I purchase the dell laptop battery from Amazon India. After getting the delivery it is found that Battery is not compatible to my laptop.so i request to amazon india regarding the return the battery, But they denied.
Please help me regarding this issue

Amazon refund 403 rupees in my bank account on 13 January 2021 ( OR AFTER 13 JANUARY), but amount is not showing in my account.
Amazon told me, they send money to my account and they also provide me a Reference Number[protected].
I also contact to bank and bank costumer service but they don't solve this problem and ask to contact amazon service....

169 Rs got deducted without any notification or OTP. I don't know what's it deducted for and I haven't taken any subscription as well. This is just really weird how can money randomly get deducted?...

On 21-9-20 I have order Redmi 9 Rs(8998) at same time order is declined and amount is debited from my ATM card. Amazon give me refund reference number (641036) and says this refund is reflected in our account on 10-10-20 but this amount is not come in my Account. I also contact the bank branch pnb they says please contact to Amazon and Amazon says please contact to bank. Please take strict action on Amazon for refund my amount.
