I have ordered a barcelona jersy 399rs throught using my debit card. I have cancelled it before shipping. I got a message your refund will be credited to the payment mode you used (Debit card). I have received my refund yet. They even don't give a reference number. I need my money back. Kinldly solve my problem as soon as possible

    I ordered samsung galaxy note 9 128gb from amazon and when i opened it was an iphone which got delivered to me wrongly and i am behind them from 7 dsys but not get any resolution. I want to register complaint against them and my order number is

    The product was not packed properly and had leaked .The spill was more than half the capacity of the container which is not acceptable.WE WOULD LIKE TO REPLACE THE PRODUCT.

    Product is not working and mazon is now not replacing or not refunding nothing they does for help me. its a fraud i lost my 1500 in that not working mic, amazon should pay me back or reaplce it

      For subject product from amazon, i return he product to seller. Last fifteen days, i did not see the refund. Let me please write the history below:
      Recently i received following email from amazon:

      "dear customer
      We are writing to inform you regarding your return request for order #[protected] from amazon.in. Due to a technical issue at our end, you may not have received the option to choose a return pick up by amazon. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

      In case, you already initiated self ship return but yet to dispatch the item, please cancel the self-ship return and opt for return pick up by amazon. Please refer to amazon.in/returns at this link: http://www.amazon.in/gp/css/returns/homepage.html

      We appreciate your cooperation.

      I have already shipped the package to seller. Attached is the speed post receipt for return package. You amazon think that i will not take action for this, i will wait till i get reply from your end
      If you are so much worried for the customer, you please refund me the cost of shipping the package to seller, which came out to be rs 47.20
      One more request: when i got the package and request for the return to amazon, the only choice i saw on amazon web page for refund was (Did not remember the actual word) amazon payment. I paid the amount when taking the delivery was with my debit card ending in xxx996 fore amount of rs. 938.00 and the date was feb. 27, 2020. The question i have is where is the refund going to be. So far i did not see the refund. I expect the refund should be in the my debit card account
      But so far i did not hear any thing from amazon.
      Hope to hear soon from you for my refund"
      The email got undelivered due to address not found.
      I looked several p, laces for to complain about my problem with no end to search. It a very very confusion by amazon to keep customer in confusion in place of giving contact telephone #.

      Please need help as soon as possible.

      The item supplied was wrong size. I have returned and asked for refund but not yet received the refund till 282/2020 which is disappointing.
      Please stop charging me for Amazon Prime as I no longer desire to participate. Thank You.

        I ordered a juicer omega make online on 26th november 2019 paying more. It was supposed to be delivered to me by 29th november 2019. Repeated requests have put my order saying product in custom clearance. No one responded to my requests.in between, the same product appeared on amazon's web site with price as 89000/- for a brief period of time. They must have sold my product at a higher rate, i believe. After one such call on march 2, 2020 amazon unilaterally cancelled my order and when i protested the same 3rd march 2020, i am assured of redressal. So far no one has contacted. This is the sorry state of affairs at amazon. They don't really care for customers. They think indian customers can be taken for a ride because of our lax system. This company has to be thrown out of india and its high all act.

          Unauthorized debit from my creditcard. I want refund of amount and need fraudulent action against this transaction.

          Looks so many affected with amazon on this fraud. But no news or action. Available on amazon.

            I was applying for ICICI card from my Amazon account. but he is cancel. Then again a few days later your employer came to my house and scanned my document again and I got the card. But there was a problem that the document from this card application Kiyur Shah's account was slashed and the card came in my father's name.
            Give the icici amazon pay credit card for customer to fulfill the your employe target but causes the problemto the end user.
            And now Amazon says that you contact ICICI and ICICI says that you contact Amazon. If you (ICICI Bank and Amazon) cannot do team work with each other then this will endanger the end user.
            I talk and mail with them both in the last 20-22 days. But I do not get help from anyone.

              I have purchased a book from amazon on 23 february by making payment of 300 through india. Bank debit card. I have refund the item and amazon initiated refund on 1 march with reference number of # 6ui6dr1n0000k6rkvyqv. I talked custromer care so many time and branch to many time but they did not update my payment in my account yet.
              So i contact amazon, they requested to fill charge dispute form with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executive danying the existing of such form/facility. It is not about maney but about the customer care service offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

              Kindly resolve the issue.

                I had ordered philips ear phone, when i got the delivery, it was not philips, i sent it back, they again sent me the same ear phones which i had returned. I again returned the ear phones, this time i was promised that i will get the refund in 3 to 5 working days, i am still waiting for the refund.

                I have returned 2 products bought from amazon almost a month ago. They are showing that refund is issued but still I haven't got my money back. The first product was returned on January 28th and the second one on February 5 th. I have try to contact the customer care but failed. The total amount I have to get is 394 rupees.
                I ordered 2 slim fit track paint on 11 Feb 2020. due to not clear order I cancelled this order..but till date I m not receiving my refund money..

                    I have been an amazon customer since 2013. But over the last few years my experience with amazon as been hell. They have tie ups with some of the most fraud sellers because amazon wants to make the most out of cheating customers. Sending defective products, wrong products, used and expired products, and non delivery have been happening with almost every purchase of mine. I have orderd plenty of products most of which have been a complete nightmare as i have mentioned above. My very recent purchase has been a birthday present worth 1200 which they have sent used. I also ordered a grocery item and the whole packet was cut open. I received it like that.in order to eat more commission amazon india is stooping so low every time. Fraud advertising, trash quality sellers and service, fake pricing, scratching off manufacture dates and prices from labels of clothing all of these are amazon's habit by now. On top of all these amazon is forcing it employees to buy from them by getting their employers to deduct 4-5 thousand rupees a year from their salary and booking it as amazon coupons, so that employees are deprived of their own choice of online shopping site. So many employees every year are forced to buy on amazon even if they wanted to invest that money somewhere else. Amazon india and its sellers are bloody parasites of the society and flushing them out is now the only right way to stop their poisonous influence on society.

                        Hi team,

                        Subject : cashback issue on bus ticket booking.

                        I had booked bus ticket in amazon.in on 27th february 2020. I suppose to get rs.200 cashback amount in amazon pay balance account within 3 days, but till today i didnt received any cashback and literally i am harashed by amazon by giving me fake promises.
                        Note: i have collected cashback coupon by spin and win option, and the coupon is 20% cashback upto rs.200
                        When i call amazon customer support on 27th feb 2020 after booking, agent told me to wait for 3 days to receive the cashback.
                        When i call amazon on 3rd march 2020, agent told me he is escalating my concern to cashback escalation team and asked me to wait for 3 more days to get this issue sorted out.
                        Today (7th march 2020) when i called amazon customer care and spent 1hr23minutes on call and agent told me that previous agent raised escalation to wrong department and he want to raise escalation again today and asked me to wait for 5 to 7 days. I asked agent to trasfer call to senior level team, agent told me there is no senior person available to transfer the call and after 1hour 20 minutes he trasfered call to a supervisor and his name is vijay.
                        I attached mail received from vijay for the same.

                            My account put on hold, my friend used my account to purchase camera with saudi arabia debit card, after that my account put on hold. I can't even login into my account. I don't have any support documents what they've asked, my friend used my account to order some camera, from saudi arabia debit card, after this incident my account put on hold. Un hold my account.                                 I ordered few household products worth Rs 1711 on 20th Feb 2020.Out of which I got two products within 3 days but remaing five products was about to delivered upto 29th Feb.But I got a message that product is damaged so it will return to seller, than I will get my refund.I waited for that, after that I contacted customer care regarding this, they said need not to worry when it will reach to seller your money refund process will be initiated.I contact to them 6to 8 times, same response I got. Again I contacted to them than they said still the product is in destination place only, when it will dispatch and return to seller we will return your money.Today I contact to them they said seller side didn't cancel it so that's the reason u didn't got your refund.Really the past ssed this time.And it's happening 3 times with me when I contact to customer care they are giving wrong info and saying don't worry.Definately I will be worried if I got such type of response.

                                Again today also I contact to customer service and they said due to technical error u didn't got refund and I m doing manually.Everyday from one week they are saying now I have proof also.After getting money I am not going to use Amazon and suggest my friends and family also regarding this

                                After making so much mail and contact to customer care via app got the money back.Just a advice to Amazon don't make so complicated for your customer as you are one of the India leading online shopping site.

                                    I have made a prepaid order of an 8gm Kundan gold coin through AMAZON INDIA app on Feb 24, 2020. The expected delivery was stated as Feb 26 - Feb 28 and was carried out by their partner "Bluedart". There was no tracking info on my order this till March 02. It arrived today on March 04, 2020.

                                    The delivery boy neither requested for the OTP nor any govt ID proof. Also It was not handed over to the consignee.

                                    When the Box was opened it was shocking to observe that one of the blue zip ties is cut and the coin is missing.

                                      Gas stove bought thru amazon was returned to their manufacturer - fogger india-on 20th feb 2020. Since then fogger has not returned the money and amazon has washed off its hands saying they cannot ask their partner to pay.
                                      All this despite advising me to return the product to fogger whom i dont know as i bought it thru amazon and cloudtail (Its sister concern)
                                      Amazon has failed to help me resolve this issue

                                      Amazon has not bothered to resolve the complaint nor has it asked its vendor - Fogger India to refund the money or replace the product
                                      I will now take this to the consumer court asking Amazon India and Fogger India to pay the damages

                                        I had ordered "ps4 jump force" game vide order no #[protected] on 24.02.2020 from amazon india. However in response i received "grand theft auto v (Pc)".
                                        It is to mention that, on the outer envelope it was my address i. E my residence in noida. However inside the envelope there was an invoice in some other name along with grand theft auto game which i never ordered. When i tried to return it, there was no provision for return in amazon. Therefore, i called the customer care and lodged my complain. I was told that amazon will revert in 3 working days after verification on the same. However, to my surprise, i received an email that item has been sent to me as per my order. I again called the customer care and tried to explain them but they are also not providing any details as how they have ascertained that they have sent me the right item. I have all the proof but they are not ready to accept the fact. I have enclosed the photograph of all item and invoices which is self explanatory.
