I have made purchase on amazon through my debit cars on 18 feb and refund for that was initiated on 20 feb but money was still not ctedited in my account but i have contacted amazon they are saying money from our side has already been settled into bank account they have gave a refund id

    Refund of rs. 432/- has been made by amazon on 20 of february 2020 regarding a product (Order number is #[protected].
    "the reference number of refund is 74332740051005057578348
    But, the refund has not been received yet.
    Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
    I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

      I have received a message without otp or password 999rs was deducted to Amazon1258399 from my card ending 7445 but that transaction was not made by me. So I have called the customer care he responded that it was used for Amazon prime where it is fraud transaction So please take the action and refund the money as soon as possible if not I will no more account holder in HDFC bank.

        Sir about 15 days ago i ordered kobo trade mill from amazon shopping site and pay 10, 600 rs to them online but today upto1.3.2020 there is no response about my product and tracking status shows product is delivered... Plz resolve the issue as i already talk with pragati, mohd muti, manish from amazon customer service but not get satisfactory response from them...

              I hav ordered a pair of boots on 18 february 2020. I hav paid the amount 2499 rs.in advance through debit card, indian bank. Due to it size i returned the same on 22 february 2020. But i did not recevied any payment in my account till now. I talked to customer care and they advised me to fill this form. Kindly refund my payment as soon as possible. I shall be thankful to you.

But i could not get this amount in my bob account.. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them.. I have talked to them again and again but no response coming soon..                   As i placed an order for sofa on 14of feb but till date i did not get any product... I have ordered for black and white combination but they themselves modified it to silver and black... If itry to contact customer service their representatives giving fake tracking id and fake courier partners.. It's js not jenuine and they can't change by themselves as stock is over. So kindly resolve it as soon as possible

                    I have recently saw amazon hirings in quir and sent my resume and documrnts for online direct recruitment. Then i have got call from this number [protected] name rashika telling me that i am selected for amzon warehouse as operations coordinator.. Then she told me that i have to make payment of 1700 for suit charges as they are refundale i have done it..                       Appreciate your effort finding package. Really bad on todas issue with amazon team and delivery persons.

                      Really shocked, even nobody contacted, or any message, or email not get any communication from amazon team and delivery manager or boy or agent, showing amazon status deliver to customer by eod.,

                      While calling amazon team its ivr auto teller will be delivery by eod. Who rejected — 7:33 pm —

                      Who did this update. Did he approached or contacted, message or came to my home discuss with my family or by me.

                          I respect fully want to say that i was purchased indulekha oil bottel from amazon but i have received a defective bottel then i complaint amazon so they send me the mail, in the mail they written that my refund of rs 364 has been successfully done.
                          I want to say one more thing that the refund has been placed on (Closed) account so pl tell me how refund is placed in closed a/c.
                          I told them that i have not receive refund bcoz this a/c is closed since 1 yr.
                          I request them pl resubmit the refund in my currently added new a/c but they told me that they cannot help me.
                          So pl help me regarding it i am very frustrated regarding this matter.

                              This order was shipped on 19 february, 2020 and was expected to be delivered by 25th february, 2020. However the tracking number provided is invalid and no tracking info available against the tracking id even after 1 week of product shipment. Now the amazon team is not able to contact the seller and giving me the lame reasons of delaying my refund. This is the instance of third class service from amazon where every agent provides different information and just delays the refund process. The order amount is more than 60k and they are not refunding the money.

                                I ordered a product name muscleblaze whey performance protection 4kg from amazon 19, Feb, 2019 worth Rs 5964 . The product is delivered in nearby store. Then I took the product from the store.
                                But when I opened the product I found that seal is opened and the powder is also spilled in the bucket.
                                Then I contact amazon customer service, they told me that they can't take any action because the store manager can't mark this product as picked up and tell that I have to wait .
                                After 2 days thei got the notification that my order is picked up. Then I again call customer care, they ask me for snapshot of damaged product and wait till 3 days so that there consent team will investigate.
                                After 3 days I again called amazon customer care regarding any update. Then they say that I can't get any replacement or return . When I ask the reason then the say that the resolution is coming from investigation department and they can't do anything. And they can't help me regarding this order.
                                According to reports 60-70% of supplement in india are fake.
                                Then why I consume this product. I want my money back.
                                If amazon can't give my money then they should send me a written letter which stats that this supplement is safe to consume and doesn't have any side effects. Then only I consume this product.
                                This is not a small amount, I can't throw away this product nor I consume it without any written proof.
                                Amazon investigation department should send a written letter to me regarding this product authenticity otherwise give my money back. My order no.[protected]

                                  I ordered garlic powder through amazon by paying online (Order no:[protected] on 16/02/2020 and on sunday morning (23rd february 2020) when i woke up, i received a message that the item is delivered to me. When i went down, i noticed the gate in open condition and found the garlic powder (The ordered item) damaged by stray dogs spread all over the car parking area.

                                  I checked the delivery status on my amazon app and check the status of the order and found the status mentioned as delivered the product to customer and obtained customer signature. (I checked my phone call history and i couldn’t find any missed call from the delivery agent)

                                  When i searched on the internet (By typing, item destroyed by dog) i found similar complaints from customers (Refer -https://sellercentral.amazon.com/forums/t/item-destroyed-by-dog/17684) and repetition of the same issue that happened to me is clear evidence of non-resolving of this identified nonconformity by amazon quality or customer care division. So, i contacted amazon customer - care and when i explained my issue, the amazon representative offered me a refund, but being a person who is concerned about public, i refused the offer and requested her to give an assurance that next time this will not happen. But her answer was very provocative and that resulted me to write a feedback about this issue on amazon. But i received a response from amazon 3 days after the issue, stating that they are not able to post this feedback due to their community guidelines. Also, they never expressed any kind of regret for the inconveniences happened to customer.

                                  I ordered this item for the preparation of a particular dish (Requested my majority of my family members) on the occasion of a family get-together and due to this inconvenience from amazon (Who has the vital responsibility to deliver the item which is paid by the customer) i was forced to change the dish from the party menu.

                                  My concern is that refund by amazon will not be a permanent solution for such repeated inconvenient and actions (Not delivering the item paid to right customer, not contacting customer upon delivery of a product, providing wrong information that customer signed for the product etc;) amazon should try to understand customer’s basic rights and expectations such as timely delivery, right delivery of items, etc and make an effective resolution (Proactive approach rather than reactive) for this kind of issue which negatively impacts the public.

                                    I cancelled my amazon prime quite some time ago because i did not realize that it was a monthly charge. I rarely order from amazon but when i do i just pay shipping. I did not authorize this charge of $119.00 and i would like it removed from my credit card ending in 6603. I do not want to go through this every year so do not add this charge anymore.

                                        With due respect and humble submission, I have the honour to inform you that on 25/01/2020 I was shopping at online Amazon, an amount of Rs 30400/- via Debit card EMI. I approved the transaction via Internet banking. After approved the transaction for 12 months EMI, Amazon shown payment failed.
                                        Subsequently, a loan account opened for the same bearing LOAN Account no-[protected] .
                                        Further, I contacted to Amazon service centre and they informed me that the payment process failed and the payment didn't received at their end and couldnt placed the order.
                                        Further, I visited my branch (Telegaon 07435)but the branch manager and the staff confirmed me that the amount credited to Amazon Pooling Account.
                                        Unfortunately, the bank deducted the 1st EMI today on[protected] for which order I didnt received

                                        I contacted the Amazon customer Service centre but they confirmed they didnot received the money.
