I have ordered samsung galaxy m31 device, in exchange of a device, payment for which has already been made online. The delivery person came to my place on 15 sept to deliver the item. As the exchange device had to be given back after verification, it took some time. The person went away saying that he will come back after delivering another place within the campus. We enquired and requested him a number of times to come back and deliver the item but he did not do so. At the end of the day, on enquiry he mentioned that someone else will come the next day by 11 am. We have been waiting for the last two days but no one has come to deliver the device. No response from the person/amazon delivery has been forthcoming despite number of calls. Can we know as to when it will be delivered to our place.

    Dear sir/mam,
    Sir, i applied job in olx. And i got a selection mail from warehousehiring. Amazon on 7th september 2020. For the post of supervisor.
    They told me to pay ₹1750. And ₹5150
    And ₹4700 and ₹3500 they told to pay again as the name of courier charge and police verification. I have paid that too bt instead of 4700 i paid only ₹2000 but other payment and all i paid the full amount. They told that once i paid they will return all my money after.
    But all words are fake.
    Totally i paid ₹12, 400.
    But they did not responding after my payment they didnot attending my call and didnot seeing my messages through whatsapp.
    They told after 48hrs i will get my courier. Bt not get till now..

    Please i want my money which i paid😭😭
    Bcoz i believed but they cheated me again and again. Please take the action.

      I booked samsung m31 mobile on 9th september, 2020. Initially the delivery date informed was 10th or 12th september, 2020. Afterwards it was changed for 14th september. Today is 16th september, 2020 and i have not received the product or any message regarding the same. The amount is already debited in my bank account. This is the first time i am facing such problem with amazon. I want to know what exactly the problem is and why my consignment is delayed so far. If you are not in a position to deliver it then why the order has been taken. Kindly let me know the facts at the earliest or else i will file complaint with ombudsman.

I had purchased a item amount of rs. 599/- from amazon, which is i had returned to amazon back, amazon had given me a reference no., which is 74332740235023435093319 on dated 22 august 2020. I had given a letter to central bank of india in branch by hand. But till date my refund has not credit in my bank account. So you are requested that kindly refund my amount of rs. 599/- as soon as possible. My contact number is [protected]. I had made the payment through my debit card.

          Amazon hold my account anf doesn't refund me,... Iam making a order, peter england pants,. But seller give. Me a diesel brand pants, i am happy for iam received such a big brand, such less amount as [protected]@999inr. But their size is too short so iam making return of this item... But the courier partner is doesn't attempt for pickup my product so iam, contact to customer care of amazon and iam share all the issues, and he say me to make self return and i gave the indian post courier receipt, now the product is received by selling and he doesn't create any refund and amazon hold my account, their for iam not contract amazon customer care for refund related of this product, i am lost my amount @999inr

            I paid electricity bill on 4th august 2020 through amazon pay by using debit card. While in transaction the transaction failed but the money debited from my account so please refund my money 1130 inr.in the transaction list, the refund will be paid in 9th august 2020 but still not.

                  I had bought a pair of wrangler jeans worth rs. 898/- from amazon.in and returned it on 4th september 2020 because i was delivered a wrong coloured jeans and did not receive the refund for it even though the product reached their fulfilment center on 9th september 2020. Upon writing numerous emails to the customer care, i did not receive any resolution. They just kept extending their promised date of initiating the refund and did not even share the refund reference number when requested.

                      I have ordered a nyra decor portable teepee tents with padded mat and cushions free kit bag grey blue sold by nyra decor in amazon on july 14th for my niece's birthday in aug end from my sister's account. The order was supposed to deliver by july end aug first week. However, due to covid i expected a bit delay. Until aug 15th it didnt delivered when i contacted the customer care they told me they contacted the seller and will be delivering in a week. After a week i saw it has been returned to seller, however when i contacted they said i have initiated the return.. I had to send the track details and the lady in the customer care told me there was some fault in the product so it went back to seller and they initiated the transfer it was on aug 20th. As of now i haven't recived the refund after 20 plus days. I contacted the customer care again and still had the same reply that i have initiated the refund and when i explained the whole thing the customer care agent told me he initiated the refund. But when i asked for an email he mentioned he send the request to the team lead and il receive an email. The way the customer care agent was responding i dont think il receive the refund any time soon. Please help me resolve this issue.

                        I ordered oleev oil on 25 August 2020 and I got message that this order is returning back to seller and your refund will be issued soon on 27 August 2020 now it has been more than 2 week. Till now the same message is displayed. When will I get the refund.

                              I had placed an order on 10th september 2020 of 2 burner gas stove including gas stove pipe. Here is the net worth -
                              Item subtotal: rs.1, 149.00
                              Shipping & handling: rs.75.00
                              Order total: rs.1, 224.00.

                              I paid through my bank account online icici net banking transaction.

                              Got the order confirmation mail in my registered gmail. That is, order confirmation

                              But i had cancelled the order on 12 th september 2020. The order is showing on the website cancelled order list.

                              But, till 12th september, the item was not been shipped only the status was showing ready to shift. And the product no way reached to my hand. So no return copncept is applicable here. But amazon is not giving me or confirming me any sort of return, customer care is saying, we can not tress the order id. I want my refund.                                 I have authored the book who sold my options which is available in Amazon.in few friends of mine bought the book but are unable to write reviews.
                                I also as an author wrote a review but was removed based on impartial opinions.
                                I tried escalating the issue but customer service is not helping me. Can I file a case against Amazon for discrimination and lack of sales. People buy books based on reviews only.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                                  I am to state that I have ordered a chair from Amazon.in on dt.14.08.2020 amounting to Rs.3, 490/- and the expected delivery date was shown on dt.25.08.2020. The order was prepaid. But unfortunately, our area comes under the containment zone and hence we had to leave the place immediately. As such we were not available to receive the product which was ordered. Subsequently, I cancelled the order immediately on dt.15.08.2020. But the delivery person had called me to receive the order on dt.26.08.2020 and I replied to him about the situation and non-availability to receive the product and advised him to return the product and he agreed on the same.

                                  After all the procedure I got my partial refund of Rs.2, 140/- instead of Rs.3, 490/- which is Rs.1, 350/- less than the paid amount. Though I contacted the customer care amazon.in and shared the whole matter. Then I got a reply from the representative that the amount deducted is charged by the seller who is a third party seller and amazon has no relation with the seller so they can't help to the matter and replied that the amount deducted is charged as the shipping cost of the product sent.

                                  I was surprised by the reply from amazon care that without receiving a product that for an unavoidable reason they deduct my paid money. And also when the order was placed there was no information shared about the deduction of shipping cost if the product isn't delivered.

                                  In connection to the above for this pandemic situation Rs.1, 350/- is a big amount for me but amazon.in does not care the situation of the customer. In my view it's a clear cut cheating case. I hope through your valuable portal I will definitely get my money back.

                                    I had purchased sbi fastag on 17/08/2020 order no[protected].
                                    This is a fake item and not getting activated on various calls to customer care number. Return expired on 31/08/2020 and your customer care gives reply that nothing can be done on the issue. Earlier also same thing happened but it was replaced.
                                    On various call with your customer care with miss angada, rahul and two other executives there is no response.

                                    Is amazon selling fake items which are just a copy of real items. Please refund the amount and blacklist such sellers and remove such items from your application.

                                      On 11-sep-2020 i ordered a printer along with 1 year extended plan and paid the amount. Within no time i received an email stating that my order is cancelled (Just the printer) with no info. As to why it was cancelled. I had to cancel the 1 year extended plan myself. When i called and spoke with ms. Ranitha she was not only rude in her attitude but also said that she cannot provide me info. As to why the order was cancelled and also said that going forward none of my issues would be resolved, as i sent an email to the ceo mr. Jeff and to the senior management of amazon, india, in this regard as soon as i received the sms stating that the item was cancelled with proper info. Also, when i told her that i would escalate her attitude and behavior she was so rude that she said that i can escalate to anyone, even to the ceo and said that no action can be initiated or taken against her as she said that she is from the escalation team herself. This shows that she is being encouraged by the senior management themselves to talk in this way as if she owns amazon, india. I feel so depressed and harassed by the entire team of amazon, india that i sent an email to all the senior management including the ceo stating that i will publish this entire episode on fb and other media and also, will send a note to the police department that because of ms. Ranitha and the senior management's attitude towards me (I have paid rs. 14, 000 +) for the printer which i feel will not be refunded the way ms. Ranitha spoke to me, said in the email that i may commit suicide which i feel would make both ms. Ranitha and the entire senior management of amazon, india happy.

                                        My order #[protected] with Tracking ID:[protected] was scheduled for delivered on 11th Sep. I got sms that the product is out for delivery. I tried to call the telephone number mentioned in sms, but always the last message was that the number is switched off. I got a call in the evening and I was unable to pick up the call as I was in church. later, I got an email that the product is returned. I called the number again and again, and it said always "switched off". Now I could connect to the number and the guy gave me the mb no [protected] of manager. He responded very badly and told me that he will call me back later when he is free. Now he called me and lied that they had called me several of times yesterday from morning itself where I was waiting for their call and no call came to my mobile except in the evening. He said that the product is returned as repeated calls from the morning onwards was not responded by me. It is a big lie, they did not call me till the evening, and as I was always trying to call them, it said that their number is switched off. As I told him that i will complain, he did not even care for that as if Amazon is nth but a burden for him. Very bad and irresponsible delivery agent.
