Hie. I m shilpa bagaria. My mobile no. Is [protected]. Amazon has subscribed 1year prime membership without my permission, i have choosen for 1 month that subscription fee is 129rs but the subscribed me for 1 year that's fee is 999. Through auto-renewal.

We ordered 3 burner usha eb gs3 001 cooktop ebony 3001 (Black) (For 4495/-) (Order no[protected]), amazon delivered a usha 2 burner cooktop, package had different (2029/-) invoice, which belongs to different customer (Order number[protected], wrong product photo and invoice is attached for reference, got late in calling amazon customer care by 2 days, now the amazon customer care is not helping in returning product.br...

I ordered track pants in amazon and it's prepaid order so when i cancel my order they initiate my refund by that money not processed in my account... They sent rrn number - (30005402000194133269481)...

The package is said to have reached my city, Thiruvananthapuram on 13 Jul 2020. Today is 25 Jul 2020. The package is lying with you since 13 Jul. In between I received my another order without delay. Either you deliver it or refund my money. I don't think your claim that the package reached it's destination on 13 Jul is correct....

Amazon has sent refunded money and given reference number but in account not reflected...

I purchased terabyte hdmi to vga adapter (Multicolor), terabyte 10024n vga cable (Multicolor) item from amazon on july 7th, in which i had the problem, i had given the replacement request, but it was accidentally canceled. The product cost was 430 rupee.

Order smartphone waiting for delivery since 11 july. Call to customer care but not received delivery on till16th july asked for wrong location was updated in training id. After call with customer care the status was updated within minutes status was delivered updated. But product was not received. Wait for buffer time but not received yet the delivery of product now received that we can't create replacement for product....

I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says VSI/AMAZON STAN. Neither have I done any transaction nor have I received any OTP during the transaction. Neither am I a prime member paying for auto-renewal.
