One of the two Allen Solly blazers which I had ordered, only one was delivered and the other one was missing. The Amazon customer service says that according to their investigation both the blazers were delivered.

Also, the delivery boy neither called me nor was a message delivered to me at the time of the delivery. The packet was carelessly left on the ground floor without informing me of the same.

Such instances can denude my faith in the Amazon and online shopping at large. Please ensure that either my blazer is delivered or cash returned to me.

    Worst company i have ever seen there is no job security I got placed in amazon development center noida as a customer service associate they said we have to wait for joining after that they said they dont have any requirements for email process and i have to apply re again as a fresher candidate rounds of both process will similar they are totally frauds.I need justice Please help.

      Tracking ID:[protected] my order is out for delivery since last three days, and courier guys putting wrong status as delivery attempted, while no one came or contacted. I called at least 10 times to customer care they are only giving assurance that it will be delivered soon but still not delivered.
      Very bad service by Amazon delivery.

            I ordered a hearing aid about 1890rupees.my order delivered and package was ok but when i open the box i saw product box is damage and there was nothing inside product box so i file a complaint about it. Amazon customer said pls wait 5days your issue will resolve shortly. After waiting 10days they not provide any resolution after many calls amazon service tell me sorry i can't help anymore and the send me email which is unresolved. Pls help me

              As I got the message about delivery of 1 No. package on today ( ref.tracking No.[protected], further received mail regarding the package as delivered, whereas actually the same has not delivered till this time. Requesting to look into the matter and trace the package and arrange to deliver at my address by tomorrow ( 05.11.20 ). further request to identify the person, who was assigned towards delivery of the package at my address.
              Please register my complain and expected for immediate action on this subject matter. Matter may please be considered as extremely urgent.

                Placed order on 16th October, received a box of outdoor unit on 20th October. Installation charges were paid and the team was supposed to install it on 22nd. No one comes to install. So we contact Amazon's customer care. They apologies and ask for 48 hrs . No one responds anything. We contact again after 48 hrs. This thing of getting apologies and requesting 48 hrs goes on till 4th November. At this point we have contacted them more than 10 times through chats and calls.
                On 4th November we got tired of waiting and asked them to give refund since they are not giving us the product. They tell us due to some policy we cannot get refund but they will escalate the matter. They ask for 72 hrs this time. Is this how things work? We paid for something. If they dont deliver this and make us wait we cant get refund? This is straight up fraud in Amazon's part and i request Consumer Complaint team to help us.

                      This order was due to have been delivered today (Wed, 4th Nov 2020) at 11 am. The tracking now shows that Amazon couldn't contact me and hence they couldn't deliver.

                      This has happened for a couple of orders earlier also.

                          When I ordered it said that 16 pack of 250 sheets but got just one. The item description describes a 16 unit pack with 250 sheets each, total 4000 tissues weighing 5.5 kgs. The invoice also states 16 packs. More over this is a non returnable item so I am stuck with it.

                              Hi Team,

                              I have ordered Elica vetro glass top 4 burner gas stove on amazone during big billion days.Purchased date is 17th October 2020.It was showing avialble on my pin number and odered the same.it is shipped via Ecom express.

                              I got a call from shipment team on 1st November that product is arrived on my nearest hub and i have to go and collect the same as its size is big and they dont have option to deliver to my address.while i was checking tracking status showing as out for delivery.

                              I have called amazon customer care immeditely after i got call from the local shippent team and notified that courier team wont be able to deliver the item as the size is big.Coustmer exceutive confirmed that they will escalate this to shipping department and make the arramgent for delivering the prouct to my doorsrep.I have infored the executive that i required this product ask them to deiver the same.

                              At the end of the day tracking satus showing as product is cancelled and returing to the seller.local courier team mark it as product is damaged returned the same without any confirmation from my side.

                              Agian i have called customer care and infored the same what is happend. Not sure i will get justify on this as per the update i wont get the product as the status showing canclled.

                              Third party shipment team is not working in professional manner and they are not ready to deliver the item to door step and they are cancelling the order by themself.

                              As i purchased via emi alredy make the payment for the same and 1st emi is debited.

                              My time is wasted by ordering this item . we have trusted amazon and due this third shipment team we are facing this kind of issue.please choose proper team for delivering the product. while oredering the item we are expectig the same to be delivered.

                              Not sure how i will get the product as i ddint canceles the item by myself and third peson is cancelling the order without my confirmation.

                              Looking for solution thiese kind of issue and i am expecting the product to be deliverd.

                                Amazon deducted my hdfc credit card amount of 129 without OTP.

                                Please solve the issue immediately, who is responsible if large amount deducted. If it so, we don't have trust in using hdfc credit card, other wise block my card .

                                  I am a amazonprime member and I have ordered A SSD ADATA Ultimate SU800 512GB Internal Solid State Drive (ASU800SS-512GT-C) from Amazon On 31.10.2020, and ORDER #[protected] was confirmed for that product I paid Rs. 5699.00 through online netbanking. The said order/product was delivered to me today on 03.11.2020 when my technician arrived and installed the said SSD to install the Windows after connecting to the computer, it was appeared that the said SSD already has a Windows installed and the name of ARVIND CHAUDHARY and Lenovo new world new thinking appeared on the monitor. That product, ADATA Ultimate SU800 512GB Internal Solid State Drive (ASU800SS-512GT-C) Sold by Appario Retail Private Ltd. has fraudulently sent me a pre-used SSD, which has broken my trust and has also spoiled my time. I am a professional advocate and appear before Honble High Court of MP Bench Indore, due to this fraud I could not do my official work which has also caused me a lot of economic losses, in these circumstances it seems that the responsible employees of the Amazon themselves may also be able to meet with that shopkeeper, in which case I will be compelled to take action against the shopkeeper and the Amazon. So that immediately send me another product. And you compensated me for the mental anguish and economic loss caused to me by this fraud. Unless I take legal action against Amazon.in.
