I am very much disappointed with the customer service provided by customer care. They always request to wait for 48 hours and when contacted again they asked to wait for 48 hours more. I want immediate call back for help...

I recieved a call on the 3rd of February 2021 regarding a deal which i was shortlisted for. i did all that i was told but had to keep making payments again and again on the pretext of GST. I have paid a lot already and yet they didnt refund my amount after i had refused the order. Got connected to many different employees. Earlier amazon delivered me a different product which I haven't order and only of the executive had only requested my return pickup for the same issue and after returning the product amazon declined my query by saying you have given us the different product and now they are not refunding my money back and threatening me daily that they won't give a refund for the same. My bank account was Oriental Bank of Commerce which is now PNB.
