Hello sir/mam I'm Aishwarya Lonkar.I haven't got my refund amount of rs 714 in my bank account.compay has been refunded amount already but it's not reflecting in my account.i have given one complaint before 5 days ago & I got old complaint id from central bank...this is very irritating now...I want new complaint id nd I want my refund amount as soon as earlier.Im giving my bank details nd one screenshot.

    Dear All,

    I wish to state the harassment which i had to witness at the time of purchase of semi automatic washing machine from Amazon site, i opted for purchase of this machine as on 31/10/2020, under citi banks credit card plan of no cost emi Ie Rs 2085/- for 6 months, i bought this as diwali gift for my wife so that we buy something enjoying the benefits of diwali offers, firstly i received this machine after a long wait of around 12 days ie on 11/11/2020, it was found to be defective one by the demo technician, so i returned it and a replacement was ordered. This is how i was unable to buy and receive something on a diwali day.

    Then another machine was received as on 19/11/2020, to my surprise this machine was also defective and now after a months time, i am still not able to get this machine. The company has now at its own cancelled my order and took away all the offers which i deemed to get.

    I am totally frustrated by this pathetic service as is provided by the company, at the time of returning the machine first time, i requested the officials to be very careful and check twice so that i do not come across any kind of problem again, but this is real casual approach from Amazon to have sent another defective machine.

    I want the company to compensate and take action against all who are involved in this act of carelessness.

    Please HELP.

      I made a new amazon account and placed an order for a cellphone using my credit card. After some hours i received a message that my account is put on hold and i need to verify some details. I provided the details but the account is still in a hold state. Please help me in unholding the account also i have some amazon pay balance in my account.

            Sir i didn't placed any order on credit card you blocked my account and your Amazon specialist team is asking me details of that credit card but i don't have any credit card ending with 0430 number. Here i attached my bank statement with my aadhar card can you please verify other order details and transaction details from it. I only used upi method and cash method for my orders payment you can see it in my statement even you can verify with my Amazon account.
            Can you please help me out as soon as possible

            But sir i don't have credit card why don't you get it.. i don't even know what have to do with that my account
            I've never use any credit card for my payments..and if you can't find out i don't care but sir kindly refund the money i paid for product
            Even my product was picked up from me still i have to wait for refund and you blocked my account.
            Even your customer support is saying we can't help you mail us..i did many times..

              This is in regard to my Amazon Order #[protected].
              I am very sorry to write to you after 20days of my struggle to return the OnePlus 7T which I ordered on 02.11.2020.
              I received the phone in a dead condition.
              The very next day of delivery I requested for a replacement, technician was assigned to review the condition of phone, who came a day before the return window closes. As the problem was genuine, he arranged for replacement but the Amazon customer service were not able to track the replacement unless I called them the last moment.
              A replacement issued which took another 5days.
              On the replacement day the delivery boy declined the replacement as the actual phone was not in working condition and he can't match the IMEI no.
              Completely understandable.
              I talked to the Amazon customer service and they issued me a return/refund again giving excuses and apologies.
              From that day it's been a nightmare experience for me, I have talked to Amazon customer service almost 3 times a day.
              They issue the return everyday with excuses that they have escalated the matter and assured me that it won't happen again but It happened not ones but 4 times.
              Amazon customer service is misguiding and misleading me giving different excuses daily.
              From past 20days my money is blocked and I am highly disappointed with Amazon and the seller as well.

              I earnestly request you to provide me an immediate solution in the form of issuing the refund as soon as possible.

              I am in the same situation. I have ordered a iphone 8 from amazon and they delivered the dead phone. I have oredered the phone on 14th Feb 2021. And its almost 3 month following up with them.
              Its a sealed pack. When i tried to open the box and open the phone it's dead. Instantly i have raised complaint that it is a dead phone. As the problem was genuine, he arranged for replacement but the Amazon customer service were not able to track the replacement unless I called them the last moment.

                Dear sir/mam one of my refund amount 198 which send to my account on 13th nov. 2020 from amzon.in.
                They also provide refund RRN NO. 74332740319031821871718 and i have waiting for so many days but the amount didn't reflect in my account. I have complained against it on my branch but i didn't get proper solution from bank manngeer. I have complain against it by sending email as well.

                            [protected] order id, it took 17 days, 24 calls, 9 return request, 20 hour call OMG, and, the seller is fraud coz i ordered blue earbud and got black with damage condition and amazon is still escalated the issue and finally i am doing doing return and refund

                                My name is Abhijeet Haldar from West Bengal, I'm currently working in Bahrain.
                                I bought a lot of products from Amazon but I got upset buying a mop set.
                                I ordered a mop set on 20 September 2020, whose order ID is[protected].
                                A few days later I got my mop set delivered, I took the mop set and opened the box, I found the cap missing at the water exit of the bucket.Then I requested return from the Amazon app, a few days after the courier delivery boy came to my house, he said you give the old mop set, my family member brought the box of the mop set, then the delivery boy checks box and One by one all the materials, after checking he said that the color changed of the cleaning towels. Nothing had been taken out of the box from our house members, The box was kept as the seller had sent it.
                                The delivery boy did not replace my mop set, when I asked him why you could not replace it, he said that I have a picture from the seller, the towel color is red in picture and blue in your box.
                                Delivery Boy said you should complain to Amazon.
                                I immediately chatted with the customer representative from the Amazon app and told all the things. They said OK, I have taken your request, your problem will be solved in three to four days.
                                The reason for my chatting is that I am not in India, otherwise I could talk to the customer representative.
                                Since then, I have chatted with the customer representative four times, all speak you wait a few days your problem will be solved and not done yet.
                                I am very upset for Amazon.

                                    I Ordered Two Pipasa Brand Women Woolen Sweaters .My order #[protected].i Paid 2673/- in Total for Sweaters including shipping. i Choose One Black color and One Red color sweater. On 8th of November One sweater was delivered in package. I received one black Color Sweater in package .but on sweater it has chatanya brand printed on it. when i open my amazon.in to contact customer support for different band i find that my order updated as Two items were delivered. But I Only received one item. so I contacted customer care and informed the issue. they said " we'll refund for missing item but after some hold time they informed me that since item price is 1299/- we are unable to process refund. we need to put investigation regarding this and you need to wait another 5 working days. in between 5 days I get a call from Investigation team and you should cooperate with them they say". I agreed and waited five business days. after five business days when i ask for update the customer support team said " sorry we are unable to contact you so please wait another 5 days and we'll do needful". so i expected a call this time and waited another five days. now today after five days passed when i call customer care they said " we received update from our team that we delivered package intact and was not empty at the time of delivery". I tried to tell them it wasn't empty at the time of delivery i received only one item instead of two. but they saying " sorry this is final decision and our team updated as it was not empty package you received. we can't do anything about this order". i am helpless and my money was taken for undelivered product. please help me to get my money back and teach them a lesson.

                                      This is regarding the order i placed on 28th October for fitbit versa 2 amounting to RS14249. The delivery happened on 2nd NOV and i asked the delivery boy to cancel the product. He said its already marked as delivered and told him to cancel it. And he took back the product. I assumed I would be refunded since i returned the product. After a week or so. I contacted customer service and this happened a few times with no solution to my issue. I was not refunded nor notified by customer service and the last customer service i talked to said that it was a mistake on the part of the courier service and ‘assured’ that I’ll be refunded which never happened and an investigation was raised and today they informed me that after ‘discussion’ they would not refund any money and refuse to share any details of how such a mistake occurred. Please look into this matter. Its my urgent request. This is a smart way of duping people and amazon customer services have been of no help.
