31Aug 2020 I have sent Rs 1000 to my friend through amazon pay upi, still it's pending. This money was deducted from my account instantly but my friend did not recieve this money. I have complaints so many time to Amazon customer service. But they still ignore it.
Totally fraud with me.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Still the money is pending.
No solution
Still it's pending, amazon is a fraud company.

    I didn't done any online amazon shopping.. But my amount as deducted, from my credit card rs.999.00
    Order no. Amazon1258399.
    Without out otp it as been deducted from my credit card.
    Please look such fraud transactions. We are suferring more n more

      I'm benjohn varghese from kerala. I recently ordered an hp laptop from amazon.in the product description it was given that a warranty card of one year tenure is been included. I haven't recieved anything as such, and i know that we are been provided with one year warranty on any hp laptop. Please revert to me asap and please consider.

        Order nbr : order#[protected]

        I have ordered "krost metal ingco imported die grinder rotary tool kit with flexible shaft and accesories kit (Orange, 164 piece)"".

        Since the product not matched with my requirement i requested to refund the product and refund the money back.

        It shows that the refund initiated on sep 24 and the amount credited on 27.
        But the amount has not credited to my bank account

        Here with i have attached the transaction details that the amount has not credited and the details displayed in the amazon window

        I have not received any update regarding my amount refund. Kindly do the needful as early as possible

          There is an offer going on if we purchase for 800rs, we will get a cashback offer of 200rs. Even after 3 days when i didnt get the cashback i called the customer care.
          First lady told that it is for specific seller and is mention on terms and condition. I discconet the call and checked the t&c and no where it is mentioned that point.
          2. I again called the customer care, now a guy took the call and he told it is for new customer and not eligible. Even that point is not mention on t&c. This promotion by amazon is to loot the customers with fake promotions. Please dont fall in to this trap. I will try to publish it to as many sites as possible to make people of these fake promotions to increase the sales

            I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs129/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 08/10/2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

              Purchased one plus 7t mobile in an website. The invoice /warranty does not contain the product serial no. Coordinated with amazon several times and theyvjystvchatted and wasted mybmore than 3 hrs but did not do needful... Only imei no mentioned in warranty card... I need sl no be mentioned either in invoice or warranty card. This is wrt amazon account for mobile no [protected]

                Firstly i would like to thank amazon for the opportunities it has provided for the many unemployed people like me world wide.

                I would like to acknowledge, some things thats really disappointing the trust and brand name amazon have.

                I kadavala triveni from hyderabad has given my assessment on june 30th 2020 and was selected for the interview and give the interview sucessfully and was offered a job for trms position and the hr himself told me this and gave me the joining date and drag it for one month promising me the job role and then after a month. He said the positions are over. There is no intake.. If it is so why does they have to waste my two months of time and in the first place why does he said i would be offered a job..

                Is it a joke.. Seriously??
                Amazon lost my trust.

                  Sir, most of the customers from the state of maharashtra shop online through the amazon app. The amazon app has options for all languages ​​except marathi. Despite having the largest number of customers in maharashtra, amazon india is reluctant to provide the marathi language option. Consumers often demand marathi language but it is being deliberately ignored. Since i am not getting service in my marathi language, i have to suffer a lot while shopping online. As a customer, it is my right to be served in my language and according to consumer law, i must be served in my language. According to the rules of the central government, it is mandatory to provide services in the official language of the state in which you provide services and amazon india is in flagrant violation of these rules. We request that action be taken against amazon india as soon as possible.

                  Hi Sir, I have not yet received any mail or message from Amazon. If such a person demanded Marathi language, she was told that we do not have Marathi candidates and if If you want to talk to us, speak in English and Hindi.What a force it is. Either he will live and do business in Maharashtra with a population of 12 crore but he cannot provide Marathi services. He has a big cell on October 16-17. Please, Marathi language should be implemented in Amazon app immediately. Amazon responded to a Twitter user via tweet.Sends a screenshot of them. It is requested that Marathi language should be made available as soon as possible.

                      Mene amzon se samsung ka mobile liya 13999rs me no cost emi pe liya tha amzon ne muje no cost emi ka discount diya 554rs or mujhe emi diya 2333.17*6 month =13999.02rs
                      Mere credit card se discount minus ho kar 13444rs cut huva hai..
                      Par mujhe to per month emi ka 2333.17 pay karna hai to vo hisab se 2333.17*6 months =13999rs hota hai is me koi discount to huva nahi or sirf dikha ne ke liye ye log discount batate hai par actual me dete nahi hai..
                      Or no cost emi hai fir bhi muje bank 156rs per month interest dene ko bhi bol raha hai

                          I purchased a renewed product from amazon for the first time, i received the package and inside the package, the product box has tampered. When i see there's no product in the box, immediately i raised a complaint and they said it takes 5 days to investigate, after five days if i enquire they say that the product is delivered to you in a good manner so we cant help in this if need you can take your own action. So i planned to give a police complaint and to file a complaint i need their investigation report and invoice copy. If i ask them they said we can't provide it its our internal process. Ok, i taught the money is wasted and should not believe amazon going further. I gave negative feedback, now that too they rejected to post. So amazon is cheating in their renewed products. Be aware of purchasing this kind of product. I am shopping at amazon for the past 7years and their delivery and service were awesome, but now i didn't expect this from them i am totally disappointed.

                            I ordered on 29 sept 2020 for external hard disk. Immediately seller show item is shipped with tracking number EG[protected]IN. But this details is not tracking even after 8 days. It seems seller is fake and giving fake tracking number. I contacted Amazon many times but no help. It seems they are adding seller without investigation. Seller doing fraud with customer and Amazon is doing help to fake seller. Please help to resolve this issue.

                                I am Amazon Business User and Prime User, frequent buyer .
                                I had purchased Laptop (Renewed) ASUS TUF Gaming A15 Laptop 15.6 on 29 August 2020, the product was delivered to me on 2nd September, 2020.
                                Renewed Product was defective, screen bleeding issue was there. I had asked Amazon to return it as Amazon Technician told me to do so.

                                I had placed a return request on 2nd September itself.

                                Issue :
                                Next Day, courier guy Jagdish +91-[protected] called me and told me to contact the Delivery Manager Head of the Region without his permission Product won't be picked up .
                                I had a call with the Deliver Manager of the Region with mobile Number +91-[protected] his name is Tarseem Raj/Chander Shekar .
                                He told me,
                                " he won't pick the product as it is very costly product and he told why I am returning the product as no one in your area is having returning issue, he denied he won't pick whatsoever"

                                Amazon ineffective Solution by Customer Care:
                                Since 2nd September -- I have called Amazon Support 5-6 times after multiple gaps of 48 hours asked by Amazon in these 9 days. Multiple times Amazon Customer Care just gives timelines without any Solution. Amazon Customer Support doesn't have resolution, my business impact they simply ignore . Two return requests have been raised up to now. Second Return Request pending since 5th September, 2020. They still ask to wait 48 hour now and then whenever I call. This was not expected from Amazon .
                                Keep Waiting is new solution by Amazon.
                                Courier Head Already told me loud and clear he is not going to pick whatever i will do or Amazon do.

                                My Order return issue has not been solved since 34 days..
                                Highest Escation Team of AMAZON IS JOKE .

                                1Lakh 22 thousand in my danger with such company .
