I had been cheated on my recent order for FujiFilm camera. Received only the bag in the delivery and did not receive the camera. Please find the attached images and the invoice.     Last 23 Oct I had recharged 149 pack of Airtel from Amazon upi, since the money is deducted but still I don't receive my recharge confirmation, I call them many time Amazon customer care but still they don't fix my problem, they give me date after days to assured me that I will get my refund but since I don't get my refund of 149 rupees, I want strict action against them, they manipulated information and gave me mental strength ..if I don't get my refund of 149 I will move to consumer court.

      I ordered an MI TV on 18th October 2020. It was delivered on Sunday 20th October. The installation visit was scheduled for Tuesday 22nd. when he installed the TV, he reported that the TV is not working, and your technician said that the TV is faulty. Then the Amazon customer care told us that the TV will be picked up within the next 48 hours, and replacement TV will be delivered on 26th October.
      Everyday since 24th October, I have been calling Amazon, but the Faulty TV is still NOT picked up.
      I am so DISAPPOINTED at this really callous, unpardonable service from Amazon. I have paid full amount and the service is terrible.
      Please redress my grievance at your earliest. I am shocked to think that a reputed company like yours is giving me so much trouble.

        Dear Sir,
        I have purchased two products, from Amazan, in the last month first Product, is ..RJ KART STAINLESS STEEL ELECTRIC KETTLE, WITH ORDER
        Number:[protected]Iaskehave 1, price.Rs.599/- and the second product is Golex Plastic Bangles with order No:[protected]..price Rs.499/-

        But, the first came damaged, with a different Brand, other than RJ kart,
        and the second product came with a small size Bangles, other than which I have asked.

        Immediately, I asked them to replace with the correct products, but instead of that, your people came and picked up the products, and told me that, the amount will be credited in my Bank account, which is updated with amazan..
        one month over, I did not receive any money in my bank account
        So kindly solve this...this same email is registered with amazan,

                Have ordered Peng Essentials Spacesaver Steel Shoe Rack (Brown) 24 * 5 thrice in three weeks, on an advance payment basis, which has to be delivered on the given delivery address. But alas, each time the delivery agent refuses to deliver the product on call itself and has asked me to collect the same from the warehouse. On asking him to deliver the product, he cancels the delivery unilaterally without any information regarding it. Each time, I have reached out to Amazon's support team via different sources, like, Call Centre, Customer Support Chat on their App and Twitter as well. But all I get is false assurances and no result.

                I demand INR 10 lakh as compensation for the mental harassment, agony, distress, interest on advance payment, false assurances, etc.

                  I was ordered a book name mathematical analysis by s.c.malik and savita arora, worth Rs. 450, dated 19th of october 2020.After delivery of the book, due to some problems in the book, I returned it to the Amazon. Return was accepted at 22th of october 2020.and they also issued my refund to my account, which I get to know by an email, which was send to me by Amazon india. The problem now is sir that the refunded amount is not showing in my account till now. (30th of october 2020 at 8:26 am). Please take some necessary and immediate action my this serious issue. After the problem gets solved. I will be thankful to you. The time limit which was given to me has passed on 29th of october 2020 at 12:00am

                    Ordered a carrom board on 14th October 2020 and received the same on 17th October 2020. The carrom board and the packaging both were damaged (plz refer attached images with date stamp). Placed a return request on the same day and it's been 13 days now that the product is not picked up as yet. Followed up thrice with the customer care and they only assured false assurances. No empathy and ownership. This is how they treat their prime members.

                            This is the third time my account has beed debited with random money and that too without any prior warning.
                            The first time it was a single digit amount so I didn't pay any attention. The second and third time now it has deducted around 1000 INR.
                            This is a humble request to Amazon india. Please return the amount and stop deducting without any prior notice. Somebody maybe in need of it.

                                Amount have to be returned is 640 amount I got - nil, here the problem is amazon showing refund is issued successfully but it has not reflected in my bank account...whether I will get my money back or not is the question here.                                     I had recently ordered an LG 32-inch HD Smart LED TV sold by Cloudtail India. It has been 10 days since I ordered. And the order reached my nearest Amazon hub on Saturday 24th, 2020. Since then the delivery guy called me and said he doesn't have a vehicle to travel 10 Kms and deliver the product. He then himself delayed scheduling and then later without informing me returned the product to the seller. I spent lot of time to follow up but the delivery guy blocked my number.

                                        I have purchased Samsung Galaxy M51 mobile from Amazon online with an option to return the product with in 7 days. I have placed return request on 7th day of product purchase ( 10/26/2020) due to quality and performance issues in Amazon website and got a auto response saying that Amazon team will investigate on the issue. However, I haven't received any response from customer service team, so I have called the customer care team, but to my surprise they mentioned that they have not received any request for return and didn't accept the return request. The cost of the mobile is 25000/- and I bought it on credit card. As a common man 25, 000 is a huge amount to spend on a product with performance issues. Amazon team is asking me to reach out to Samsung saying the request for return has not placed within the time, which is not true. Amazon is cheating customers by selling performance issue products and not responding to customer approximately. I would want my amount refunded by taking this product back.
