5jan 2020 buy a product ₹1299 using some amazon pay balance and debit card amount ₹686.65 and after some day return it,
Amazon initiated my refund on 12jan 2020 but not got my money, amazon say amount credited on 17jan 2020 in your bank account but i'm still not getting any amount and bank not responding for this concern.

I purchased a puma shoe from amazon. The product is delivered on 11 december. I got different product once i open. Immediately i contact with amazon. They told that you can retun this product by self. I send this product by courier service dtdc. On 1jan. Item is delivered on 8 jan. Till now i did not get refund. My Amazon account is blocked from 5 days but they are not helping me. They said me that you will receive email regarding this issue but until I have not received any email and they are saying that your issue is your card details are wrong but I have not used any card to buy anything from Amazon just the card is is saved on it. I was a very old customer for Amazon online shopping in India. But present days they're not punctual to deliver the ordered items thru their delivering facility and keeping our money for very long period.
