    I have ordered a boat soundbar worth 8999/- and extended warranty for 1 year worth 499/- yesterday on Amazon online platform using my cousin's MasterCard because of Amazon has foreign account payment mode. But after the order i have received a mail from Amazon payment delayed for 20 minutes. I waited and checked the application it says item shipped. Again i got a mail from Amazon - shipment suspended because o[censored]sual payment activity.
    They locked my Amazon account and need to send them some details to unlock so they'll contact me within 24 hours. I sent details. Today new mail from Amazon they need more details. I sent again the required details. I don't want their product i have no time to waste. I want money back.

      I ordered for a tws bluetooth earbuds,

      Ordered on 28 August 2020

      Price 999+70(delivery charge)= 1069₹

      Seller headphones store,

      Order id[protected],

      Delivered on 6 September 2020

      Problem

      I received a different product which I found not what I ordered in front of delivery guy, when I refused to accept it, he said " I can't do anything in this matter sir as package was not tampered ( clearly your seller headphones store is a fake seller ), you have to recieve it first then return the product".
      So I raised the matter and return was scheduled for same day, but first two days no one from Amazon came to pickup the product.

      after three days ( on 8th September). their pickup boy came and then refused to accept return, saying reason is not specified in their database.

      so I called Amazon executive and he made a new pickup schedule for 9th September assuring me That It will be picked up by the end of day, but again no one came for pickup.

      And same promises are being made again. I call their customers services they make promise that it will be picked up today and nothing happens,

      In nutshell they delivered different product and making excuses to not take it back.

      If this continues I'm suing them for delivering different product, imposing it on me and then wasting my time every day and giving me mental tension.

          My axis debit account it debited with inr 2, 18, 298/- by a fraudulent and i never got an otp or sms notification from the back. The account was debited on 7th sep 2020 at 5:33am, it was debited by ecom pur/amazon seller services/560005 please have my hard earned money back as this was not initiated by me. I reported this back within 0-3 working days, and filled police fir too. I am so much worried as all my hard earned money is now gone. Attaching fir and bank statement. Please resolve asap, i feel no trust in axis bank now and it will definitely affect banks relationship with my employer.

            On 26th august 2020 i have ordered sky line 5 in 1 inflatable 3-seater queen size sofa cum bed with pump (74x60x25 inches, black) and on 08th september 2020 i received a message that my item is out for delivery but they did not deliver my item that day and it shows delivered. So i raised complain and they got me delivered on 09th september i received the package. However the package was very small comparing to my ordered item. So i just made a hole to peep inside and to my surprise it was set of face mask.. I raised complaint to amazon and they kept on transferring my call to 6 or 7 departments for 48 minutes and lastly they said they will investigate and resolve but till now no sign of investigation. Is really amazon practicing fraud after lock down?? Their reputation comes down to looting customers? Kindly help me resolve my issue and refund me.

              I have purchased a mosquito racket bat from amazon (Order #[protected] on 21/8/2020 and they deliver it on 3/9/2020. Please find the attached pics of the item, which contain a make in india logo and the product mentioned as made by prc. I talk with amazon customer care and they are telling the the product is from china but the service providing by a indian company thats why it happened.

              As i know, make in india logo can use for indian product only, hope that you will take necessary action against the seller who used the make in india logo for a china product.

                    I sent 3000 rs. Money via amazon pay upi on 31 august to another bank account. The amount got deducted from my pnb bank account but never received by bob bank account. It is still showing pending. Tried contacting bank, they are saying they can't do anything about it. Please help me.

                        I ordered a mobile in amazon but the phone was not working properly so I sent it back and asked for refund.
                        They said the money will be refunded within 9th September 2020.
                        And I got reference id but still. Now I didn't get any refund
                        So I want to know my refund status

                          I had purchased the product from amazon, but after that when i looked to cancel the order, the option was not available. My order number is [protected]. When I contacted the customer service of amazon, they asked me to file a cancelation complaint in Ecom Express, as you are their courier partner for this product. I have been trying to cancel it for a week. Just do the needful. Please cancel it as soon as possible.

                            Hi, i am sneha.
                            I ordered blackberry evolve mobile phone in aug 21st 2020.
                            In inr 17999.

                            My ordered delivered date was 31st aug 2020 but it was delivered 2nd sep 2020.

                            When i opened parsel then i found that mobile box was allready opned and old.
                            Then i opened mobile box and i find there is no mobile phone in that box. Then i called customer care and explain everthing, they told me to wait for 5days. After 3 day i called again then the customer care agent told me they delivered correct box, but when i recived the product box it was opened and their was no mobile phone in the box and that was empty only. I called to the company they are blaming me only, so i wants to file grievance against this issue and i needs the product which i have ordered from amazon.

                              Respected sir,
                              my order no :[protected], one plus buds placed on 31st august 2020 .
                              estimated delivery date was 9th september 2020.
                              on 7th september i received a notification that the order is out of delivery and received a number [protected]. I called the number and had a conversation which is given below :

                              Called the delivery boy at 10:00am, delivery boy picks the call.
                              nimit: hello sir, where are you, you have my delivery
                              delivery boy: by which name the order is and where i have to deliver it?
                              nimit: delivery is in the name of nimit jain, (further said), have you seen the state bank of india in manpur
                              delivery boy : yes, that is in front of the electricity office .
                              nimit : yes, exactly, when you reach just give me a call. By the way, what time will you reach ?
                              delivery boy : sir it will take one and one and half hours . but the area doesn't come into my delivery point but it has come to me by mistake, but will deliver it
                              nimit : ok, make it fast please.

                              the call got disconnected.

                              Again at 12'o' clock
                              called the delivery boy.

                              Nimit : sir, where are you, when will you reach?
                              delivery boy : it will be delayed, will reach by 2pm
                              nimit : ok sir, make it soon

                              the call got disconnected.

                              Again at 3 pm
                              called the delivery boy.

                              Nimit : sir, where are you, when will you reach?
                              delivery boy : it will be delayed, will reach by evening
                              nimit : ok sir, make it soon

                              Again at 5 pm
                              called the delivery boy.

                              Nimit : sir, where are you, when will you reach?

                              nimit : ok sir, but my shop get closes at 7, when will you come
                              delivery boy : while returning to office, i will delivery it

                              called the delivery boy.

                              nimit : why have you been saying since morning, product with you.
                              delivery boy : product will not be delivered .
                              and the calls get disconnected.

                              and after that day, i have called several times, to amazon, but you have so much of the worst service that you don't value your customer .

                              and your delivery team update the status that address was incorrect or incomplete, and from many of years i have been receiving the deliveries

                              now its 9th, i have not received the order.
                              What are you all doing?

                              First, the delivery wasted my day and your customer service just provided me with fake excuses .

                              i need a solution to this, i have been mentally harassed, for a small thing, which is a prepaid order.

                              kindly revert me with a proper solution .

                                In reviewing my banking statement I have discovered a charge of $14.05 has been debited from my checking account since last October through this September. That is 12 months or a total of $168.60. Please investigate this charge. I have no idea what it is for. I am in a debt consolidation program with National Debt Relief since September 2019. Although Amazon was included in the program, I sent them a letter stating that they are to send all mail to to National Debt Relief, 11 Broadway, Suite 1600, New York, NY 10004. I am still in the program and as far as I know, they are still in negotiations with Amazon. I feel this charge is fraudulent. I am also sending this correspondence to National Debt Relief.

                                What is the status of my complaint? Is there a phone number I can call here in the United States? I'd really like to know what this is for.

                                  I have placed an order for samsung s10 on[protected]. The handset was having some issue. So, amazon has replaced me the piece. The replaced piece was delivered to me on 16.08.2020. Unfortunately, the second handset was also having the touch issue. I spoke to amazon and they have arranged for the mobile inspection at my place. They have found the touch issue. Amazon agreed to make refund once they receive the order. On 26.08.2020. They have arranged for the pick up. The handset was delivered to them on 26.08.2020. They received the handset on 29.08.2020. (As per there system). 30.08.2020 (As per my system). They told it will take 3-5 business days for initiating the refund. Today is 09.08.2020. Still my refund is not initiated.
                                  I have made several calls daily. Only answer i am getting is within 24 hours. You will get your refund. I am middle class person. With hardwork, i have saved money for mobile.

                                  I request you please help me in getting my refund back.

                                      I have mailed amazon on my 2 safe ordered and show delivered but was not delivered to me.
                                      The moment i had recvd msg saying product delivered i called them and said that i havnt recvd anything but they were like dont panic u will recv your product within next 4 working days or we will refund you.
                                      But aftr 4 days when i complaint again they registered my complaint and said they will investigate the matter and revert within next 4-5 days.
                                      Aftr 4-5 days when i didnt recv any revert i called to check and then they saying tht the product has been delivered to me and to check at my place and with neighbour. If i had recevid the product myself why will i file a complaint of not receving and the delivery boy has his own theory that he has kept the product in my lobby area of the building and informed me upstair abt the product which is a lie. I feel its all under the same scanner of scam. They are scamming customer with fraud.
