I order jeans of 34 size, but it not fit me so i replaced jeans with size 36' but that product's size is not actually 36'

On product it shows 36' but it's not actually 36'

So i created pick up schedule 4 times but no one came for pick up my product

I've talked with customer executive and their supervisor but still no response from them

Supervisor told me if your pick up schedule would be cancelled i will call you, but i've received not even single call from them

    I have placed an order and when i was checking out the amazon shows me the product will last deliver to me till 2 march 2020 but it wasn't. When i inquired about it they told me to wait another five days and added that it was their terms but they hadn't shows me this type of any terms. They hide this details because of this my many work schedule effects it wasted my time energy and money and even i details from their customers which is completely illegal.
    Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        Dear sir,
        This is akhilesh form lucknow (U. P). I order vivo u20 (Blazingblue, snapdragon 675 aie 4gb ram, 64 gb storage) through amazon on the date 12feb 2020 with oder id :[protected] and i recieved my oder on 15 feb 2020.
        I found my mobile is heating and battery discharge are increasing issue. So i have decided to return this mobile on the behalf of returning policy. But they didn't received yet.
        And i am very upset for this.
        So please receive my complaint.

          I have ordered back cover for samsung galaxy s10 lite on 17th of february and received on 20th february.. But i have received different model back cover so i have returned to amazon on 21th february but till now i have not received my refund 12 days over and now i am contacting to amazon they are saying that they will not provide me my refund.. So please help me to get refund from them.. I have returned the same product that i have got

              My Amazon account is [protected].i ordered seagate hard disk and tp -link wifi adapter on 15th feb 2020.it was delivered on 22 feb 2020.i received the box which is tempered from 3 corners of the box then i opened it and i only found the wifi adapter.inside it bill is also there of two products one of wifi adapters and another one of hard disk.then i immediately complained to the customer service and told them after that they told me to wait for 5days we investigate on it.i told ok then.after that they refuse to accept the complaint.they told it is ok from us i told i m having unboxing video also also the also they told they will not accept it.please help me my 2990 rs has got wasted.                 i have purchased Nova 1329 weighing scale and received Electronic companies weighing scale i have returned it to company then again i got same part. Now customer care team saying they will not replace the product and you have to use or get refund. Representatives are not speaking politely. need to take action on this. please help.

                  I, Zuber Shaikh with Mobile No (XXXXXX0033) have Amazon account since 2014.
                  Recently There was “The great Indian festival 2019” offer from Amazon India from 29th Sep to 04th Oct 2019.
                  Terms & Condition: 10% discount on sum of all order’s amount during the sale period if total amount is 50, 000/- with 2, 000 instant discount and remaining as cashback in my SBI card account by 5th Jan 2020.

                  During the sale, I ordered multiple items with order Id's[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected] amounting to Rs. 68802/-
                  I have received the Instant discount of Rs. 2, 000/-. However, I am yet to receive the remaining cashback from Amazon India even after 2 month of the promised date.

                  Immediately after the sale ended, I called Amazon customer care to confirm about my eligibility for remaining cashback other than instant discount. The customer care executive informed me that, I am eligible for the remaining cashback and assured that the cashback will be credited to my card account by 5th Jan 2020. Till today i.e. 03rd May 2020, I haven’t received any cashback.
                  I have been following up with Amazon almost every 2 weeks and every time I am said that I am eligible for the cashback and I should receive it in next few days. I have all the proofs from amazon regarding my eligibility.
                  I even received an email last time from amazon stating Amazon is going to process my cashback between 14-Feb-2020 to 18-Feb-2020, but even that turned out to be fake commitment.
                  I think, I have been cheated by Amazon India and they are just pushing days by giving false assurance, that I will be getting the cashback in few days.

                  I have all the conversation saved and email as well that I can share.

                        Refund of rs. 432/- has been made by amazon on 20 of february 2020 regarding a product (Order number is #[protected].
                        "the reference number of refund is 74332740051005057578348
                        But, the refund has not been received yet.
                        Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
                        I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

                          I have received a message without otp or password 999rs was deducted to Amazon1258399 from my card ending 7445 but that transaction was not made by me. So I have called the customer care he responded that it was used for Amazon prime where it is fraud transaction So please take the action and refund the money as soon as possible if not I will no more account holder in HDFC bank.

                                      As i placed an order for sofa on 14of feb but till date i did not get any product... I have ordered for black and white combination but they themselves modified it to silver and black... If itry to contact customer service their representatives giving fake tracking id and fake courier partners.. It's js not jenuine and they can't change by themselves as stock is over. So kindly resolve it as soon as possible
