    I sent 3000 rs. Money via amazon pay upi on 31 august to another bank account. The amount got deducted from my pnb bank account but never received by bob bank account. It is still showing pending. Tried contacting bank, they are saying they can't do anything about it. Please help me.

        I ordered a mobile in amazon but the phone was not working properly so I sent it back and asked for refund.
        They said the money will be refunded within 9th September 2020.
        And I got reference id but still. Now I didn't get any refund
        So I want to know my refund status

          I had purchased the product from amazon, but after that when i looked to cancel the order, the option was not available. My order number is [protected]. When I contacted the customer service of amazon, they asked me to file a cancelation complaint in Ecom Express, as you are their courier partner for this product. I have been trying to cancel it for a week. Just do the needful. Please cancel it as soon as possible.

            Hi, i am sneha.
            I ordered blackberry evolve mobile phone in aug 21st 2020.
            In inr 17999.

            My ordered delivered date was 31st aug 2020 but it was delivered 2nd sep 2020.

            When i opened parsel then i found that mobile box was allready opned and old.
            Then i opened mobile box and i find there is no mobile phone in that box. Then i called customer care and explain everthing, they told me to wait for 5days. After 3 day i called again then the customer care agent told me they delivered correct box, but when i recived the product box it was opened and their was no mobile phone in the box and that was empty only. I called to the company they are blaming me only, so i wants to file grievance against this issue and i needs the product which i have ordered from amazon.

              Respected sir,
              my order no :[protected], one plus buds placed on 31st august 2020 .
              estimated delivery date was 9th september 2020.
              on 7th september i received a notification that the order is out of delivery and received a number [protected]. I called the number and had a conversation which is given below :

              Called the delivery boy at 10:00am, delivery boy picks the call.
              nimit: hello sir, where are you, you have my delivery
              delivery boy: by which name the order is and where i have to deliver it?
              nimit: delivery is in the name of nimit jain, (further said), have you seen the state bank of india in manpur
              delivery boy : yes, that is in front of the electricity office .
              nimit : yes, exactly, when you reach just give me a call. By the way, what time will you reach ?
              delivery boy : sir it will take one and one and half hours . but the area doesn't come into my delivery point but it has come to me by mistake, but will deliver it
              nimit : ok, make it fast please.

              the call got disconnected.

              Again at 12'o' clock
              called the delivery boy.

              Nimit : sir, where are you, when will you reach?
              delivery boy : it will be delayed, will reach by 2pm
              nimit : ok sir, make it soon

              the call got disconnected.

              Again at 3 pm
              called the delivery boy.

              Nimit : sir, where are you, when will you reach?
              delivery boy : it will be delayed, will reach by evening
              nimit : ok sir, make it soon

              Again at 5 pm
              called the delivery boy.

              Nimit : sir, where are you, when will you reach?
              delivery boy : it will be delayed, will reach
              nimit : ok sir, but my shop get closes at 7, when will you come
              delivery boy : while returning to office, i will delivery it

              Again at 6:30 pm

              delivery boy : sir, the package is not with me.
              nimit : why have you been saying since morning, product with you.
              delivery boy : product will not be delivered .
              and the calls get disconnected.

              and after that day, i have called several times, to amazon, but you have so much of the worst service that you don't value your customer .

              and your delivery team update the status that address was incorrect or incomplete, and from many of years i have been receiving the deliveries

              now its 9th, i have not received the order.
              What are you all doing?

              First, the delivery wasted my day and your customer service just provided me with fake excuses .

              i need a solution to this, i have been mentally harassed, for a small thing, which is a prepaid order.

              kindly revert me with a proper solution .

                Address: Do not know other than India

                In reviewing my banking statement I have discovered a charge of $14.05 has been debited from my checking account since last October through this September. That is 12 months or a total of $168.60. Please investigate this charge. I have no idea what it is for. I am in a debt consolidation program with National Debt Relief since September 2019. Although Amazon was included in the program, I sent them a letter stating that they are to send all mail to to National Debt Relief, 11 Broadway, Suite 1600, New York, NY 10004. I am still in the program and as far as I know, they are still in negotiations with Amazon. I feel this charge is fraudulent. I am also sending this correspondence to National Debt Relief.

                What is the status of my complaint? Is there a phone number I can call here in the United States? I'd really like to know what this is for.

                  I have placed an order for samsung s10 on[protected]. The handset was having some issue. So, amazon has replaced me the piece. The replaced piece was delivered to me on 16.08.2020. Unfortunately, the second handset was also having the touch issue. I spoke to amazon and they have arranged for the mobile inspection at my place. They have found the touch issue. Amazon agreed to make refund once they receive the order. On 26.08.2020. They have arranged for the pick up. The handset was delivered to them on 26.08.2020. They received the handset on 29.08.2020. (As per there system). 30.08.2020 (As per my system). They told it will take 3-5 business days for initiating the refund. Today is 09.08.2020. Still my refund is not initiated.
                  I have made several calls daily. Only answer i am getting is within 24 hours. You will get your refund. I am middle class person. With hardwork, i have saved money for mobile.

                  I request you please help me in getting my refund back.

                      I have mailed amazon on my 2 safe ordered and show delivered but was not delivered to me.
                      The moment i had recvd msg saying product delivered i called them and said that i havnt recvd anything but they were like dont panic u will recv your product within next 4 working days or we will refund you.
                      But aftr 4 days when i complaint again they registered my complaint and said they will investigate the matter and revert within next 4-5 days.
                      Aftr 4-5 days when i didnt recv any revert i called to check and then they saying tht the product has been delivered to me and to check at my place and with neighbour. If i had recevid the product myself why will i file a complaint of not receving and the delivery boy has his own theory that he has kept the product in my lobby area of the building and informed me upstair abt the product which is a lie. I feel its all under the same scanner of scam. They are scamming customer with fraud.

                                  My account is locked, as i have used international card on my amazon account for the latest order which is cancelled. I got a message asking for billing information and i have provided it couple of times however it still says couldn't unlock my account. I called you guys countless times for help but i haven't recieved any, moreover my prime account is locked where that's the only source of entertainment i have in this pandemic. Whenever i login to my account i see a message stating we have sent email and message for further steps and saddest part is i haven't received any email from amazon so far with any kind of details. This is really frustrating and annoying that my amazon shopping account and amazon prime is locked and can't use the service for which i'm paying. It's really sad that none of your agents have that much of calibre to helpe me out. Very poor customer service. Very disappointed with amazon.

                                  This is really frustrating and annoying which ur doing it to me, you took my money for Amazon prime for the entire year and tou locked my account. It's been a week now as i'm not able to access anything and NO ONE IS HELPING ME. Such a devastating company you are. Can't treat your customers properly and WORST SERVICE EVER. I'm going to file a case about you people as you took my money and LOCKED MY ACCOUNT and not helping me in unlocking it. WORST AND STUPIDEST COMPANY. Be ready for legal proceedings.

                                    Order issue :
                                    I have ordered[protected] a 2tb wd external hard drive (Blue color) which was selling at a price of 4000 inr by a seller called hop tech (https://www.amazon.in/sp?seller=A3JOYN84H57H8M), which unfortunately was cancelled by the seller on[protected] around midnight. I have contacted amazon for the reason why my order was cancelled and i got reply from the customer service that that seller wasn't able to dispatch the order to my address to which i have argued with customer service that to tell the seller to deliver my product using different courier service.
                                    On[protected], i received a message mentioning that my order was out for delivery and i need to keep the cash ready as i opted for cash-on-delivery. I was happy that customer service has forwarded my message to the seller and my order was being delivered and got the cash ready.
                                    The delivery guy came to my home and the packaging was of amazon so i confidently paid the delivery guy the amount of ₹4000, the courier service which delivered my product was xpressbees. I even started recording the unboxing just for my convenience. The package was covered by amazon tape and i started unboxing the package. Halfway through unboxing and i could see it was not the mentioned product inside instead a internal hard drive of a computer with no box or anything covered fully with bubble wrap. I understood this was some kind of fraud and stopped unboxing it. I have left the bubble wrap like that.
                                    I was totally scared after seeing this and thought i have lost my hard earned money to some scammer in amazon. I right away called amazon cc and they told they would help me. They have told me to wait for 3 more days as they were waiting for the reply from the seller. After hearing this i felt happy that amazon would help me in getting my money back. But things didn't go as expected. This kept going for days and one day out of frustration my call was transferred to the senior customer service executive. The senior was helpful and knew i was cheated by the seller and promised me to wait for 3 more days and told me that he would refund me if the seller doesn't respond. I again waited for 3 more days and i didn't get any call from the amazon to which i again called to the customer care, but this time cc guy told me firmly that amazon can't refund my money. After hearing this i was broken and still didn't give upon my hopes. Again i called cc after 3 days and told them about all the incidents. They checked on the seller and seller was removed from amazon due to various complaints against them. They said they were filling for a refund and promised me i would get call from amazon regarding this after 3 days. I waited for more than 1 week and still i didn't get any response from amazon team.
                                    Conclusion :
                                    Even though my order was cancelled seller used my address to fake the order. As a normal consumer i fell for this trap and i was scammed for ₹4000. Amazon isn't ready to accept their mistake as it's their responsibility to safeguard my address and respect my privacy. Amazon should be more careful in allowing who can sell on their platform. Without cross checking all these they have just allowed a scammer to scam people like me. There's no way right now to contact the seller as seller has been already removed.
                                    I was cheated by seller, seller cancelled my order purposely and the delivers different product with another courier service which i'm not aware of. As a buyer who was not aware of this trick, i accepted the order thinking it was my 2tb wd external hard drive and paid the courier guy the money. Seller has cheated me for ₹4000 and i'm devastated about my loss.

                                    I request amazon to do a full refund of the money and deal with the seller from your end.

                                      Appario retail pvt. Ltd., sell products on amazon with invoice not w/ product serial number and dealer stamp.
