Fraudulent purchase of rs.50000/- was done using my sbi debit card ending with 2813 on 31.12.2019. I complained about this at amazon customer care, however they have processed the order inspite of me lodging a complaint with them of the order to be a fraudulent and transaction done by my debit card although i have not done any such transactions whatsoever. I registered my complaint on 01.01.2020 but still the invalid order was processed....

I bought a new xiaomi redmi note 8 phone from amazon. The phone dissipates a lot of heat even in normal use. While charging, it's very uncomfortable to hold as well. I requested for a replacement the next day itself. As per their request, i installed an app for system analysis.
