Hi sir, I have an orderd cosmetic product from AMAZON payment done by debit card .the product was spoiled so I requested refund so they verified and accepted also they initiate refund amount rs. 259 on 17 th March but still now I don't receive any amount from AMAZON. My refund reference no.:# 30005110691069108363506.

So pls I kindly request you to take immediate action.

      I had Ordered a Laptop cooling fan from AMAZON.IN with order #[protected] on 10-MAR-2021 which i successfully return on 14-MAR-2021 and since i had paid by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happen till date. I contacted the AMAZON team which replied me back with a reference number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process on 21st itself and its up to the bank to credit the same in my account in time which can take 5-6 Business days but since it has been longer than that i called my bank with the reference number that my merchant gave me but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them. My account number is [protected]. I regularly check my balance, nothing of that sort has been credited since then. My refund reference number is 30005110691069148570284. Attached is the email from the AMAZON team stating that the refund has been successfully completed.

        This amount was credited as per the details mentioned above but it is not reflected in my account when I have contacted customer care of PNB but they denied to help.

            Hello sir/mam,
            I am prafull wagadre I ordered a item from amazon 31st but that product unfortunately not delivered and Refund from amazon was initiated on 10th march 2021. Amazon sent this transaction id for the refund D21538955 and told me to fill charge dispute form but central bank is delaying the complaint that i have raised. So, please ask them to quicken the process for this complaint as it's very urgent for me to get this refund amount asap. Amazon literally mentioned several times that i would be getting the amount credited and it would be reflecting in my bank account by 19th March 2021 (Friday) but it's already too late and i think i have been robbed here.

            Kindly requesting your team to avoid this delay and credit the refund amount of rs. 1399 to my account immediately without any further delay as i still did not get the refund.

                              My name is Mahavir Kothari holding a Saving A/c:[protected] in Canara bank, Saraswati Chowk Branch, Solapur.
                              I made an online transaction on Saturday - 06 Mar 2021, Order id:[protected], however the transaction failed and the order got canceled, although an amount of 6798 Rs was deducted from my account.

                              When I checked with Amazon customer care they stated that they haven't received an amount of 6798 Rs on 06 Mar'21. So, I did reach out to the branch to get more clarification however the associate from branch stated that it would take at least 48 hrs or 2 working days to get back the refund. So I reached back to the branch again on 12 Mar'21 but then I was asked to give my complaint in writing and which I did.

                              But it has been almost 2 weeks now and I haven't received my money. So, I request you to please look in to the issue on personal basis and try and help me out to get back my money.

                                  Highly disappointed. Never expected this type of quality rejected item from @Vinod and as well as from amazon. It missed the proper finishing where the handles are fastioned. A month back I have purchased this item through workhuman globoforce official network. First time I thought may be by mistake I received defective item and I have returned and asked for replacement, because I am already using @vinod items and very much impressed with their quality product. But sadly once again I received defective item as replacement.
                                  Feeling like I got cheated.

                                    The product never had a price tag, so when i went to give it for return the courier person says they have an app verification system where they need to put the price tag picture, so without it, the request will be rejected. This happened 5 times, that my product was not picked up due to no price tag.

                                    I wrote to your social media team and also customer care, but everyone is just keeping on rescheduling the pick up, with no resolution. Either you refund my money without taking back the product or you deactive the app verification of tag and make the return successful so i can get refund. This is ridiculous.

                                        For the last 3 months I've been ordering from Amazon but every order gets an update " possible delay in delivery due to received at incorrect delivery station", and the order jumps from one station to another and gets cancelled, what Amazon does is circulate the money, it's a scam, delivery station is involved, it's incharge is involved, delivery guys and all other operators are involved in this scam, i am going to sue them all one by one
