I placed 7 items from amazon pantry on thr prime day 6 th wednesday. Terms and conditions of amazon pantry is above 1000rs to get 15% cashback with 400rs couple for future. I buyed for 1586rs... I didn't get any cashback. I inform customer service of amazon for past 10days... There all lie.. Some one said after placed it will come... Some one said after dispatched it will come... Someone said after delivery it will come... Someone said it...

An unknown charge around 300 rupees is being deducted from my account every month on my icici debit card from the past 6 months. The statement says vsi/amazon stan. The last debit happened on 5th aug 2020.

I received this product (Order #[protected] today and packaged was temepered and teared many places.

Yesterday also i received same order in same condition and executive raised request for replacement.

When today i spoke to supervisor mr shanu he said that only package is tempered inside items are not so u can use where i asked can u give me guarantee that package is not having...

I had tried a lot to claim my pf amount but i am unable to get it. I had faced lot of problems and managed to solve few and one of my problem that i am stucked is when i got to pf portal and after loging in i an unable to get any further step once i click on claim it shows below attached error

There was ₹ 100 cashback offer from amazon on buying of minimum 500 grocery items in amazon pantry. As per their offer i order items of price. I ordered the items on 11 aug 11 pm before ending the offer. The validity of the offer was till 12 am, 12 august i. E. Within 11.59 pm on 11th august.

Cheating by your company...

On august 5, i made an online payment of electricity bill via amazon pay by card payment and the amount is debited from my account but then the transaction failed and cancelled and the refund is expected to credit on my account on august 10. Till now the refund is not reflected on my account and if this case happens amazon made an alert to contact banks customer care and mention the rrn number. So i did call and spoke to one of your officer...

I purchased borosil thermo steel flask rs 899 from amazon on 29/06/2020 and done full payment by upi but order was cancelled and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given refund reference number #[protected]
But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
Same behaviour...
