    This money of 18, 498 is to be refunded by the amazon which is not done yet! I'm waiting for the refund still. Refund on order[protected].
    Please see the urgency I talked to the bank too they said if the money is not send by your Amazon.

      after unpacking the 1st package. I was shocked to find SPECTACLES inside.

        Purchased this product but due to late delivery had to cancel and initiate a refund on the 16 th of August. Still not recieved the refund amount. Amazon did provide a refund reference number but due to lockdown criterias bank customer service is unavailable. Refund is not reflecting in my account. Please do the needful.

          I ordered a product from Amazon India. The shipment I received was empty. Upon contacting the customer service team they tole me to wait for 5 days and then after waiting I was told that the investigation is done and the product has been shipped to you.

            My name is Shantanu Shivaji chate I had ordered a product Rs16499 Samsung galaxy m31 on Amazon on 21st August 2020 and I return this order due to personal issue
            And on 21 August 2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the amount
            Amazon sent the reference number is 177827 and told me to fill
            Charge distute from but bank of Maharashtra doesn't have such policy kindly respond to this complent it's very urgent.

                Due dt of credit was 27.08.2020 only but till now amount not credited.

                  A refund of rupees 509 was Successfully processed 16july2020 to my account:[protected] By Amazon india

                  This amount should have been credit to my Canara Bank Account By now but i have not received the refund till now.
                  I have called Canara Bank Customer care service many times and also visit main branch many times all the detail many times including the unique transaction ID (1UKIQDN80000K1RO2ZW0) But Nobody Have replied or resolved the problem, No action is being taken

                  I Have confirmed with Amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                  Kindly go through the charged dispute email locate the pending refund and follow the path Back to Amazon payment processor to locate the refund.

                    I have ordered 3 items in 2 lots, in the first lot I have ordered a brass oil lamp and a shelf total worth Rs.2975/- on dated 30/07/2020 and in the second lot I ordered a pulse oximeter worth Rs .3599/-on dated 09/08/2020. The Amazon sales executive says refund have been initiated but I have not received any refund yet. They claim that within 2-4 working days my refund will be reflected in my account but it seems a totally fraud type of scenario. I hope my matter will be resolved as I am losing my faith in digital India.

                      I lost my money due to fake job offer in olx.in

                      Some frauds have posted a fake job ads in olx. I have recieved a message on my mobile number from Amazon on 27th August 2020 that Amazon has accepted my job request.
                      On the same day I got an Amazon application form and job offer letter through mail. I've submitted on the same day and on 27th August they told me to pay Rs1850 as a uniform security payment. After paying them they asked me about my shirt, pant and shoes size telling me that they'll send me on 28th August 2020 to my address through courier with a joining letter.

                            I have placed an order vide order no[protected] dated 02.07.2020 for rs 466/. I purchase 4 units at a cost of rs 99 each. I received the same on 07.07.2020. On my examining the same it was printed as mrp rs 10 / foe each strip. Each unit consists of 5 strips and the price is only rs 50/ as against the price of rs 99 charged to me. I made a request to refund the excess amount charged and also informed them vide my various mails that is against the consumer act. I have not received any reply from amazon india till date. I have posted a review mentioning the same so that others are not cheated. The same was blocked by amazon saying it is against the rules. This complaint is made as a last resort.

                              I ordered Boat Rockerz 255 pro and some other items on 11 august. I return Boat Rockerz 255 pro on 14 august which price is Rs 1299(Rs 25 Amazon pay blance and Rs 1274 UPI mode payment). Amazon told me that they initiated Rs 1299 (Rs 25 Amazon pay blance and Rs 1274 UPI mode payment) on 14 August but I received only Rs 25 amazon pay blance and I did not Rs 1274 which I paid through PHONE PE UPI from my PAYTM PAYMENT BANK ACCOUNT NO[protected]. But Amazon give me refund reference number #[protected] on 18 August but I did not receive refund till now in my bank account so help me.

                                  I was trying to set up UPI payments for Amazon but it could not be done.Instead Amazon suspended my amazon pay balance and I could not add money or transact further.Followed up a lot through phone calls and e mails and on 16th was told that they have escalated the matter and that account would be activated within 48 hours but on 26-8-20 when transaction was done it failed and I was asked like earlier times to contact customer care.But nothing helps at all.
                                  Even my address is incomplete and the main address is not showing not can I edit the address.Recently orders were delivered but now in the absence of proper address my products can’t be delivered.Kept in following up but no use.

                                    Sir / Madam. I had ordered Lanser Mens Black Orange Running Shoes on 30th July, then for some reason I canceled it but still I have not received my refund. I talked to Amazon customer service and they assured me that we have sent you your refund.After that I contacted Canara Bank customer service but I didn't get the response I wanted. I still haven't received my refund though.I beg you that I am out of town and I need a lot of money .Please accept my request and try my best to get my refund soon.

                                      It is very annoying for me for the last 8 months that no friends from Amazon support could help me!!
                                      According to numerous contacts with Amazon supporters, I had told all the scenarios to everyone in Amazon.
                                      Several times contacting you eventually, a person on your behalf asked me to please provide me with POD, I will loop our protocol in terms of POD and return your amount as soon as possible.

                                      But when I provided him the POD, he also started pretending that we cannot refund your amount until we receive your product at our hub.
                                      If you can help me with this then please refer to my case and also find attached the proof of delivery for shipment vide air waybill number [protected].

                                        I was ordered kaspersky antivirus 3 user one year license and recevied On august 10 2020. Today(20th aug 2020) i opened and surprised that only one license key inside instead of three keys. So decided scratch that one key to use my laptop infortunately it say " blocked key response frm server".

                                        What's the hell is this? Amazon like reputed online platform not genuine ay all ?????
