Hii my account is debited with 199 rupees per month as VSI AMAZON STAN I didn't take any prime subscription nor any audible nor any item and is deducting every month.
Please resolve this issue.

i have make 2 transaction on 17/04/2021 of Rs 990 . So i cancel the product and then i received one amount of rs 990 on[protected] but i order another item of Rs990 on same date 17/04/2021 and i received the damage product on 20/04/2021 then i ask for refund Amazon refunded me RS 990 on 20/04/2021 but did not received second amount of rs 990 which was refunded by amazon on 20/04/2021 so please take a look on this matter

I have an order to Amazon & returned. They have collected the item & refund amount should be transfer on my account on 15th April-2021 but still I have not received refund amount Rs. 849/-.

I ordered "Crucial P5 1TB 3D NAND NVMe Internal SSD" Via Amazon In 7th april 2021 for my sister's office laptop, But it does not fit on that laptop, I applied for a return as soon as I found out it did not fit but I was only able to replace it. So i ordered the replacement.

The replacement was delivered on 10 April 2021, I applied for the return, but I did not open the parcel, the next morning (April 11) amazon executive arrived, I submitted the parcel unopened, Amazon executive said "We can not take the product unopened, So I open the parcel and then I pick up the parcel" he said.
I said "Okay, please open the parcel and you take the product". He opened the parcel and clearly checked and then picked it up.

He clearly checked the product and only picked up the product after scanning the product serial number, and then amazon seller said why did we use it?

We did not use the product, it was a huge amount for us, it was ordered by my sister company, and if the money is not refunded we will not be able to get the salary for this month.

I am an Amazon Prime member, I do not know where the fault is, please take the complaint and get a refund. Please Check and let us know.

Amazon delivered the different product on 23/04/2021 and now they are denying anything by saying that they delivered the correct item.

I requested for the processor model- Celeron G1840 while they sent me a Pentium G3240.
It was clearly mentioned on their website that its a brand new product while they sent me a wrong one and a used product.

I'm attaching the relevant pics with the complaint.
Please take necessary actions against them as such behaviour is not acceptable.

I have observed that the shipping charges have been charged from me to the tune of Rs: 800/-
I am a prime member and as such the shipping charges should not have been charged.

Recently I have lost my one plus 8 pro mobile which I bough in amazon.I have given complaint in police station they have registered it and tracking my phone meanwhile I have noticed that Amazon is accepting exchange of old phone wich is stolen/complained in police station.please let me know any option to block my phone for exchange in amazon

Amazon was refunded my amount and they are saying clearly that amount was refunded, and refund reference numbers are generated only after refund was done. Refund reference numbers are as below:

I contacted with Andhra Bank customer care member, and he said to contact with UBI customer care..
UBI customer care member said that every thing is clear contact to Amazon customer care..
Lastly I am requesting you here, to solve the issue, and see to get my refunded amount.

I have received a job confirmation mail from Amazon . They have provided me application form, offer letter, employment form, and asked to pay 1500 for uniform and 2500 for courier charge ..

I ordered an item on 10th March which is not delivered yet and amazon is basically misguiding me in my every follow-up call . please arrange to penalise Amazon india appropriately so that this does not happen to other customers.

Would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 23rd april 2021 Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.
