      My name is Rathish, I live in Minjur - 601203, Tiruvallur district, Tamilnadu. Contact - [protected]

      I have ordered a product(Ceramic Mug) online from Amazon(https://www.amazon.in/) from a seller called Exciting lives(https://www.excitinglives.com) on 6/10/2020(6th October 2020) for Rs.325.

      They seem to have sent the product via DTDC courier(https://www.dtdc.in). The product was not delivered to me from the courier till now. No call has been made to me from any of the couriers. But, both the DTDC courier and the Amazon website updated the status as "the product is delivered".

      When I call the amazon customer service, they do not follow up with the dtdc courier directly. I can't make calls to DTDC courier also. They forward me the mail saying that the product is delivered.

      I made online payment for this. When I request Amazon to at least refund me the amount immediately, they are not doing that.

      The DTDC courier guy did not directly call me. Instead he delivered to the DTDC courier office which was an unknown location to me. He never informed me that it was delivered to the Courier office and never even tried contacting me to intimate it's in the office. Today morning, the supervisor from DTDC called me and informed that the product was delivered to the Courier office. I went and collected it

        I have ordered redmi note 9 of Rs. 7899 n than after i have cancelled the order... The amount that i have paid not transferred to my account.. The amzon online shopping says that the already refund to my bank account the said amount ..with the Ref number as FQZWUH0000KFO5SRQ9.they told to contact bank. I contacted bank but they yet not received nothing.. So please do the needful

            I returned a product to amazon on 28th September, the refund amount i applyed to deposit on my bank iob account but till now i didnt get my money on my iob bank account

              I had ordered from amazon on 7th of Aug 2020 and paid cash ₹2999 to amazon. Due to some reason I returned the item . They initiated the refund on 1st Sep 2020 but today is 13th oct 2020 I didn't get the refund till now. The order id :[protected]. I called many times to amazon customer care but I didn't get my refund. They simply mail me the reference number all the time.
              Same issue is with one more order that order id is[protected].

                  I received this message tonight:

                  Txn of Rs.199.00 made on Kotak Debit card X6433 on[protected] at AMAZON STANDING INSTRU. This transaction is processed without One Time Password, as per your instructions and confirmation to the merchant.

                  I did not subscribe anything on Amazon. My account was debited with the money.
                  Please help to resolve the issue.

                    Amazon seller have took the order and he sent me the product falsely unauthorised way and I took the order as it was having amazon packaging and then as the product was cheap roadside material I tried returning it the seller accepted the return for the same and the amazon website applied my return the next day amazon sent me mail and message for the the same return which I gave them now the seller didn’t updated the amazon that he have delivered the product so amazon refuses to pay because the seller have not delivered and return also taken by the amazon and the amazon guy don’t even talk about the refund they have a proper reason for non delivery we can’t refund your amount

                      My name is Aman Raghav and i ordered a product of rs 599 and other product of 189 in Amazon on october 3 and 28 september and after 3 october I returned these order due to personal reason. And on (Date 4 th october which refund initiated)
                      Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 30005102720272101345031
                      and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So
                      please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent
                      mandatory you can enter it if you want better chances of recovery}

                        Dear Sir,

                        I had ordered an ASUS Radeon RX580 O4G Graphic card from Amazon on 5th October 2020 (Order #[protected]. I am an Amazon Prime customer and it is believed that Prime customers has got a preference over the normal customers.

                        Though this product was also available on any other online store, I ordered from Amazon as I am a regular customer on Amazon Prime and continuously shop a lot of products from Amazon.

                        This product was readily available in stock, (the supplier also delivery was also available to my location) when I ordered and I paid full amount of Rs 13600/- online instantly to get it on time.

                        I was eagerly waiting for this product and had scheduled my work and design orders accordingly on this basis. Now I am shocked and at a great loss to receive your message that my order is cancelled. When I wanted to re-order the same product online, I notice that the price of the same product has gone up to Rs.55, 008/; (link below) _so exorbitantly high that I cannot purchase it now at the price you have on Amazon now. Even on the other website, it is out of stock and I lost the very chance o[censored]pgrading my computer to take execute the design orders.

                        I am very much disappointed and this is very unethical and cheating a customer on the part of Amazon to cancel my order and I strongly suspect that it is because the price of this product has gone up in the online market.

                        You have refunded my money (SMS copy attached) but that is not the case here. You have broken the trust of a loyal customer here and I believe you would do likewise with other customers in future as well.

                        I kindly request you to please supply this product to me at the original price (Rs.13600/-)that I had ordered for.

                            Amazon has issued the refund of my cancelled prepaid order, it has been 10 days and still the amount of ₹571.23 has not been credited to my account by the bank. The refund reference number is 105789.

                              Hello Amazon Team,

                              I hope this message reaches the right and some responsible person of Amazon who is really willing to help their customer and value the customer relationship.

                              I am an old customer of Amazon and AMAZON is my one and only preferred online shopping center. But the experience I had with Order "[protected]" and the way Seller and AMAZON has handled so far is terrible, frustrating, very disappointing and never expected from a brand name like AMAZON.

                              First of all when the item came, there was some defect and I had a discussion with Seller and he denied to repair or return or to entertain this. When I involved AMAZON customer care, first of all did not get much support either from customer care or seller but later after waiting for almost more than 20 days they filed A to Z Guarantee claim and asked me to wait for two weeks.

                              Now the two weeks of period is also over and 3 days past, no positive action taken from Seller or from brand AMAZON team.

                              There is no reverse pickup arranged by Seller so far. They just gave me a no and asked me to contact the GATI service, who is not even coming for pickup nor giving any expected date time.
                              This should be taken care of by Seller and AMAZON to ensure a pickup but I had to do follow-up.

                              Today I got an email from Amazon asking to provide "Tracking of Shipment no" otherwise they will close my Claim.

                              So tell me- What does your "A to Z Guarantee" claim mean, where you never bothered whether Seller has taken the required action or not, pickup has been arranged or not? and you are asking will close the Claim.

                              Please close the claim and also my Account. Can not do business with AMAZON.

                              If you want to really check what all has happened in this case then check how many times I have called AMAZON customer care, how many mails I have sent to Seller and Amazon.

                              I have not got any support from any of your Customer care team or from Seller.

                              This is my last try and after that I am closing my account with Amazon.

                              I know this is not going to harm anything to company like Amazon, But i am doing my bit of work to tell you that - Your service is not satisfactory and very disappointed"

Due to hard decline the transcation has failed but amount has been debited from my Indian bank account .when we asked amazon they have said the refund has done but still it did not reflect in my account.The refund reference number they have given is

                                  Pushed beyond patience and civility, I'm forced to put this complaint. The Amazon delivery team from the warehouses probably lack sensitivity training and hence they don't realise the utter pain they cause to customers. Every time Amazon Fulfilled delivery is attempted, delivery guys puts a comment "Package was handed directly to a security guard."

                                  There is no security guard in my building. They leave it with the care taker's family without even calling or consulting me. At the time of the pandemic, this causes a lot of panic because the caretakers actually visit all the floors of the building for cleaning and people expressed concern. I got back to the Customer services team and more than twice people have promised that this will not be repeated. However they blatantly keep on breaking protocol and act thoughtlessly. Today the waters have reached way over the head...for the silly mistakes of Amazon delivery team I have been asked to vacate premises. All this just for the fact that the Amazon Delivery team does not take ownership of their jobs. It is just a checkmark job and delivery agents are not briefed at the beginning of the day to remind them that we are still living in the pandemic and safety measures need to be ensured. Very angry and dissatisfied.

                                  Got more enraging feedback from our caretakers... The delivery guys actually ring a calling bell and if children come out they leave the package in the childrens' hands. The age of the children are 3 yrs and 6 yrs.

                                    I ordered ISDIN photoprotector spf 50 worth Rs 2130 from amazon on 21st September which I received on 28th September but when I opened it n was shocked to see paper and rocks inside it..I contacted amazon right away to which they replied to contact the seller..I later received an email from the seller stating that it wasn't his fault and contact amazon and now they have closed my inquiry neither they will refund the money or replace the product. Please help me with the same as soon as possible. Thank you.

                                        I bought a Dell XPS laptop from Amazon seller (Appario Retail Private Ltd, UP), which stopped working in two months, now Dell is asking for the invoice with Service tag on it. The invoice provided by Amazon does not have a service tag on it. I have no option other than requesting Amazon constantly to provide invoice with service tag or else Dell is refusing to proceed. Amazon is constantly delaying the process and refusing to provide invoice with service tag. I am just stuck between the two companies Dell and Amazon.Please help.
