I purchased an item on 13 sep 2020 from Amazon which is sold by SatNanak ShuChi and paid the amount via debit card. It has been more than 2 months and the seller is neither delivering the order nor refunding my amount.

    I got an offer letter from someone called rohan malhotra([protected]). After he send me offer letter, asking for money. How can I believe that they are genuine. Another lady calling me continuously asking for money.

      Dear amazon I have order few products on 25th nov 2020 d products were good but the issue is with the delivery boy inspite of guiding him to the correct address every time he asks to come on to the road to collect my parcel. I'm a nursing mother its nt at al possible for me to come and collect I explained him the same. Still every time he wants us to collect the parcel on some road point he rejects to give the parcels at home. Moreover he is rough and using abusive language since I asked him to give the parcel at the address provided. He threatens not to deliver the products next time .         I am sharing my worst experience that i had recently with Amazon. I placed an order of external hard disk on 6th Nov and on 13th Nov product was marked delivered but actual product was not received. I raise my concern on 13th Nov and they ask me to wait till 18th Nov then again, I did follow up but there was no resolution. There was no update on complaint nobody was looking into this matter. Then I after so many calls i got my concerns escalated and after 22 days of wait I got refund where i was only expecting Product.
        Amazon agent cut the call saying we can't placed an replacement order. There is no customer value, no value for money, no value of customer time...

          I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi*amazon ST. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 27th november 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

            The Courier Company is not delivering the goods while sending out SMS each day for Delivery & Non Delivery Status for last 4 days...
            While making numerous calls to check the delivery status the Company Customer care is non responsive..

            I will Put on Twitter & Other Forums as advised not to to use this Particular Courier Company that does not respond to a simple query about the deliver of a product...

                  earlier delivery date : 4th November, now it is 30th November . but still it is showing ordering stage only ...
                  enough time I waited for the product.

                      I ordered a WZATCO S4 Android 9.0 Native 1080P Full HD 4K LED Projector online from Amazon.in mobile app on 23rd Oct’20 vide Order No.[protected]. Paid the amount Rs.25900/- through my SBI Credit Card with 12 months EMI. Got delivery on 28th Oct’20. On first test on 28th Oct, the projector self-restarted, which I thought, was normal at that time. But on subsequent runs, it kept on restarting several times before getting in to running mode. I contacted on the customer care number provided with the product. I was suggested to reset it to factory mode. I did the same and it ran normal for few runs but same problem started again. During operation, I found out that the Bluetooth connectivity was also not working properly and application provided for mobile connectivity had expired as well. There was no other option provided to connect this device with mobile.
                      On 29th Oct, I tried twice on the customer care number for resolution but no one picked up from that side. Hence, I applied for replacement of the product from Amazon.in on the same day. Replacement was initiated and it was stated that “your return will be picked up at the time of delivery of the replacement order”. The due date for delivery of the replacement order was on 10th Nov;20.
                      When neither replacement order was delivered nor faulty one was picked up by 10th Nov’20, I contacted Amazon Customer Care on 11th Nov’20. But due to some technical issues they could not do anything and promised to contact me on 12th Nov. But no one contacted me on 12th. I again contacted on 13th Nov. On that day I was told by the customer care executive that no replacement was available for the product and hence only refund can be arranged. I consented for the same and the executive said the pick-up had been arranged and that I would get refund after arrival of product to its warehouse. But the product was not picked up. Hence I contacted Amazon Customer Care again on 16th Nov’20. On this day I was told that pick up could not be arranged due to unknown reasons, so I had to self-return the product. They also told me that courier cost would also be reimbursed along with the refund for the product.
                      On 17th Nov’20, I self-returned the projector to the warehouse address mentioned on the invoice by Blue Dart Courier and shared the photo of Courier bill of Rs.2320/- with Amazon on the same day. The courier was delivered on the address on 19th Nov. I contacted Amazon for enquiring status of refund and reimbursement on 21st Nov. The executive on that day confirmed that the package had arrived at the warehouse but due to their screening process it would take some time. He promised to call back on 25th Nov to initiate refund and reimbursement. But I did not receive any call from them on 25th also.
                      I could not hold my patience any longer as EMI for the product which I have not used properly for a single day, had been charged along with interest. I again contacted Amazon evening of the 25th. To my surprise, they denied arrival of the returned product at their warehouse. When I told them to track the courier by tracking number provided on the courier bill, they said that it could not be tracked. I checked the same immediately and it again showed delivery on 19th. When I inform them, they demanded “proof of delivery”. This term was never mentioned in any of the previous conversations with Amazon.
                      Now, situation is such that I have paid a huge amount against a product which I could not use for a single day, returned the product in a hope of refund and spent another amount which they promised to reimburse and in all this unnecessary delay my EMI has been charged along with interest rate. Amazon’s intention seems to be non-cooperative and unwilling to refund and reimburse the amount spent, accumulating to Rs.28499.49. Please help.

                        I purchased on Zoom H1n digital recorder from you. It comes with software for editing the recording called WavelabLe and CubaseLe. We are supposed to download these from www.steingurg.net/getwavelable or /getcubasele. Unable to download either properly. After many attempts the product got downloaded but did not ask for the download access code provided to us and will not open at all. What is the purpose of buying such a sophisticated digital recorder when we cannot edit the result, I might as well record on my cell phone. Please note that I use this to record my own songs. Kindly arrange to have the softwares sent to me on sjanardhan31 at gmail.com and oblige. I am a regular purchases at Amazon.in and I am sure that you will arrange for the required software. Thanks

                          I received the product the quality was worst and i placed an order with usb so that i can charge and use it. The charging point was dislocated and bcoz of that we cannot insert the charging pin and the roll on was not fixed it properly when we turn on the battery it is coming up.

                          Their was a seller contact number provided. I pinged and shared the images but i did not have any response.

                          This is really worst. I do not want refund Please take away the product and For the same amount i will buy some other product .

                          Their is no return policy for this. I dont want this damaged product

                          Please help me with the solution

                            I have ordered from Amazon airpod o have returned it on the same day but till now my amount is pending to central bank of India. Amazon is saying that bank has hold the amount I have given refund reference number but there are saying that with this number we can't check the amount bank is saying. When I have contacted to Amazon. Amazon is saying that I don't no I have given you refund reference number then whom I should I have to ask the my problem.                                 No person came to assemble Wardrobe. Description of product Home Town premier engineered wood three door wardrobe. Delivered but pending for assemble the same. 3 days already gone. So I will return back the same or u will send any one to assemble the same.

                                  I had ordered a tripod on 08th Oct 2020 from Amazon and I got delivered it on 13 Oct 2020, I paid 379 rupees cash on delivery. I opened my package, Tripods plastic was broken. Amazon delivered me a defective product. On the same day, I requested to replace the product from the Amazon app. The next morning a guy came to pick up my tripod, he said 'your replacement of the product has not initiated so you will receive your money back in your bank account within 7 working days'.
                                  Today is 25 Nov 2020, 41 Days gone. Neither I got my replacement nor I got my money back. This is the best worst thing I didn't expect from amazon. I request amazon India please refund my money as soon as possible. My contact number is [protected]

                                        My name is Anjana C T and I had ordered 4 products of a total Amount of Rs.2649 in Amazon on (Nov 4th 2020) and after (Nov 5th 2020) I returned this order due to personal reason. And on (Nov 6th 2020)
                                        Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 598364
                                        and told me to follow up with CITIBANK. Bank is tellingme they need a ARN number which Amazon is saying they do not have. I have been making calls everyday since 11th Nov to Amazon and CITIBANK for help but with no solution yet. So
                                        please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
