I bought a product on Amazon and returned it but I have not received the refund. Contacted Amazon customer service they stated that refund was issued but it was not credited to my account. Reference#[protected]

    I have ordered a whey protein on 19/03/2021 in amazon and cancelled it on the same date. This is the order id OD.[protected] But I have not received my refund still now.
    Amazon initiated the refund on 22/03/2021 and it was expected to reflect on my account on 30/04/2021.
    Flipkart gave me refund reference id[protected] the the refund transaction initiated by them but the State Bank Of India bank has still not credited my money into my account.
    Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I purchase an order from amazon. I cancelled it. Amazon initiated the cash on[protected]. But the cash is not credited to my bank account. I contact to home branch of Indian bank and they said that cash is not credited to the account.

      They only give me the refunf reference. That number is also mentioned in my complaint. There is no any other informations from them. I also complaint about this 4 days back. But the company didn’t respond to it. Please help to get my cash.

        It has just come to my notice that an amount of Rs 129 is being deducted from my Credit Card since 18.3.20 every month upto 18.3.21. And suddenly I got a message of deduction of Rs 999/- on 20.4.21.

        I don't have any knowledge of these deductions and should be immediately stopped and refunded back.

        The transaction details as on credit card statement is " Amazon Standing Instrucmumbai" without any reference of the bill or any such bill has been sent by mail or by SMS.

            I have purchased beard trimmer from Amazon.in of "USTRAA" company. Since trimmer has stopped working I have claimed warranty to USTRAA company, but they had refused to claim by saying that company have unauthorised seller. For this reason, I had requested Amazon more than 5 times since February-2021 and provided all necessary documents. Every time I got new time deadline to wait till.

            I have attached company's refusal mail screenshot and invoice of product.

            I want to request consumer protection forum to look into this matter.

              Hi.. I have cancelled one order from amazon on March 23 rd 2021 and the amount I have paid for that item was 694. And they said it like it takes 4-5 business days for the amount to be credited... It’s been almost 1 month.. Amazon people are saying that the credit process was initiated.. kindly help me with to resolve the issue.. Thank you .

                I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debiting from 6-7 months. I have registered complaint for this earlier also but no update from their side. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                  My refund is not credited in my account while amazon ask that they refund the amount in your bank account with reference number HSBCN [protected].
                  But refunded money is stuck in to your bank.
                  Plz resolve the issue and credit my money in my account.

                      I had Ordered a iBEL gasoline chain saw 56cc from AMAZON.IN with order #[protected] on 6th march 2021, but it has damaged so i successfully return on 13th March 2021 and since i had paid by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happen till date. I contacted the AMAZON team which replied me back with a reference number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process on 18th march itself and its up to the bank to credit the same in my account in time which can take 5-6 Business days but since it has been longer than that i called my bank with the reference number that my merchant gave me but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them. My account number is [protected]. I regularly check my balance, nothing of that sort has been credited since then. My refund reference number is 30005410731065106518862. Attached is the email from the AMAZON team stating that the refund has been successfully completed.

                            I ordered products form amazon out of which two turn out to be faulty. So I requested for replacement . Amazon delivery person picked all products form my home but on 17-Mar-2021i only received two of them. So I filled complaint on Customer care on 20th March ticket no [protected]. Since then I have been following up the customer care department but every time I received they give some other date to followup even after one month they are not able to figure out anything about it. As per my last discussion with CC executive the did not reach the faculty due to human error( They may have lost the product) So an amount of 2500 is stuck with them . Even on one occasion CC supervisor(8th April) misbehaved over the call.

                                An order was placed on 8th April for a book titled " Dalal New Simplified Middle School Chemistry for class 8 (edition 2018) for Rs 500 ( Rs 360 plus Rs 140 shipping charge). Though it says its been delivered yesterday (16.04 21), it has not been received by me. The book is required urgently. May kindly check and confirm. As it was shipped through India Post I am apprehensive. I was tracking all the while but there were delays everywhere and not at all as the normal delivery schedule maintained by Amazon.
