My name is Mahavir Kothari holding a Saving A/c:[protected] in Canara bank, Saraswati Chowk Branch, Solapur.
I made an online transaction on Saturday - 06 Mar 2021, Order id:[protected], however the transaction failed and the order got canceled, although an amount of 6798 Rs was deducted from my account.
When I checked with Amazon customer care they stated that they haven't received an amount of 6798 Rs on 06 Mar'21. So, I did reach out to the branch to get more clarification however the associate from branch stated that it would take at least 48 hrs or 2 working days to get back the refund. So I reached back to the branch again on 12 Mar'21 but then I was asked to give my complaint in writing and which I did.
But it has been almost 2 weeks now and I haven't received my money. So, I request you to please look in to the issue on personal basis and try and help me out to get back my money.
