This is regarding order id[protected] of dated 18/11/2020.
While placing the order, each product page is showing offer of Rs 300 cash back for order value of Rs 900 or more. After adding all the items in the cart, popup message came saying your cart is eligible for Rs 300 cashback.
Based on this, placed order and after receiving the items when no cashback credited, contacted amazon customer service. The agent, informed due to some tnc, i am not eligible for this cash back.
But there was no condition mentioned on the product page or in the pop-up message. According to the agent, all customers irrespective of whether they are eligible or not, will receive same message. But will not get the cash back.
So, by doing this i.e. keeping the tnc hidden, amazon is misleading all customers and doing fraud with them. They lure the customer with the offer and then saying you are not eligible. This is not right and need to be stopped. Please look into this.
