I ordered products form amazon out of which two turn out to be faulty. So I requested for replacement . Amazon delivery person picked all products form my home but on 17-Mar-2021i only received two of them. So I filled complaint on Customer care on 20th March ticket no [protected]. Since then I have been following up the customer care department but every time I received they give some other date to followup even after one month they are not able to figure out anything about it. As per my last discussion with CC executive the did not reach the faculty due to human error( They may have lost the product) So an amount of 2500 is stuck with them . Even on one occasion CC supervisor(8th April) misbehaved over the call.

The refund amount of 1004rs. Which is initiated by amazon is not credited into my account (ac. No. [protected]).Refund reference no. Is provided by amazon is 30005410981087217660078 and order id is[protected].sir my transaction date is 05/04/2021.the atm card no. Which I used for online payment is ([protected]) . Thank you.

An order was placed on 8th April for a book titled " Dalal New Simplified Middle School Chemistry for class 8 (edition 2018) for Rs 500 ( Rs 360 plus Rs 140 shipping charge). Though it says its been delivered yesterday (16.04 21), it has not been received by me. The book is required urgently. May kindly check and confirm. As it was shipped through India Post I am apprehensive. I was tracking all the while but there were delays everywhere and not at all as the normal delivery schedule maintained by Amazon.

Since the amazon has refund my money but money has not credited in my account

I ordered an item and returned the item on 12 th of April and return id for that product is[protected] and the registered mobile number is [protected] .. 4 days have gone and i haven't received my refund.. I want my refund and i am listening from Amazon is that i will get my refund within three days but daily they say this to me...

I have not received refund on 09/04/2021 amount 1999 from Amazon but amount no in my account.

We wanted to bring to you attention that my order placed for Corrugated boxes totaling to Rs. 2, 338.00 (bill attached), is still not received.

I have placed a feedback on the order and even contacted the customer care but I had no one responding to my query in a helpful way.

We had placed 5 different orders the same day you can have a check for my history on my account: [protected]@gmail.com. Since these were item required for moving we did not open the boxes and on the required day we noticed the boxes were not delivered.

It would be nice if you take a look at my above query and be responsive.

I request you to consider my Grievance raised several times but not addressed as well as not solved by Amazon India,

I would like to report grievance again my returned order[protected]Voltas 1.4 Ton 5 Star Inverter Adjustable Split AC (Copper, 2021 175V ADJ, White) online purchased from Amazon India
Which was Delivered at date: 19th March 2021

Faulty product was Identified: After installation, it was found that the product flap swing motor was not working properly

Requested for replacement: But the replacement was not available and return was initiated after 2/3 days of follow-ups
Finally return was raised and the scheduled pick-up date was 26th March 2021, but it was picked up a day early i.e. on 25th March 2021 by Delhivery Service (tracking id:[protected] But return status is not yet updated in the system and showing return was canceled. As per Amazon their traking id is :[protected].

As per Delhivery instruction were shared by Amazon and same service partner have delivered it. But none of the company have helped to solve it.

I have reported this issue many times but no output.

This has halted my return amount as well as delayed in buying a new product.

I request you to take this seriously and solve this issue at earliest.

I applied the amazon recruitment send my resume after i get the confirmation letter selected the supervisor job. Asked money deposited rs1700 for uniform charges and id card deposit the money and send the receipt. After calling one person he is courier boy ask shirt sizes and send the courier parcel picks. After amazon hr calling me deposit the money 5000 for salary account i do deposit the money After they calling me deposit the money 5000 for medical insurance it is real or fake please help me

I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 14th APRIL 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

This is regarding a mouse that I had ordered. It came without a USB connector while the package contents do mention the same.
The return window had got closed. As I was transferred from Bangalor to Ahmedabad and my good reached after 3 weeks, I could check the packet this week only.
Hence I spoke to Arvind, your agent and he said an email will be dropped to the seller on this and I will receive an acknowledgement of the same. I then followed up with 3 of your chat agents and had to explain the problem to each one of them.

The product is of no use to me without the USB connector. And this is sheer cheating of customer.
Please resolve.

We bought Amazon Brand - Solimo XL Bean Bag from Amazon.in and due to the size we returned the product and the and they initiated the transaction but we did no receive the money in the provided band account

I made the order of globel carpet through Amazon on 31/03/2021 by padding payment of Rs. 5599 / - whose order number is[protected], Delever date from 3/04/2021 to 07/04/2021, but same If the delever did not happen, I spoke to the amazon customer. Amazon accused the seller that when the seller gives a refund, we will give it. When I took the seller to the Amazon customer conferencing together, the seller told me that amazon did not pad the money, then Amazon Said to stay till 12/04/2021 When contacted Amazon on 13/04/2021, tell us to wait till 21/04/2021, Amazon is making me a big joke, we now feel that amazon has given me 5599 / - Duped the rupee, no problem, now I am contacting national counsumer girevane and public girevane and DIST consumers court, Amazon made a huge fraud me.amazon is very cheater compny, plese do not online shopping in amazon.
