Hi Team,

I ordered a mobile device last Sunday by paying through credit card. The site said that the payment has failed. So i had to cancel and re-book the order. However, while refunding the amount, the part of refund amount, they gave me in the form of Amazon Pay Balance. This is completely unfair. First of all they said the payment is not accepted. Then how come there is a question of refund? And if the refund is coming, they should return it to original source of income as mentioned in the terms and conditions while placing the order. They are in violation of terms they mentioned while making order. My registered email ID is [protected]@gmail.com

    I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of Rs 129/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 21 OCT 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

          Hi Im manoj,
          I have placed an order of rs 100259 (ipad + apple pencil) in single order with hdfc bank credit card in SINGLE PAYMENT. I Got only 1250 cashback & 1750 instant discount later i contacted amazon twice one is via call other is via chat below both the times executive has promised me 6000₹ cashback! Now today he was telling me they cant because it is 98509 after instant discount ! But the order value is above 1 lakh & it was after bank discount & we cant give 6000 refund. This is not fair ! Cant i add 2k and place a fresh order?if told the same day I enquired! Now because of your misinformation im loosing 6k? You executive has told me your order value is above 100000 and you will sure receive in 5 days that day on call& chat . This is not correct! I have attached screenshots of chat & offer you can check! If you feel you cant Process the cashback then just cancel my order and I will go with and local seller where I can get 10% of a cashback which is more than Amazon cashback and one thing I am surely going to place an consumer complaint under consumer protection act 2019, regarding this of looting customers with a misleading offers and misinformation through the customer support which has been directly executed by Amazon dot in.

            I have purchased a 55x9500g from amazon cloudtail retailer. As per the Sony Diwali offer I should have received a headphone ch510 along with the tv. Amazon is notified as an official retailer on sony India Site.

              I purchase a iphone 11 64gb during amazon great indian festival. i read a term condition and then i booked my product, as per term condition 10% cashback is there on hdfc bank credit card. i received 1750 instant cashback on hdfc credit card . and term condition also says CREDIT CARD customer will get bonus cashback 1250 rs if customers spend order 30000 and above on single transaction. i am attaching the proof also. its clearly mentioned.so i didn't receive 1250 cashback and customer care agent also saying you will not get.

                        I have ordered "TANGO & CASH MEN'S FUR DENIM JACKET (Medium, Wine red)" and i received completely different product from what is mentioned on website. I have tried for its return for around 5-6 times till now but every next day of creating a return the return gets cancelled automatically without my consent, tried connecting with customer care also for multiple times but this haven't solved my issue.

                                We, M/s Shiv Enterprises having a small business of wooden Handicrafts and are also selling our Products on E commerce website i.e Amazon.in (in the name of Shiv Enterprises) from last few months. Amazon have deducted unnecessary cancellations charges from our account. Actually there was some shipping related issues from Amazon end, that we couldn't able to ship the product on time due their limited capacity of shipping services. So the orders got cancelled itself and Amazon had imposed penalty on us. I have contacted to them thousand of times but they are not replying and responding back to us.

                                  Hdfc Bank — reversed transaction not credited

                                  I have cancelled a order on amazon, i immediately got a msg from hdfc that

                                  Ur transaction on HDFC Bank DEBIT/ATM Card ending 2718 for Rs. 49999.00 has been credited/reversed by AMAZON on[protected]:20:40:48

                                  I checked the online statement and it is not credited into my account. I am scared as it's a large sum please help. Since it is a confirmation message from bank, i am assuming that the Amazon has done it's part. Will it ever get reflected in my account?

                                    I'm trying to get a job in your company but its really difficult as I don't have wifi in my home.
                                    Please look at this matter as I can't afford WIFI and I'm sure that many candidates from India not afford wifi .
                                    Please make your online test suitable for at least mobile hotspot because candidates trying to get job, to earn money.
                                    I truly understand convid 19 issue and I know that online test is safest and accurate way.

                                      My name is Pradeep Singh and I had ordered D of RS.9599 Seagate 5TB External HD from Amazon on 6 october 2020 and after 10 october 2020 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 13 October 2020
                                      Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
                                      772796 and told me to fill charge dispute form but State Bank of India Bank doesn't have such policy. So
                                      please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
