I bought an oil named extra virgin olive oil from amazon...
but due to some reason amazon refunded my money back to my bank account or you can say the card from which i made the payment...it was my debit card...kindly get my money back from amazon look at the response mail i got from amazon...
plz help and get my money back to my account asap...
amazon is becoming a fraud now everytime they do this and money never get refunded from them

    This is regarding one product that i bought from amazon but do to missing product they gave me my refund of 466...but i cannot see this amount in my bank account according to them money got credited on 22 march 2021 through neft i can see all transaction but not this one done from amazon...plz help, me get my money back into my bank account.

      First time bought an expensive engine oil Liqui Moly Top Tec 5w40 from Amazon India SELLER NAME - ETrade2

      ORDER NUMBER #[protected]

      The product was received on Sunday 14 march 2021 and on opening it was found to be leaking. A sealed bottle should not leak !!
      IMAGES SENT. THEN I WAS ASKED FOR ID PROOOF. THAT WAS ALSO SENT. I was asked to wait for 24-48 hours and that i wil receive the update.
      I waited but no call and no email and no whereabouts of my refund/replacement request.
      All this trauma and my car was already getting late for service.
      Got my car serviced by buying another oil from the mechanic himself.

      Today i.e. 23 march, 2021, contacted them, the executive SHRADDHA said we cannot refund or replace your product since it non returnable. I asked the executive to give me a better logical answer to which the lady executive said that based on our investigation we cannot provide any refund or replacement because if the product wil leak the entire package will be drenched to which i said to send me this in written. She agreed but didnot provide in written. I have the call recording of the executive.

      I asked her why was I made to wait for so many days i could have gotten my car serviced earlier itself.

      I also talked to her senior named - LINGA. He is also giving same lame excuses and is denying to give me in written that we are denying refund because it should leak all over. When i asked him how can he decide on that. He said its our team that has said that. Again asked him to mail me that report, he said its our internal matter.

      All in all I am very fed up with amazon and have no hope in talking to the dumb customer care of this company.

      I have asked them to pick up the damaged product they delivered, they are not doing so. I request my hard earned money back asap !!

          I purchased Red Tape Men's Rts11331 Sneakers on 6 February 2021 and paid the amount of rupees 1145 through google pay which was linked to my sbi account. Due to the wrong size sent by amazon I returned it and asked for refund. Amazon initiated a refund of rupees 1145 on 13 February 2021 in my Canara bank account, this refund is not credited to my account number yet. When I asked amazon about this they gave me a reference number and told me to ask my bank's home branch about it. So I went to my Canara Bank home branch and they told me that such there is no such transaction in your account.

              I've received two expired Oriflame wellness omega 3 capsules and Amazon is only refunding me for the one and for the second they are neither giving me a refund nor replacing the item even after investigating the issue and relevant images.

                Above order. A non branded piece was sent to me. Useless piece of junk. Also very cleverly only replacement was offered. This is because Amazon does not want to give me my money back?? Take the item back and give me complete refund. Shocking attitude from seller and Amazon.

                    The aboce parcel was due to be delivered to me yesterday (22/3/21) I was informed accordingly. Yey the delivery person had been searching for my address at thge wrong place. Olease furnish me the contact number of your Delivery agent so that I could direct them. The call from the deliver boy who contacted me from the wrong spot was us noisome and aberated due probably to poor mobilenet connection. When I tried to contact him on that number I was directed to a recorded message. I am thoroughly disappointed with the service. Please furnish me the number of the delivery agency.

                      I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                        AMAZON HARD- DRIVE FRAUD / SCAM
                        I had placed order for a Hard - drive (
                        Seagate Backup Plus Hub 4 TB External HDD ), Order ID :- ORDER #[protected] on Amazon on 12th March and I then made the payment for its price amounting Rs 7, 299 and what I received was an empty glass jar concealed and camouflaged as my order .

                        The delivery boy didn't even handed me my package and ran away just after keeping my package on the floor acting as if he was too conscious about social distancing and following COVID guidelines .

                        Upon opening the package I realized not only the item was missing but the packing was also not appropriate, very little packing and usually there is a plastic coating over these electronic items to protect them from rain, but on my order, this was missing and also, my order was tampered, there was a very big cut in the box and tape was put on over it so as to hide it .

                        WEIRD THINGS THAT COMPLETELY PROVE THAT THIS IS A PLANNED FRAUD ( EVIDENCE ) :-

                        1) EVIDENCE -1- Usually for such an order amounting 7, 299 they deliver your product in 4-5 days, but for my fraud case, it took them longer almost ( 7 days ), so that they can plan and execute the fraud .

                        2) EVIDENCE -2 - There was not a single message from amazon . inc that your package will be delivered on this date . ( Usually there is a message, regarding dispatching and delivery options which also shows your track your order option and other relevant dispatching details ).

                        3) EVIDENCE -3- Amazon Delivery guy usually visits between 10;00 am to 5;30 pm, but this guy came at our house at exact 9;35 to 9:38 am and we came to know about the fraud at exact 9:40 am, you can confirm this fact from the warehouse CCTV footage from where he left after taking my order for delivery . Now, this is very weird as who in the world gets up to receive expensive orders at 9;38 am, this is a bit early and shows that this fraud was intentional .

                        4) EVIDENCE -4 - The delivery guy ran suspiciously as if he was about to get caught cheating and doing fraud pretending following COVID guidelines and taking advantage of his mask .

                        5) EVIDENCE -5 - Usually there is a call from the delivery boy because usually they find it a bit difficult to locate our flat, so they try to call and make sure they are delivering the package to the right place . But this guy ( my delivery boy who delivered me had disk ) he waited for too long investigating the place and made sure that he doesn't have to call prior to handing me my order and he made sure that by not calling he's trying to hide all his proof's and identity and also he kept the package at the wrong place ( on the stairs ), just after ringing our door bell .

                        NOW, AS A CUSTOMER, WHAT'S OUR FAULT ?? IT's A COMPLETE FRAUD BY AMAZON !! IT'S A SCAM !!

                        As a customer we always try to avoid Pre-payments and prefer COD ( Cash on Delivery ), But amazon.in doesn't provide COD option on technology items . What's my mistake ?? Can someone point out ??

                        WHEN THEY CANNOT PROVIDE CASH ON DELIVERY, ATLEAST THEY SHOULD EQUIP THEIR DELIVERY BOYS WITH GPS !!

                        WHY AM I ASKING FOR GPS FOR DELIVERY GUYS ??

                        I as a customer just want one thing that is details of delivery guy and ward-house CCTV footage, because I know one thing for sure, that the delivery guys must have first taken out my package and then might have gone to a dealer or a seller to sell my product first so as to get rid off the evidence of this fraud .

                        He might have left the warehouse pretending that he is going for delivery . But, in the midway he might have stopped and sold my product ( for which I have paid ) and then left with the money .

                        GPS IS A MUST FOR THESE FRAUD AND THIEVES !!!

                        Now, I want details of my delivery guy so that I can proceed with the FIR !!
                        How can amazon customer care prove that the order has been delivered, they're supporting the delivery boy and misbehaving with me ??

                        Also, their customer service is so mean, that at first they asked me to have patience, and then asked me to wait for 5 days saying that they will investigate the matter and either give me the product or make a refund for the same ( now this was their strategy, so that 24 business hours can pass and things will be in their favor ) and I will lose my patience, energy and will to proceed for the FIR ) .

                        They made me wait for 5 days by saying have patience again and again so that I will lose my motivation and desire to lodge an FIR !!

                            I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 16th april 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                                    Ordered A Gigabyte Graphic Card Last Month Recieved It On 21 Feb 2021, The Product Box Had Scrap Metal Inside, Inspite Of Complaining Multiple Times No Action They Took. Attached is the video of the product unboxing. Has all the proof of product delivery, unboxing, follow up check by Amazon officers, and contacting them regarding the same through mail, customer support. There ecr(executive customer relation) team handled the case but came up with saying they cant do anything about it.
