My account was locked for no reason with the message saying:more information needed contact customer service for further assistance. I have complained trough call 15 time n 2 time chat from my other account they all r given me 48 hour but today 28days completed my account stil blocked the problem is that there's no way to contact their customer service my amazon pay balance is 22280 its my hard earned money please unblock my account n reales my money this is very frustrating!

        I paid the full amount in advance to amazon from my credit card.

        I received the delivery on 30 June 2020. After opening and checking I found that the product is not working (PC was totally dead and not working at all) so raised a replacement request on 10th July 2020. The request was approved by the system instantly and I received Amazon Return ID: Dgw7L5qyRRMA.

        Even after a long wait I have not received the replacement product, so I contacted the customer care department on 8th August 2020. a customer care executive has confirmed to me that it will be replaced soon.

        Again after a long wait when no replaced product was found then I called again on 30th August 2020. but this time after a long conversation the customer care executive clearly refused to give replacement or refund.
        This seems clearly a cheating case of the seller, but instead of talking with the seller, Amazon executives are telling customers to bear the full loss.

            My name is rahul ingle and i had ordered (Product) of 2080rs. Amount sony srs-xb01 wireless extra bass bluetooth soeaker in amazon on 4 august 2020 and after 13 august 2020 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 13 august 2020
            Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number

              I have purchased a tablet named lenovo tab m10 fhd plus 10.3" 4gb+128gb from amazon.in (Rs.19, 999) on 03rd august, 2020. But after receiving the tablet i came to find that there were very noticeable hanging issues on using the apps even though it runs 4gb ram and it was irritating at times and immedietly i tried for returning the tablet on the very second day but i was directed to a technical support agent arranged by amazon and they advised for resetting the tablet to see the results and it was okay at once. Even it was okay for some days the problem begins again on the 14th day while playing simple games like temple run it begins to stutter a lot and also the tablet display seems to be auto pressurizing in areas without any click or touch while using keyboard and portable mouse. I was disappointed at that time and because the return period is only ten days, but if they would have allowed me to return the tablet on very second day itself, this must not be happening to me and so i tried to compromise myself with the issues but days went by i found it very difficult to manage particularly when i have to work with my tablet along keyboard. So the 24th day i contacted amazon back again and told them the difficulties i was facing through, they have connected my call to a technical support team again and told me to contact the lenovo brand once to deal with the problem and come back to them after. So i kindly contacted the lenovo brand on call and when inquired about the issue they informed me that the table doesn't fit with keyboard and mouse probably and asked me to reach out to a service centre which is not at all possible because there is no any service centre in my location and in order i have to travel about 500 to 650 km to reach. So i told them it is not possible in this pandemic conditions to travel such distance. Then they adviced me to contact amazon back and tell them about it in detail that i could not get to a service centre. So again on 27th aug the same day i contacted amazon support team without any further delay. After hearing my words they made me to wait for nearly half an hour on line to discuss this with their officials and finally told me that they are ready to accept the return and since the return window is closed they will rearrage me for a return window within 24 to 48 hours. So i trusted their words and waited for it but nothing happened like they promised. So i contacted them again on 29th of august and when i inquired about it they have no idea about what they promised two days back on conversation and made me to wait for another 15, 20 minutes on call and finally came with a refusal to accept product. Since i trusted their words initially i was deeply disheartened. I would have never tried to return it if it was working well but they were not ready to neither understand or help and they were like very business minded even i have been a regular consumer of amazon products from 2014 onwards.

                Amazon already issued my refund of rupees of 449/- on 23rd of august but not credited in my account.

I had purchased two products on amazon on 29th July and 31st july 2020 using my canara bank debit card but I had to cancel both of them due to some reason and i asked for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on[protected] maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as #30005401940191023297361 of rs 599 of order no[protected] and another refund reference no # 74332740186018532507343 for Rs. 4399 of order no[protected] respectively. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i had to mail you. Please help me in this matter so that money is credited to my account at the earliest.

                    This is to inform you that i have bought a lenovo laptop through amazon india online shopping on 11th august, 2020 and paid rs 36190/- through my sbi debit card. On the same day i have cancelled the order and asked amazon to refund my said amount. Accordingly amazon india initiated the refund same day. On 18th august, 2020 the refund was accepted by the sbi on behalf of my sbi account and issued a 6-digit number which called as refund reference: 923471.
                    But unfortunately my said amount is not reflected in my sbi account. I approached the sbi customer care centre with a call and the customer care said no such payment is made from amazon india. Repeatedly i asked them this is the refund reference no. 923471 which is issued by sbi to amazon india that payment was accepted by sbi. After this i called the amazon india customer care. They told me that my amount was refunded successfully in your sbi bank and this is the reference number. Again i called sbi customer care but it went in vain. They replied the same thing that no money is credited in my account. Further i approached to amazon customer care and said the same thing that from their end money was sent through their system. This time again i called the sbi customer care but they are not entertaining and said amazon did not pay them. I asked them please track with the refund reference number in their system. They refused to do so and said it is not their duty to track.
                    Nearly 3 weeks i have been trying to get my money back but in vain.
                    Therefore, i am requesting you to look after the matter as early as possible to get my refund.

                            Purchased this product but due to late delivery had to cancel and initiate a refund on the 16 th of August. Still not recieved the refund amount. Amazon did provide a refund reference number but due to lockdown criterias bank customer service is unavailable. Refund is not reflecting in my account. Please do the needful.

                                      I Have confirmed with Amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                                      Kindly go through the charged dispute email locate the pending refund and follow the path Back to Amazon payment processor to locate the refund.

                                        I have ordered 3 items in 2 lots, in the first lot I have ordered a brass oil lamp and a shelf total worth Rs.2975/- on dated 30/07/2020 and in the second lot I ordered a pulse oximeter worth Rs .3599/-on dated 09/08/2020. The Amazon sales executive says refund have been initiated but I have not received any refund yet. They claim that within 2-4 working days my refund will be reflected in my account but it seems a totally fraud type of scenario. I hope my matter will be resolved as I am losing my faith in digital India.
