    I ordered Philips Induction cooktop from Amazon.in but I was shocked when I opened the package. The Amazon box had Philips induction box inside but when I opened the Philips box the induction cooktop was not Philips but some surya Star and that too having a crack at the top. I couldn’t believe can this kind of cheating happen under the banner of company like Amazon. I have marked the item for return.

      Returned a tshirt on amazon which was paid using my bank's debit card related to a union bank account that i closed few days after ordering that tshirt. after that i returned the tshirt the refund was processed on 9th nov and now it shows that the refund has been done by 14th nov but i havent got the money.

        I received a call from amazon India and they told me i had won a gift because of my intensive shopping in the past few days. I believed it because it is true that i have been shopping a lot. But they asked me to pay extra money time and again claiming me a refund. I was a fool to believe them the first time. '
        The man claimed to be a dispatch manager in the head office of Bangalore named Vivek Srivastava. I checked everywhere for his profile and found none. His mobile number is [protected]. I am still unsure whether he is a genuine amazon employee or a fake scammer. He knew all my details that i have only submitted to AMAZON Account.
        Kindly let me know asap. Another number that called regarding the same issue is [protected]. I really hope you can just let me know whether these phone numbers belong to your company or not.

          Placed order on 20 October in great Indian festival offer wasting lot of time searching for suitable offers

          Now after enjoying my money for 1month there is no reply from seller when written on your app
          Customer care asking me to take refund
          Who is going to compansate for emotions as I promised my wife after ordering, and who will compansate for interest loss
          And now the same product is 3times the rate I ordered and I find this is reason for not delivering and asking me to take refund
          I can wait max for another week for proper solution to this else iam think of going to consumer forum against these fradulant practices in the name of offer
          This seller is doing same from last 2-3 years as I see now for address I found reviews why do Amazon donot take any action against him

            Hi i have not received cashback as per rewards collected offer in amazon for my furniture, toys shopping . I contacted customer care for cashback of furniture but no help. it is cheating.

              I placed an order (17 packets of natural dyes) with amazon worth Rs.2810 ON 17/10/2020 And payment done by visa debit card.
              due to some personal reason I return 16 packets worth Rs.2555.
              I got the half refund that is Rs.1253/- (9 packets), But I didn't get the refund Rs.1300/- (7packets) till now.
              I contact with amazon they said that they already paid the full amount on 26/10/2020.(REFERENCE NO-362895).
              I contact with SBI bank also they said that they didn't get any money.

                Under RRN:30005403180317033711126 towards my corporation bank atm no:[protected] of sb a/c #[protected] belonging to IFSC:CORP0003002 for an amount of Rs.1345 was not yet credited to my aforesaid account despite amazon india well declared the refund was initiated as early as 12th instant but it was not shown to my bank account therefore the corporation bank must respond and my money to be credited inlimine.

                  Hi,

                  I have placed an order in amazon.in on oct 22nd and amazon has assured the delivery date between Nov 7th - Nov 17th. But the product has not delivered yet and customer care or amazon is saying we will refund your money that seller is not responding. I suspect the seller is fraud and amazon is using money with fake seller to generate the income and holding the money for a long time . This is the biggest fraud happening with Amazon i feel. This was serious issue that generating for fake products. I suspect amazon is entertaining fake sellers.
                  I suspect this seller is not delivering the product from very long time and i requested the amazon to give the track record of the seller but amazon was telling now we removed the seller. When a strong customer interacts then only they are acting on hide the issues.
                  Please try to find the track record of the seller. If the seller is not being delivering any product why amazon listed him still till date.
                  We have also booked the similar product from another account for my relative and still amazon is assuring that it will be delivered for sure.
                  I one place they say we will refund in another place they say it will be delivered. To generate the income amazon is holding the money for a longer period.
                  And also during offer period they kept changing the product price as well the product delivery time and still amazon has done this and entertained to make the fake business.

                  Due to this lost other offers and also lost money, time and reputation which led me mental tensions as we are middle class people

                  The same would have been happened to lots of customers but someone should report this issue

                      Its about more than one month still they r not giving me refund..i returned the product ..actually i ordered a 6 pack combo kurti but i got just 1 so i asked for my refund they said plesse return us the 1 item then we will refund u .i returned the product with good labeling and sent back to amazon bjt they are saying we have not received the product yet and the courier service deparment are saying we have delivered it a long time ago.i have contacted amazon agent almost 40 times but they r not giving me my refund ..i am sharing a return receipt with u and delivered proof also ..this is my final hope to get my 1500 refund..i am a middle class boy sir 1500 is a high amount for me

                        Product is mentioned if fast charging but its very slow to charge battery. and i impressed with Images, and specifications but mobile is not looking like images and also performance. I'm very disappointed. i spoke with customer support team, they said install some application and they will check. so many things done by support team. we are checking charging problem from 24hrs but he tested with some application and he said tested OK there is no issue. he just certified in 2 mins. how can they certify in two mins, he just certified for only is it charging or not. not about speed. i'm complaining about speed charging. but he didn't listening.

                        whenever bought new phone if diagnostics problems detected we will completely disappointed

                        and one more thing i unfortunately order time wrong color picked (Multiple time page scrolled front & back for confirmation, i thought that time color has changed ) so i requested him to change the color i don't want Black please replace.. he cant accepting.

                        SIR FINALLY I'M REQUESTING TO REFUND MY AMOUNT I DON'T WANT ANY PHONE

                            I have purchased the books Named Durga Tantra Shastra and Klai Tantra Siddhi complete book from Amazon. I have created return pickup for this book but amazon didnt make the return pickup and made it cancelled 7 times and they are not helping me in return pickup of this book since 1 week.                               Frequently I am unable to return the amazon product just because of simple reason that NO PICK Up person is turning up...But please note that still amazon sends ECOMM express delivery boys to deliver things..But when i select return, by pick up.Amazon shows a DLV will soon contact you ..But no one did so.. & when i ask the delivery boys, they will tell “We didn’t get any message regarding-pickup forwarded from amazon...& See at the end what will happen is after 30 days amazon customer care guys will tell “sorry sir, the return window has expired and nothing can be done”

                              This incident of no pick up guy came happened to me for the Amazon order :
                              [protected] ordered on 4 sep &now no one came for pick up even after return window is over.

                              This same series of event is repeating for the order :[protected].A pair of shoes worth 649 Rs & return window is going to end by november end;But i contacted amazon 4 times& they helplessly assured to get it picked up within 24-48 hrs which did never happen..

                              The third party pick up agent & delivery was done By Ecom Express Rajakumari brach though we dont have any direct contact otherthan via amazon...

                              Hope this will be an end and does not happen to anyone else:..Shame on a brand like amazon to use such dirty tricks to save money...Have some pity on poor consumers who pay Delivery charges...

                                Previous complaint was deleted - not sure who deleted, reposting again.

                                Refund of ORDER[protected]

                                Ordered a pair of Asics shoes on 20 sep 2020, as the shoes were not satisfactory I initiated returns and requested to refund to my amazon pay account as the account I used to do this transaction is closed.

                                There was no update of my refund for many days after the return shipment was collected by amazon delivery agent.

                                After multiple follow up Amazon is saying they have initiated refund to my closed bank account on 27 oct and have provided a RRN no.

                                However as my bank account is closed, bank is not able to help on this nor able to trace this transaction, Amazon is saying funds are transferred and you should check with bank.

                                  I purchased a pair of Asics shoes on Amazon.in on 20 Sep 2020, ORDER

                                  ORDER 404-XXXXXXX-5553925

                                  Due to some issues I initiated returns of this shoes.

                                  Amazon initiated the return and did the refund to my bank account.

                                  However as I had moved form US to India and had a NRE account, I closed this account on Oct 12 2020.

                                  Amazon is saying the refund is completed from there side and have given a RRN # 74766510300042981804566 on Oct 27, I need to check with bank for any further issues.

                                  Bank is saying as the account is closed no transactions can go through and Amazon has to check from there end.

                                  Now I'm not able to track or get this refund, neither bank nor amazon is helping me out.

                                    I have booked a electronic sewing machine at Amazon on 28th Oct. The delivery date was 7th Nov. On 7th Nov I didn't receive my product. Then I contacted to Amazon CS AND he told me to wait till 12th Nov. Now at 12th Nov again I didn't receive this product. Again I contacted to Amazon CS and they told me to wait 2 days more. Now today is 15th of Nov they are saying that either you can take your refund by cancelling order at customer's end or I have to wait until seller wouldn't update this product at Amazon. When I asked from them how much time it will take? They told me that they have no idea. I have attached the order details as well.

                                      Above order is not booked on pod basis at all.payment failed since order was not booked.

                                        My product was returned on 10th, but they are saying they have not received the product. I want my money. Please ask them to refund my money. Amazon is not initiating the refund for the return. I got cheated
