I paid the amount of 599 to amazon through one of my bhim upi id [protected] on 6th september 2020.
Due to some problem, I returned the product and I requested amazon for a refund and they issued the refund on 15st sep, 2020. They have also provided me with the rrn[protected]
Normally it takes only 3-5 days for the refunded amount to be reflected my account but today is 13 october 2020. Still, i've not received the refunded amount yet.
I contacted the sbi customer service via the toll-free number, provided them the refund reference number and requested them to file a dispute as refund not processed but they told me to visit my home branch and told me they cannot resolve my issue. Today i visited my home branch, they also told me they cannot help me in this issue and another irritation statement from them was they can neither accept any transaction dispute complaint nor can find any pending refund. They told me there is no provision for checking the refund status. When i met the higher authority of my branch and narrated my issue, they repeated the same thing and tell me to contact the customer service via toll-free number again. Now the customer service representative is repeating the old words. They cannot help me in this issue.
Therefore please investigate in this matter and find the pending refund and process it as soon as possible.

      I have returned Amazon product but I have not received my Amazon Refund amount in my Bank.I have contacted to Bank customer care they told to make a mail by giving them Refund Reference Number and Bank Account Number, even after making a mail.I have not received my refund amount

        I am a prime customer of Amazon. Ordered for a bucket street 3 in 1 steam vapouriser of MRP 999/- and order cost was 549/-. But got an item of CRISTA facial sauna whose MRP is 549/-. However the same is not working and very poor quality. As we have ordered from Amazon it is the duty of the company to resolve the issue other wise we will think twice before online purchase.

          I have order one phone model no. Redmi note 9pro from amazon dated on. 8 Oct 2020 But order was cancelled by amazon itself by stating "phone is having internal problem" and delivery boy took phone from me. On dated 13 oct 2020 i have received refund amount of Rs.13406₹ but processing fee 199₹& 35₹ GST% got debited from my account which has not received.
          Again same product was re-ordered by amazon without my intimation amount got debited from my account along with processing fee + GST.
          How amazon has re-order without information which I am not at all interested the same product order. And who is responsible for my processing + gst charges got debited my account.
          Now amazon customer care not support for refund process they clearly said visit ur bank. Also bank said call toll free hdfc no or talk with Amazon. Now my patience is over. Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

            I ordered syska led bulb on 16 th of October 2020 and it was one day delivery i.e it should delivered on 18th oct but on 18th oct i got message from amazon that my ordered is cancelled and it is returning to the seller.
            I had lots of trust on amazon but today they broken my trust. The order was very imp for me at that day itself.
            Please dont say srry if want to help me give me free gift !!!

              I have following up several times with Amazon customer care, grievenace email and also mailed nodal officer also requesting to update just name in the invoice.

              But no one has provided support till now.

              If Amazon is able to help to update the invoice, why we need to buy online from amazon, we can buy from online sites.

                  I ordered a product from amazon india and for some issue i return my product and want my refund back i orders a product in july but i did not received my money back and after contact amazon customer service they said that they had already initiated my money in july after pickup my order from my door...i did not received my money in my bank account yet please solve my problem i want my money back

                    Hyy...i had ordered a few products from amazon shopping app in july month and i returned my product and want my refund and i contact their customer service and they said that they had already initiated my money in my bank account but i did not received my money in my bank account...please solved my problem as soon as possible you can because i need my money

                        They have locked my account reason best known to them. I've been emailing them since 15 days calling them telling them all the information they need but they just ask me to wait 72 hours, 24 hours .. finally is been 15 days so they give me the same reason.

                        I don't want the account with them I want my refund which they aren't giving me.

                        Ridiculous absolutely rubbish service

                          DATE OF INCIDENT: 17 OCT 2020.
                          The amazon cancelled the product without consent. When received an automatic automated call for amazon I requested to attempt delivery. Along with this I contacted the customer care 5 times during the day, every time they assured delivery. Eventually nothing happened and I did not got the product. Meanwhile the price of the product (a laptop) increased by Rs. 10, 000. In this entire episode me as a customer was on loss. Amazon will profit from it by selling it at the increased price to someone else.
                          Such thing has happened twice in last 15 days, then it was with mobile. Lets reduce our purchase from them. They can go to any limit for profit even it comes at the loss of customer. Our legal system is weak and they are playing around with that.

                            Below pics are taken for the same product at the same time today i.e. 16 Oct 2020, one from a Prime account and one from a general account. The price for general account is Rs. 104 plus Rs. 75 for shipping. For Prime members, the price of the product is Rs. 204 and shipping is free. So, ultimately Prime members are loosing Rs. 25 for this product. That means Prime members are not getting any additional benifit but actually are paying more for the products !!
