    Address: Brigade Gateway, 8th floor, 26/1, Dr. Rajkumar Road, Malleshwaram(W), Bangalore-560055, Karnataka, India.

    I was on 30 days free trail on amazon prime membership from[protected]. On[protected] they subscribed me into the yearly package of rs.999. I immediately requested for cancellation of the package. The package was cancelled but the amount did not get refunded into my canara bank account. When i complaint about the matter to the customer care service, they informed me that from their side the amount has been refunded and will be showing in my account within a few business days. Along-with that they have also send reference id code which shows that amount has been generated from their side but is not reflected into my bank account. Here i will attach the snaps of the email send by amazon. It will be helpful if the needful actions are carried out as soon as possible.

        Have ordered mobile with above order i'd around one month back. Till 3 days back we got update like order will be delayed and now we got update like order cancelled. When talked with customer executives they r saying order cancelled again and again and also telling u can complaint where ever u can about this. Is this type of business u people r doing. I don't understand should we have trust in amazon anymore. Even customer executives are talking reckless. We r buying product by paying money not getting it for free right.
        I have faced these type of issues for last four orders. As per ur executive told u can complaint anywhere i am going to file a case in labour court for the same. I have shared some of the data in attachments.

                I purchased a product on amazon on 11th april month using my canara bank debit card and i return the item on 12th and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 12 th of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as.                 75503720103039382037050 and 75503720105039399388676, i had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

                      This is regarding about the refund which is still pending to be credited to my canara bank account.
                      Amazon prime has iniatiated an refund amount of 999/- which was processed on 22.04.2020
                      The reference number for the same is [protected]. It should take only 4 business days
                      It's been more than a week now.
                      Kindly do the needfull at the earliest. Or else i need to file a charge dispute

                        I m unable to get my refund and credit shell from which is already issued by indigo to cleartrip. Now cleartrip is neither picking any customer care call nor have they support id. Basically my money 58 aed and 163 aed is stuck with cleartrip and i cannot access that.
                        Also the booking was made through amazon.in but they ultimately have coordination with cleartrip. Pls get my refund as i m not able to book further flights.

                          I am mr. Prakash mondal, my last order value is inr 2315 and order date 23rd feb, 2020. I am eligible below this offer.
                          Offer name is "end of season sale" and offer period: 21st february 2020 00:00:00 hrs to 23rd february 2020 23:59:59 hrs.
                          Offer 1 is:

                          (A) 10% cashback as amazon pay balance on minimum order value of inr 2000 of fashion and beauty products, net of all discounts applied.

                          (B) participating categories (Fashion & beauty): apparel, footwear, handbags, sportswear, watches, eyewear, luggage, jewellery, make-up, luxury beauty (Excluding gold & silver coins).

                          (C) applicable only on prepaid orders, i. E., payments through credit card, debit card, net-banking or amazon pay balance only

                          (D) not applicable on cash on delivery or pay on delivery orders

                          (E) offer period: 21st february 2020 00:00:00 hrs to 23rd february 2020 23:59:59 hrs

                          (F) maximum cashback amount per customer: inr 500

                          (G) cashback will be calculated on the final order value after applying coupon discounts. Example: if order value is inr 2000 and coupon discount of inr 100 is applied, bringing the final order value to inr 1900, then the order is ineligible for the cashback offer.

                          (H) your amazon account information has to be fully updated with your name, email and phone number for you to be eligible for the cashback

                          (I) any cancelled order (S)/item (S) will not be eligible for cashback and the refund amount of cancelled/returned order (S)/item (S) will be adjusted (Net off) for the cashback amount, from the purchase amount for the offer.

                          Total cash back should be rs.200 (Offer-1)+rs.231.5 (Offer-2)=431.5, i have only get rs.200/-

                          The amount of inr 231.5 which i have not receive till now.

                          As discussed with customer care executive, i share the offer details screen shot copy and also offer link. This mail i already send[protected] and[protected]

                              I did not have any service with you and there is a bill on my credit for $29.95
                              which I do not owe. If you don't credit my credit card back with that amount of money I will report you and contact the Commerce Dept. I am ashamed of you and expect this to be corrected.

                                      I placed an essential things' order as prepaid on 23rd march 2020 but still i am waiting for the delivery of my ordered goods or products and i also contacted via email and calls to amazon's so-called customer care services but all of representatives are still unhelpful. Everyday amazon creates new deadlines of delivery of my ordered products but each and eveyday of my life is going to be waiting. What should i do against this issue?
