I have placed an order for samsung s10 on[protected]. The handset was having some issue. So, amazon has replaced me the piece. The replaced piece was delivered to me on 16.08.2020. Unfortunately, the second handset was also having the touch issue. I spoke to amazon and they have arranged for the mobile inspection at my place. They have found the touch issue. Amazon agreed to make refund once they receive the order. On 26.08.2020. They have arranged for the pick up. The handset was delivered to them on 26.08.2020. They received the handset on 29.08.2020. (As per there system). 30.08.2020 (As per my system). They told it will take 3-5 business days for initiating the refund. Today is 09.08.2020. Still my refund is not initiated.
I have made several calls daily. Only answer i am getting is within 24 hours. You will get your refund. I am middle class person. With hardwork, i have saved money for mobile.

I request you please help me in getting my refund back.

    I had ordered a ladies rakhi for rakshabandhan from amazon which did not reach me, i cancelled it and put a request for refund which was initiated by amazon on 7 august 2020 and
    I have yet not received my amount on my account yet.

    I had ordered a Ladies companion for Rakshabandhan from Amazon which did not reach me, I canceled it and put a request for refund which was initiated by Amazon and it is not on my account yet.

      I have mailed amazon on my 2 safe ordered and show delivered but was not delivered to me.
      The moment i had recvd msg saying product delivered i called them and said that i havnt recvd anything but they were like dont panic u will recv your product within next 4 working days or we will refund you.
      But aftr 4 days when i complaint again they registered my complaint and said they will investigate the matter and revert within next 4-5 days.
      Aftr 4-5 days when i didnt recv any revert i called to check and then they saying tht the product has been delivered to me and to check at my place and with neighbour. If i had recevid the product myself why will i file a complaint of not receving and the delivery boy has his own theory that he has kept the product in my lobby area of the building and informed me upstair abt the product which is a lie. I feel its all under the same scanner of scam. They are scamming customer with fraud.

                  Hi team,

                  My account is locked, as i have used international card on my amazon account for the latest order which is cancelled. I got a message asking for billing information and i have provided it couple of times however it still says couldn't unlock my account. I called you guys countless times for help but i haven't recieved any, moreover my prime account is locked where that's the only source of entertainment i have in this pandemic. Whenever i login to my account i see a message stating we have sent email and message for further steps and saddest part is i haven't received any email from amazon so far with any kind of details. This is really frustrating and annoying that my amazon shopping account and amazon prime is locked and can't use the service for which i'm paying. It's really sad that none of your agents have that much of calibre to helpe me out. Very poor customer service. Very disappointed with amazon.

                  This is really frustrating and annoying which ur doing it to me, you took my money for Amazon prime for the entire year and tou locked my account. It's been a week now as i'm not able to access anything and NO ONE IS HELPING ME. Such a devastating company you are. Can't treat your customers properly and WORST SERVICE EVER. I'm going to file a case about you people as you took my money and LOCKED MY ACCOUNT and not helping me in unlocking it. WORST AND STUPIDEST COMPANY. Be ready for legal proceedings.

                    Order #[protected]

                    Order issue :
                    I have ordered[protected] a 2tb wd external hard drive (Blue color) which was selling at a price of 4000 inr by a seller called hop tech (https://www.amazon.in/sp?seller=A3JOYN84H57H8M), which unfortunately was cancelled by the seller on[protected] around midnight. I have contacted amazon for the reason why my order was cancelled and i got reply from the customer service that that seller wasn't able to dispatch the order to my address to which i have argued with customer service that to tell the seller to deliver my product using different courier service.
                    On[protected], i received a message mentioning that my order was out for delivery and i need to keep the cash ready as i opted for cash-on-delivery. I was happy that customer service has forwarded my message to the seller and my order was being delivered and got the cash ready.
                    The delivery guy came to my home and the packaging was of amazon so i confidently paid the delivery guy the amount of ₹4000, the courier service which delivered my product was xpressbees. I even started recording the unboxing just for my convenience. The package was covered by amazon tape and i started unboxing the package. Halfway through unboxing and i could see it was not the mentioned product inside instead a internal hard drive of a computer with no box or anything covered fully with bubble wrap. I understood this was some kind of fraud and stopped unboxing it. I have left the bubble wrap like that.
                    I was totally scared after seeing this and thought i have lost my hard earned money to some scammer in amazon. I right away called amazon cc and they told they would help me. They have told me to wait for 3 more days as they were waiting for the reply from the seller. After hearing this i felt happy that amazon would help me in getting my money back. But things didn't go as expected. This kept going for days and one day out of frustration my call was transferred to the senior customer service executive. The senior was helpful and knew i was cheated by the seller and promised me to wait for 3 more days and told me that he would refund me if the seller doesn't respond. I again waited for 3 more days and i didn't get any call from the amazon to which i again called to the customer care, but this time cc guy told me firmly that amazon can't refund my money. After hearing this i was broken and still didn't give upon my hopes. Again i called cc after 3 days and told them about all the incidents. They checked on the seller and seller was removed from amazon due to various complaints against them. They said they were filling for a refund and promised me i would get call from amazon regarding this after 3 days. I waited for more than 1 week and still i didn't get any response from amazon team.
                    Conclusion :
                    Even though my order was cancelled seller used my address to fake the order. As a normal consumer i fell for this trap and i was scammed for ₹4000. Amazon isn't ready to accept their mistake as it's their responsibility to safeguard my address and respect my privacy. Amazon should be more careful in allowing who can sell on their platform. Without cross checking all these they have just allowed a scammer to scam people like me. There's no way right now to contact the seller as seller has been already removed.
                    I was cheated by seller, seller cancelled my order purposely and the delivers different product with another courier service which i'm not aware of. As a buyer who was not aware of this trick, i accepted the order thinking it was my 2tb wd external hard drive and paid the courier guy the money. Seller has cheated me for ₹4000 and i'm devastated about my loss.

                    I request amazon to do a full refund of the money and deal with the seller from your end.

                      Appario retail pvt. Ltd., sell products on amazon with invoice not w/ product serial number and dealer stamp. I bought a lenovo laptop on 18aug20, when i approached lenovo, they denied service because of missing s/n and dealer stamp on the invoice. When i approached amazon to help me to get the corrected invoice, i am not getting support. I cannot directly reach the seller as well, no seller contact information available.

                          Respected sir/madam,
                          I 've ordered an industrial glue gan on 30th aug. 2020 of aptechdeals company marked as item no. Ap-5119 nylon 150w with 5 glue sticks by cod. But unfortunately what you send to me a 100w glue gun which has no cash memo and no operation manual.
                          Moreover there is no engraved mark of company's name model no. On it and weight of the instrument also too less than what was mentioned in instrumental detail. So i do not understand whether the instrument is original or not. So i request you please send me an original and most authentic item with the same specification which is mentioned in delivery receipt if possible and oblige.

                                On Jan 24th, 2020 (night between Jan 23-24)from my Axis Bank credit card 6 fraudulent transaction of Rs. 2, 90, 000/- (Rs. Two Lakh Ninety Thousands) has happened on my Amazon account for purchasing of Chroma Vouchers (o Rs. 2000/- each) of entire amount. 21 such vouchers received on m mail id amounting to Rs. 42, 000/- . On wake up when I noticed the messages, I immediately complained to bank and Amazon as well and customer care blocked my Axis Bank Credit Card and Aamzon account. I lodged complaint in Cyber Crime Cell Chennai as well. Amazon customer Service confirmed for cancelling all transactions and received Rs. 50, 000/- refund as well. But for balance amount, I have sent several mail or customer care call, but no action has happened. Now my account is blocked, I can not check details, when I request for refund through mail, they tell call customer care, customer care can not help as they don't have details due to account blocked. I am in deep mental trouble as bank is mounting pressure for payments.

                                  My refund was to come on 31/08/20 but today is 06/09/20 and has not yet arrived, amazon coustmer care service talk to what they speak, you talk to your bank coustmer care centre and when you talk to the coustmer centre, they speak, you have not come to your refund, amazon has been so upset on behalf of amazon and the bank speaks, talk to him and talk to him, i think i am hanging between the two.                                     Above product was ordered with prepaid on 1 aug. Delivery date was given as 10 aug. Which was not met and was extended to 20 aug. Which was not met either. The last track date visible was 6 august and remained same till end. After waiting further 3-4 days the order was cancelled.
                                    Amazon said it will refund money when they get back the product (Why?). There is no time limit fixed also. Why am i being harrased for no fault of mine. When i never received the product refund should have been done immediately. I am still waiting. I do not know till how long.

                                        I have been trying to write review for the book, the first republic b, y venkatesh rangan. I have sent email complaints and spoken to your team members and still waiting for a reply for the past two months. I had ordered four copies of the book from your website. Every time i try to send my review, it appears in red letters that i cannot send a review from my account. When enquirer, i was told
                                        1) i can only send from an email account. I have added email to my phone account. Still unsuccessful.
                                        2) i should have spent at least rs.3000 for the account. I have spent more than rs 4000 in 2020.
                                        3) was told should buy at least 13 products.
                                        Why so many restrictions for writing a single book review?
                                        Why do you ask for product reviews if you do not want to publish it?
                                        What is the use of buying a book if a review cannot be written?
                                        What is the connection between buying products and writing a book review?
                                        Why do you want to harass a regular customer, a senior citizen, when all i ask is to write a review?
                                        Do you want me to discontinue buying products from your website?
                                        In the past i could write review for a kitchen product from amazon even though i had not bought for rs 3000. Why the restriction now?
                                        Also i could easily write a book review in google book store, without any restrictions.
                                        Please resolve my problem at the earliest, otherwise i will stop buying from amazon.in.
