I have ordered lg 335 l refrigerator on 21 march (Order id[protected]) and samsung full hd led tv (Order id[protected]) on 22 march, 2020 and made complete payment at the time of ordering. Till today 23 march, 1.45 pm, none of the orders have been shipped. I have contacted the customer care twice since ordering but still no progress whatsoever. Kindly resolve the issue and take necessary actions for the products to be delivered asap.

250 ml Himalaya litchi floavour and green apple flavor hand sanitizers is being sold at a very high price by the seller sunil medicose for rupees 270 in the Amazon site, when the actual mrp rate is 185 rupees as of manufacturing date March 2020 . This is outrageous at a time like this, please look into this issue and make the seller to sell it for the mrp price itself.

I have purchased hp wireless keyboard from amazone website and txn no. Is #[protected] dated 03/03/2020 but i have canceled my order and cancellation no. Is #[protected] after this amazone claimed that refund is issued from amazone ref no #[protected] dated[protected] but refund is not credit in my account bank and amzne not answering me.

I ordered a crutial 4gb ram from amazon and get a defective product. So i contacted to the customer service and tell the problem. They said that they will send the refund in original payment method by 7-10 days. I wait till the 11th day. But i didn't received a refund. Though amazon seller has confirmed the refund and share the details with me. But i haven't received the refund yet. And the bank branch can't help me with this and their behaviour is very rude about this.

Bus operator cancel my bus without any information to me, also he changed by bus when i reached at bus stop, and took extra 350 each for all of my three tickets, since i was with my family, so paid him extra money, but it is very unprofessional since i was going with my family to my homw town due to corona lock down issue.
Pl discuss my concerns with bus operator and also try get my extra money back, which i gave to bus operator goon.

Sir i've ordered an item from amazon on 16th of march and the expected delivery date was 21st of march but the order not get delivered by the last date and i contacted amazon at least 10 times in a day that when'll the order get delivered and at last the order get delayed and the expected delivery date is 28 march and when i contacted to amazon for this issue then they don't hear me they cut off the phone. So sir i request you to take the action on it as the payment has already done on this order.

Dear sir, I ordered a tshirt from amazon and that order got cancelled by the seller but i had already paid for that. the amount is 234rs which was paid on 12th of january 2020. the order got cancelled on 16th january of 2020 but i didnt get my amount back to my account. the order id is[protected]. i please you to clear my issue

I have placed 2 orders of rupa jon women's cotton panty (Pack of 10) which costs 185/- while placing order but now i received one piece per order. Which is very unfair and its cheating. Showing 10 quantity and sending 2 quantity. My order no's are 1.[protected]

And on (11/03/2020) which they refuned
Amazmn initiated amount to my card but i still didn't received money.

And told me to file a charge disputeform but indian bank doesn't have such policy.
So please kindly respond to this compliant its very urgent

Dear sir

I had ordered as it is whey protein (2kg) on 11th march from amazon.in and i have received some l-carnitine from as it is (2*250 gm each).
I regret to state that i have received a wrong product and the packets are in dusty condition and look old as well.
I have already called amazon twice but i discovered that this product is not non returnable.
I have already ordered whey protein (From as it is) from amazon on 13th december 2019 so there is no chance that i have purchased the wrong product
I am frequent buyer from amazon and have adequate basic knowledge about selecting a product.

So i request amazon to consider the long term relationship and provide either of the options

1) exchange the product with as it is whey protein
2) provide refund and cancel the order
3) cancel the order and provide balance in amazon pay.

Hi,

I have order this product and got the product delivery today and looks like some has tempered the seal and insert toy into it.

I didn't understand how come the product was being delivered in this condition when check with delivery partner, they informed the product is as it is delivered.

A refund of 649 rupees was successfully processed on 05 march 2020 at 9.50 pm to my account by amazone. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

Sir i had placed an order on 3rd march 2020 and payed the amount rs 1482 by amazon pay upi in advance but then after cancelling the order a refund has been initiated by amazon on 10 march 2020 with refund reference #[protected] according to them the refund is successfull but the money is not reflected in my account i had already visited the branch sbi sector 32c but they are saying there is no pending transaction. I buy an product on amazon which is delivered on 28/02/2020 but the product quality not good so i raise an return request on 28/02/2020 same but the my return pikup has not been processed by ecom till date for this i raise dispute 4 times on custmor service but they didn't resolved my problem & my money is still pending at company.

Somebody hacked my amazon account and access with my stored credit card and generate e-gift card for 9500 rs and 20000 rs
I trying to many times call and formal mail but not receiver my money till now. I got otp and amount deduction msgs in my mobile but this transation not done by me. I dont know how this possible without sharing my otp to another person. I am feeling very helpless bcoz amazon customer care executive tell me again again that they solev query in 24 hours but now its already 48 hour nad more but no resolution i got. Plz hlep me

I have purchased a boult audio probass curve neckband order no.[protected] and the amount is rs.- 1399.00 only and i requested to return it and the return has completed by courier. I have placed this order on 6th june 2019 and the return has been completed on 16th june 2019 and still i have not received my refund. I have called the amazon executive so many times but every time he told me to wait for 3-5 days within 3-5 days your refund will be approved but it has not happened yet.
So, here i am writing this so i can get my refund my refund is pending from last 9 months its a huge time.

I asked for the return and replacement
& they agreed
But this time they sent me a small empty plastic box
Now when i am trying to convey further, "they are telling me that, they have investigated and correct item has been sent and received. One of the person in chat acknowledged that it is indeed a scam and threatened,"do what u can we wont return your money"
I am a amazon member from last ten years
