Respected sir
Your company cheated me I ordered a mobile on 27.10.20. today 13 Nov I did not receive any mobile. Amazon app showing it is delivered on 6 Nov. I have not any mobile. Your company is using my money for a month. Please return my money. I don't want any product.

        I bought two products Samsung Galaxy M21 (Midnight Blue, 6GB RAM, 128GB Storage) and Dell G3 3500 Gaming Laptop 15.6-inch FHD 120 Hz (10th Gen Core i7-10750H/8GB/512GB SSD/Windows 10 Home Plus & MS Office/NVIDIA1650 Ti Graphics/Eclipse Black) D560260WIN9BE from Amazon and I was under the impression that I will be eligible for a cashback of INR 9000 (INR 3000 instant cashback + INR 6000 Amazon Pay balance).
        But on not receiving this cashback for 5 days, I contacted Amazon and I was told that I needed to wait for a few days(6th November precisely) and I will definitely get the cashback(attached recording for the same).
        Then when I didn't get the cashback on 6th November too, I called them again on 8th November midnight and I was told that the product that I bought was not eligible for the cashback.
        Now the only reason that I bought the phone was because of the cashback and if there is no cashback then I would like to return the prouct but the problem now is that I am being told that the return window got over on around 6th November(very conveniently so).
        I don't want the product without cashback but I am not being given any option and I am being made to stay on call with the customer care for hours before they disconnect my call. Please help.

          I had ordered an item from qmazon..I asked delivery boy to come to the door step as i was busy with some work..but he refused to do so..he didn't even come but kept waiting mean the gate..later came near the door and threw my order on the floor talk ###..very disappointed with his behavior

              Brought the above radio for my Aunt, as per her request. After receiving product, it was found there's no power source and this runs only on battery source.
              Not suitable for the Aunt's requirement.
              Requested Amazon to replace this product with another having power source or refund the money to buy a different radio from Amazon itself.

              Amazon denies both.

                Hi,
                I placed an order in India at Amazon.in on 19th October of a total 30 items
                from my account. And amazon shipped the items into 4 different packages
                with different tacking info. I received only one package with 8 items out
                of 30 items on 25th october and for the remaining 22 items, the
                status shows amazon as they deliver on 26h october, but we didn't receive
                any packages. I tried to contact Amzon.in customer support, they took all
                the information which they gave me and told me that they will get back to
                me by 8th november. But that didn't happen and I tried to contact
                amazon.in customer
                service again and they response was very rude and said that their back team
                confirms that the packages has been delivered which we didn't receive yet,
                when I asked for the proof, they said they don't have it. Then how can they
                confirm that the package has been delivered?

                  I want to complain about amazon customer service as they were highly disrespectful and unsupportive with the customers, they are rude and sarcastic. provide false commitments to the customers. i ordered a product from amazon which states 10 days returnable and it is a return pickup. however when i placed a return request, it was a surprise for me as it states, self pickup return product which is no where mentioned in the product details. i requested for an alternate from amazon customer service wherein they were rude, sarcastic and passed unprofessional comments. moreover, they even gave me false commitment that they have raised a request for changing the self pickup to pick up from delivery address and it will be visible in my account after 24-48 hours. after 24 hours when i contacted the amazon support team again they informed me that the request was never generated and neither provided me the case number when requested for it. also, they were not at all interested in helping me and while talking to them i felt so hamulating as if i have got the product for free.
                  after everything, i am asking if there is any alternate which can be provided to which the leadership member responded " lets come to the point" while making me feel so uncomfortable he was so rude and so disrespectful. he was yarning while i was sharing my concern with him. apart from all this, they told me it is third seller product and due to covid they are not able to provide me pick up whereas the another individual told me it is not in there policy which is contradictable statement shared by them again. i feel so bad now as i dont know whom to contact for the experience and my money been taken granted by the company AMAZON. they even updated incorrect case notes as they mentioned they tried calling me and placed a new self return request for which i never agreed, they mentioned that the case is resolved which is not the case, they mentioned they tried reaching me and i didnt picked their call but reality is they even disconnected my calls and text showing network issue which was not true as i never received any call back

                      Hi Team,

                      This is to highlight that I ordered 4 set of curtains (Nos.-8) from Amazon India with Order ID[protected] on October 11, 2020 which got delivered on October 15, 2020. I checked the order however did not count. Later on November 8, 2020 while I opened it for using I realized that it was short delivered with only 2 sets (Nos-4 curtains). I called the customer care and asked them to verify the same with the seller but they said that the date of refund or return has passed hence they cannot do anything about it. This was disheartening for me as I relied on Amazon being one of the biggest brand for Online shopping.

                      Requesting your intervention to expedite this further. I would request if this can be refunded as I need the sets and have repeated the order with 2 sets again with Amazon India.

                          I've ordered a phone on 17th Oct 2020 with cart value more than 30, 000. As per the offer, I did not receive the cashback of 1250 in my Amazon pay balance yet. Called customer service several times but no resolution yet

                            On 7th November 2020 placed an exchange order No.ORDER #[protected] for my old TV with a new TV. For this exchange Rs. 1000 was deducted. Additionally Rs. 100 was taken as pick up charge against separate order No.#[protected]. Amazon delivery boy came with new TV and found my old TV unacceptable. Hence we had paid Rs. 1000/- which was deducted for exchange. When we asked for Rs. 100 refund he refused. Later I contacted Amazon customer support to get Rs. 100/- refund. But they told that since delivery boy has checked my old TV hence I have to pay this Rs. 100 as their checking charge(refer screen shot of chat). How ridiculous, the delivery boy came to deliver new TV and he just seen the old TV and rejected. No separate visit or separate person came to check old TV. Still Amazon wants Rs. 100. Although it was written in order(attached) as pick up charge, now they say it is checking charge. Such a fraud company Amazon India has become to cheat the customer. I have taken exchange order from Flipkart, they also take Rs. 100 as pick up charge. But this charge they keep in same order with the ordered item. But Amazon keeps it separate with separate order no to fraud the customer even it was not exchanges.

                                      On behalf of my friend Affan Shaikh, he bought a mobile Redmi Note 9 Promax 6gb ram 128 gb memory through Amazon in ₹ 15499/- with discount of ₹ 3000/- through ICICI which was to deliver on between 31st Oct to 2nd Nov 2020 but it never delivered. He had a talk with customer care who assured him to deliver in 2 days instead he got the refund then again he called customer care and they said now they will give him the same in ₹ 18499/- He kindly request you to take strict action against them and get him the said mobile in ₹ 15499/- & also take action for wasting his time.

                                      The Amazon replied that they refunded the amount just because we asked, this is complete lie as we never asked for refund we asked for product in ₹ 15, 499/- what they promised and for that they took money from us and used it for a week atleast. And they are saying they are middle people between consumer & mobile company, if they are middle people then why they committed to give mobile and we don’t know other company we paid to Amazon they are responsible for the delivery on time instead they refunded the amount themselves by using it for a week. I once again request the consumer forum to take action asap as this matter is delaying unnecessarily.
