I am sare to video and image - मैंने दिनाँक 31/01/2020 nokia 4.2 मोबाइल का ऑर्डर किया जिसका कीमत 6899/-रुपया और ऑर्डर no[protected] था और दिनांक 02/02/2020 को मोबाइल delever हुआ जब मैंने उसे ओपन किया तो नोकिया का दूसरा model मिला जब मैंने इसका camplain amazon custamber care को किया तो उन्होंने मुझे कहा कि invation होगा फिर आपको रिपोर्ट मिलेगा दिनांक 05/02/2020 को बताया गया हमे की amazon ने सही प्रोडक्ट delever किया आपका मोबाइल ना रिटर्न होगा ना replacement फिर मैंने national counsumer girevane को camplain किया जिसका camplain नंबर - 1894282 है और अब मैं डिस्ट्रिक्ट counsumer फॉर्म से amazon के ऊपर केस दर्ज करूंगा बहुत ही ज्यादा fraud किया मेरे साथ इसके अलावा मेरे पास amazon packing खोलने का वीडियो भी avilable है! बहुत ही कुता है amazon online shopping.

मैंने दिनांक 31/01/2020 Amazon से Nokia mobile 4.2 जिसका मूल्य 6899/-रुपया, ऑर्डर नंबर[protected] था, और दिनांक 02/02/2020 को delever हुआ, परंतु जब मैंने पैकेट ओपन किया तो nokia का दूसरा model पाया इसका camplain मैंने amazon customer care को किया Amazon ने इस मैटर का invitations होगा परंतु दिनांक 05/02/2020 कहा कि आपका मोबाइल ना रिटर्न होगा ना replacement बहुत ही fraud campony है amazon online shopping, इसका camplain मैंने national counsumer girevane को किया जिसका camplain नंबर -
1894282 है, तब भी इसका सोल्यूशन amazon नहीं दिया तो मैं डिस्ट्रिक्ट counsumer form से amazon के frouding का केस दर्ज करूंगा इसके अलावे मैंने amazon का packing खोलते हुए वीडियो भी बनाया हूँ! जिसको मैं मीडिया मे sair करूंगा! आदित्य कुमार

    There is a charge on my debit card for $14.06 made jan. 31, 2020 that wasn't me.

    Amazon prime*9y19b6w33 amzn.com/bill wa 999999 is the information showing on my bank account for the withdrawal.

    I don't even know what was ordered but i did not make this purchase. How can i get this taken care of. I need to know. I might just have to cancel my card if i can't find out what this charge is for or if my information was stolen.

      We have ordered an order in amazon. We have returned the product. They have said that they. Have initiated our refund amount in our bank account. But we didn't get any notification regarding this refund. So, we want to know about our refund amount. Our account number was related to the mobile number:[protected]. This the second complaint we are giving to you. But there is no response from you. Let us know that when we will get our refund amount.

      I am being charged 169/- every month in the name of some VSI*AMAZON. I have followed up with the bank but they are of no use and contacting Amazon is in itself a great task. I want all my money back and this should stop instantly.

        I ordered a hard disk on 27 Jan 2020. and it arrived on 29 Jan 2020 in a very bad condition, it was not even bubble wrapped. whole package was in a mess.
        so I requested for refund and was told that next day product will be picked up and then refund will be issued .

        but next day no one came to pick up and no one even contacted me .So I complaint about it to customer care and was assured it will be picked up next day . but next day also I received message that "pickup was cancelled at the time of picking ".
        so I again contacted customer care and again they rescheduled the pickup and told me that they have also filled complaint form and has directly sent pickup request to amazon pickup station .

        but again next day same thing happened .
        next day also same thing happened .
        this is going on for 4 days now . no one contacts me, no one comes at my place . all I get is message that pickup was canceled at the time of pickup.
        my refund is also not happening because of this,

          I have ordered a bycycle on 22 January from Amazon received the product on 27 January and placed a return request for the product same day as I have received a damaged product and the part of the product was missing.Since 27 January I have placed the request 7 times in counting through amazon app through mail.Contacted the customer care several times.The customer care is just accelating the master dropping down mail.The delivery team is reverting back and declining the order day by day and no action has been taking up.This is to request kindly look in the matter on priority basis.Otherwise I have to accelate the matter in consumer forum as it's been 7 days now.As I am just stuck the oder is to be replaced.So I am not getting the other till it's been picked up.

            I returned 3 orders which I didn't like for various reasons. 2 I returned on 22n Jan 2020 and one returned on 25 th Jan 2020.For all the items returned on 22 nd refund was initiatiated on 22nd an 23 rd respectively and and for 3rd one refund was initiatiated on 25 th but 3 to 5 working days timeframe has been over but still the amount is not reflecting my account. Lastly when I called Amazon customer care they said your refund got declined so we are Resubmitting your refund again and give the same dialogue of 3-5 business day.

When i talked to amazon customer care they said then cant help me once amount has been refund then i called sbi customer care and mailed also but they have also no information regardinf refund and the reference no provided by amazon. I do charge dispute also but no use.. What shoud i do now my 9000 is vanished..

                I have sold four products on amazon india. All four product returned by buyer. The products i received in return are other products, which are not sold by us.

                For this settlement, as per amazon india policy i initiated four safe-t claim against four product received. Our three safe-t claim approved by amazon team, but one claim is rejected by amazon team by mentioning reason that i have provided same product images that i have provided in other three claims.

                I reverted team that, i have received same four products in four returns, which is not sold by us. If return received product is same then their images will also be same. So how i can share image of different product. Even i taken product images from different angels and resubmit safe-t claim. Again this claim is rejected by amazon team, without giving any justified reason.

                I also logged case on seller portal, but no response from amazon team. I request you to look into this.

                    I have ordered samsung mobile and cover on 27 january 2020. The expected delivery was 30 january. I got the delivery mail on 29 january that the product has been delivered. But i did not received. They sent an otp which is confidential, which they are not supposed to give it to anyone without entering the otp in the delivery agent's device. Till now i didn't get my order. Customer service is not taking any action on this. Please consider this.

                      We ordered redminote8 pro order no: #[protected], prepaid rs-12599/- in amazon sale on 19th jan, 2020, it was showing delivered on 25th jan even no pin was entered but we didn't get order, we raised our concern to cs team and they assured us to refund our money if product not delivered by 29th. Their system was showing delivered message, we again contact them for status of our product and refund but they escalate it to cap team and they blocked our account without providing details, and even refund, and if you check my order history i hardly ordered things.

                      They are not providing any information of missing product or their investigation details.

                      What a pathetic service they have, rather to resolve our issue they told us not to email/contact.

                      We are querying but they are not replying what we are asking, you are not satisfying your customer even you are leading it to mental harassment and wasting out time. Whatever reason you should provide us, not expecting behavior from amazon team.

                      I'll have to take action against it.

                          I have purchased one blue tooth speakers. Due to some reason i have returned that but i have not received my amount 1999. Amazon saying that refund has been initiated 19 of jan but it's not reflect my account. The reference number which i received from amazon so many times i spoke to them

                                This is my serious concern regarding missing item in my order. I ordered gopro hero 7 silver with travel kit. When i receive the order and i opened it and check the item, only travel kit was there but there is no camera inside it.

                                I placed a complaint regarding this issue to amazon on 24 jan but no one is ready to resolve this issue. On 24 jan they said there is an investigation team which will check the issue and let us know the status on 30 jan.

                                Now today (31 jan) they are saying that we will not do anything in it and the investigation is closed. My amount will also not refunded.

                                  I have purchased vu tv 43inch on 25.01.20.
                                  Which delivered fine and for appointment of tv installation gone very horrible.

                                  Actually the appointment for installation was 3.00pm to 7.00pm. Once message recd on 30.01.20. I called technecian by 3.10pm and he told that he will be late by 4.00pm due to some issue. I said ok no problem with delay, kindly inform while start.

                                  Next i called him by 4.10pm he said he stucks in previous site and promissed me to met my installation commitment by 6.00pm. Again i called him by 6.10pm he told that due to power failure in previous site, he will be late some time. I agreed with that and i request him to complete the installation by today itself.

                                  Finally he arrived by 8.40pm in urgency and compelling me to sign the installation process as completed after unpack the tv. I refused to sign before installation. And said him if any technical problem happens after sign that i could not claim the service from amazon and seller.

                                  He replied that if time exceed 8.30pm my salary will be debited re.1/- per minute. And i said that is your problem, proceed to install now after that i will sign. Suddenly he started pack his tools and said he will not bear loss for the work, and went off from my place.

                                  Actually i concern his request. And if any technical problem or breakage happens while install who will be t responsible?? How can i claim??

                                  Dear vu and amazon, kindly take of this. My total family disappointed due to his poor attitude and today is my wife's birthday. We planned to gift her request as tv and any solution will not substitute for this issue.

                                  Personally i request to dont buy vu tv. Quality and features are not as expected.

                                    Terms written as :
                                    1) what is the offer?
                                    • get 100% upto rs.30 cashback on customer’s first recharge/ bill payment of the month during the offer period on amazon.in
                                    • this offer is applicable only for select customers who see this offer.

                                    2) what is the offer period?
                                    1st january 2020 to 31st january 2020

                                    3) when will i receive my cashback?
                                    You will receive your cashback within 3 days of completing your payment. Post completing the recharge/ bill payment, you will receive an sms confirming the amount of cashback you have received. You can also check ‘view statement’ by going to WWW.amazon.in/gp/payment/statement

                                    4) how many times can i avail the offer?
                                    A customer can only avail once during the duration of the promotion

                                    So did recharge as per terms i have to recharge 30 /- cashback but this care, lead # guys keeps me waiting since 20 days i did contacted them 3 times, wasted my time till now, immediately initiate severe action on the amazon india & provide me 10, 000 /- as compensation for the inconvenience caused to me in this matter!

                                      Based on reviews only i bought a product "luv lungs". But i am shocked post recieving the product.
                                      Seller kept small paper "gift voucher". If i am going to give 5 star rating for luv lungs on amazon and earn 50 rs refund straight away. Seller also provided wats app number to provide the screen shot to get refund thorugh google pay.
                                      Please go through image inserted. Don't worry i will try to post in your official page as well so that most of them will be aware of it
