॉय का कॉल रेकॉर्डिंग भी है जिसमे वो कह रहा है कि बॉक्स के अंदर क्या था ये नहीं बता सकता लेकिन जो बॉक्स मैं डिलीवर किया हु उसमे 04 सीलिंग फैन नहीं आ सकते ।

                                Dear AmAzon India,

                                I have received a consumable product which is in form of liquid in a bottle. The bottle has a cap but there was no seal nigher at cap and nor laminated seal under cap and that causes leakage in side box.
                                I made complain as soon as open box the amazon executive advised me to dispose the bottle and assured me for help by 9th may 2021.
                                For reference i sent them images of damaged.
                                I am still waiting for resolution.

                                    In reference to above order, I purchased One quantity of "Santoor Classic Gentle Hand Wash, 1500ml with Natural goodness of Sandalwood & Tulsi"
                                    And this was delivered to me on 16/05/2021.
                                    The MRP of this item was Rs. 199/- and Deal price was Rs. 180/-.
                                    But I have been charged Rs 199/- instead of Rs. 180/- i.e over charged price by Rs. 18/- in excess.
                                    This amount should be returned to my account at the earliest

                                      This is to inform you that I have an account with Amazon and made some purchases with email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in and I use two mobile numbers [protected] and +[protected]. Unfortunately one day when I tried to login and place an order, some how I messed up with my password.

                                      Recovery password OTP sent to my email did not reach promptly, so I tried many ways and means like using other email id or changing mobile number etc. Now my account is not functional

                                      I had chat and telephonic conversations with your customer service dept, who informed me that the matter will be settled in 48 hours. but nothing so far has happened/

                                        I had ordered two sarees with the following details:

                                        1. Vimla * Women's Red Malgudi Art Silk Uniform Saree with Blouse Piece (2321_Red_Free Size)
                                        2. Vimla * Women's Yellow Mysore Crepe Silk Uniform Saree with Blouse (Yellow)

                                        But I received only one saree in packet which is mentioned in number 1, But amount deducted from Amazon pay account is for both sarees. I am attaching invoice generated with product. Kindly resolve the issue. Either send me Saree mentioned in number 2 or refund me the amount.
