28 of march regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

    I placed an order on the product 13 feb2020 from amazan, its amount was 9149 / -. Amazon initated my refund in 24 feb 2020. Amazon gave me a refund references number (74332740056005523114871) and said 3 to 4 business days are to amount is urs account otherwise contact to your bank i gave the referencing number in bank. I said in my bank, my refund did not come, his reference number is there, he did not track my amount. My amount is 9149/-rupees

      And told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So

        Hi team,

        This is regarding order[protected] which is planned to deliver today and i tried to contact your customer representative several times and got only one feedback that we will deliver it today.

        You guys need to understand that this is an replacement order and i have to carry the return item on daily basis.

        And i have last time aslo asked your transport team to deliver it before 5 pm.

        And whenever there is reschedule of some item you guys do not even attempt to deliver and send it back directly to seller and i am sure this will happen with this order as well.

        Also when your customer representative was not able to provide me with the proper solution and contact of the transportation team, i asked for the complete name so that i cam make complaint but she refused to do so.

        Also you guys are waisting my time on eaxh order as i am facing issue with aost each order done using amazon.

        Also you team said i will get email that they have escalated the issue but i have not got any email.

        Also your team is not able to create the return request properly, i have asked them many time and all they are creating is self pickup. Why you guys are creating self pickup when you guys have delivered the product and not able to deliver the new one from your end.

        I need my money back and i am going to raise this issue on consumer forum and also on pg portal so that every one know the kind of service you guys are providing. I also have recording of calls from your customer executive every one telling the different information and not aware of the details.

        I made a huge mistake by trusting amazon, pathetic service. Flipkart is way better in providing customer services.

            In the item descriptions it was mentioned that it has 4 layers. However the product I received has only 2 layers protection.
            Also in the product display it is mentioned that the product can be returned within 10 days, However while applying for return there is a message the product cannot be returned.
            AMAZON India had displayed a a wrong product description and gave a false commitment of 10 days return.

            I want Amazon to take back the product and return my Money. It is a fake product.

              Hello Sir

              A return request placed for Amazon Order ID [protected] containing Philips SHE1515BK/94 Upbeat Earphones with Mic (Black) and Syska Power Core 100 P1015B-BK 10000mAH Lithium Polymer Power Bank (Black) on 10th Feb 2020 and scheduled for pick up on 11th Feb 2020.

              Amazon Order ID [protected] containing Philips SHE1515BK/94 Upbeat Earphones with Mic (Black) and Syska Power Core 100 P1015B-BK 10000mAH Lithium Polymer Power Bank (Black) has picked up on 11th Feb 2020 around 1 PM by the delivery boy assigned to pickup only the Philips SHE1515BK/94 Upbeat Earphones with Mic (Black). It has been more than 30 days from the date of pickup and now I did not receive any update on the refund status of the Power bank.

              Since I did not get any update status for Syska Power Core 100 P1015B-BK 10000mAH Lithium Polymer Power Bank (Black) by 14th Feb 2020, raised a complaint [protected] by amazon support team and they concerned me for a investigation and updation within 7 days. Since I did not get any update, on 25th Feb 2020 again a complaint registered [protected] on the same issue and this time the support team assured me for resolution within 7 days. But since the resolution timeline exceeds, I connected to the support team and they register a new complaint [protected] and assured me for sure resolution by 11th March. Every time I connected Amazon customer service I do not find any cordiality rather asking me to wait for another 7 working days. I have mailed the detailed issue two times on amazon provided customer service mail id [protected]@amazon.in, but did not get any reply.

              If an Amazon delivery boy was assigned to pick up a single item, then how would he picked up both the items. If he did so, then why do not he updated and concerned the return process. Then who is responsible for ? And now the Amazon efficient investigation team have no clue on that as it has been a month. In that case on what basis a customer should believe in amazon, it's delivery agent and it's process. I do not understand why a customer will wait for a month, follow up and suffer to get the refund that should be done within 7 days as per amazon policy, which a costumer absolutely deserved for.

              If I am not responsible for the miscommunication happened then why would I suffer and why my money is in trouble and why I have to call Amazon customer service team again and again. Since this is an e-commerce platform, Amazon is taking the advantage of irresponsible activity, poor service, denying the fact that leads to an issue, limitless deadline to resolve the issue and finally such kind of backstabbing activity on customer's hard-earned money.

              Hence I rest my case and request you to kindly look into my issue. I look forward to your positive response and kind concern.

                I placed an order at Amazon India for one Flea Doctor {Electricaly charged Comb} vide Order #[protected] and received the same on 5th March 2020. While opened the packet, I found it defective and not working. While I tried to refund the same, I found it to be nonrefundable. Nonrefundable does not apply to a defective product where we have no scope for physical verification prior to purchase from an online retailer like Amazon India.
                Please look to the matter for necessary action.

                      Recently i have purchased this phone on amazon which is having camera colour defects which are not yet resolved by redmi. I asked amazon for refund for which they're refused by saying that they don't have refund policy.                           I ordered an inalsa food processor from amazon. It was found damaged. I ordered for its replacement. The status and the customer executive is saying that the product is replaced and they received the damaged product. I didn’t received the replaced product. I wrote a review about the product with its image. That damaged product bid still lying with me. I am not going to purchase anything form amazon from now onwards. They broke my trust form online purchasing and amazon both. I request you to please take the damaged product from me & return me my money. After several calls also they are saying that our investigation is complete and the product is replaced. We cannot do anything. This is not the right attitude towards the customer. They are saying that i have signed the replacement delivery. I haven’t signed anything. Please share with me the signature & the serial no of the origin damaged product and the replaced new product. So that i can match it with the product lying with me. Please return me my money. This is my last transaction and experience with amazon. Please take this seriously.

                            On february 29 i ordered tha mobile battery on amazon. I pay tha amount for the order by the way indian bank debit card. But i cancelled the order immediately. The amazon immediately initiated the refund amount to then indian bank account. But amount not credited to the account till date. I contact to the amazon customer service. They said we are initiated to the bank account but the your bank was holding the amount. So i want the amount immediately to process my amount and credited to the bank account.

                                      For subject product from amazon, i return he product to seller. Last fifteen days, i did not see the refund. Let me please write the history below:
                                      Recently i received following email from amazon:

                                      "dear customer
                                      We are writing to inform you regarding your return request for order #[protected] from amazon.in. Due to a technical issue at our end, you may not have received the option to choose a return pick up by amazon. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

                                      In case, you already initiated self ship return but yet to dispatch the item, please cancel the self-ship return and opt for return pick up by amazon. Please refer to amazon.in/returns at this link: http://www.amazon.in/gp/css/returns/homepage.html

                                      One more request: when i got the package and request for the return to amazon, the only choice i saw on amazon web page for refund was (Did not remember the actual word) amazon payment. I paid the amount when taking the delivery was with my debit card ending in xxx996 fore amount of rs. 938.00 and the date was feb. 27, 2020. The question i have is where is the refund going to be. So far i did not see the refund. I expect the refund should be in the my debit card account
                                      But so far i did not hear any thing from amazon.

                                      The email got undelivered due to address not found.
                                      I looked several p, laces for to complain about my problem with no end to search. It a very very confusion by amazon to keep customer in confusion in place of giving contact telephone #.

                                        I ordered a juicer omega make online on 26th november 2019 paying more. It was supposed to be delivered to me by 29th november 2019. Repeated requests have put my order saying product in custom clearance. No one responded to my requests.in between, the same product appeared on amazon's web site with price as 89000/- for a brief period of time. They must have sold my product at a higher rate, i believe. After one such call on march 2, 2020 amazon unilaterally cancelled my order and when i protested the same 3rd march 2020, i am assured of redressal. So far no one has contacted. This is the sorry state of affairs at amazon. They don't really care for customers. They think indian customers can be taken for a ride because of our lax system. This company has to be thrown out of india and its high all act.
                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I haven't recieved the amount yet... I had ordered 2 products and it says that the amount has been transferred to my account but till date I haven't got it... I even spoke with the bank manager... I tried calling also... the total amount is 1600...
