    I am having multiple concerns for the items purchased on Amazon in recent times.
    I know it will be hard to read through the below details, it was even harder when i typed this.
    I want the proper response hence i am raising my concern here..
    I got frustrated and annoyed with the follow-ups, product quality and the delivery...

    I placed an order for bosch washing machine on Aug 05, 2020 in exchange of my old washing machine.
    The product was delivered the very next day and the old washing machine was taken by Amazon.

    When i tried to open that package, I found the washing machine full of dirt and water drops in the detergent tray..
    Concluding that the used product was delivered to me with worst packing ever.
    The washing machine was wrapped with local shop cover and not even with the bosch company cover.
    I called amazon support 3 times to take that defective product back and arrange for replacement.
    The Amazon support told that the same seller doesn't have stock for the replacement.

    Then I ordered the same product with different seller.
    The delivery date mentioned was 21st August, 2020 which was 16 days from the date of order placed.

    I called Amazon support multiple times insisting for the proper product without any defects and safe delivery.
    Everytime i heard was the convincing words and i am not sure if it was taken as an action item.

    I was literally spending an hour washing the clothes everyday and following up with Amazon support(chat, email, call) for an hour everyday.

    The order had no status till 16th Aug, 2020. On 19th August, 2020 this product was out for delivery.
    That delivery guy called me saying that he was alone and there was no man power to help.
    Still he confirmed at any cost it will be delivered on the same day by EOD.
    I waited from morning till night without going out, had multiple follow-ups with the customer service. Got multiple answers from them.
    Then at 9 PM, the status was changed like "Delay Delivery on customer request", which makes no sense to me.
    The delivery agent wants to blame the customer for his mistake.

    The next day(20th August, 2020) I called that delivery agent, he told me that he has a shortage of manpower and is not able to deliver to the doorstep rather he can deliver on the road and go.
    I live on the first floor and how can you expect the customer to arrange for man power to take it upstairs?
    Why can't amazon check whether the delivery agent is capable of handling and delivering large appliances??
    The product was marked "Out for Delivery" in the morning.
    The similar thing happened at end of that day, the status was changed to "Delay Delivery on customer request"
    I had multiple followups with Amazon support again, everyone ensured the product will be safely delivered within the mentioned date(21st August, 2020).

    The last day(21st August, 2020) came. The product was marked "Out for Delivery" in morning. Had last hope that it will be delivered.
    I was waiting for the whole day, as expected it was not delivered.

    Status was updated like "Parcel held by carrier as as front door / driveway was not accessible. Please contact Amazon for delivery instructions."
    Mentioned "Returning to seller"

    What did i do wrong rather having a purchase from Amazon.?
    1. Delivered defective product in first order
    2. Taken my old washing machine for exchange - Due to this, I am left without a washing machine for more than 17 days now
    3. The delivery guy is blaming customers and returning the product back to seller

    I have been through a lot of pain and stress, making followups multiple times. Everything went in vain and ended up with these results.
    How is Amazon going to compensate for all such pain and stress caused on these two orders. Order # for reference

          I purchased a product on amazon using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was even initiated and 5 days has been completed. Still it was not reflected in my account. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

            My name is Suraj Kumar and I had ordered Irusu Play VR Plus VR Headset Box with Headphones and VR Remote Controller of Rs.-2999/- in amazon on 01/08/2020 and 12/08/2020 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 12/08/2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference no.[protected] and told me to contact to my bank customer care center and fill charge dispute form but punjab National Bank doesn't haves such policy. So please respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                          Morning I have connected on a call with Tamil agent and he has used profanity words over me and my family. After using those bad words and calling my mom for a night, he is challenging me that I can't do anything as he is a permanent employee of amazon. He is saying that my account is going to get blocked after this call and If I talk anything more, loose is to me. What the ### is going on in amazon CUSTOMER service?

                          Is this the way of handling a CUSTOMER. Will you call your CUSTOMER mom for a night? Will you say that your CUSTOMER is a beggar of amazon.

                            Is a seller, purchase, prime account, business holds various accounts in Amazon...

                            The account has been locked from 29yh July, with various calls and emails on [protected]@amazon.in

                            There is no response from the account specialist team on the same.

                            Amazon call center kept on filling forms and asking me to wait from 29th July for 48hrs...but still no progress...still they mention over phone company is working and wait...

                            I don't know for how long anybody can wait for so long ...20 days...

                            The process looks no responsibility defined for customer care ppl and no escalation process on the matters

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    The gift card I purchased was redeemed by someone else in a fraud account. A ticket had been raised to regenerate and revert the gift card back to my account. Since I purchased this gift card[protected]. But so far there's no update on this. Its been 10 business days. The latest update I received was to contact Quicksilver but they said they wouldn't be able to help me with this issue.

                                    I have raised multiple tickets with amazon service team but there's no update till now.

                                      Please note sunil raichur, my husband booked sony bravia tv on 16/08/2020 in exchange of our old sony bravia tv. As per the requirement, we filled details of our exchange tv and paid amount of rs. 28, 599/-. We received message that item will be delivered on 19/08/2020. We were in urgent need of the same but manage to wait till 19/08/2020. We got tracking id no.[protected] and received the call at approx 10.20 am today that the concerned person is delivering item and sunil raichur leaving his office work went down to accompany delivery man to deliver product at residence. The concerned person came up at residence without product and checked the old product. The said person informed that the sound is perfect and screen is not and we will not deliver the product. After waiting for 3 days and after accepting the total amount and that too without mentioning any condition stating that old tv should be in 100 % working condition, cancelled my order. I had telephonic conversation and requested concerned person to deliver the product. However, he refused to deliver and cancelled order. As nowhere it is mentioned while booking the order to specify the conditions of old tv. The amount deducted was only rs.1500/- and sound system of tvand the condition of tv is perfectly fine except screen issue. I lodge my complaint to do needful and deliver the tv today itself as per my order. (Advocate jagruti thakkar wife of sunil raichir)

                                        Kindly cancel the transaction and revert my money back.
