    This is for order id :[protected] from Floret. I bought this product from amazon India of Rs. 389 each. but just after one wash this is of no use. I feel cheated here. Quality of road side shops is much better the this and in more the half price.
    I wasn't expecting this from amazon.

        My name is Mohd Afsar and my mobile no is [protected] and email address id [protected]@gmail.com. I had request for closing of amazon pay balance account [protected]([protected]@gmail.com) on 14/07/2020 on customer care no after that customer care representative told me that i[censored] want to close your amazon pay balance account your amazon account will also be deleted after that I replied you can close both than my amazon pay balance account and amazon account has been deleted according to representative but yesterday I got a mail that your have not used your account since one year and your account will be inactive soon. Why I receiving such kind of mail however my amazon pay balance had closed and if they did not delete so why they did such kind of mistake. Please do a needful action and please help me to close my account and if my account has been closed I did not want such kind of mail

          I ordered for a carpet on amazon india vide order no:[protected] on 02/01/2021. it was received on 11/01/2021.since the quality and workmanship was not good., it was booked through courier to suppliers address as given by amazon on 12/01/2021. amazon was informed name of the courier with track number. the courier reached the destination but could not deliver since the address relevent to the supplier was wrong ., thus courier could deliver the carpet till 03/02/2021 after withholding it in their godown for ten days .the courier had no option but return the same to my address. it was reached on 16/02/2021and amazon was informed about the non delivery of the time for the reasons cited and receipt of the same back to me. i have made numerus calls/messages/chats with them about the developments and requested them to refund the couriers charges as well as the carpert of cost totalling rs.7555/-. the courier receipts demanded by them was received and confirmed by amazon. however despite several attempts their are no positive replies except they will revert back in 24 hres which never takes place. the number of messages/chats/calls made by me is only matched by their silence. absolutely they are not concerned about customer satisfaction nor any monitoring mechanism in amazon. kindly review the huge amount blocked from a senior citizen with bugeted income . hope a line of reply from amazon for the release of withheld amount without further delay shall be appreciate. the carpet at my end in origian package can be delivered to their chennai office on intimation from them

                      I have placed two order on amazon precised dates 06/oct/2020 & 02/oct/2020. the payment were done with my debit card. but it was cancelled due to some reason.

                        I had ordered three (3) Oximeters (Finger Tip Pulse Oximeter with LED Display and Auto Power Off Feature) from Amazon India. I had requested it to be delivered to my elderly relatives at three different address (2 in Chennai and 1 in Karaikudi, TN). To everyone's disappointment, all three of them received empty boxes. As soon as my first relative received empty box, other relatives opened the boxes in front of the delivery box.

                                    I have ordered 20 Kg. of dog food (Chappi) 2 pack on 19th April, total amount 3798/-. Which was supposed to deliver between 23-25th Apr. It was undelivered till 24th April morning and status showing "will deliver today". Suddenly by afternoon, the status changed as "delivered on 23rd April". Since I didnot received the pack, I immediately called Amazon customer care and they told they will do the needful and by Monday (26th Apr) I will surely get the pack. I didnot received the items, hence again chatted with customer care and specialist team on 26th Apr, they told will get it by 29th April, since not received by 29th Apr, again I chantted with customer care, they said will get by 30th April, if not refund will initiate by 1st MAy, since I didn't receievd it till date, again I chat with customet care today (1st May), but they said will again wait for 2 more days.

                                    I came to know that many dopg feeders has experiebced the same issue with this product particularly, as they update the status as "deliverd" but the item not been received by the customer.

                                    Please help me to get back my money, I have raised the issue on Amazon help omn twitter, but there also not received any response.

                                    Please check similar issue raised by customners at Amazon. This is not a error, it is a planned cheating by the seller.

                                    Not getting any support from Amazon, they are only asking to wait for more days each time I ask for the solution. Please help me to get my money back as I can't afford to be cheated with that much amount

                                      I am a registered user of Amazon India. I have clearly entered by Pune address as default delivery address.
                                      As you are aware many states in India are currently in lockdown including Maharashtra. Up until a few days ago when I would check the status of non-essential items on Amazon, it would warn me that the item can not be delivered to your address and prevent me from checking out.

                                      This is expected as my pin code is in the state which is under lockdown.

                                      However now Amazon has not put in any such restriction and have come up with discount deals while we are in lockdown. That's strange. When I contacted customer care they were not very clear with my query and said that due to lockdown they can not deliver.

                                      If so why is the online shop open for non-essential items? This is misleading to consumers. Someone might place the order and it might get stranded or cancelled or the state is unclear.

                                      See the attached screenshot. This non essential item comes with an indication that it shall be delivered by May 3rd and I can add it to cart and check it out.

                                      Amazon should close their online shop for non-essential items if they are unable to deliver and avoid showing discount deals when it's not possible to really delivery.

                                      Amazon like Google will do nothing. It is useless and they are all fake, cheats, and fraud. Imagine, when these companies are not allowed to have their "godowns", how come they sell and deliver in 1 day? The retailer whom they name are their own subsidiaries, sister concerns. India is filled with filthy people and thugs. Kaha gayi "Sone ki chiriya"?
