Brought M21 Samsung galaxy whose touch paid was not working, I called customer care and explained the exact problem they send delivery boy to pick up phone whose touch paid was not working but, delivery boy did’t picked up that phone bcz amazon customer care did’t explain the same and it repeated 3 times(3 time delivery boy came and didn’t picked up my phone).since, 15 days I m suffering from this issue and I called 20 times for same concern . I got mental haresment from amazon yet my issue is not resolve.

    I purchased, apacs badminton combo (1 vanguard 11 red unstrung racket +1 prokick badminton kitbag navy/red for a sum of rs 2999/- (Rupees two thousand nine hundred ninety nine only). The same was delivred by the amazon /delivery boy on 20 sep 2020. But the packing was damaged and i open the packet than & there and told the delivery boy that the prokick badminton kitbag was not received as i ordered and he told me, sir i delivered it to you now it can not be pickup/return by me. You have to return it through your amazon app and then the new pickup boy will pick it up. I did the same. Next day pickup boy come and collect my item and i told him about the issue and he return it to me saying that the product and kit bag is totally different and could not collect it without an confirmation mail from amazon customer care. And for confirmation mail you have to talk to customer care after that they will forward us confirmation mail and then we will pickup the same. I did the same and customer care registered my complaint and next day i received pickup message with agent mobile number but no one come to collect my item after one day the cancellation message pop up then i again talk to customer care and they apologize for the same and arrange a new pickup but again this was cancelled automatically and this repeated process going on till date. When i call the agent whose number was given to me by message for pickup he says i am not coming that side another boy will go there and pickup you item. And this process is repeating till date.

        Order #[protected]
        As per the instruction shared by amazon, my order should have been delivered between 8 to 5 pm.
        But i received it by 7:30 pm. I called amazon customer care and complained about the delay happened on my delivery.
        But adi from amazon customer care is not really caring the about delay he is just saying it will be delivered before 9 pm or you can reschedule it tomorrow.
        But he is not ready to accept the issue for the delay and my full day wasted for waiting for delivery from amazon order.
        Please provide me the proper explanation for the delay and now amazon customer care blocked my number to contact the amazon customer service and call is getting disconnected after the ivr.
        Very very worst customer service.
        Customer service is very very very rude enough to kill a customer.
        I have attached the proof.
        Else please declare your customer care will be like this. Then everyone will go for any other mode of purchase.

            My tracking id is[protected]. My order was supposed to be delivered on
            10/09/2020 but the delivery person named manas has neither delivered the
            Order to me or nor in my home. At first the delivery person has contacted
            Me and asked about the address i guided him and told him that i am not in
            My home but he can deliver the order in my home to my family member. Then
            The delivery person told me that he was at my doorstep so only then i
            Gave him the otp. The order was marked delivered by delivery
            Executive. When i reached my house i confirmed from my family members about
            The delivery but i got to know that no order was delivered. Soon afterwards
            I called the delivery person to inquire about my delivery order. He
            Carelessly told me that he has given my delivery order to any friend of
            Mine. Inspite of the fact that i clearly commanded him to deliver at my home
            To my family members. I questioned him about how carelessly he can deliver
            My order to any stranger who claimed to be my friend. I informed him that
            That i have not sent any friend of mine and i have always told him to
            Deliver at my house. Realizing his mistake the delivery person disconnected
            The call and rejected it when i called him again. After facing all that
            Harassment i contacted the customer support they told me to wait till
            12/09/2020. And even after that i didn't received my order. On 13 i
            Contacted the amazon customer support they told me that the investigation
            Team will investigate my order issues. They also told me in that process i
            Will receive a call from the investigation team for investigation. But i
            Received no call from any investigation team. On 15 th september the
            Supposed delivery person named manas came to my house. And he also
            Confessed and confirmed that he has not delivered my order to me or in my
            Home. He realized his mistake of delivery it to any other stranger. Then
            Today on 19/09/2020 i again contacted your amazon customer support they
            Told me that investigation team has investigated this matter. And according
            To amazons investigation team my order was delivered to customer and i
            Would not receive any refund or replacement. I want to question your
            Investigation team about what kind of investigation they have done because
            I am the customer and i didn't received any call, mail, nothing. Tell me
            What kind of investigation is this? In which you don't contact the customer
            Regarding the issue neither they inquired in my location nor in my
            Building. Just because of your delivery executive mistakes i am suffering.
            I would like to advise amazon don't fool the customer and indulge in fraud
            And cheating. I demand my refund or replacement because i am the customer
            And i have not received my order. I will not suffer because your delivery
            Executive made a mistake and delivered my order to any random stranger. Not
            Following my instructions of delivering at home. It is not in the hands of
            Amazon investigation team to do whatever they feel like doing and say false
            Things about my order is delivered to me. I am the customer i have not
            Received my order. I demand my refund or replacement and i don't believe
            Your investigation team decision. Today amazon lost a loyal customer owing
            To its fraud and cheating actions.

            Yes, sounds like Amazon customer's experience. Same here, except for some details.

              The date of delivery was september 27.

              The payment was made online, before delivery. I expected 2 units of a wired keyboard, but only one was delivered.

              I have notified amazon about this issue through their website's order feedback page. There has been no response from amazon, their order page for my account shows that both were delivered.

              It's quite a simple problem to solve. Make it easy to follow the instructions. Chastise the ### that approved the inefficient system using bonkers logic or rubbish calculations.               The first substitution makes it sound way worse and kind of rude, go easy on the language policing. And the second is basically like I used a seriously rude word.

              Still no response from Amazon. The order information does not contain a contact number for the delivery associate or executive (^_~), so customers are really in a horrible position.

              If Amazon and its delivery team botches a straightforward A to B delivery using all the advanced tools and machine learning and experts they can buy. Where is the innovation the company is so braggadocious about?

              Not even an email with some useful, actionable information about the incident. Not a single acknowledgement email. Only something about them preferring positive reviews over brief reviews
              that highlight their weaknesses.

                I ordered for glutone1000 & escor z tablet, but they sent me glutax 1000 & ceeton-z tablet. Neither the brand name nor the image provided in description is matching, how can they fool customers like this. Feeling cheated. I want my amount i.e. 2238 rs back.

                For public information, both seem to be for the same purpose, other than the brand name. So maybe that could explain the switch.

                Amazon should have sent a message to you if they chose a different product brand and the reason. Or cancel the order before cash is debited/deducted from your account during checkout process.

                Even the product page could mention that information, and so on. Poor customer service.

                        I got a msg without otp Rs.999 deducted on 25.09.2020 at 22:36:24 but i have not used that, dont know how that ppl have got my details is hdfc security that low that my card details are known by some other people. Below you can see actual message:

                          I had been purchased a iphone 11 from amazon india on 11.09.20. The order no[protected].
                          They had been gave without imei no invoice on 12.09.20 with said product and a soft copy at my amazon account. Which was i told them on 12.09.20 and request them to provide proper (With imei no/serial no.) invoice. But till date they ware not give the said invoice. I had been several time call them for said invoice, but they every time ask 2-3 days to solve the problem but they do not.
                          If they not give proper invoice, i can't get warranty facility.
                          So, they should provide proper invoice or return the said item.

                            Dear support team,
                            I ordered the realme buds 2 from amazon via seller appario retail private limited for ₹599 on 21 september 2020.

                            Order no :[protected]

                            I received the product as an empty box with 2 cells and the manual on 25 september 2020.

                            Fortunately i have recorded the unboxing.

                            On same day i request and contacted both seller and amazon team to help to get the refund.

                            Seller name: appario retail private limited
                            An executive from customer service told me to send the images of box via email and will send some person for investigation and you will surely get you refund. Mean while i was also requesting and taking help from amazon team. But no investigation person came to my place. I am not getting confidence on the investigation, whether it will do anything or not.

                            Also i have heard that nothing fruitful come after investigation and you have to file a legal complaint against them.

                            Just for your update, i do the lots of shopping with amazon since 2018. Some time they send me wrong product but they refund the money too.

                            Only this time they send me empty box any now they are not refunding the money not the product which i paid. And also they are saying there is lots return request made from my account so kindly manage it.

                            So its humble request to support team please help me to get the money from them. I am attaching the box and parcel images along with the proper video clip. I am begging you to support in this and take strike action on it. Please contact me if you need any more information on my no : [protected]/[protected]. I really appreciate if some one can help me in this to get support. Thanks and with regards, rony.

                              I have a prime account on amazon with account id as '[protected]@gmail.com'. I created one more account on amazon which is a non-prime account and provided the same mobile i was using for the previous one. But now i am not able to login to my original account and getting the error 'mobile no. Associated with another account'. I have raised the issue with amazon customer care, talked to them over phone, tried to resolve the issue over twitter but i am not getting any solution from their end. I am a regular customer of amazon and don't expect such glitches on their part. Kindly get my issue resolved asap as i am not able to use the prime membership perks.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  This is to bring in your kind notice that i placed an order dated 09.08.2020 order no[protected] in this order. I had order for 2 items
                                  (1) amazon echo dot. Quantity 1 nos.
                                  (2) honor band 5i quantity 2 nos.

                                  But when i get the packet it has amazon echo dot. Quantity 1 nos. And exo round pack of 4.

                                  We didn't get my honor band 5i in this packet, i was immediately informed on amazon customer care no. And they told me we will investigate the issue after 10 days i have called again and they inform me as per my investigation item has been delivered to you.

                                  Now what i can do?
                                  In the past never happened with me nor i am complaining like this i have purchased more than 100 items.

                                  Kindly help me.

                                      I had ordered a ladies gown that was to be delivered yesterday on september 22, 2020.
                                      The delivery boy came to my place and called my wife as her number was given for contact. He asked her to come downstairs to take delivery and refused to come upstairs. The reason he gave that he had a heavy bag with him carrying which he cannot come and nor can he leave it down and come up. He clearly said to my wife that if she is not coming to take delivery he will go without delivering it. I was on my way home when my wife sent me his number and informed about the issue. I called him asking him to first delivery other stuff and then in last he can come to deliver mine. To this he agreed. but at night when I called him up to confirm where is he, he simply cut the call and never picked it again.
                                      Then I called in amazon customer care and they assured me that on the very next day my delivery will be done. But today as I called them to re-confirm I came to find out that my delivery is already re-scheduled to tomorrow. I am so irritated with that delivery boy that I have filed my complaint against him and I want strict action to be taken against him.
                                      Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
