Respected sir I have purchased oneplus bluetooth earphones on 25th september 2020 and returned it on 3rd october2020 and still I have not received my refund till 8th november 2020. My refund reference number is 74332740290028812760499. The transactions were done by my VISA debit card. Please do the needful.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have my account in central bank of India account
They are saying they have initiated my refund on 14th october but still I have not received it in my bank account.

    sir maina 29 august 2019 ko Seagate SATA Internal Desktop Hard Drive (500 GB) jo ki old and reused product haii order kiya uss time par mujha nahi paata tha ki ya product old and reused haii or ess product par 1 year seller warrenty bhi thi ya producr july 2020 ko ese maii defat aya to maina seller sa contact kar ka product courier kar diyaor uska baad mujha jo replacement mila wo bhi old or reused tha jo ki 1month maii wapis sa kharab hoo gaya uska baad maina seller sa wapis sa contact kiya to seller naii koi zavab nahi diya fer maina amazon sa contact kiya or 11 august 2020 ko seagate ka official denie letter or old product ka ka written proof maina amazon ko diya or amazon na 11 september 2020 ko mujha refund issue kiya jo abhi tak mera account maii nahi ayya haii or amazon or seller dono mujha koi help nahi kar raha haii or amazon kaha rahi haii ki apka refund stuck hoo gaya haii har baar jab bhi last promise date par call karo to or 12 days wait karna ko kahati haii or kabhi khata haii ki aap product humara diya gaya address par courier karo or inka diya gaya address
    bhi wrong fer bhi maina 2nd time courier kiya haii courier kiya haii total amount refund ki haii (hdd price)1539+(courier charges)240+590=2369.

      I order 3 items on nov 1. Orde ID[protected].
      Payment was made by credit card and product shipped fastly. But at the date of delivery, they returned the product without my consent. I didn't even recieved any call from the courier service. They are saying the address is not deliverable area. When contacting the amazon customer care, they said the address and pincode are not matched. Big LoL. Who else know my accurate pincode and address better than me. And the biggest joke is that amazon delivered few items to that exact address weeks ago. I asked the customer care to google the pincode. The whole area was under that pincode. And they understood and reported that issue. They also promised me i will the 2nd item on tomorrow itself. That night again i contacted them and they double guaranteed me the delivery next day.

      But the same thing happened to the 2nd item. It also returned without any message or call. I told them many times iam ready to collect the it from their hub. Was raised my issue with them. They suggested me the replacement option. I agreed to do so. I m not sure about the delivery anyway. At least they should change the courier company.
      They are simply wasting my time. Was really excited to collect the courier on that day. They disappointed me.
      3rd item is on the way. Have no hope for the delivery.it will also return without any information.
      I think they are not trying to deliver the item. When offer ends, i have to pay the full amount.

      They cancelled the replacement product also. Every time differentexecutive says different ways. Nothing is working out. Simply wasting my time. Now the icici credit card offer is not there. Wasting my time as well as spoiled my excitement.
      I did everything from my end and they agreed that this is not my mistake, but from their side.

        My order no ORDER #[protected] I am waiting for my mobile Replacement Order from 12 days. 1st you they me due date 29 oct and then 1 Nov and the 4 Nov and 7 nov still I am Waiting. When I called you Customer care service they only call sir you have to wait for 2 days. same answer every call when I ordered same new mobile they deliver in 2 days and how replacement take 12 days as per my order status my order in navi mumbai now which is 1 hour distance from there Why there is late . Customer care service is Worst They have fixed answer Please wait same repose from 29 oct to 7 nov nothing else they told me

            I purchased honor watch magic, paid the money, order number is[protected], but the product was not delivered to me, I didn't get any message or call from Amazon so I checked my account in Amazon app, it was showing the product was delivered. I've called the customer care, they are saying that they have delivered the package. They are saying that I've taken the product, so they won't refund or replace it.

                  I want to inform you that I received a damage refrigerator then I inform to amazon team and thanks for that amazon accept my replacement. But I am very disappointed for the amazon services that the created the amazon pick up but the not picked up from the date of complaint 02.11.2020. Already first promises date was 05.11.2020 and then I twice complaint the amazon team but still no one contact to me and still not done this pick up. this big appliance very expensive but they not have proper step. Its very unfairness issue from the amazon team. I have very embarrassed. Please give me the replacement and also please check properly the whirlpool refrigerator and send me, and also please pick up my old one.

                    Regarding Order Id #[protected], 18-Oct-2020.
                    Refund initiated on by Amazon on 23-Oct-2020, Amount- Rs. 232

                    But till today 06-Nov-2020, I didn't receive the amount on my bank account. My Bank name- Tripura Gramin Bank. Debit card used during payment of order.

                    I contacted with Amazon customer care & they provide me a Reference ID[protected] & told me to contact my bank branch with this given reference Id.

                    I then contacted with my bank branch, and they said the given reference Id is not a valid banking transaction Id, so they can't help me anything in this matter.

                    Then again I contacted with Amazon customer care & they said they can not help me with this anymore.

                    I request the authority to take necessary action against Ajio and refund my money to my bank account or Ajio wallet ASAP.

                          One of the two Allen Solly blazers which I had ordered, only one was delivered and the other one was missing. The Amazon customer service says that according to their investigation both the blazers were delivered.

                          Also, the delivery boy neither called me nor was a message delivered to me at the time of the delivery. The packet was carelessly left on the ground floor without informing me of the same.

                          Such instances can denude my faith in the Amazon and online shopping at large. Please ensure that either my blazer is delivered or cash returned to me.

                                    I ordered a hearing aid about 1890rupees.my order delivered and package was ok but when i open the box i saw product box is damage and there was nothing inside product box so i file a complaint about it. Amazon customer said pls wait 5days your issue will resolve shortly.                                       As I got the message about delivery of 1 No. package on today ( ref.tracking No.[protected], further received mail regarding the package as delivered, whereas actually the same has not delivered till this time. Requesting to look into the matter and trace the package and arrange to deliver at my address by tomorrow ( 05.11.20 ). further request to identify the person, who was assigned towards delivery of the package at my address.

                                        Placed order on 16th October, received a box of outdoor unit on 20th October. Installation charges were paid and the team was supposed to install it on 22nd. No one comes to install. So we contact Amazon's customer care. They apologies and ask for 48 hrs . No one responds anything. We contact again after 48 hrs. This thing of getting apologies and requesting 48 hrs goes on till 4th November. At this point we have contacted them more than 10 times through chats and calls.
                                        On 4th November we got tired of waiting and asked them to give refund since they are not giving us the product. They tell us due to some policy we cannot get refund but they will escalate the matter. They ask for 72 hrs this time. Is this how things work? We paid for something. If they dont deliver this and make us wait we cant get refund? This is straight up fraud in Amazon's part and i request Consumer Complaint team to help us.
