We bought Amazon Brand - Solimo XL Bean Bag from Amazon.in and due to the size we returned the product and the and they initiated the transaction but we did no receive the money in the provided band account

The above number is provided by amazon customer care to track the transition from the bank side as I contacted bank people they mentioned don't have any facility to check the transaction so please do look into the issue

    If I call them they are waiting for feedback.
    Shooted plenty mails. But not even response for them

      I made the order of globel carpet through Amazon on 31/03/2021 by padding payment of Rs. 5599 / - whose order number is[protected], Delever date from 3/04/2021 to 07/04/2021, but same If the delever did not happen, I spoke to the amazon customer. Amazon accused the seller that when the seller gives a refund, we will give it. When I took the seller to the Amazon customer conferencing together, the seller told me that amazon did not pad the money, then Amazon Said to stay till 12/04/2021 When contacted Amazon on 13/04/2021, tell us to wait till 21/04/2021, Amazon is making me a big joke, we now feel that amazon has given me 5599 / - Duped the rupee, no problem, now I am contacting national counsumer girevane and public girevane and DIST consumers court, Amazon made a huge fraud me.amazon is very cheater compny, plese do not online shopping in amazon.

          Kindly buy from Amazon because I am confident of amazone saler. I bought the central table of ELTOP company through Amazon whose order number was[protected] Price was Rs. 7875 / - I paid money but the price was too high from the market, so I canceled Wanted to do, then the direct seller came on the phone and told me that the money will be refunded. It has been delever similar to my house, I do not understand how stupid these people make the public, have not even taken it, and threatening ligel, threatening to send unligel notice, the world. The law of the law is known only by these people, I also know that under Section 503, if a person threatens on mobile or mail, I too have law and order! ELTOP SELLER is repeatedly accusing me that CENTER TABLE delever us, while nothing has happened, I am being sent a message on the sellar's phone and email, AMAZON I am telling you the final please explain the sellar Otherwise I had ordered from the same AMAZON but now I will take LIGEL action if I have too much trouble!             I order Eltop 's central table through Amazon online on 31/03/2021 with order number[protected] paid 7875/-but it's price was higher than the market, due to which I canceled on 02/04/2021 immediately the seller called me, the same will not be return and even then the money will be deducted, I told the seller the same is being taken from Amazon, huh, so I will cut the money, then I gave this information to Amazon, Amazon confirmed me that don't wary, I will refund your money, and 05/04/2021 my 7875/-was refunded through Amazon, but 08/04/2021 evening I got the massage that the Eltop central was delever, I did not understand anything, then the seller gave me call on 09/04/2021 to give the same delevry money or the same. I told them that you should first confirm the same to whom they were give from which address and from whose authority are they accusing us! Saller is threatening me on repeated calls and mails, so I accepted the threat but first you prove that I am that person and you have delever on address. If I get a threat on my mail or calls, I will enter the FIR on mobile number [protected] and [protected], under ips section 503, I hope from Amazon understand my problem, you should also explain Eltop, otherwise the are many people in the country likes us, who are shopping with Amazon they will lose their trust from Amazon.

                  I had ordered two combo items on order no[protected] dated 27th march 2021.One of them had cancelled and return by me on 2nd April 2021.Amazon has refunded me and also show on site but bank A/c is not showing this refund.I had complained about this in bank but there is no action taken by bank till now.The RNN number is MTPLFYE20000KMQW9FCX.So kindly

                    I have been charged 199INR without my knowledge or any PIN requested from Amazon. I receive a message late night on 12th April 2021 stating, Dear Customer, transaction of INR 199.00 done on ICICI Bank Account XX252 on 12-Apr-21. Info: VSI*AMAZON ST.

                    I need refund of the same and stop any application running at the back without my knowledge.

                          I ordered 4 Orient electric fan on 11 April, 2021 (Order NO- #[protected] from Amazon Business, but their was no mention of my firm's GST number on the invoice to avail offer of 18% GST credit .
                          You are kindly requested to provide an updated invoice with my firm's GST number included (GST No- 06AFMPN5438E2ZB).
                          I had already complained with the customer care service on chat but i didn't get the satisfactory result as they left the call hanging many times.

                            I ordered 4 quantity of "Nilkamal Plastic Storage Box with wheels, 50L" (Order ID/# [protected] on 16th March, 2021, i completed payment through COD of 3, 360 rs., but got delivered only with one box out of four.I filed many complaints through amazon customer support regarding this issue.
                            Firstly, after completing so said investigation for "item missing" as conveyed on 20 Mar 2021 by amazon customer service, i got no response back from support.Then i called back after few days to enquire about my complaint, now my request for any replacement or refund isn't being considered at allLooks like this support isn't listening to customer side of matter, i have lost my hard-earned money for 3 boxes that i haven't received of worth 2, 520 rs.
                            Kindly consider the above mentioned issue, take some actionable steps

                              amazon says that a refund will appear on your bank account or credit card statement with in 7 days
                              but till not I have no any refund in my bank account
                              I called in Amazon costumer care they said your refund is reflected in your bank account with the reference number #[protected] but I have no any statement in my bank

                                Respected Sir,
                                I am not able to access my Amazon account as my previous Registered Mobile number is not functional. Not able to receive OTPs sent by you.
                                My earlier login credentials are as follows
                                Registered email ID : [protected]@gmail.com and
                                Registered Mobile Number is :[protected]
                                My registered Mobile number is not working any more due to some technical issues hence I changed it to (new number) [protected]
                                I am not able to find a way to change/update my mobile number online.

                                  I totally surprised when i bought Solimo 3-Door Foldable Wardrobe, 10 Racks, Beige from @amazonIN ..it was totally worst..very bad ...

                                  It is really worthless to buy such a costly product to waste money.

                                        I had ordered product (order id #[protected] from amazon and this was delivered on monday[protected]. In my parcel some items were missing that i ordered, so after receiving my parcel i called coustumer care and informed about then he was say that we need some time for inquiry regarding this after that we will inform you. I called again coustumer care after 4-5 days, they said that we had delivered all items in your parcel and we can't do anything and forget about your missing items or refund...thats the behaviour of such kinds of big company with coustumer.
                                        So, please consider my problem as soon as possible.

                                        I was contacting Amazon coustomer care many time but they didn't give satisfactory answer and not gave money back but after submit complaint on this forum so within 3-4 days they gave money back and gave information about it via mail only(not any call).
