Last time i gave an order (order id:[protected])but neither i got my order nor i got mu money back..
This time again i gave an order (order id:[protected]) which i was about to get by 19th april but again it postponed to 21st april.. Either you deliver my order or return my money..
I left the matter 1st time but not always.. So i request either you deliver my order or return my money..
Even few of my order have alredy come to port blair but i am not getting it yet.. very bad amazon.. So again i am saying either you deliver my order or refund my money..

    I ordered 3 boxes of the ritmax grid layers item and got delivered only ONE of this.The payment was taken by their agent for all 3.

    For 2 weeks they kept making me call and email.I was handed over to at least 10 executives who did not have any clue and did not provide any resolution.

    And finally i talked to Mr.Biswajeet from leadership team today who was the most arrogant, unprofessional and rude leadership team member i have ever seen!He should be FIRED immediately!Not only was he impolite but he REFUSED to provide me a resolution saying sorry you have to wait indefinately since i dont have answers!!!Uncouth and downright callous member not worth being in any job whatsoever.

    I want a REFUND and investigation into this asap.

      I purchased an Ac on 09th April before I book the Ac the delivery date was showing for 14th April but after the payment it got changed to 19th April

      On 15th April I ask Cs team if they gonna deliver my product due to lockdown restrictions he assured me that it will nit effect and you will get your product on time

      If they would have informed I would have cancelled it and got it from local shop

      27k is big amount for me they keep me waiting till 19th April and on 19th they said they don't have staff and nor ac in stock (this information was given by staff name Raj ) and when called for new delivery date they was not answering it was like an harrasment I end up cancelling it

      Who gave right to this people to keep my money for 11 days and then don't deliver it. Why I should bear an Interest of my cc card

        To top it all when i contacted their leadership team Mr.Aswin sarkar wrote me a mail he would resolve the matter in 3 days and it has been 10 days and no resolution!

        And finally i talked to Mr.Biswajeet from leadership team today who was the most arrogant, unprofessional and rude leadership team member i have ever seen!He should be FIRED immediately!Not only was he impolite but he REFUSED to provide me a resolution saying sorry you have to wait indefinately since i dont have answers!!!Uncouth and downright callous member not worth being in any job whatsoever.

        And THIS is the way they treat their so called PRIME MEMBERS by charging additional fees and cheating them under their nose!!

        Another member gave me a bogus amazon leadership email id to get rid of the matter unresolved.Not to mention the SCAMMER Agent RAVI BUKYA who took the whole money for only ONE item delivered!

        I want a REFUND and investigation into this asap.

          I purchase an order from amazon. I cancelled it. Amazon initiated the cash on 06 April 2021. But the cash of Rs 319 is not credited to my bank account. I contact to home branch of Indian bank and they said that cash is not credited to the account.

            Amazon processed my refund amount of 625rs on[protected]. Refund was processed to my debit card no : [protected] and my Account no : [protected].

            this been more then 6 business days but i didnt received my refund amount of 625 rs till now into card.
            Kindly track the refund status from your end and process refund at the earliest.

              I had ordered OnePlus 9R on 19th Apr 2021. I have received my order on 20th Apr 2021 at 5:35 pm. I am shocked when i am unboxing my delivered product due to mobile was missing in the box. I spoken to amazon customer support and raised a complaint regarding this issue. They said that it will take time to resolve issue. I recorded a video when unboxing delivered product.

              Please i request you to provide new mobile or refund my amount.

                I bought a product on Amazon and returned it but I have not received the refund. Contacted Amazon customer service they stated that refund was issued but it was not credited to my account. Reference#[protected]

                  I have ordered a whey protein on 19/03/2021 in amazon and cancelled it on the same date. This is the order id OD.[protected] But I have not received my refund still now.
                  Amazon initiated the refund on 22/03/2021 and it was expected to reflect on my account on 30/04/2021.
                  Flipkart gave me refund reference id[protected] the the refund transaction initiated by them but the State Bank Of India bank has still not credited my money into my account.

                    They only give me the refunf reference. That number is also mentioned in my complaint. There is no any other informations from them. I also complaint about this 4 days back. But the company didn’t respond to it. Please help to get my cash.

                      It has just come to my notice that an amount of Rs 129 is being deducted from my Credit Card since 18.3.20 every month upto 18.3.21. And suddenly I got a message of deduction of Rs 999/- on 20.4.21.

                      I don't have any knowledge of these deductions and should be immediately stopped and refunded back.

                      The transaction details as on credit card statement is " Amazon Standing Instrucmumbai" without any reference of the bill or any such bill has been sent by mail or by SMS.

                          I have purchased beard trimmer from Amazon.in of "USTRAA" company. Since trimmer has stopped working I have claimed warranty to USTRAA company, but they had refused to claim by saying that company have unauthorised seller. For this reason, I had requested Amazon more than 5 times since February-2021 and provided all necessary documents. Every time I got new time deadline to wait till.

                          I have attached company's refusal mail screenshot and invoice of product.

                          I want to request consumer protection forum to look into this matter.

And they said it like it takes 4-5 business days for the amount to be credited... It’s been almost 1 month..                               I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debiting from 6-7 months. I have registered complaint for this earlier also but no update from their side. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                                My refund is not credited in my account while amazon ask that they refund the amount in your bank account with reference number HSBCN [protected].
                                But refunded money is stuck in to your bank.
                                Plz resolve the issue and credit my money in my account.

                                    I had Ordered a iBEL gasoline chain saw 56cc from AMAZON.IN with order #[protected] on 6th march 2021, but it has damaged so i successfully return on 13th March 2021 and since i had paid by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happen till date. I contacted the AMAZON team which replied me back with a reference number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process on 18th march itself and its up to the bank to credit the same in my account in time which can take 5-6 Business days but since it has been longer than that i called my bank with the reference number that my merchant gave me but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them. My account number is [protected]. I regularly check my balance, nothing of that sort has been credited since then. My refund reference number is 30005410731065106518862. Attached is the email from the AMAZON team stating that the refund has been successfully completed.
