I made a purchase of 29962 from amazon on 2nd april using HDFC credit card, after the order was placed i cancelled the order within 1 hour of purchase.I got message from amazon and hdfc that it is cancelled and amount will be reversed.But amount is not yet credited into my credit card.

Amazon personal asked me to cancel the order as they couldn't deliver the product. Amazon provided me ~Refund Reference #[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian banks doesn't have such policy.So kindly respond to this complain urgently, this issue is going on since 3 months now.

        State Emblem of India (Prohibition of Improper Use) Act, 2005 says that "Commercial usage of the Emblem is punishable with imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than six months, which may extend to two years and with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees" but India's largest online site has selling Indian National Emblem.                   My brother has ordered HDD from Amazon on cash on delivery & delivery was expected next week but somehow my brother received a message today morning that he will receive his product today & when the product arrived my mother collected it & paid the amount & when we checked, there was a soap inside.
                  My main concern is not about the money but how come that fraudster got my address & how come they know that I have ordered something of xxxx amount.

But on 20march2021 on Amazon account shows that the product is delivered, I complained on the same day that I didn't receive and order then they told me that during handling your package is misplaced by mistake, so they told me due to their fault they will refund my amount directly to my payment account . But till now I didn't get my refund I have compliant multiple times for both the products . Amazon costumer service are telling that we have initiated your amount to PNB bank and asked me to contact PNB costumer service .l tried to get help and contacted pnb costumer service by telling that Amazon have provided me reference code for refund but didn't get any help.

                              but in actual there is no amount that has been credited in my account till today i have been complaining to amazon from last 50 days

                                  I am Anil Bairapudi, and have placed an order on 31st March 2021 for oneplus nord 5G phone. It was supposed to be delivered by 1st April 2021 and I was not there at home, however there was miscommunication between the delivery boy & at my home. The product was cancelled by the delivery boy without my consent.Â
                                  I was waiting for the product to collect, and I am assuring my exchange phone is in good condition. I request to relook it and send the same product for delivery. I need the product invoiced on 31st march 2021, as the invoice bill is needed for me for other purposes. And was trying to contact customer care, but not getting the right solution to resolve the issue.Â
                                  My amount was debited on the 31st march 2021, and not getting the product as promised.Â
                                  I was not happy at my end, as I have been a customer for Amazon for the last 6 years. It is requested to resend/ re-deliver the same product which was promised on 31st March 2021 invoice( which is attached as reference). As I am a central government employee, I need a 31st March 2021 invoice for the LTC scheme. Â

                                    Hello so the problem is that i requested an amazon assosiate to initiate a return for the product instead of replacement as the product was inappropriate but then again as the product color was not matching the return pickup boy did not accept it yet i chatted with another amazon assosiate and he initiated a return with no image verification and when it was successfully returned, almost 10 days the seller hasn't refunded so i checked whats taking so long and saw the order details section, that my payment is 0 rupees but i bought it for 1799 rupees so please can you do something about it.

                                      Amazon order[protected] not delivered to me but falsely updated the status as delivered .
                                      When I have contacted customer care they said by March 31 it will be delivered due technical glitch it was falsely updated as delivered even though it's not delivered to me.
                                      Now when I have contacted Customer care they are saying that I need to wait for more 10, days .

                                        Kindly note, we have ordered Bajaj Majesty RH 13F Plus 2500 Watts 13 Fins Oil Filled Room Heater (Black / Golden, ISI approved) for Rs. 11, 400/- vide invoice no : RJ [protected] - 2021 and paid online. however, there was an extraordinary delay in receiving the product, (on 15th February). There was a medical emergency and we shifted to Mumbai. We tried canceling the order online, however, it was not allowing us to cancel online.
