Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I ordered 4 Orient electric fan on 11 April, 2021 (Order NO- #[protected] from Amazon Business, but their was no mention of my firm's GST number on the invoice to avail offer of 18% GST credit .
You are kindly requested to provide an updated invoice with my firm's GST number included (GST No- 06AFMPN5438E2ZB).
I had already complained with the customer care service on chat but i didn't get the satisfactory result as they left the call hanging many times.

    I ordered 4 quantity of "Nilkamal Plastic Storage Box with wheels, 50L" (Order ID/# [protected] on 16th March, 2021, i completed payment through COD of 3, 360 rs., but got delivered only with one box out of four.I filed many complaints through amazon customer support regarding this issue.
    Firstly, after completing so said investigation for "item missing" as conveyed on 20 Mar 2021 by amazon customer service, i got no response back from support.Then i called back after few days to enquire about my complaint, now my request for any replacement or refund isn't being considered at allLooks like this support isn't listening to customer side of matter, i have lost my hard-earned money for 3 boxes that i haven't received of worth 2, 520 rs.
    Kindly consider the above mentioned issue, take some actionable steps

      Hello sir I ordered pro elite cover on 21 march 2021 for 899 rupees.order id is[protected]
      and I returned this on 30 March
      amazon says that a refund will appear on your bank account or credit card statement with in 7 days
      but till not I have no any refund in my bank account
      I called in Amazon costumer care they said your refund is reflected in your bank account with the reference number #[protected] but I have no any statement in my bank

        Respected Sir,
        I am not able to access my Amazon account as my previous Registered Mobile number is not functional. Not able to receive OTPs sent by you.
        My earlier login credentials are as follows
        Registered email ID : [protected]@gmail.com and
        Registered Mobile Number is :[protected]
        My registered Mobile number is not working any more due to some technical issues hence I changed it to (new number) [protected]
        I am not able to find a way to change/update my mobile number online.
        Please help and guide me and send a solution to my problem to my registered email ID ie [protected]@gmail.com (registered with you).

          I totally surprised when i bought Solimo 3-Door Foldable Wardrobe, 10 Racks, Beige from @amazonIN ..it was totally worst..very bad ...

          It is really worthless to buy such a costly product to waste money.
          Neither seller is helping nor Amazon is helping me to get it ..

                I had ordered product (order id #[protected] from amazon and this was delivered on monday[protected]. In my parcel some items were missing that i ordered, so after receiving my parcel i called coustumer care and informed about then he was say that we need some time for inquiry regarding this after that we will inform you. I called again coustumer care after 4-5 days, they said that we had delivered all items in your parcel and we can't do anything and forget about your missing items or refund...thats the behaviour of such kinds of big company with coustumer.
                So, please consider my problem as soon as possible.

                I was contacting Amazon coustomer care many time but they didn't give satisfactory answer and not gave money back but after submit complaint on this forum so within 3-4 days they gave money back and gave information about it via mail only(not any call).

                  I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs129/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 10-April-2021. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                      Rs.329 has been debited- today on 10th April 2021. I have no auto renewal, prime membership or anything related to this card. REFUND MY MONEY BACK and EXPLAIN WHY THIS HAPPENED.

                      This is simply unacceptable .. and seeing that so many people are facing this. It’s robbery

                        I have Purchased a Bluetooth Speaker from Amazon by paid Rs.339/-by online on 12/02/2021, But i got a non working piece and i returned it and i got another one after 15 days and this too not worked, so i returned and asked Amazon to refund the Money, for that they told after get the product your account will be Credited, it was reached the destination on March 22, but till now i didn't got refunded, when ever i calling the amazon customer care just they told to wait for two minutes and cut my Call, its seems to fraudulent

                          My bank account number is [protected] and the branch is Railway Station Rd, PNT Colony, Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh 229001. I cancelled my order on amazon. They refund me my money with RRN(30005410481047159105339) and RRN(30005410051001072895682) but I haven't received my money yet. amazon customer care told me to contact your bank branch. I contacted but my bank branch didn't respond to me.

                            I ordered a product but it was defective so I placed a replacement order. However at the date of delivery no one came at my house to deliver product nor I got any call from them. It has been 2 days and the issue remains the same. The last date is near after that I won't be able to place a replacement order. I contacted customer care and they just keep telling me to wait only. One executive told me if I don't get my item by tomorrow (8th April) they will initiate the refund. It has been already past the delivery time and I still didn't got my product. In the end I didn't got anything and I remain with my defective product.

                                  Since last 3 months, amount of Rs. 169 is being deducted from my account in the name of VSI*AMAZON STAN. It is unclear to why this is happening.
                                  I called Amazon customer care & they told to contact bank regarding same as there is no such deduction from their side.
                                  After contacting ICICI, they informed me that the amount is being deducted through Amazon only & it cannot be unsubscribe without their help.

                                  I am attaching bank statement highlighting monthly deduction of Rs. 169 on every 8th.

                                      I have returned an item worth 1399 and they have made refund also on Feb 26, 2021. Still my account with Indian bank is not credited.
                                      In amazon customer care they provided refund reference no #[protected] and told to contact Indian bank customer care.

                                      They are asking me UTR NO and transaction no and telling me to visit branch and make complaint.

                                      In return I contacted amazon they are informing they ll not b updated with UTR no or transaction no.

                                      Why this lengthy and confusing procedure is being followed. If a refund is made amazon should update reference no with the order and bank should accept this reference no for complaints.
                                      Are we customers so idle to move to and fro like a pendulum both side to get our money back???
