I purchased a renewed product from amazon for the first time, i received the package and inside the package, the product box has tampered. When i see there's no product in the box, immediately i raised a complaint and they said it takes 5 days to investigate, after five days if i enquire they say that the product is delivered to you in a good manner so we cant help in this if need you can take your own action. So i planned to give a police complaint and to file a complaint i need their investigation report and invoice copy. If i ask them they said we can't provide it its our internal process. Ok, i taught the money is wasted and should not believe amazon going further. I gave negative feedback, now that too they rejected to post. So amazon is cheating in their renewed products. Be aware of purchasing this kind of product. I am shopping at amazon for the past 7years and their delivery and service were awesome, but now i didn't expect this from them i am totally disappointed.

    I ordered on 29 sept 2020 for external hard disk. Immediately seller show item is shipped with tracking number EG[protected]IN. But this details is not tracking even after 8 days. It seems seller is fake and giving fake tracking number. I contacted Amazon many times but no help. It seems they are adding seller without investigation. Seller doing fraud with customer and Amazon is doing help to fake seller. Please help to resolve this issue.

        I am Amazon Business User and Prime User, frequent buyer .
        I had purchased Laptop (Renewed) ASUS TUF Gaming A15 Laptop 15.6 on 29 August 2020, the product was delivered to me on 2nd September, 2020.
        Renewed Product was defective, screen bleeding issue was there. I had asked Amazon to return it as Amazon Technician told me to do so.

        I had placed a return request on 2nd September itself.

        Issue :
        Next Day, courier guy Jagdish +91-[protected] called me and told me to contact the Delivery Manager Head of the Region without his permission Product won't be picked up .
        I had a call with the Deliver Manager of the Region with mobile Number +91-[protected] his name is Tarseem Raj/Chander Shekar .
        He told me,
        " he won't pick the product as it is very costly product and he told why I am returning the product as no one in your area is having returning issue, he denied he won't pick whatsoever"

        Amazon ineffective Solution by Customer Care:
        Since 2nd September -- I have called Amazon Support 5-6 times after multiple gaps of 48 hours asked by Amazon in these 9 days. Multiple times Amazon Customer Care just gives timelines without any Solution. Amazon Customer Support doesn't have resolution, my business impact they simply ignore . Two return requests have been raised up to now. Second Return Request pending since 5th September, 2020. They still ask to wait 48 hour now and then whenever I call. This was not expected from Amazon .
        Keep Waiting is new solution by Amazon.
        Courier Head Already told me loud and clear he is not going to pick whatever i will do or Amazon do.

        My Order return issue has not been solved since 34 days..
        Highest Escation Team of AMAZON IS JOKE .

        1Lakh 22 thousand in my danger with such company .

        Pathetic service

            My transaction of Rs 999 is not reflecting in my bank account I am waiting for almost a month now but it is not reflecting in my bank account, On the website of AMAZON it is sowing that they have initiated the refund on the 21st of September but till now it is not there in my account. Please refund my amount of 999 as soon as possible.

                  I had ordered mascot men's regular fit polos RS -852 and gear polyester 38 cms grey travel duffle RS 499 from amazone. 24 july 2020 i had paid by PNB phone pay 1351rs transaction id -P2007241513127450251652 (REF NO[protected]. My account debit two time successfully. 2nd transaction RS 1351 id-P2007241516124810251441(REF NO[protected] but my amount 1351 not refund till time. order date[protected] order no-#[protected] and 2nd order date[protected] order no-#[protected]. kindly refund my amount 1351 rupees as soon as possible.

                    I contact to the amazon customer care. He said the that refund for amount 3, 870.00 has been successfully processed on[protected] and the amount should reflect in your account by now, contact the bank customer care number and get details and he is giving reference number for the refund.

                    Refund reference # 306700

                    Its been 11 days, i haven't received the refund yet

                    The Indian bank customer care asking me to reach to home branch and provide them with utr (Unit transaction reference no.) to get details, but amazon only provided refund reference no.

                    Kindly provide a solution

                      I want to replace my mobile.
                      Before the last date of replacement I had visit to Amazon app and tried to replace it But nothing happened so I use for some days for checking. It run smoothly but battery issue was there now from last 3 days it get switch off and not starting. I tried to open it but not started
                      I want replacement or refund on this product

                        I did a mobile recharge 2 days back and the recharge is still pending and refund from their end is not processed.
                        The operator told me to wait for 48 hours for the refund to Process but it's been more than 48 hours and I still haven't received any message/refund from their end.

                          I have order product on 18 september which will be delivered and when i open the package under it there is no product then i have raise complint and after 5 days they denied to give me refund. i have complaint also on social media platform but no solution received please give me the solution or give me the refund of my product. i havea lose of 1399 amount which is not small amount for me please give me the refund and understand my problem.

                            I orderd a ukulele and i cancelled it bcoz i find another one better
                            After some day
                            The delivery guy come to our village
                            And called me and making me to come to him and collect the order(cancelled) then i say come to my doorstep i can not come to you it's a big parcel, so he started abusing and started talking very rudely .
                            Then after some i think i should apologize
                            So called him back and when i say tell me your location so then he was started talking very abusively and said he would not give me this order.
                            Then i complaint about that delivery guy on Amazon but they didn't do anything
                            And in this whole process i didn't know that this order was cancelled bcoz that delivery guy didn't telling me anything about order.

                            So just because someone started cursing you, you feel you should apologize? Please don't apologize.
                            That can just encourage them to behave in an even worse manner to other people in the village. I've heard about complaints like this, but only from customers that don't live in big cities like Delhi.

                            Instead of saying "I''m sorry" just speak your mind in a calm and polite manner after you get the package. But don't compromise your dignity to be "polite". That's not being polite, that's just a sign.

                              I would like to bring to your notice that, an amount of 999/- has been deducted from my icici bank account and the transaction message is vsi/amazon stan.I hadn’t authorised this transaction nor was there any otp confirmation nor any prior intimation about any auto renewal.I have complained to amazon but I’m satisfied with as there is no satisfactory response from them this amount was debited on 29th September 2020.Could I get any assistance for solution in this matter

                                  Consumers needs to be made aware about dangers of buying from online platforms like Amazon as they are encouraging fake and fraud sellers to sell fake items or even no item after consumer pay and order those items on amazon platform. Also, as an added encouragement to such sellers and to suppress the voice of affected customers and to target more innocent buyers, amazon is adopting the strategy to suppress affected consumers feedback on the products and sellers due to which the consumer was robbed of his money and time. This thing happened to me multiple time while purchasing from amazon platform and the amazon admins were quick to suppress my concerns and a warning sign for fellow customers to beware of such products and sellers, so as to aid those guilty sellers and bad product.
                                  1) PRODUCT: Lupen flower seeds, order date: 30 sept 2020, order:[protected], Rs 115 . Seller sent common lettuce seeds instead of costly lupen flower seeds ordered and purchased . Concern raised and feedback was suppressed by amazon admins for the reasons they can only understand.
                                  2) redgear pro wireless game pad, ordered on: 23 july2020, order:[protected], rs 1199, purchased on special offer days on amazon, seller: mundrika ray . This product never reached me and the seller provided fake courier details and when all this was pointed out to amazon customer care, they tried to hush hush the matter and delayed the refund for too much long . When feedback was submitted for the said concerns, it was hurriedly suppressed and deleted by amazon and no reason given by shameless amazon.

                                  There are other such instances too with my purchases from amazon but amazon, instead of tackling the issue and aiding the affected consumer, who provides their bread and butter, resort to autocratic ruler type suppressing of views and thus encouraging frauds to customers and this should be stopped, ASAP.

                                    Against ordered phone, I was delivered a cheaper version phone. Box was opened in front of Amazon Delivery Agent (PIN 2529) who also saw it was a different phone, but he declined to take it back. He also took away my exchanged phone Redmi 4 in spite of my resisting. The supplied product is a RS. 4000 cheaper than what was ordered on supplied by Darshita Electronics @ Amazon.

                                      My name is Kevin Jeffrey and I had ordered Bosch 8 Kg Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine (WAT2846SIN, Silver) from amazon.in for RS.37170 and RS.100 (for exchange of old machine) from my Indian bank debit card on 21st September 2020, however unfortunately I didn't receive the washing machine due to issues with amazon seller. Hence Contacted amazon on 22nd September 2020, and they wanted me to wait for 5 business days while they get back to the seller to get the status of the order, however I didn't want to wait and contacted Amazon on 24th September 2020 and escalated for a cancellation and on 25th September 2020 I received message on phone that the order has been cancelled, and also received an email that my refund was initiated successfully to the same debit card account on 24th September 2020, after waiting for 5 business days as per email I did not receive the money, but on 2nd October 2020 I received an email saying that Rs. 37170 + Rs 100 has already been successfully credited to my account with a Refund reference number 30005402690253185193521and to raise dispute to the bank if the money is not credited, but I didn't get the money and Indian Bank doesn't have such policy and upon contacting them they told they cant track the money with the given reference number. So Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My Indian bank card number I purchased with ends with **** **** **** 1835, and the Account name is Anita F (Mothers account).
                                      Thank you awaiting your speedy response.

                                      I received the money directly from amazons side, it was credited automatically to my account, today. PS. i didn't even receive any updates from consumer complaints but the issue was resolved.
