I would like to highlight that I purchased a television in June'20 (details are in attachment and in below snapshot). However, from 1st day the television had some problem. Due to office work, I left for another city. Once I backed and started the television it was not working properly, I contacted Samsung customer care. They investigated the television and found some parts having the issues.
I have another Samsung television that I purchased directly from the showroom, it's now 10 years, and I did not have any issues so far. This the time I trusted Amazon and purchased such a big amount of product but unfortunately, I got that the rumors I heard from too many peoples are correct and it's not advisable for anyone to trust online products through amazon.
I would like to suggest to look into the matter and requesting you to change the television. I trusted too much on Amazon and I would like to believe the same. Waiting for your valuable feedback as early as possible.
