This is my order details. I had ordered it on 5th but due to some reasons i cancelled my order. I have talked to the customer support of amazon and they have said that they have already sent the refund amount to the bank, but still the refund amount has not been reflected in my account. I ordered a phone in exchange worth rs. 4, 949. But then the delivery guy told us that he can't accept my old products as it had a little scratch, then he told us we will get the refund. Its been more than 4months and i have still not received my refund. I contacted amazon customer service and they told me that they initiated the refund, but the money has still not shown in my account.
They also provided me with a refund reference number and said me to visit my bank but due to lockdown it is not possible for me to visit my bank branch right now.

We had registered our company account with amazon business and bought oneplus 8 8gb/128 gb phone with order #[protected] on 29th july. There was nothing showing gst credit related when buying. We then placed another order after 15-20 mins and reaised it was showing gst credit options with different buyers. So we had chat with a customer executive for the same and he assured we will get gst credit. We could have cancelled the order...
