I ordered few products, clothes and electronic item but today i received a message that order is cancelled without any prior notice, my question is when did i ask the product to be delivered in time of covid 19 but who gives amazon the right to cancel order without customer consent. Are you going to pay interest on the sum of money which was kept on hold for 16 days till now? Or will you give product at same price after this period?

    On march 10, someone hacked my amazon account and changed associated email and mobile number.

    Since mobile number and email changed, therefore i could not have any update of what the hacker is doing with my amazon account.

    Hacker ordered an an apple iphone 11 from my account using amazon pay emi. My amazon pay emi account had a limit of inr 75000 and the hacker used 70050.

    I did not get any message or email from captial float (Lending partner of amazon) when it happend but later on april 1 suddenly i got a text message that an emi of inr 8592 is due towards my amazon pay emi account.

    I was trying to login to my amazon account on march 11 and i realised its hacked and i am not able to access my account. I called customer care, but the customer care executive said that there is no amazon account associated with my email id/ mobile number and he cannot help as he cannot verify my account.

    When i got emi message on 1 april 2020, i called amazon again and explained them the situation and this time the executive further discussed with senior and accounts team and then they verified my account using address validation and past order history and they agreed that it was hacked and helped me restore my account back.

    I have the access to my account now but amazon has deleted the order history but amazon pay emi saction shows the details which suggest that hacker ordered an iphone 11 using amazon pay emi.

    Now i am getting calls from captial float to keep sufficient balance in my bank account so that emi can be deducted but its a clear fraud and i did not purchase anything using amazon pay emi

    I see at various online platform that this is happening with many customers.

    Please help me getting it resolved. Capital float (Lending partner with amazon) is saying that they need an email from amazon that it was a fraud transaction they only they can block my limit and waive off current amount

    Please help me get this confirmation email from amazon and get me out of this emi as not paying emi will affect my credit score too.

    I am attaching all the proofs and documents that i have

    I use face lock on my mobile and no other person has access to it and since it has happend with many customers (i see similar complaints on this platform as well) its something that amazon should look into. How customer accounts are being compromised and why changing mobile and email id does not require any authorization from old number/email

        Dear Sir,
        I have balance in Amazon pay around Rs1010/- .And now I am preparing for order some assential grocesaries from Amazon today.Now the situation is that my Amazon pay balance deducted for any play store voucher on 30th march 20.thats completely wrong way and without my knowledge as I have not opened my Amazon app the entire day as lock down goes on.so nothing to order and so no opening of Amazon apps.But amozon self order this gv in my account.
        So kindly refund my rs 1000/- ASAP please and contact me on .

            I purchased two items. Paid rs.11, 495, 00. One is nike mens t shirt and another is ray ban full rim spectacle frame. I returned both item due to some problem. I received rs. 4, 321, 00 of nike t shirt as return but i have not received rs. 7, 174, 00 of ray ban spectacle frame till today as return. I order placed on-21.04.2019. Order received on-06, 05, 2019. Order returned on09.05.2019 by amazon return policy. The seller received their item on-12.05.2019 as per my india post tracking number. It is sold by cloudtail india. I return to amazon seller gmr airport city pin-500108 r. G. I airport s. O from arjuna behera. At - medical campus, po-mohana, dist-gajapati, state-odisha, pin-761015. The seller cheating me since one years. He is not responding my repeated request. So kindly help me for my refund money rs.7, 174.00 of ray ban frame otherwise return my item.               My name is jatin singh and i had ordered gold star running shoes (White) of rs.425 in amazon on 09.03.2020 and after 13.03.2020 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 18.03.2020
              Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number that is ref. No. - 146472 and told me to fill charge dispute form but sbi bank doesn't have such policy. So
              Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                My name is Om Sodvadiya and i had ordered Dell charger 65 waltof Rs 1040/- in Amazon on 22th February and on 3 october the item was returned as the address entered was not sufficient . And on 25 febuary amazon initiated the refund amount to my card but i still did not get my money. Amazon sent this reference number [protected] told me to fill charge dispute form but bank of baroda did not have such policy and they asked me to enquire about this issue with amazon customer care. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent .

                On 21/03/2020 Rs 999/ - was debited in my credit card without my consent. I request to cancel the transaction. No OTP was not sent to me and no sms was sent from Hdfc.

                  I bought an airpods from amazon and got the fake product and now they are not addressing my complaint and also denying to replace or refund the same. I have called them atleast 20 times and again and again but they are not addressing my complaint. They are telling to get a service denial letter from apple but they are not providing the denial letter. My 13000 is stuck

                        I had ordered office chair from amazon 21st march 2020. The delivery date was 24th march 2020. We didn't receive it till 29th march 2020. Also, there were no updates regarding the same. We had to call the customer service and confirm. Then, they confirmed that the product will not be delivered. And we had to request them for refund. This is poor customer service. This was an essential item for us. Totally disappointed.

                          Refund has been made by amazon on 19/3/2020 of may regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

                            I ordered for a dry battery for my jio data card unit (Rjr 2600 mah compatible battery for jio wifi 4 el-bp515761v) and verified with jio stores nearby and found that the battery does not work at all, and it seems to be very old stuff and completely dry.
                            I request you to replace the battery at the earliest. I am trying to return this battery to your office address and i am sure that it will not reach you before the return date due corrona vruus problem.
                            I request you to adjust the return date policy and extend your co operation to to return a new battery in working condition. I am a senior citizen aged 75 years, cannot afford to loose my money.
                            Hope you will understand and accept theis return goods and send me the battery at the earliest.

                              I have received an empty packet from amazon insted of a baby stroller. I have send the images to them as well, still after investigation they are saying that we are not going to refund your money. My 3365 are gone now. I donno how do they investigated.                                   I received damaged product from amazon, now i want refund but they are neglecting me. Customer care said you have to wait atleast 1 month, why i have to wait. I need my money back. I m suffering from some medical issues and its very urgent. Please help me out from this situation. Amazon customer care executive taking me so lightly. Amount of machine is 20000 which i ordered and this is very big amount for me.

                                    I have ordered mobile handset (Red mi note-8) on 6th feb 2020. I was not delivered and was denied the delivery.

                                    I have chased for refund of the amount of rs 14999 and continuously chasing with customer team.

                                    Team told that payment got stuck and wait till 31st march 2020.

                                    I am helpless. Wrote email and spoke to customer care team but no action taken so far.

                                    Please look into it do the necessary step to refund the amount along with compensation.

                                      I had ordered mask twice from amazon. The first time they cancelled the order and the delivery agent did not deliver it. Again i ordered a new mask two weeks ago, since then i am calling them 100 times to deliver it as it is need of the hour right now. They say we are delivering priority things. What else is on priority at this corona time.

                                        Sir i have received a replacement and it was defective the i raise a request for return. Then courier boy come and check the image in his phone software then he check all the specification emi and other details ovearall he checked the item correctly then he pick the product. Now comany is harassing me and not giving my refund. Kindly help
