Hi Team,
This is to highlight that I ordered 4 set of curtains (Nos.-8) from Amazon India with Order ID[protected] on October 11, 2020 which got delivered on October 15, 2020. I checked the order however did not count. Later on November 8, 2020 while I opened it for using I realized that it was short delivered with only 2 sets (Nos-4 curtains). I called the customer care and asked them to verify the same with the seller but they said that the date of refund or return has passed hence they cannot do anything about it. This was disheartening for me as I relied on Amazon being one of the biggest brand for Online shopping.
Requesting your intervention to expedite this further. I would request if this can be refunded as I need the sets and have repeated the order with 2 sets again with Amazon India.
