I ordered a product named "OneOdio Adapter-Free Closed Back Over-Ear DJ
Stereo Monitor Headphones " on October 23 and the package got delivered to me by 24 October but just to my surprise when i opened received the package, the amazon box was intact but the inner oneodio box was torn and there wasn't the headphones rather there was consequent amount of thermocol and manuals. Before raising a complaint here i even talked with amazon customer care service but my complaints were on deaf ears. I waster my Rupees 1989. I really recommend you not to trust amazon.in actually amazon.com has way better service and customer support. Amazon india just pretends to be so called world's most customer centric company.

    I have ordered this item, I did not get any call but suddenly I got notified that a refund is initiated and the order is cancelled. After waiting for such a long time this notification is very disappointing. I get to know from customer care that the Item might have been damaged in transit, how is that possible if the package is not opened and after so long of the actual delivery date.
    I think the delivery partner somehow miscommunicated with me as well as the company. please resolve.

        Delivery fraud by Amazon India

        I ordered a hindi GK book (samajik samasyayen) on 22 October 2020.

        I completed online payment by my debit card worth of 309 book amount + 40 delivery charge = 349 total rupees.
        On 25 October 2020 delivery boy made me phone call to deliver the product but because of some reason I could not receive his call after some time I made a call back to deliver boy. He received my call and...

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I am writing this letter with great disappointment from the service provided by Amazon both from the customer support team and the Delivery support team.
          I have placed an order for One plus 7t(Glacier Blue 8GB RAM/256GB ROM) on 21st of this month and the promised delivery date was on or before 26th October. However I haven't received the product yet and neither did I receive any call from the delivery agent.
          I tried contacting the delivery agent continuously from around 10am until 5pm which was either disconnected or not responded and post 5pm it would just be switched off.
          When tried contacting the Customer support, I get the same reply that it would be delivered by End of the day and at times I was asked to waite till 9pm.I don't understand why should I waite till 9pm when I have provided the commercial address and as per amazon T&C, the timings for delivery to the commercial address is from 10am to 7pm.
          I have been trying to contact the delivery agent but all in vain. Neither the customer support team could escalate the issue properly to resolve my issue at the earliest instead they just ask me to waite without any assurance of the product being delivered to me on time and to my surprise I was even suggested to cancel my order.
          I don't get the point why should I cancel the order because of amazon's worst service.
          I really have zero trust that my product will be delivered even in the coming days with this kind of service at your end.
          I request you to kindly look into the issue on priority.

            I ordered for 2L Comfort after wash and 2 EXO round bars under delivery charges of Rs 30. These items are said to be delivered on23.10.20 @ 10.42 AM BUT so far I have not received. The Only items delivered on 23rd were the 2L Surf Excel liquid at 9.33 AM and 3 Roses Tea Dust later that day. Please trace and deliver the non delivered items.

                I ordered 2 iphone 11 totaling ₹1, 03, 000. One was 64 gb and the other 128 gb model. Both were ordered on the same transaction. The offer said that if I use my HDFC credit card, I will get 10% instant discount up to a maximum ₹1750, plus Amazon pay cash back of ₹[protected]+6000) on a single transaction of ₹1 lakh. The instant discount was received. But the cash back which was supposed to processed three days after order shipped has not been received.
                Now Amazon customer service tells me that a single item had to be over ₹1 lakh for me to recieve the cask back. A single item and a single transaction are not the same thing! How does single item make sense when the offer of value exceeding ₹1 lakh is made on an item costing less than that? I would not have bought 2 iphones if the offer was clearly worded.

                Same here. They have contnued to refuse the cashback. I have escalated again and waiting to hear back. Obviously they had made the offer on the iPhones on October 16. Maybe they did this by mistake, but how does that excuse them? We as customers made the purchase expecting the cashback. They must honour the offer. I intend to keep escalating this until they live upto their promise. Suggest you and others with same problem do the same.
                I have since had several conversations with Amazon customer service. On Oct 27, the rep told me that as per his understanding I should be eligible, so he had escalated it and that I should hear back in 48 hours.
                Hadn't heard back until Nov 2, so called again. They claimed that they had called me back on Oct 31to tell me that my products were excluded from the cash back, but nobody had had called me. And the products were definitely not excluded the day I placed the order (Oct 16). I escalated it to their leadership team, who then told me that he had deescalated it to their cash back team and that I should hear back in 3 to 4 days.
                Hadn't heard back so called again on Nov 6. The rep again informed me of the fictitious conversation of Oct 31. He seems to have no record of the conversation I had on Nov 2. He wasn't able to help, so I asked for escalation again. The best he could do was have somebody call me back. Said it would happen within 24 hrs. I will post an update in a day or two.
                Any update brother, , , I also bought iphone11 and didn't get discount of 1250rs as per bonus offer cashback 1. Now they are saying due to technical issue it was not mentioned that iPhone 11 was not eligible for cashback on Oct 16

                  i had ordered the phone in sale price and now its price has increased so i have to pay extra for the same phone. please help me and make amazon pay comensation for the price increase.

                    I ordered a Milton spotzero Mop from amazon with steel wringer on 20-oct-2020 and it showed me delivered on 21-oct-2020 but that was never delivered as its not possible to deliver from Gujrat to Haryana in 1 day, i even got a false tracking id of the product that was of some some third product that does not relate to me.

                    I tried to contact the seller but he did not responded and amazon also is just asking to wait and wait no action on priority basis is being taken.

                    The bill is attached that has Pan no., Gst no. and complete address of the seller Name of individual is Chaitanya Alkeshbhai Merja.

                      I have bought a system with Amazon in July 2020. It's a Certified Refurbished Lenovo Desktop with 6 Months Warranty. I got an issue with the system within a month and I complained regarding the same. They took more than a month to reply to the complaint and fixed it after 45-60 days of the complaint. The very next day I got the issue again and requested a refund this time and this is an ongoing process. The seller is not at all supportive and nor AMAZON. They want to replace it even if the seller's reply is so timely. I have emailed them the proofs of reply from the seller and all other information but still the same response. On Oct 13th, 2020, I had a word with Amazon Escalation Supervisor and they asked to send some proofs to her for the order. I am unable to get a refund and it already suffered me more than 3 months. I need the refund and i am really fedup with the customer service of Amazon.

                                Dear sir on 14 oct 2020, i purchased eureka firbes vaccuum cleaner vide order no[protected]image attached) dated 14 oct 2020. I received vaccuum cleaner on 17 oct 2020 having multiple dents on it, accessories and mannual missing. On 17 only i contacted customer care with all images of dents and serial no. They approved the return and pickup was approved for 18 oct which was cancelled by delivery agent saying verificatin failed, on 19 oct around 2100 hrs again pickup was rescheduled for 22 oct which was again cancelled by delivery agent for same reason. On contacting delivery agent, he says they dont received scan for pickup and i again contacted customer service for sending mail with all scans but customer service said there is nothing pending from customer side as well as from customer executive side. On 22 oct again pickup wad rescheduled for 24 oct with complaint and high priority ( as told my customer executive) but this was also cancelled by delivery agent for same reason. On 24 oct starting from morning 0800 till evening around 0800 i made several calls to cutomer service for pickup status and they assured me it is not cancelled this time but after7 i came to know from customer executive miss artiben that it was cancelled for same reason. I made too many calls to delivery agent throughout the day at no [protected] with pin 3285 provided me by amazon sms but he didnot responded to any of my calls. I even offer them that i will drop it at your store when spoken to delivery agent on 22 oct. They are harrassing customer. I have attached all the images for to your references.

                                  I have ordered crucials 4gb ram from amazon on 21st october due to some problem i have to cancel it on 23rd october and then refund initiated by amazon but not recieved in my SBI account i have called customer care of both SBI and Amazon but SBI saying if refund is initiated by amazon it get tranferred in bank account within a minute and Amazon saying we have initiated and they are gving a reference number and saying ask to bank and give them this reference no.

                                      Hope you are safe and well in this Pandemic Situation,

                                      This is to inform you that, i had purchased a product on 6 Aug 2020 from Amazon.in of RS 1346.25. and return it after 3 days. as per your commitment you have already already initiated a refund on 19 Aug 2020 with Reference No IGAJCPOAO2.
                                      But refund is not reflecting into my account.
                                      1.I also went to the Bank Branch but they are unable to fetch the data.
                                      2. Many times I called to the Amazon customer care as well as social media partner but they have only few words like to fill dispute form/go to bank etc, but these all idea are not fruitful for me.
                                      You all re requested that don't suggest me to go to the bank branch and ask them, I am tired now and I am going to filled a law suit again Amazon related to fraud and mental harassment.
