    1) i had ordered cherokee by unlimited women's slim fit pant of rs.499 in amazon on 27 feb 2020 and after 9 march 2020 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 9 march 2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number # 74332740070006977805941.
    2) i had ordered bata women's pleated ballerina black ballet flats-6uk of rs.764 in amazon on 27 feb 2020 and after 15 march 2020 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 15 march 2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number # 74332740076007573996450.
    3) i had ordered bata women's pleated ballerina black ballet flats-3uk of rs.540 in amazon on 27 feb 2020 and after 16 march 2020 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 16 march 2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number # 74332740077007617934573.
    4) i had ordered failures artificial leather stylish casual black college backpacks of rs.339 in amazon on 29 feb 2020 and after 16 march 2020 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 16 march 2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number # 74332740077007625851140.
    So please kindly respond to my complaint it's very urgent.

      My name is sparsh saraogi and i had ordered mi 10000 mah li-polymer power bank 2i (Blue) with 18w fast charging of rs.899 on amazon which i paid through by sbi debit card on 12.03.2020 and after 13.03.2020 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 13.03.2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 620418. It's been 13 days and the amount has still not been credited to my bank account. I had called sbi customer care as well as visited my branch and they have said that no refund has been initiated fron amazon. This is plain and simple fraid by amazon india.           This is regarding order[protected] cost Rs 3365.
          This order had multiple items.
          I received such a small packet and got message tgat otem is delivered. But it was small packet with cardboards in it no pram, it was empty .After complaining add also we didnt got refund .There was no investigation done still they are saying acc to investigation order is delivered.This is not at all expected from Amazon .this amount is not less. Hiw could they deliver empty packet and what investigation they have dkne.Customer care is not all ready to help in this matter.packet also shws tgat it has 8 kg parcel.how can someone put baby pram in such a small packet.

            Am teja worked as sales associate in amazon i thought amazon would be a great company which i thought before and now am trying to commit suicide because of our manager my issue is i worked for more than 22days in challenging whether without food from morning to evening finally i get nothing but uscond i worked every day than others completing my target they cheated me on purpose tell how do i survive with this situation i better die amezon and our manager responsible for my death god bless anezon

              I was given the due date 22nd march 2020 for my package to arrive, but was rescheduled for 23rd march 2020. My package didnt arrive on 23rd too. There are no updates given till today.
              I called for the customer service, they are constantly consoling me about it to arrive soon... But atleast i should be given the updates about my order for which i already made the payment via debit card.

                I have ordered lg 335 l refrigerator on 21 march (Order id[protected]) and samsung full hd led tv (Order id[protected]) on 22 march, 2020 and made complete payment at the time of ordering. Till today 23 march, 1.45 pm, none of the orders have been shipped. I have contacted the customer care twice since ordering but still no progress whatsoever. Kindly resolve the issue and take necessary actions for the products to be delivered asap.

                  250 ml Himalaya litchi floavour and green apple flavor hand sanitizers is being sold at a very high price by the seller sunil medicose for rupees 270 in the Amazon site, when the actual mrp rate is 185 rupees as of manufacturing date March 2020 . This is outrageous at a time like this, please look into this issue and make the seller to sell it for the mrp price itself.

                    I purchase water filter from Amazon but because of damage I return back to amazon but till now refund money not reflect in my account inspire of money transfer from Amazon as they said every time I called.
                    They sent me mail and asked to send 1850 later they never t responding to my cal at all they are cheating everyone like should take strict action this time
                    I have ordered fat tire bicycle 26 inch on 5 march due to some reasons i cancel my order i have paid the money through card and i did not get my refund back its been 15 days i did not get any refund amazon had refunded it to my bank and we have talk to bank about it but they said they didint recieve any fund

                      I ordered a crutial 4gb ram from amazon and get a defective product. So i contacted to the customer service and tell the problem. They said that they will send the refund in original payment method by 7-10 days. I wait till the 11th day. But i didn't received a refund. Though amazon seller has confirmed the refund and share the details with me. But i haven't received the refund yet. And the bank branch can't help me with this and their behaviour is very rude about this.

                        Bus operator cancel my bus without any information to me, also he changed by bus when i reached at bus stop, and took extra 350 each for all of my three tickets, since i was with my family, so paid him extra money, but it is very unprofessional since i was going with my family to my homw town due to corona lock down issue.
                        Pl discuss my concerns with bus operator and also try get my extra money back, which i gave to bus operator goon.

                          Sir i've ordered an item from amazon on 16th of march and the expected delivery date was 21st of march but the order not get delivered by the last date and i contacted amazon at least 10 times in a day that when'll the order get delivered and at last the order get delayed and the expected delivery date is 28 march and when i contacted to amazon for this issue then they don't hear me they cut off the phone. So sir i request you to take the action on it as the payment has already done on this order.

                                      I had ordered as it is whey protein (2kg) on 11th march from amazon.in and i have received some l-carnitine from as it is (2*250 gm each).
                                      I regret to state that i have received a wrong product and the packets are in dusty condition and look old as well.
                                      I have already called amazon twice but i discovered that this product is not non returnable.
                                      I have already ordered whey protein (From as it is) from amazon on 13th december 2019 so there is no chance that i have purchased the wrong product
                                      I am frequent buyer from amazon and have adequate basic knowledge about selecting a product.

                                      So i request amazon to consider the long term relationship and provide either of the options

                                      1) exchange the product with as it is whey protein
                                      2) provide refund and cancel the order
                                      3) cancel the order and provide balance in amazon pay.
