Sep 12, 2020 ... I am recharged 75 rupees bsnl plan but money debited and recharged failed ...please give me my money bank ref id :(

I cancelled my rebook shoes from amazon of Rs1330 and I have not yet received my refund which was expected to be credit on 30/sept/2020 .

I ordered book on sept 22 and made a online payment of rs 191.20 but i cannot receive the book till date .The book shows in order list but cannot view the shipping status and i cannot receive the tracking ID and the payment notification but the would deducted from my account .when will i receive the book..pls reply me whether i receive it r not?

I hav ordered product from Amazon and I hav cancelled that order but I dint still get the refund amount..I just enquired with amazon people they were like they alredy initated refund and they provided refund reference number tooo.. I think the probelm is from bank side... so I request you to look into this issue and give solution for this problem

Amazon refund inniate but not credit to my account till now it iniated on 20 sep 2020 but I file charge dispute but denied and never credit to my account till now .it's RRN is[protected]

I have ordered a Redmi 9 of Rs.9998 from Amazon on the 5th of October which came out to be disputed. We decided to return it.

The order was returned on the 9th of October and they promised to refund the amount in my bank account by the 14th of October. I confirmed with them and their customer service executives that I have a State Bank account debit card linked with Amazon which was used several times for different purchases for which I was expecting the refund amount in that account. They confirmed to me with it as well.

However, when I called them yesterday after not receiving the amount. They started misleading me by saying that there is some UBI account linked with my Amazon account which I was never aware of. I have never used a UBI account in my entire life. The app is not showing me the account number where they transacted the money except for the last three digits as they confirmed are 416. The ISFC code UTBI0AGLE71 is from 'Purba Medinipur' Branch-Argoal but my residence is in Kolkata.

Amazon is not paying me the refund in my account nor they're providing me with the complete account number or any details where they've transacted the money.

I hope that you will understand my concern and do the needful with it as it is a huge amount of money for me and my family in such crucial conditions.

I did not get my refund for a returned product from Amazon. They just mailed me that they have completed the refund but still after 16 days it's not added to my added account

I would like to state that, Amazon has debited an amount of Rs 999/-from my ICICI bank amount with out any prior notice or relevant reason.
Hence I need a clear information as to why this huge amount has been deducted even When I didnot purchase anything. kindly resolve this issue

They detect my money in amazon pay but not refunded to my bank this issue are going for two months...

My refund of product from Amazon which was not reached at me is not added to my account.

I did not get the refund of 2 products in my account from Amazon.They just mailed me that they have processed refund but still after 1 month it's not added to my account.

I have ordered a product(Ceramic Mug) online from Amazon(https://www.amazon.in/) from a seller called Exciting lives(https://www.excitinglives.com) on 6/10/2020(6th October 2020) for Rs.325.

They seem to have sent the product via DTDC courier(https://www.dtdc.in). The product was not delivered to me from the courier till now. No call has been made to me from any of the couriers. But, both the DTDC courier and the Amazon website updated the status as "the product is delivered".

When I call the amazon customer service, they do not follow up with the dtdc courier directly. I can't make calls to DTDC courier also. They forward me the mail saying that the product is delivered.

I made online payment for this. When I request Amazon to at least refund me the amount immediately, they are not doing that.

I have ordered redmi note 9 of Rs. 7899 n than after i have cancelled the order... The amount that i have paid not transferred to my account.. The amzon online shopping says that the already refund to my bank account the said amount ..with the Ref number as FQZWUH0000KFO5SRQ9.they told to contact bank. I contacted bank but they yet not received nothing.. So please do the needful
