I have ordered laptop on Amazon but due to some reasons i had canceled it.But the refund is not reflecting in my bank .We have contacted Amazon they provided refund reference number:#7BJXC7YK0000K78MZVOA
The refund amount is 43, 990.They told to contact bank but the bank is denied to provide service regarding refund.so please solve this problem.

      Amazon locked my amazon money in my amazon account. At present having 420.96p in my amazon account with mini kyc we can add upto 10000, but amazon locked my money, and now they are saying you have to complete full kyc after that you can add or use your balance. After uploading documents they sent me a email and sms that uploaded pan card is linked with another amazon account. This is the only amazon account i am having registered with this email id pooja. [protected]@gmail.com and this is the registered mobile number [protected]. I don't have any more account under my name. I personally contacted amazon team through email, phone call, and through facebook. Since, the last 5 months i'm in touch with amazon support team, but no resolution provided yet.
      I'm attaching few documents for your reference.

      After registering complaint with consumer complaint again received same email today at 04:23 PM from social media team, but nothing has done till now.

      Today, also i uploaded my PAN card for Amazon KYC lets see what they do now. Again and again they are rejecting my KYC request. Till now i uploaded more then 14 times in the past 5 months, but no resolution provided yet.

      Yesterday, again i submitted my PAN card at 09:57 AM through Amazon app, and at 03:58 PM Amazon cancelled my KYC request by saying "PAN CARD ALREADY SUBMITTED".This is the only Amazon account i'm having, and i don't have any more account . Find attached image for details.

          A couple of days back my amazon account was hacked and the phone number registered with the account is changed. My amazon pay balance has also been spent mysteriously and now I cannot access my account. I have approached amazon customer care to no avail.

              I have returned a product to amazon and amazon have credited my refund on 13 february 2019 but till now i didn't get it almost 1year are passed i have already complained about it to local branch but there is no avail please help me as soon as possible if bank helps me i will greatly thankfull to the bank

                  I have purchased Honor 9x mobile and red mi back cover from amazon on 16/03/2020 by making payment of 14, 298 through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund on 18/09/2020 with refund reference number of 7BJXC7YK0000K78NJ3GW They even shared transaction id visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

                  Plss slove my problem

                      लेकिन आज 18 दिन बीत जाने के बाद भी मेरे रुपये 364 वापस नहीं किया गया है आप तत्काल 364 रुपये वापस कीजिये नहीं तो उपभोक्ता फोरम जाना पडेगा

                        Placed an order order #[protected] dated 28 feb 2020 for a terabyte hdmi male to vga female...

                        Received an email on march 14, 2020 with a message "your package could not be delivered and is being returned to us.
                        We'll initiate the full refund once we get the package.

                        Today is march 14, 2020 and not received the refund.

                        I tried to contact their customer service and failed as menu they provide does not have option for inquiring about refunds.

                          Respected sir,

                          I request you to please help me because i have got a job offer letter from amazon and have paid to the an amount of 1750/-
                          On 9th april i got a job offer from amazon and i sended my resume to the email id - [protected]@hiringamazon.in. Online.

                          Later on 10 th april i recieved msg and emailed me that i have been selected for supervisor. I recieved the appointment letter, job application form and have applied in the email. Morover they asked for uniform charge of 1750/- which i paid. Now they want me to apply/open for hdfc bank and deposit an amount of 5150. Please help me. I have attached all the proofs in the image below.                                   Dear sir myself yatin gandhale from indapur pune. From past few days i m getting messages that your amazon pay emi of 10263.24 rs is overdue of loan taken by you via amazon pay facility. While my concern is that i haven't bought any item from amazon hence there is no question of capital float loan. I called capital float customer service but they suggested me to contact amazon. When i called amazon they told me that they want my details which i gave to them but they said your account is not getting verified. When i tried to see my past orders history i was not able to access anything. Then again i called amzaon then they replied that we have temporarily restricted your access to your amazon account. I am stuck with amazon and capital float i haven't purchased anything and still getting messages of loans.

                                    Im highly disappointed with the harrowing experience i had with such a giant ecommerce like amazon.

                                    I had saved my credit card details on amazon which was compromised and apart from the amazon pay money that was wiped out of my account, the hacker placed another order through amazon.com using the credit card details that i had saved on amazon.in

                                    Pfb the message i received to which no one from amazon.in agreed to help me. I was asked to contact amazon.com

                                    Alert: you've spent rs.1973.54 on credit card xx2441 at amzn mktp us on[protected]:14:05:54.

                                    Amazon.com is not answering any calls and even though i have left a message for the team regarding my concern, i have no clue whether my money will be refunded or not. I was forced to block my credit card in the fear that there would b anymore transactions from my account.

                                    Can you imagine my plight? With a 18month old baby and 2 elderly in laws dependent on me, how will i survive till i get a new card? Which will take approximately a weeks time to be delivered considering the covid 19 and the lockdown.

                                    You really think a gift card of rs 300 something can make up for the stressful 3 hours i had first contacting amazon and then blocking my credit card and then trying to contact amazon.com in vain? It has caused lot of stress and unrest and i want amazon to reimburse me for that

                                    Im going to sue amazon for compromising my account. This is the worst experience anyone could ever expect from amazon
