My name is Mahavir Kothari holding a Saving A/c:[protected] in Canara bank, Saraswati Chowk Branch, Solapur.
I made an online transaction on Saturday - 06 Mar 2021, Order id:[protected], however the transaction failed and the order got canceled, although an amount of 6798 Rs was deducted from my account.
When I checked with Amazon customer care they stated that they haven't received an amount of 6798 Rs on 06 Mar'21. So, I did reach out to the branch to get more clarification however the associate from branch stated that it would take at least 48 hrs or 2 working days to get back the refund. So I reached back to the branch again on 12 Mar'21 but then I was asked to give my complaint in writing and which I did. The response which I have received is “As per NPCI portal the mentioned transaction is successful and credited to merchant APL4884f6cd286f4f7fa179172dc3beec90 on 06.03.2021”. However, when I call back to the Amazon customer care they say they never received this amount at their end and so they cannot refund the same.
It has been almost 20 days now and I haven't received my money. So, I request you to please look in to the issue on personal basis and try and help me out to get back my money.
