Dear sir

I purchased a product on amazon on 13th of July 2020 using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 17th of July 2020 maximum time frame was 4 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 74332740199019847115298. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response. Please check and confirm the status. I'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

Invoice for Jiwa Steel Cut Oats, 1.4 kg (Saver Pack) 295.00 is not given. Please check and confirm the status. I'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

        Dear Sir,

        The gift card I purchased was redeemed by someone else in a fraud account. A ticket had been raised to regenerate and revert the gift card back to my account. Since I purchased this gift card[protected]. But so far there's no update on this. Its been 10 business days. The latest update I received was to contact Quicksilver but they said they wouldn't be able to help me with this issue.

        I have raised multiple tickets with amazon service team but there's no update till now.

          Please note sunil raichur, my husband booked sony bravia tv on 16/08/2020 in exchange of our old sony bravia tv. As per the requirement, we filled details of our exchange tv and paid amount of rs. 28, 599/-. We received message that item will be delivered on 19/08/2020. We were in urgent need of the same but manage to wait till 19/08/2020. We got tracking id no.[protected] and received the call at approx 10.20 am today that the concerned person is delivering item and sunil raichur leaving his office work went down to accompany delivery man to deliver product at residence. The concerned person came up at residence without product and checked the old product. The said person informed that the sound is perfect and screen is not and we will not deliver the product. After waiting for 3 days and after accepting the total amount and that too without mentioning any condition stating that old tv should be in 100 % working condition, cancelled my order. I had telephonic conversation and requested concerned person to deliver the product. However, he refused to deliver and cancelled order. As nowhere it is mentioned while booking the order to specify the conditions of old tv. The amount deducted was only rs.1500/- and sound system of tvand the condition of tv is perfectly fine except screen issue. I lodge my complaint to do needful and deliver the tv today itself as per my order. (Advocate jagruti thakkar wife of sunil raichir)

            This is regarding transaction of rs.999/- which was never done by me. I received an message that rs.999/- had deducted from my credit card.

            Message - "alert: rs.999.00 spent via credit card xx2132 at amazon1258399".

            Kindly cancel the transaction and revert my money back.

              I have ordered a Watch on Amazon during the Prime day Sale on 9th of August with the promise of delivery between 11th and 14th of August. Today is 18th and they are telling now that the item is lost in transit and they want to cancel the order.

              They are doing this to Boost the sales and advertise that they have increased sale in INDIA. Once the orders are placed, they will immediately decommission the seller and tell these stories that the order is lost in transit.

              The seller who i purchased from is no longer with Amazon, the item was shipped via DTDC courier, the tracking number they gave is not a valid number. the customer support is not able to reach the seller or deliver my product.

                We have purchased HP Pavilion x360 Intel Core i7 on[protected] from amazon (Business Account) and that product sold by Appario Retail Private Limited. we registered our business account from Delhi address and shipping address was Uttar Pradesh. They mentioned both the address billing and shipping on Noida (U.P.) address.
                we want to take input tax credit but we are unable to claim tax credit due to GSTIN not mentioned on invoice and we have called in amazon, we continuously talking for change but did not get any response and after that we have filed request for return this product but the days are passed no one come to pickup the product.

                  This item was supposed to deliverd today. However i have received the following message
                  We could not deliver ALLYSON FITNESS Pull Up Bar Wall Mount.. as we could not contact you on the phone. Re-attempt on next working day. https://amzn.in/d/htkqrnu
                  When my phone was working and i was receiving the calls at the relevant time. When i tried to call back on the number mentioned above the call is not passing through.
                  This is happening for the sencond time. Last month also the item was not delivered under false pretext
                  It's agonizing situation if you don't want to perform your service kindly inform accordingly so that i will not place my order on your online platform henceforth.

                  Today after receiving this message i talked to your executive on phone dialing from the same number [protected].
                  Clearly goes to show that your delivery boy is speaking lie that my phone is not reachable. A lame excuse to avoid service.

                      I bought a Fire Stick from Amazon recently and registered in Amazon Prime Video on 17/08/2020, 7.00 PM. My Registration Login ID is [protected]@gmail.com. But I cannot access movies in the fire stick yet. Please rectify the problem immediately

                          I was faid 418.10 rupees through upi to the amazon for ordering of a item, for wrong shipping address i canceled that order, the refund confirmation massage was came in same day as i canceled, but the refund money haven't diposite in my bank account. So what to do for it i can't understand.

                                  I ordered lapcare 4000mah 10.8v laptop battery for hp in 5 jun 2020, i got the product 11 june 2020, the battery does not have the power backup, so i replace the product.

                                  I got the replacement battery in 12 june 2020, the replacement battery does not even have the power backup, so i requested to return back on 3 june 2020.

                                  Then your cs team executive said "as we checked the pickup for return we see that there are no courier services from amazon transportation who are serviceable in your area. Hence we request you to self-return the product from your end" this is what your executive told me.

                                  Then i self returned the product to our warehouse, that courier was refused and returned to me 7th aug 2020. It's totally wasted. I am totally disappointed.

                                  The product still in a pick-up line, about a month is gone but not yet the product. I have already complained several times about this issue. But there is still no solution to this. Please help us.

                                  Kindly please arrange the return pickup and refund my money, i i work from home and i can’t finish my job because my laptop doesn’t work without battery, so my company has suspended my salary. I do not have enough money to buy another one kindly please arrange the refund.

                                    Order was supposed to be delivered between 23-july[protected]july-2020.
                                    On 27-july-2020 i was told to wait until 31st of july for the product to be delivered but still it wasn't delivered and claimed as lost. So i again had a conversation with customer care support of amazon regarding the issue and claiming for a refund. So they told me to wait until for the next 5 days i. E. Until 5th of august. Again when i called customer care support they gave me a silly reason of glitch in something and again told me to wait for next 3-5 days for refund. Today is 17th of august the customer care support is still giving me silly reason and not refunding my money and telling me to wait. This is really a careless behaviour of amazon india team. They went against their policy and the refund is still not initiated. Even after what's written in their policy they went against it and yet till now didn't refund my money. Please look into this matter as i'm waiting since 31st of july until now i. E. 17th of august.

                                      I was orders one JBL Headphone from Amazone first they send me used and old product so return the product and asked for my refund but Amazone sent my Money to their Amazone pay wallet which is completely worthless for me then I request them to send the amount to my Bank account but they completely denied and start harassing me by putting my call on hold for longest time as they can.
                                      Kindly take strict action against that cheaters ..

                                        I had a faulty product delivered by amazon to me and courier partner refused to pickup the order stating it was not particularly stated on the return slip that the item was broken.
                                        I feel amazon are taking the consumers lightly since we do not complain to in the courts.
                                        I feel i should drag them in and get it resolved.
                                        It has been occurring since the 7th of August.
