My name is abhishek tiwari and i have ordered a product of ₹ 1999 from amazon.com on 09/09/2020 & i cancelled the order due to some personal reason. And on the same day 09/09/2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 5134040255027291595477 and told me to fill charge dispute form but punjab national bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint...

Very upset by amazon fire tv stick...
I bought it one year ago. Now it suddenly stop working... So i am not getting any support from customer care as they don't have any customer centre in delhi... It's really disgusting for such a big brand amazon... So i advise never buy it...
My issue - when a product is in warranty, the amazon team is treating the customers like a king, but once the warranty is over, they just don't care...
