I had ordered 2qty of the same soap and it is not delivered since 20days then what is the use of being a Prime customer by paying ₹1000/- per year?? If prime customers are treated like this then what about others? That too i had paid it online for the products while placing the order itself.

28th July i had placed the order and Estimated delivery was 1st August then after 1st Aug came they said it would be reattempted shortly in another 3days after that they didnt commit any date and its now only showing that its being late so you can either wait or cancel!!

Are they making customers fool??? Or customers are fool to wait this long to cancel their order and wait for refund???
Making customer wait for 20days and then saying to cancel is a very worst behaviour of Amazon and i m going to raise this issue very seriously. That is the reason i m bringing this issue to consumer complaints forum so that immediate serious actions will be taken on Amazon.

    I ordered boat airdrop 441 but i received boat airdrop 201. So can return it. I don't understand why they don't pick up my wrong products. I have been returning this product for 1 week but they are saying that this product is old and i cheat . And they misbehaved with me. They call me but when i talk that i have returned this( wrong item which i have received) thing they declined call before I can say anything!! And they threatening me, i am very disappointed with his behaviour. So I want something to be done against it please sir

    I am sorry to give delivery boy picture or video because he could not came front me, only talk by phone. But his phone no is [protected].

    Please do something sir...

      I ordered a watch from amazon worth Rs. 899/- made payment through debit card. But i haven't received the product and later I applied for refund inreply msg comes that refund issued and will credit the amount with in 3-4 working days till the date amount not credited

        I placed a prepaid order on Amazon India's App for 3 products but Amazon delivered me Partial Items in three of them on Yesterday as Today & Amazon's Customer Care Services never answered me. Amazon is one of the Worst Shopping Website and App in our country. I got and still getting worst Fraudulent Activities by worst Amazon. Nobody should place any kind of order on Fraud Amazon.

          I placed 7 items from amazon pantry on thr prime day 6 th wednesday. Terms and conditions of amazon pantry is above 1000rs to get 15% cashback with 400rs couple for future. I buyed for 1586rs... I didn't get any cashback. I inform customer service of amazon for past 10days... There all lie.. Some one said after placed it will come... Some one said after dispatched it will come... Someone said after delivery it will come... Someone said it technical issues it will come... Someone said u buy below 1000rs... Someone said u r not eligible because one product is out of amazon pantry... Someone said u r not made payment by amazon pay balance... All are lie... This is the problem is faced. My order i'd of product is[protected]

              Dear sir/mam I'm ordered in 5th of Aug REDMI 8A dual (sea blue 3GB RAM, 64 GB Storage). Order no. #[protected].
              I am just payment done rs. Of 8999 for 6th month EMI 1557.21 Rs. This product delivery date is arriving on 11 Aug to 17 Aug showing in your app.. but I'm Just login currently this product is not showing in your app and no any updates for this product.                 Hi,

                An unknown charge around 300 rupees is being deducted from my account every month on my icici debit card from the past 6 months. The statement says vsi/amazon stan. The last debit happened on 5th aug 2020.

                Can you please look into this?

                  Hi,

                  I received this product (Order #[protected] today and packaged was temepered and teared many places.

                  Yesterday also i received same order in same condition and executive raised request for replacement.

                  When today i spoke to supervisor mr shanu he said that only package is tempered inside items are not so u can use where i asked can u give me guarantee that package is not having any covid traces? He replied again and again that we are following who guidelines and unable to answer of my simple question.

                  He does not know how to talk to customer and what should he needs to reply. Rather solving my query he simply said i cannot do anything, just i can raise complaint.

                  As i am victim and do not have any mistake or involvement in tempring the product and amazon not ready to listen so i am raising complaint here and hope my issue will resolve quickly.

                      My name is pavithran and i got a delivery from amazon today. The problem is delivery boy asked me to walk 1.5kms to receive package even after i said i don't have bike to come. Then he started threaten me like if you dont come i will cancel the order and go to next delivery. I don't how he dare to cancel my order without my consent. He came only after that i said to complain about him. He got me so tension. I think he is doing this to every customer in our area. He is standing in some stop and asking every customer to come and get the package. Then i don't know why i am paying delivery charges. Seriously, i am so frustrated after that. I never faced this type of behaviour my previous address. Delivery boys are so king and they will delivery even if it is a remote area (My previous address).
                      Please take action against him. Flipkart is delivering to my neighbour home. But he cant even trying and threatening me to cancel the order.

                        Hi... I ordered product of 17499₹ from amazon on 6 aug 2020 and payment is done by atm card and i was cancelled that product to amazon on 6th augustthey told amount is transformed they are sent rrn no 460033 but still amount is not credited to my account. It's nearly one week over stil amount didn't reflected in my account. I was visited the the home bank maneger told with this number we can't check the status of refund please go through the amazon. So please go through it. Please help me

                          There was ₹ 100 cashback offer from amazon on buying of minimum 500 grocery items in amazon pantry. As per their offer i order items of price. I ordered the items on 11 aug 11 pm before ending the offer. The validity of the offer was till 12 am, 12 august i. E. Within 11.59 pm on 11th august.
                          I have collected the coupon before order. The eligibility of the offer on amazon app was successful. But till now (I am writing this), 15th august, no cashback is credited.
                          I already contacted amazon customer care service. But they told that the cashback is only elegible on first order in amazon. But there was no terms and conditions related the first order in that section. I am also attaching the mail which i received. All conditions was full filled. But no cashback is credited.
                          Please verify this.

                            Now when i’m trying to return it then they are denying for return and are only doing replacement.
                            But i’m getting a much better product at lesser price but they are forcing me to use the product.

                              Dated: 14th august 2020, time: 5:50 pm.

                              I suddenly received an sms from my hdfc credit card that a transaction amount of rs. 748.75 has been deducted from amazon digital. I quickly logged in to my amazon account and found that there are no new orders, however, the above mentioned amount had been deducted from my hdfc credit card account. I also found that my registered email address has been changed to some foreign non-indian domain: '[protected]@malchikzer. Cf' and a new foreign non-indian address has been registered as primary address: '549 5th st omaha, il[protected] united states'.

                              The sms that i had received from hdfc credit card department reads like this "alert: you've spent rs. 748.75 on credit card xx8858 at amzn digital on[protected]: 17:50:25. Avl bal - xxx..."

                              Please suggest and advice me what should i do next and how do i get my money back?

                                    On august 5, i made an online payment of electricity bill via amazon pay by card payment and the amount is debited from my account but then the transaction failed and cancelled and the refund is expected to credit on my account on august 10. Till now the refund is not reflected on my account and if this case happens amazon made an alert to contact banks customer care and mention the rrn number. So i did call and spoke to one of your officer and they said to raise a complaint. I hope my refund will receive on my account asap
