Sir amazon initiated a refund for 1011rs on august 3rd 2020 and they send a notification about successful refund of amount with reference number i entered below this.. The deadline one 10 working days also passed but still now the amount is not reflected in my account i contacted bank but they said they cant help with reference number and also added they are not responsible for this. I facing this issues sir kindly make another payment for me or rise dispute from your side.. Don't let me wait to long it's just ur fault ur transaction is not perfectly reached me please make the pending payment reflect in my account as soon as possible

    75260820153040099239732 this reference no.related transaction Not shown in my ac.my name is chandra sekhar mura ac no[protected], card no last four digit 0044, united bank of India, buses shibpur brunch, UTBI0BUSF63 transaction through ATM card deduction on 11 may, refund 31 may from Amazon as per amazon send mail.I already contact bank customer care three time they said that no refund amount pending, and they also confirm that they did not get 5850 from amazon at their sever. i complain against united bank of India two time id no 2674327, Julia 24, and 2658413 Julia 5, get no response
    i also complain RBI two time, but two time i get refusal cause i have no document against united bank of India .so please help me

      Dear sir/mam one of my refund amount 425 which send to my account on 1 august from amzon.in they send to my account they also provide refund reference no. # 74766510216030579416938 and i have waiting almost 10 days but the amount didn't reflect in my account. I have complained against it on my branch but i didn't get proper solution from bank manngeer. I have complain against it but still it's not reflect in my account.

        I purchased borosil thermo steel flask rs 899 from amazon on 29/06/2020 and done full payment by upi but order was cancelled and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given refund reference number #[protected]
        But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
        Same behaviour by branch also.
        Don't know what to do

          Refund process by Amazon on 5th August 2020 but refund not yet reflected in my bank account.
          Refund no is also generated contacted with bank many time but didn't get any solution kindly look forward to this and reflect amount in my bank account as soon as possible.

            I have ordered samasung m31 mobile on 10th august, 2020 and completed the payment it has been 3days sonce my order has been placed but till not it hasn't been dispatched. I need to get it dispatched and delivered as soon as possible.

              Hi sir, I ordered a product of RS. 999 (Qualimate cervical pillow in Amazon on 20th of July, 2020 & I cancelled this order due to personal reason on 31st July, 2020. Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this RRN[3005402150202102509437]and told me to fill charge dispute form but Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint sir.

                delivery date today (13/08/2020) i was paid full amount via netbanking
                i was ordered one book and door step delivery, delivery boy called and told me not able come your home you come and the materials, i say having 6th months baby so not to able come please deliver to my home but that delivery boy was not response he simply tell cancel your order and material return take our office. amazon customer service is not good

                  Please note that I have ordered 1.5 Ton AC through Amazon.in online mode.
                  through Seller Cloudtail India Private Limited, Poneer City, Gurgaon, Haryana, 122413 IN

                  Contrary to my order of 1.5 Ton AC, I have received Two different Indoor and Outdoor Units of AC pertaining to 1.0 Ton and 1.5 Ton respectively. I have ordered Voltas 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split AC (Copper 183EZA White) while I have received Indoor Unit of Voltas AC Model 123 DZX(R32). I contatced the seller but he denied to attend my complaint stating that correct product have been dispatched. I have asked the vendor to provide me following details:
                  To clarify my claim, Kindly arrange to provide me the billing details of following items:

                  1. 1.5 Ton AC (Voltas 183 EZA) - (BAR CODE - 4512528J20BB81918) CBU CODE - 4502660
                  2. 1.0 Ton AC (Voltas EU 123 DZX) - (BAR CODE 4552622A19LC05505) CBU CODE-4502780 and IDU CODE-4552622

                  Both the units are with me and both belongs to two different Indoor and Outdoor units contrary to Single order.

                  Kindly look into the matter and arrange to replace the item ASAP. Thank.

                    I have placed an order from Amazon Show peace, product quality was not good so I have returned, courier guy picked up the product on 9th July, but till now I haven't received refund. When I contacted Amazon support, they said pick up has not been done, we can't process refund... Courier person didn't give me any kind of recipet also... Such fraud company, I will never suggest anyone to shop from Amazon... Worst experience...

                        I received a call named neha Srivastav from amazon and she said you applied for supervisor post in amazon it's a telephonic interview and after one day a man named Rahul Sharma he named himself as amazon hr and they send a call letter and application form it's like amazon call letter and he called me and pay ₹1500 for uniform and shoe and I first I already applied supervisor post in amazon.force.com so that I thought it would amazon agent...

                        I have ordered a redmi 8a daul mobile with exchange in amazon worth rs:4027/-. And i cancelled my order on the same day and the refund reference number is provided to me but the the is not credited in my account. The refund reference number is 30005402120211064678749. So check the status and refund my amount.

                            I had ordered a Poco x2 mobile phone on[protected] by amazon. But the order was cancelled and received my refund after that I got a message below and then I had done the payment to that account.

                            Then I had received a message from Amazon sellers support team on whatsApp:-[protected]

                            That message is

                            Dear customer this is regarding your Amazon order for Poco X2.

                            Your order payment got refunded due to a technical glitch. If you want to complete the order and clear the hold on shipment and get the order delivered today before 1: 30 pm then complete the payment before 11: 30 am today.

                            I have tried contacting Amazon multiple times and all the customer care executives say is that we has filed a complaint on Amazon seller and E-mailed him and seller will address you with in 2days and they doesn't give me any clarity about refund. They are making fake promises that I’ll be getting a call, I’ll be getting a mail, kindly wait 2 days, their team is working on it and so on. But I can clearly see that they are doing nothing as I haven’t been contacted even once.

                            Someone in the customer care executives told me that, please trust on Amazon.in don't worry Amazon.in takes the initiative and refund your amount within 5days through your original payment method.
                            But after 3days someone in the customer care executives said that Amazon.in will never promise you about the refund.
                            Please help me, I kindly requested you please resolve my complaint.

                                Sir i am a hdfc card holder and purchased a product on debit card emi but then cancelled it but the emi is processing as i am getting messages and the bank is also not helping much same as the case of merchant department also. Please help me to stop the emi processing or else i have to pay emi from next month. Rs 7129 is the amount.

                                      I purchased an yearly subscription on aug 2019.

                                      On june 2020 my mobile got reset and after that i faced issues in login to
                                      Amazon prime and raised a complaint.

                                      You said in the previous mails that my mobile number has not subscribed to
                                      Any prime membership.

                                      But today (11th aug 2020) i've got an sms regarding the expiration of my
                                      Annual prime subscription in my mobile number[protected]. Attaching the
                                      Screenshot for your reference.

                                      How this could be possible if i've not subscribed this.??

                                      What a customer service...!!!

                                      Shall i proceed to publish this in social media since you people are not
                                      Able to find the actual reason for this simple issue??

                                      I lost 2 months of my subscription..

                                      I demand the extension of my annual subscription for two more months (Till
                                      11th oct 2020). Can you do this for me?
