For my mother, who is 85+ and a cancer patient, i ordered few borosilicate glass water bottles and some books (One is yet to be published) well before the outbreak of the present crisis. I paid full amount in advance. Suddenly today, i get commandment of m/s amazon that all these orders are cancelled by them.
Is it proper business practice? I never insisted for urgent delivery. Amazon india forwarded their date of delivery several times and i kept mum. I understood the reason for delay. But i vehemently oppose their double standard. They are telling that "we are getting back on track", but practicing the polar opposite. Why this hypocrisy?
