I bought a product for 599 rupees from Amazon and put a refund request for it, which was also pickup on April 23, but its refund has not come yet. They have given me Refund Reference Number #[protected]. Please solve my problem as soon as possible

    From Amazon 21/3/2021 My refund of 250 RS initiated and the side of amazon successfully processed my refund and they provide me to a refund refrence no the refund refrence no is[protected], regarding this issue i already complaint in the bank of my city. yet my refund is not credited in my account please initiate my refund.. i attached the proof of my refund from amazon.. i attached the screenshot of the refund confirmation mail with refund refrence no... Please solve my query

            I have ordered 20 Kg. of dog food (Chappi) 2 pack on 19th April, total amount 3798/-. Which was supposed to deliver between 23-25th Apr. It was undelivered till 24th April morning and status showing "will deliver today". Suddenly by afternoon, the status changed as "delivered on 23rd April". Since I didnot received the pack, I immediately called Amazon customer care and they told they will do the needful and by Monday (26th Apr) I will surely get the pack. I didnot received the items, hence again chatted with customer care and specialist team on 26th Apr, they told will get it by 29th April, since not received by 29th Apr, again I chantted with customer care, they said will get by 30th April, if not refund will initiate by 1st MAy, since I didn't receievd it till date, again I chat with customet care today (1st May), but they said will again wait for 2 more days.

            I came to know that many dopg feeders has experiebced the same issue with this product particularly, as they update the status as "deliverd" but the item not been received by the customer.

            Please help me to get back my money, I have raised the issue on Amazon help omn twitter, but there also not received any response.

            Please check similar issue raised by customners at Amazon. This is not a error, it is a planned cheating by the seller.

            Not getting any support from Amazon, they are only asking to wait for more days each time I ask for the solution. Please help me to get my money back as I can't afford to be cheated with that much amount

              I am a registered user of Amazon India. I have clearly entered by Pune address as default delivery address.
              As you are aware many states in India are currently in lockdown including Maharashtra. Up until a few days ago when I would check the status of non-essential items on Amazon, it would warn me that the item can not be delivered to your address and prevent me from checking out.

              This is expected as my pin code is in the state which is under lockdown.

              However now Amazon has not put in any such restriction and have come up with discount deals while we are in lockdown. That's strange. When I contacted customer care they were not very clear with my query and said that due to lockdown they can not deliver.

              If so why is the online shop open for non-essential items? This is misleading to consumers. Someone might place the order and it might get stranded or cancelled or the state is unclear.

              See the attached screenshot. This non essential item comes with an indication that it shall be delivered by May 3rd and I can add it to cart and check it out.

              Amazon should close their online shop for non-essential items if they are unable to deliver and avoid showing discount deals when it's not possible to really delivery.

              Amazon like Google will do nothing. It is useless and they are all fake, cheats, and fraud. Imagine, when these companies are not allowed to have their "godowns", how come they sell and deliver in 1 day? The retailer whom they name are their own subsidiaries, sister concerns. India is filled with filthy people and thugs. Kaha gayi "Sone ki chiriya"?

                          I ordered OPPO A52 mobile through Amazon on 19/04/2021 with order number[protected], price Rs 13990 / -, mobile was delever on 23/04/2021 but mobile dead condition got 6-7 hours charge Even though I did not turn ON, then I spoke to Amazon customer care, they opted for a replacement, but when the Amazon agent came in for replacement on 27/04/2021, the mobile did not return nor did the replacement, because the phone did not Happening and not seeing EMI, then I spoke to Amazon customer care. They talked about the return and refund on 29/04/2021 but also did not return mobile on 29/04/2021, said mobile is not happening Is, so I will not return, please tell me you are currently suffering from carona in my house, it is difficult to remove us from the house, and amazon issues a new date return picked up every day, sometime April 29, sometime May 1, Now the new date of May 6, do not understand Amazon will return that my 13990 / - sank, amazon is very unfair with me, Do not plese like this, I am very upset, please amazon online shopping return as soon as possible, either you replacement or refund my 13990 rupees, and secondly please you in the present time, this bad condition of the world, you The custamber should not bother, and we think it is stupid to shop online from Amazon, as they do not have any fast service and solution, and I camplain against amazon national counsumer girevane docket no-2711275, Aditya Kumar

                            I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 16th april 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                              I have ordered for two gold coin from Amazon and it was to be delivered by 16th April 21, however it wasn't delivered and every day I get different answers people telling me that the refund will be sent to me in 3 business days or 5 business days.
                              finally when they connect me to supervisor they are the rudest and don't care attitude. They don't want to help the CUSTOMER but treat them like ###.
                              I think it's a scam and as Amazon is not ready to refund my money back.

                                  Amazon Order No:[protected] to the value of Rs.9, 145/- placed on 11 Mar 2021 had to be returned. Return request was approved by Amazon on 28 Mar with instruction to return directly to the Seller, through a Courier of our choice. Amazon indicated that a full refund, including return courier charges, will be transacted, immediately on receipt.

                                  Items were despatched in the original packaging via DTDC on 7 April (DTDC Consignment No: D[protected]. Courier charges were Rs.1, 600/-. The items were received by the Seller on 9 Apr, as per the DTDC Tracking Record. Copy of the Shipment Record was provided to Amazon, as per their instruction.

                                  Despite several follow-up's with Amazon Customer Support by phone and on-line, since 15 April, and assurances, the refund has not been transacted. The apparent delay is due to the lack of a "stamp" on the return transaction record provided by DTDC. This apparent requirement for manual stamping of the shipment record was not previously stated by Amazon. It is also an absurd requirement as the movement of the package can be conveniently tracked through the DTDC Tracking System using the Consignment No that is printed on the Shipment Record.

                                  Copy of the Shipment Tracking details was downloaded from the system and provided to Amazon, confirming receipt of shipment by the Seller.

                                  Despite all attempts, the refund totalling Rs.10, 745/- remains outstanding since 9 Apr 21.

                                      I wanted to buy this Antec F12 RGB 120mm Case Fan. It's just a fan for installing inside your computer cabinet. Cost is about 557 INR.

                                      However in the pictures of the product Amazon is showing a number of photos of the Computer Cabinet and there are no photos of the actual product.
                                      This is very confusing. Amazon should review all such incorrect information/photos and ensure that all product pages have relevant product details.

                                        I had purchased a product called Mpow earmuff's from Amazon in january which was not upto my expectations, so i had to return it. The refund regarding this was initiated on 22nd january 2021 but still i have not received any conformation from the bank. They have provided me the Refund Reference Number as 30005110131013163094380. I have been contacting to the bank customer care many times now but their has been no proper reponse.
