Amazon supplied a faulty Samsung M21 Mobile handset to me on 30.09.2020 after receiving full payment of Rs.13, 999/- in advance. Now the Amazon is playing fraudulent practice saying that it will be replaced only after a week long waited inspection, and will be replaced only if found defective by their agency.
To add to that fraudulent practice, Amazon has not given the option of refund also.
The fault is that the brand new mobile gets heated up once it was started for the first time o[censored]npacking.
Since, I have not paid for the faulty mobile, I am hereby requesting to refund me the amount paid with interest for the delay.
