Amazon locked my amazon money in my amazon account. At present having 420.96p in my amazon account with mini kyc we can add upto 10000, but amazon locked my money, and now they are saying you have to complete full kyc after that you can add or use your balance. After uploading documents they sent me a email and sms that uploaded pan card is linked with another amazon account. This is the only amazon account i am having registered with this email id pooja. [protected]@gmail.com and this is the registered mobile number [protected]. I don't have any more account under my name. I personally contacted amazon team through email, phone call, and through facebook. Since, the last 5 months i'm in touch with amazon support team, but no resolution provided yet.

Updated by Pooja Katariya After registering complaint with consumer complaint again received same email today at 04:23 PM from social media team, but nothing has done till now.

Updated by Pooja Katariya Today, also i uploaded my PAN card for Amazon KYC lets see what they do now. Again and again they are rejecting my KYC request. Till now i uploaded more then 14 times in the past 5 months, but no resolution provided yet.

Updated by Pooja Katariya Yesterday, again i submitted my PAN card at 09:57 AM through Amazon app, and at 03:58 PM Amazon cancelled my KYC request by saying "PAN CARD ALREADY SUBMITTED".This is the only Amazon account i'm having, and i don't have any more account . Find attached image for details.
