    I have cancelled two product on amazon. My refund was initiated on 21 april 2020. And refund reference number for both transaction is here:

    Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number. I had contacted your customer service number there is no proper response. Please check and confirm the status.

      On 21st april i have cancelled my amazon prime and they have told that i will get refund on 26th april but on 28th april i have seen but i have not got my refund when i have talked with amazon custom care they are telling that refund has already been processed but i have not recieved the refund and bank is also not helping they have given a reference no-[protected] told to contact customer care of your bank but when i am dialling customer care it is showing invalid no so i request you to make my refund as soon as possible

        Our account number[protected] was refund by amazon on 05/04/2020. Whose reference number is written below. Today is going to be 30 days instead of 4 days, but the money is still not in the account. The customer care number of the bank is also not being called. I need a lot of money in knockdown. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

            999 rs from my account had been deducted from my account on 17/4 for amazon prime membership which i cancelled on same day and refund had been intiated on same day
            But i dint get refund amount it’s already 10 days now
            I called canara bank costumer care where they said refund is not intiated and then i called amazon costumer care they said refund is already done and gave me reference number
            Kindly do the needful

                Hi team,

                I have cancelled the prime membership on 13th of april 2020, and they said they have initiated for the refund with the bank and till now i haven't receive any refund in my account. They have given me a reference number for the refund [protected]. Kindly help me to fix this issue and get my refund back asap.

                    I bought a LAN cable from amazon and due to corona issue the seller cancelled the order and the refund was initiated on April 4th. Every time I ask the customer service they ask me to wait patiently another 5 days. now its April 29th. Today they told me as per RBI rule it will take longer timer to get refund for bulk order(2 times, 1 item was cancelled). Every time they give another excuses.

                          At around 2:45 am on[protected] I received a mail of an order of Amazon Pay Gift Card order of Rs 250 which i never did. After that I received a mail of reloading amount of $25 which again wasn't done by me. Amazon sent me a mail that they have suspended my orders and Amazon account because they detected unusual activity on it.

                            I receiving this message from feb to till date - alert:rs.129.00 spent via credit card xxxxxx at amazon without pin/otp.

                            I did not give any permission to amazon to deduct any such amount from my account, and that so happened without any otp or pin. I did not make this transaction, and i want my money back immediately. This is totally unacceptable

                            Pl. Revert back and give me the complain no and contect person...

                                I was recently billed two months for the Amazon Prime Membership in the amount of $12.99. I was not aware of the membership and never used the account. Please refund my the total cost 25.98 back to my credit card account. I have made several attempts to contact Amazon by phone and I have received a pre recording every time.

                                  I ordered the items costing 493 rs from amazon on[protected].

                                  But i cancelled the order, now to get the refund back to my bank account, they (Amazon) sent me the 19 digit reference number. When i called bank customer care to get the amount, they told me that they cant credit the amount through reference number.
