Sir,
I have authored the book who sold my options which is available in Amazon.in few friends of mine bought the book but are unable to write reviews.
I also as an author wrote a review but was removed based on impartial opinions.
I tried escalating the issue but customer service is not helping me. Can I file a case against Amazon for discrimination and lack of sales. People buy books based on reviews only....

I am to state that I have ordered a chair from Amazon.in on dt.14.08.2020 amounting to Rs.3, 490/- and the expected delivery date was shown on dt.25.08.2020. The order was prepaid. But unfortunately, our area comes under the containment zone and hence we had to leave the place immediately. As such we were not available to receive the product which was ordered. Subsequently, I cancelled the order immediately on dt.15.08.2020....

This is a fake item and not getting activated on various calls to customer care number. Return expired on 31/08/2020 and your customer care gives reply that nothing can be done on the issue. Earlier also same thing happened but it was replaced.
On various call with your customer care with miss angada, rahul and two other executives there is no response.br...

On 11-sep-2020 i ordered a printer along with 1 year extended plan and paid the amount. Within no time i received an email stating that my order is cancelled (Just the printer) with no info. As to why it was cancelled. I had to cancel the 1 year extended plan myself. When i called and spoke with ms. Amazon is providing all the small products in my area but it is not delivering big electronics like this oneplus tv to me....

I had usually buy your product but recently it was unsatisfactory...

My axis debit account it debited with inr 2, 18, 298/- by a fraudulent and i never got an otp or sms notification from the back. The account was debited on 7th sep 2020 at 5:33am, it was debited by ecom pur/amazon seller services/560005 please have my hard earned money back as this was not initiated by me. I ordered blackberry evolve mobile phone in aug 21st 2020.
In inr 17999.

My ordered delivered date was 31st aug 2020 but it was delivered 2nd sep 2020.

When i opened parsel then i found that mobile box was allready opned and old.
Then i opened mobile box and i find there is no mobile phone in that box. Then i called customer care and explain everthing, they told me to wait...
