I had been purchased a iphone 11 from amazon india on 11.09.20. The order no[protected].
They had been gave without imei no invoice on 12.09.20 with said product and a soft copy at my amazon account. Which was i told them on 12.09.20 and request them to provide proper (With imei no/serial no.) invoice. But till date they ware not give the said invoice. I had been several time call them for said invoice, but they every time ask 2-3 days to solve the problem but they do not.
If they not give proper invoice, i can't get warranty facility.
So, they should provide proper invoice or return the said item.

    Dear support team,
    I ordered the realme buds 2 from amazon via seller appario retail private limited for ₹599 on 21 september 2020.

    Order no :[protected]

    I received the product as an empty box with 2 cells and the manual on 25 september 2020.

    Fortunately i have recorded the unboxing.

    On same day i request and contacted both seller and amazon team to help to get the refund.

    Seller name: appario retail private limited
    An executive from customer service told me to send the images of box via email and will send some person for investigation and you will surely get you refund. Mean while i was also requesting and taking help from amazon team. But no investigation person came to my place. I am not getting confidence on the investigation, whether it will do anything or not.

    Also i have heard that nothing fruitful come after investigation and you have to file a legal complaint against them.

    Just for your update, i do the lots of shopping with amazon since 2018. Some time they send me wrong product but they refund the money too.

    Only this time they send me empty box any now they are not refunding the money not the product which i paid. And also they are saying there is lots return request made from my account so kindly manage it.

    So its humble request to support team please help me to get the money from them. I am attaching the box and parcel images along with the proper video clip. I am begging you to support in this and take strike action on it. Please contact me if you need any more information on my no : [protected]/[protected]. I really appreciate if some one can help me in this to get support. Thanks and with regards, rony.

    Edit: the video is not uploading here so if the team wants the video clip, i can send it via email which they tell.
    By the way i am attaching the maximum possible screenshots of the video here.

      I have a prime account on amazon with account id as '[protected]@gmail.com'. I created one more account on amazon which is a non-prime account and provided the same mobile i was using for the previous one. But now i am not able to login to my original account and getting the error 'mobile no. Associated with another account'. I have raised the issue with amazon customer care, talked to them over phone, tried to resolve the issue over twitter but i am not getting any solution from their end. I am a regular customer of amazon and don't expect such glitches on their part. Kindly get my issue resolved asap as i am not able to use the prime membership perks.

      And I have closed the new account I created so that my mobile no. gets de-linked. But it didn't happen this way.

        I m unable to get my refund back as i purchased a samsung tab of cost 14999 in 28 july. And 3 august amazon send that your refund has been provided, which i unable to get till now as i attached the refund reference number provided to amazon here.

          Dear sir,
          This is to bring in your kind notice that i placed an order dated 09.08.2020 order no[protected] in this order. I had order for 2 items
          (1) amazon echo dot. Quantity 1 nos.
          (2) honor band 5i quantity 2 nos.

          But when i get the packet it has amazon echo dot. Quantity 1 nos. And exo round pack of 4.

          We didn't get my honor band 5i in this packet, i was immediately informed on amazon customer care no. And they told me we will investigate the issue after 10 days i have called again and they inform me as per my investigation item has been delivered to you.

          Now what i can do?
          In the past never happened with me nor i am complaining like this i have purchased more than 100 items.

          Kindly help me.

              I had ordered a ladies gown that was to be delivered yesterday on september 22, 2020.
              The delivery boy came to my place and called my wife as her number was given for contact. He asked her to come downstairs to take delivery and refused to come upstairs. The reason he gave that he had a heavy bag with him carrying which he cannot come and nor can he leave it down and come up. He clearly said to my wife that if she is not coming to take delivery he will go without delivering it. I was on my way home when my wife sent me his number and informed about the issue. I called him asking him to first delivery other stuff and then in last he can come to deliver mine. To this he agreed. but at night when I called him up to confirm where is he, he simply cut the call and never picked it again.
              Then I called in amazon customer care and they assured me that on the very next day my delivery will be done. But today as I called them to re-confirm I came to find out that my delivery is already re-scheduled to tomorrow. I am so irritated with that delivery boy that I have filed my complaint against him and I want strict action to be taken against him.

                  I've order lenevo laptop online from amazon. That laptop performance was worst, so asked for return. They accepted my return order and picked up product on 10 sept 2020. But still they are not providing return today date is 22 sept 2020. Please help me with my refund amount as it's huge 35, 000 rs. It's online fraud. I request kindly take immediate action.                     An amount of inr 999 has been deducted from my account.
                    The email says:
                    A purchase of inr 999.00 has been made using your debit card linked to icici bank account xxxxx on 22-sep-20. Info: vsi*amazon stan.

                    I did not made this transaction. Also, i did not made any subscription or request for auto debit on amazon.

                    Furthermore, i did not receive any otp for this transaction.

                    I have seen many such similar complaints on this complaints forum about such transactions happening from vsi*amazon stan.

                    This is really disgusting. Please look into this asap and initiate refund for this amount of inr 999 to my account.

                      I bought a chair and its wheel broke in less than a month... The return window was closed but after several tries i managed to get an agent who said she will return it... As it has a 12 month warranty which i paid for. She accepted the request but i told her i will wrap it securely but not in original packaging as i don’t have it... The photos from your site attached below also said if possible in original... Which i told her i don’t have... She was ok about it and said pack it in your packing... I closed the call and gave her 5 stars and after that the nightmare started... The agent who came (Without a mask in covid times) refused to take the package as it was not original packing and after that two - three agents i called refused to understand my issue simply quoting policy etc... Infact one of them even argued with me saying how can i guarantee i will get covid if i keep packing and agent doesn’t wear mask... Eventually i told the agent i will throw the chair in garbage which he said ok too and i will donate the 3000* rupees to amazon employees salary and add to jeff bezos billions... He really needs this petty amount to add to his billions 😂 so keep it but my advise to everyone to never buy a product more than 500-1000 from amazon (This has happened before but i haven’t bothered... To follow up) so amazon thinks it’s ok to continue cheating customers... This is criminal service obviously promoted by management like jeff to make him and his company richer by cheating poor people

                        I have purchased wall mirror of amount 4885 from amazon (999 store). The mirror has been delivered damaged. I raised a return on the day of delivery itself 19.9.2020). Since then courier company is refusing to pick the item and return is being rescheduled.

                        I have been shopping from amazon since last 6 years. But such issues are very frustrating.

                        Please arrange for pickup by tomorrow and issue my refund.

                          I bought a product from amazon on 14th sept, delivery 19th sept (Wzatco projector rs-19900) but they shipped cheap and wrong product (Unic projector around rs[protected]. I called the 19th sept to customer support and put the return and refund request, and they gave the pick up date to the 22th sept. But amazon pickup boy refused to take a return.

                              We purchased the desktop from amazon india. Within few months we noticed that the product is faulty and not working. Though the product warranty is for three years, we approached immediately amazon and raised complaints on the same. Since 2017, the case was dragged and finally it was agreed by amazon to refund our money by beginning of 2020. Even they did refund to the amazon pay. Unfortunately that credit card was absolute and amazon team asked us to update with current bank details to make our refund once again. Our amazon order refer no:[protected]

                              As promised by amazon the refund is not done as of today, the reason
                              Behind was only known to amazon team. We spent enough time with amazon customer-care to explain the situations and the issues which have not been addressed by the amazon team (Backend).
                              While we communicate this with appropriate data, which is requested by amazon as and when asked during our conversation by customer serve. All our effort been put into vain after time and again requested for the refund to our amazon pay (Refund to bank a/c)
                              We couldn't see any seriousness in our case by any of amazon team, which is seen in the attached snapshot
                              (Amazon pay) as evidence. Also we had given as an attachment of our recent conversations for amazon to understanding.

                              With a lot of pain and heavy heart we are sending this mail to you, believing that we get justification by refunding our amount : rs.23992/-

                                My name is sourav saha and I had ordered earphone of rs. 1999 (Oppo enco m31 green) in amazon on 28 july 2020 via upi and on 1 sept 2020 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 2nd sept 2020 amazon initiated the amount to my account but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number - [protected] (Since the payments was on upi, payments and refund/reversal of that payment reference number is same) and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My bank name is tripura gramin bank and the vpa used for the payment is [protected]@apl.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    My name is Sourav Mukherjee, registered Amazon email is "sourav.[protected]@gmail.com" & Mobile No. is [protected]. On last Saturday 19th September 2020 I tried to pay one upi money transfer Rs 500/- to Mr. Kundan dey but money deducted from my bank account & customer (Mr. Kundan Dey) not got any amount. After sometimes My Amazon pay Account shown upi transaction failed. Till now Rs. 500/- not reflected to my Bank Account.

                                    Several times I Contacted with Amazon India customer care, representatives told same language "you will definetely get you money" but not received till now.

                                    Please solve the issue urgently.

                                      I booked on line mobile set through debit card rs. 19499 amazon but i cancelled booking some reasons date 11.09.2020 the amount deduct my account.
