I purchased a product from amazon on 10th of october 2018 using my canara bank debit card (Rs 1529) and same was not received i asked them for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated 21st of october 2018 maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. Knk-mpl, a seller for amazon.in takes the order and then says the order will reach in 10-15 days. And as the 10-15 days mark is about to reach, the status says "delivered" but the product doesn't get delivered.
