It is very annoying for me for the last 8 months that no friends from Amazon support could help me!!
According to numerous contacts with Amazon supporters, I had told all the scenarios to everyone in Amazon.
Several times contacting you eventually, a person on your behalf asked me to please provide me with POD, I will loop our protocol in terms of POD and return your amount as soon as possible.
But when I provided him the POD, he also started pretending that we cannot refund your amount until we receive your product at our hub.
If you can help me with this then please refer to my case and also find attached the proof of delivery for shipment vide air waybill number [protected].
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
