Delivery agent did not want to do door service and he called my 90 years old mother to walk 2 kilometers to get stuff. Its a shame that young delivery agent dont care about old people. This is the phone agent called from Amazon Delivery agent (+[protected]). Amazon Ludhiana is the nearest warehouse....

I deleted my account from Amazon as I no longer wish to receive any emails from them I had clearly mentioned.

I had a bad experience with them as in during a Cash on Delivery order the delivery person cancelled the order without my consent and Amazon in an email informs me I did it though it would be an automated mail. Apart from addressing the issue the customer support had nothing but to say sorry so...

I ordered a WATCH FROM AMAZON WHICH PRICE 2995/- but had to reTURN it due to DAMAGE. According to Amazon, they refunded my money on 8th February 2021 but the amount hasn't been credited in my account yet. I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 29 jan 2021 .
