Hello my name is shashikant live in muradnagar 201206 my problem is amazon refund my amount in bank on 23 march 2020 but after 10 days amount not credit then i submit an application to bank on 4 april 2020 with amazon refund amount reference number (1) # 7bjxc7yk0000k78numvv (2)# 151960 but after 7 days i did not get my amount so kindly look in this matter and help me to get my payment total amount is 18423 rupees.

        Dear sir myself yatin gandhale from indapur pune. From past few days i m getting messages that your amazon pay emi of 10263.24 rs is overdue of loan taken by you via amazon pay facility. While my concern is that i haven't bought any item from amazon hence there is no question of capital float loan. I called capital float customer service but they suggested me to contact amazon. When i called amazon they told me that they want my details which i gave to them but they said your account is not getting verified. When i tried to see my past orders history i was not able to access anything. Then again i called amzaon then they replied that we have temporarily restricted your access to your amazon account. I am stuck with amazon and capital float i haven't purchased anything and still getting messages of loans.

          Im highly disappointed with the harrowing experience i had with such a giant ecommerce like amazon.

          I had saved my credit card details on amazon which was compromised and apart from the amazon pay money that was wiped out of my account, the hacker placed another order through amazon.com using the credit card details that i had saved on amazon.in

          Pfb the message i received to which no one from amazon.in agreed to help me. I was asked to contact amazon.com

          Alert: you've spent rs.1973.54 on credit card xx2441 at amzn mktp us on[protected]:14:05:54.

          Amazon.com is not answering any calls and even though i have left a message for the team regarding my concern, i have no clue whether my money will be refunded or not. I was forced to block my credit card in the fear that there would b anymore transactions from my account.

          Can you imagine my plight? With a 18month old baby and 2 elderly in laws dependent on me, how will i survive till i get a new card? Which will take approximately a weeks time to be delivered considering the covid 19 and the lockdown.

          You really think a gift card of rs 300 something can make up for the stressful 3 hours i had first contacting amazon and then blocking my credit card and then trying to contact amazon.com in vain? It has caused lot of stress and unrest and i want amazon to reimburse me for that

          Im going to sue amazon for compromising my account. This is the worst experience anyone could ever expect from amazon

                  I ordered a product worth rs.295 on amazon.in by my debit card on march 15 which i returned and the refund was processed fron their end. But i haven’t received the refund yet. Tried to call central bank customer care many times but couldn’t connect to them.

                  I am providing the screenshot of mail from amazon.in for your reference and hoping to get my refund back.

                    I ordered a fitness band from amazon, (prepaid order) i had to cancel ot due to some reason. After the cancellation the refund has not even reflected in my account but the Amazon representative say they have given the refund ask the Bank about it, but the refund has not reflected in my account.

                            For my mother, who is 85+ and a cancer patient, i ordered few borosilicate glass water bottles and some books (One is yet to be published) well before the outbreak of the present crisis. I paid full amount in advance. Suddenly today, i get commandment of m/s amazon that all these orders are cancelled by them.
                            Is it proper business practice? I never insisted for urgent delivery. Amazon india forwarded their date of delivery several times and i kept mum. I understood the reason for delay. But i vehemently oppose their double standard. They are telling that "we are getting back on track", but practicing the polar opposite. Why this hypocrisy?

                                  I have placed an order & order also got delivered but reward which was promised as " 100 % cashback upto 75 /- on recharge or bill payments offer not sent so far!

                                  I have already contacted care but no correct answer or no resolution so far!

                                  Amazon is became worst from this financial year!

                                  Immediately initiate severe action on this company & compensate me with rs. 5000 /- for the inconvenience caused in this matter!

                                    Delivery address mentioned on order as daudpur, pin-841205 saran, bihar but your delivery boy called to collect at ekma, 9.4km away from my home.
                                    Delivery threatened that if i will not collect then i will send return. I requested to delivery at given address but he returned. My refund should be full in amount.
                                    Amazon need to look into such arrogant courier agent which is gross violence of consumer service. Why amazon will refund after deduction. I need full refund.

                                        My name is anuradha mohinta i had ordered olay regenerist whip day cream of amount 1999 in amazon on 17 march 2020 and after 19 march 2020 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 20 march 2020 amazon initiated the amount rs1979 to my card and also 20rs on amazon pay but i still didn't get the rs1979 money on my account. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond this complaint it's very urgent.
