Dear sir,

This is to inform you that I lost my money due to fake job offer in olx.in

Job Name:Amazon supervisor job

Some frauds have posted a fake job ads in olx. I have recieved a message on my mobile number from Amazon on 9th October that Amazon has accepted my job request.
On the same day I got an Amazon application form and job offer letter through mail. I've submitted on the same day and on 5 July they told me to pay Rs1750 as a uniform making payment. They provide me the Upi- [protected]@ybl, Upi- [protected]@upi for making payment I paid 1750 through Google pay on the same say. And Oct 10 he send me hdfc aop form and hdfc life insurance form and told mebto send fill the form with correct information, submit Adhar card Pan card and submit 5150/- in same account now, day after tomorrow when you will receive cheque book and ATM you can withdraw 5000/- from your account.He gave me the account details also.

    I ordered a book named "Birth of Non-Congressism: Opposition Politics,[protected]" from amazon.com. The retailer is MK books India, the order was made on 20th june 2020 and I did not get it by the expected date which was given to be 6th july 2020. So i made a request for repayment on 18th july where I was assured the refund will be done in 3-4 working days but I did not receive it. Then I again requested the refund on 4th August where I was promised that the refund would be made in 24-48 working hours but still no avail. On 16th august I called them again and they told me to check with my bank and I did check with my bank and bank manager both. They said that they have not received any amount of 1270 rs(cost of the book), I checked in my passbook, I did not get a refund. Fast forward, today is 10th october and I have called amazon today as well but these customer care guys give the same reply that I should wait for 24-48 hours. I have lost all hope of getting my money. Please help asap. I will provide you with whatever proof you need.

        I ordered an exercise kit from Amazon but it was not as per my expectation. So I returned that order and want money back. I called at Amazon they said that refund has been done from their side. Here is the ref. No. 189110

        That amount has not been credited in my account. Kindly look into this. And credit my amount to my account

          I ordered Nike shoes ( ORDER #[protected] for Rs 4165 on Oct 2 and they were delivered defective (old, used) and I immediately placed a RETURN on same day. Twice the return pick up person came and refused to pick up shoes saying they are used. I called customer care three times and spent many hours overall talking to them and pick up agent.

          Amazon still refuse to pick up shoes and have not issued refund for the Rs 4165

              A) Order details

              Order No #[protected]
              Order Date # 26th August 2020

              B) Item Ordered

              Docoolers H&B Detail Paint Brush Set, Miniature Nylon hair brush for detailing.

              C) Amazon took Adhar Card (photo/address proof asked for) details for compliance of Import of item. Same were submitted.

              D) Item Delivered

              Unbranded, Made in China brush set. It's a fraud as on online shopping Site image of Branded product is shown but cheap China Substitute is delivered.

              Manufacturing location provsion is breached as it was supposed to be NOT from china.

              E) Return Requested on next day of receipt of delivery. Return till date NOT picked up..

              F) Status as on Oct 9, 2020

              a)The Return of wrong product not collected. On follow up, Amazon connected me with the Vendor based in Ireland around 15th Sep and he promised to collect within few days.

              b) On following up with Amazon, it made me talk to vendor WSStore based in Ireland and representative assured to organise refund.

              c)Got an email from Vendor around 20th Sep that they are arranging Refund without taking back the product. I have still kept the product ready for pick up. It is still lying unused for them to pick up.

              c) Got an email from Amazon on 29th Sep that Refund of Rs 889 is processed. Refund Order reference #076003. But till date NO REFUND is reflecting in my Credit Card Statement. (I had made payment vide credit card hence refund will come through credit card).

              d) Amazon is not approving of comments in Cutomer Review of Product.

              Request to
              1) Arrange immediate Refund alongwith compensation of Rs 25000 for the loss of business which I had to incur for non-receipt of artist grade brushes. These were ordered to execute business orders for paintings.

              2) Blacklist Vendor for fraud.

                  I ordered a cooler on 13th of March 2020.
                  Order number[protected]
                  After shipping on 14th of March.
                  Amazon cancelled my product. Without my consent.
                  I received refund. But on 16th of March I receive a call from a number as Amazon delivery boy. He told me about product all details. & Asked me if I want the because my product is in my local were house ( Asansol ). Then he shared me another & suggested me to contact on that number after contacting on that number that person shared me account details. & Advice me transfer my product amount 7999.
                  Then I transferred 7999 from my Google pay upi. Transaction ID is[protected].
                  Till evening I haven't received my product then I realised it's scam with me.
                  So I complaint to Amazon.
                  Then Amazon assured my problem will be resolved by 31st of March 2020.
                  But no solution till 31st then I emailed to Amazon regarding this on 1st of April. Then I received a email from Amazon on 1st of as well 8000 rs has been credited to debit card ending with 78. This my master card.
                  On that email clearly mentioned. My amount will be reflected in my bank account within next 3-5 days.
                  But no amount received by 8th of April 2020. Then I contacted again asked them status about my amount.
                  In between I contacted several times to Amazon regarding this.
                  On 14th of April I contacted again to Amazon.
                  Then I receive same email from Amazon on 14th of April also. In between I contacted several times to Amazon. But on 11th in chat conversation with ms Divya she assured me my product will be delivered by 15th of may.
                  Then on 12th May I contacted Amazon vai call
                  Then 1 representative picked up my call name Sandeep.
                  He assured me & told I am able to see on my screen your. product will be delivered to me by 15th of may. So I asked him tracking number then he emailed to seller. & He assured me within 48 hours tracking number will be shared.
                  But I waited till 13th of may 2020. But no reply receive from Amazon
                  So I emailed again on 13th May.
                  Then I receive
                  1 more email from Amazon on 14th of may. By Mr karan. my product will be delivered by 15th of may. 2020.
                  But no product delivery yet.
                  So I complaint to consumer forum department through online
                  On my 1st complaint Amazon updated I don't know anything it's out of box from Amazon. My 1st complaint 2031070
                  So I logged 2nd complaint. 2035727
                  On that complaint Amazon mentioned 8000 refunded in my Amazon pay balance.
                  It's totally fake
                  8000 not it's refunded 1940&5820.
                  Because I added 8000 in my Amazon pay balance on 16th of March 2020.
                  After adding 8000 some unauthorised transaction from my Amazon pay balance. Amount is 1940 &5820.
                  That amount amount refunded not against my cooler.
                  In my several complaints.
                  Amazon updated different different things.
                  I am physically challenged
                  It's intentionally harras by Amazon.
                  Almost 7 months ago.
                  Please help me on this

                  The representatives do not much about the process, so do not feel satisfied by their empty assurances.
                  It's how Amazon customer service works. They are wasting your time.

                  Do not use Amazon Pay for storing anything more than 5 INR unless you own a plant that bears money instead of fruits. Bank transfers take time, but you have better chances of getting your money back and tracking it.

                    I had purchased one renewed Acer Gaming Monitor from Amazon India on 19th September 2020 but instead of that one Butterfly Gas Stove had been delivered to me. I made a complaint regarding it to Amazon India. After investigation, they scheduled a return pickup for the wrong product received by me but the pickup boy rejected the pickup saying he has no information regarding pickup of wrong product. I again made complaint regarding this to Amazon India but since then they are just rescheduling the return pickup of product and no one is coming to pickup the product nor my money is getting refunded. Since the receipt of product around 15 days have passed and everyday i m making complaint regarding it but no action is being taken by them so as a last resort i m filing a complaint here. I hope my issue will be solved ASAP as the product was taken on emi n if the money will not get refunded, i will hv to pay the emi to the credit card company.

                      I placed the order on 26 sep 2020. and after that every week the delivery is rescheduling and postponed . from the day i ordered till today 08 Oct 2020 the status of this order is stuck as preparing for shipment dispatch.
                      No any update can see in the order tracking window. and it is stuck but 3 times the delivery date postponed.
                      Even today it shows preparing for shipment .
                      after enquiring customer care staff, they even don't know the reason and can not give exact delivery date.
                      today 08 Oct2 020 somebody called from amazon and asked me to cancel the order.. But i ordered this stuff because I want it. and why i should cancel it?
                      I just want to get the stuff faster. please do the needful

                        A refund has been made by amazon on 25 th of sep regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible

                          31Aug 2020 I have sent Rs 1000 to my friend through amazon pay upi, still it's pending. This money was deducted from my account instantly but my friend did not recieve this money. I have complaints so many time to Amazon customer service. But they still ignore it.
                          Totally fraud with me.

                              I'm benjohn varghese from kerala. I recently ordered an hp laptop from amazon.in the product description it was given that a warranty card of one year tenure is been included. I haven't recieved anything as such, and i know that we are been provided with one year warranty on any hp laptop. Please revert to me asap and please consider.

                                I have ordered "krost metal ingco imported die grinder rotary tool kit with flexible shaft and accesories kit (Orange, 164 piece)"".

                                Since the product not matched with my requirement i requested to refund the product and refund the money back.

                                It shows that the refund initiated on sep 24 and the amount credited on 27.
                                But the amount has not credited to my bank account

                                Here with i have attached the transaction details that the amount has not credited and the details displayed in the amazon window

                                  There is an offer going on if we purchase for 800rs, we will get a cashback offer of 200rs. Even after 3 days when i didnt get the cashback i called the customer care.
                                  First lady told that it is for specific seller and is mention on terms and condition. I discconet the call and checked the t&c and no where it is mentioned that point.
                                  2. I again called the customer care, now a guy took the call and he told it is for new customer and not eligible. Even that point is not mention on t&c. This promotion by amazon is to loot the customers with fake promotions. Please dont fall in to this trap. I will try to publish it to as many sites as possible to make people of these fake promotions to increase the sales

                                    I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs129/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 08/10/2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                                      Purchased one plus 7t mobile in an website. The invoice /warranty does not contain the product serial no. Coordinated with amazon several times and theyvjystvchatted and wasted mybmore than 3 hrs but did not do needful... Only imei no mentioned in warranty card... I need sl no be mentioned either in invoice or warranty card. This is wrt amazon account for mobile no [protected]

                                        Firstly i would like to thank amazon for the opportunities it has provided for the many unemployed people like me world wide.

                                        I would like to acknowledge, some things thats really disappointing the trust and brand name amazon have.

                                        I kadavala triveni from hyderabad has given my assessment on june 30th 2020 and was selected for the interview and give the interview sucessfully and was offered a job for trms position and the hr himself told me this and gave me the joining date and drag it for one month promising me the job role and then after a month. He said the positions are over. There is no intake.. If it is so why does they have to waste my two months of time and in the first place why does he said i would be offered a job..

                                        Is it a joke.. Seriously??
                                        Amazon lost my trust.
