I recently ordered a book named ‘Sooraj ka saatvan ghoda’ from Amazon. They sold it to me for 80₹ plus 40₹ delivery charges. But, the mrp on book is 70₹.

    I placed an order on 31 aug 20.
    The order consisted of essential items.
    They were supposed to be delivered on Sept 4-5.
    I received a mail on Sept 4 saying that the delivery was cancelled because the contact could not be made.
    I understand the part where contact could not me made but what I don't understand is, is how can you just cancel essential food items without another attempt or warning.
    We have been eating restaurant food from a few days and waiting for the items to arrive because they aren't available in our neighbourhood. And all of a sudden the items are cancelled and the customer service guy says to reorder and to take his word that it won't happen again. Are you serious?
    Your expecting us to eat atleast 4 more days from outside just because your delivery agent or network didn't work?Who do you think we are? The Ambani's???

    Funny thing is, from last 4-5 times the delivery agent never contacted me and just showed up on my doorstep. How the hell did he know the address without calling me? And the last delivery was essentials too and yet he delivered without contact.
    I could have reordered if it was just some other item eg-electronics, clothing, etc. But essentials seriously???
    I hope you people don't trust them because I will never again shop on Amazon. The category Essentials/ Pantry is just a category title for them and holds no extra care or value.

      Order#[protected]-9607562

      Ordered one plus mobile on August 8th 2020 as my phone was broke and payed the full amount too with my credit card. It took a great deal of research and wait to arrive at this phone. The expected delivery was Sep 10 which had a gap of around one month which is understandable at the time of the pandemic and hence we decided to wait till that time with the hope that Amazon will fullfill the same. Instead Amazon seller send us a package with faulty bar code and hence the same was delivered and taken back from us citing the same is not able to mark the delivery.

      Amazon is saying they send it through a secure package and they cannot or the delivery partner they choose is not even able to secure even the QR code in the package.

      It clearly violate the trust and the belief we had with Amazon. We called multiple times with customer care and they informed us that the package will be delivered and told us to be patient till September 10 where as the same got initiated refund from Amazon end now.

      We invested around 28k for this mobile and that too was held by the amazon seller for one month. Now as there is no replacement we need to look for some other mobile as nord is currently in stock.

      Don't Amazon have any liability to deliver the items to their customer they promised?
      Don't we as customers have right to get a replacement if the item they send got some fault in transit?

      The only answer I got is sorry from the customer service team and sorry will not answer for our wait and for the period our money was locked and the negligence of the amazon seller and the courier agency.

        Hi, I am Saptarshi Das. On 21st august I have purchased oneplus q1 55 inch tv of rupees 69899. But duet to some reasons I had cancelled the order. Amazon had initiated the refund on 27st august. But i still not got my refund . They have provided me the reference number 30005402410234114838955 in case I did not receive the refund amount. My UBI account no[protected]. I am requesting you to look into this matter and solve immediately.

          this is in reference to product- ACCU CHECK BLOOD GLUCOSE MONITOR KIT, ordered online via amazon, which was ordered along with accu check glucose strip but when the product was delivered we found that they have only delivered strip and not the blood glucose monitor kit, following which we filed a complaint with amazon, to which they did not even respond back. After 2 weeks we contacted them multiple times to which they responded rudely that they have done the investigation and can not help us either with refund or delivery of the product. even on multiple requests for re-investigation they did not file any complaint.
          we also e-mail them about the missing product and shared the image of the box which is so small to contain both the products together and they again did not respond.
          We as a consumer feeling helpless, cheated and humiliated as these e- commerce companies thinking that they are not accountable to us and do not bear any consequences in such matter.

              I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of Rs49 has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had I done any transaction nor did I get any otp during the transaction. The transaction occurred on 3rd September 2020.

              Kindly address the issue .

                  The malicious work done by local delivery agency of Amazon at Nashik regarding my order no.[protected] :

                  I ordered one nefficar wireless amplifier speaker with Mike on 15th August. Since it was not working well I ordered for its replacement.

                  The replacement order no.[protected]
                  arrived on 25th August . I was not carrying the item to be returned at that time. He came again on Thursday 26th August morning at 10 am.

                  1. I requested the delivery boy to come after 11 as I was still reaching the office with item to returned with me. He didn't come back again on Thursday 27th August.

                  2. He didn't come on Friday 28th August nor he called me.

                  3. He didn't come on Saturday 29th August nor he called me.

                  I came to know on Amazon app same day evening that the order is being returned because I rejected it and requested to return.

                  4. The local deleivery agency falsely reported that I rejected the order. He didn't contact me at all on Saturday.

                  5. He didn't bother to collect the item to be returned. I contacted Amazon and requested for pick up of item to be returned.

                  This seems to be done purposefully by the concerned delivery boy or agency to trouble me because probably he had to come more than once for same work.

                  But it was my hard earned money with which I was making this purchase. I am old customer of amazon. It was sad to see this disgusting and unprofessional attitude of delivery agency of amazon in nashik.

                  I request you to take strict action on concerned person. As a protest I have decided to stop all orders from myself to amazon for next 3 months. If you don't value customers, customers don't value you.

                    I have cancelled my Kraft crysta men's casual shoes on amazon.they initiated refund on 19th August but the amount of 282 rupees hasn't credited to my bank account.i called Andhra bank many times but I haven't got my money.pls refund

                      I ordered a Daniel Wellington watch from Amazon for worth 9900₹/- on 14th August 2020. On 18th August 2020 i received my delivery. On opening the box i saw that the product was missing, so i quickly called amazon customer care and informed them about the issue. They raised an investigation to see what exactly happened. After multiple follow ups via email and tweets on twitter and calling customer service, today when i called them up again the agent says according to them the order was delivered in an intact position and they will not refund my money. I paid 9900₹/- for the watch that i didn't even receive.

                      The customer service of Amazon is pathetic, they don't even understand the pain of paying 9900₹ for something you did not even get. If i would have been lying about the missing product i wouldn't have raised a formal legal complaint to get justice. On searching about the complaints against Amazon on google you will find alot of people who have been thugged by Amazon giving the exact same answer that this is not their problem.

                      I am here because i still trust Indian justice system and i believe i will definately get justice.

                                    I would like to file a complaint against amazon india and delhivery who are logistics partner of amazon india for their extremely pathetic service delivery is providing to its customers. I had placed an order (Sleeping mattress) worth rs 7000 through amazon on 6th aug which is stuck at the same location since 22nd aug. Emi will be deducted from 5th of september but the product has not yet been delivered to me.

                                    Every 2 days i receive sms from delhivery that my order will be delivered that very day but at eod i end up waiting for my order to be delivered to me. Every day they sent message that the product will be delivered but at the end of the day they update the status as product was undelivered as customer was unavailable.
                                    What is this fake update? They never even called me, i received no calls from delhivery or amazon india about delivering my order.

                                    I had complaint about this issue by tweeting on amazon india's twitter page but they are not taking any action or even investigating about the delay in delivering my order

                                    Please take strict action against delhivery and amazon india.

                                    Delhivery makes the customers wait for days for their order to be delivered and does nothing to provide satisfactory services to them.

                                    This organization doesn't have a "contact us" section in its website, why?
                                    I have been tweeting to helpdesk_delhivery and to the coo of delhivery mr. Ajith pai as well as amazon india since last week but there is no update or response from their end. I have been waiting for my order to be delivered for almost a month but they haven't delivered my product.

                                    Please take action against delhivery and amazon india and please help me in getting my product delivered

                                    Please take action against them and help me in getting my product delivered to my location in barackpore, west bengal as it is very important.

                                      I have ordered galaxy m31s during amazon prime days on 6th sep 2020 and lenovo legion y540 on 7th sep 2020, they send me the 2 products with single tracking id on 14th i got the notification that my products will get delivered today but provided only a single otp. Delivery person delivered my lenovo legion 540 only and when i asked him about my 2nd product then they told me that i have only a single product of yours and asked the otp and after giving otp both products showing delivered. I have not noticed that earlier but on same day i noticed this issue and on same day i called amazon customer support for help regarding my product galaxy m31s but they told me to show some patience its just a scanning issue wait till 19th aug 2020. But till date i didn't got my product so i complained about that and amazon started investigating but they reported that the product is successfully delivered to the customer... So where is the product... I have not received my order... And they are denied for refund or any other compensation

                                        First the seller of amazon delivered me a 7 years old product instead of advertising new product, the manufacturing date is mentioned as 2013, september. The product seems to a used one and box full up of dirt and dust. Blackish spots and patches over the entire body part of the piece.
                                        The rubber made ear cushions of the headphone are totally damaged.

                                        That's all the reasons for return. I made the return request on the next day of the delivery. My return request is approved instantly when i made the request for the first time and also mentioned all the problems occurred with the product.

                                        But surprisingly when the amazon pickup agent came to pick my return on the very next day he refused to take stating that it is a old dirty product, and damaged also... And he was given the verified of the product as quality check but as the ear buds were damaged partially, they refused to accept it, said also we would not have any damaged information regarding your product and as' verification 'of the product requiring by the amazon, they wouldn't be able to pick my return until the company's technical team remove it from their system (Product's verify condition and quality check).
                                        That's why i am i big trouble.. My money is stuck...
                                        The company's escalation team is not updating and escalating my issues to their logistics department...
                                        The same issue i am facing again and again.
                                        Final resolution i want as refunding my full amount if you people remain unable to pick my order soon

                                        Refund my money immediately and take back your used - damaged product.
                                        Don't cheat with your valuable customer like me
