I had paid an amount of rs. 1020.50 on 15.02.2020 to optival health solutions through amazonpay. The transaction was successful and amount of rs. 100 was given by amazonpay as cashback as per the provision. But, the local store of optival (Medplus) informed that, they did not receive any amount.

Again, i had to pay the amount through amazonpay and this time the transaction was reported to be successful. I immediately lodged complaint with optival and amazon for refund of the amount debited for the so called failed transaction (1st. One)
Upon contacting the amazon, they told that, the amount will be credited 3-5 after the amount is received from optival.
On 19.02.2020, optival refunded the amount. But, amazon, in their statement showed that, rs. 661.22 would be credited to the a/c. Form which the amount has been debited from. But, the same amount has not yet been credited to the account from which it was debited, although a week is going to lapse.
On the other hand, amazon took back the cashback of rs. 100 on the plea that, the transaction is unsuccessful. If it is so, then, amazon could have provided the cashback for the next transaction made to optival.
I feel, the customers are being harassed by such companies citing the stipulations of rbi. Till date, the amount debited has not been credited and it is not known how much time the company would take to refund the money.

Besides, the issue that, amazon has provided a lolypop by giving the cashback and then it took back should be taken up.

    Amount: 229.
    Date: 24th january.

    This is pay on delivery order.
    Agent asked me to pay the qr and pay using any app.
    I paid through bhim app. Amount got deducted. But the agent's phone didn't reflect the payment.
    So, he asked to pay through google pay as the first one didn't work.
    I also paid through google pay which was then accepted.
    So, i paid twice for the same item. You can watch clearly in the screenshot mentioning i paid to amazonseller twice one at 7:20 and another 7:23
    I waited for february 4 for the refund to appear. But it did not.

    I've contacted bhim customer support, they said the transaction is successful so there is no problem from their end. Error is with amazon's system as the payment is not recognized in their system.

      I had ordered a huawei watch gt2 in amazon.in but they have sent me a cheap quality watch.
      I had complained them but they are refusing to accept it, telling me that they will not refund the value of the product.
      The value of the watch was rs.17449, but they had sent me a different watch.
      Please take some action, as the value 17449 means a lot to me.

        I had ordered a redmi note 8 pro for rs 16500 and got it today but the product i got is defective as it's sound quality is too bad and not clear at all which will make you feel it's a duplicate product. When i called customer care they said they can't replace or return. Please help me i will file a complaint against this company in court if they don't return or replace this faulty product.

          Hi,

          I was visiting India during January 20, 2020 to February 16, 2020. I've placed order#[protected] on January 21, 2020 during my visit. My bank account was debited in amount of Rs. 6180.75 sametime. My order never shipped & no explanation was provided. I've contacted Amazon customer care 10-15 times & each time they have provided false promises & never got the resolution. they are keep referring me that their back end team is working on resolution. it's been a month since they are trying to resolve this. I've asked them to refund my money & they can deal with their internal teams. they promised to refund my money as of February 20, 2020 & confirmation email as of February 14, 2020. none of this have happened. I'm requesting you to assist with this matter ASAP. As a consumer I do not have to wait for their internal issues. I've already placed order with different sources & received items in 3 days. I no longer need their items & full refund needed. I can be contacted via email [protected]@gmail.com.

            Sir, i was purchased two refrigerator from amazon online shoping using debit card emi option and i was cancelled two refrigerator from my side.Even iam canceling two loan account create in my bank acount EMI was debited regullarly i comlainted both amazon& bank also amazon gave two reference ids and show the bank peoples it was not accepting the reference ids he was say that auto credit in my accont so, please take the neccesary action sir iam so saffer this problem.thank you sir .

                The bill says xl 3nz7. Dont recall ordering anything. The bill was 129.62. I need a refund. Too much money. Not good for me to have such a big bill. Come on guys. Please just check into it and let me know what the bill is might have hit the wrong button. Dont know why you need 350 characters that's ridiculous. Just check into it please, please, please.

                  The amazon india is debiting the credit/debit card by auto for renewal of prime membership. Auto debit without approval from customer is leading to frauds. We can see many frauds happening now a days.
                  In fact amazon customer care people told that "it wont debit i[censored] cancel it". I have cancelled it still my credit card debited again by auto with out any otp.

                  Better to avoid these auto payment by third party without getting approval from customer.

                    I have ordered aboutthefit 5000 mah portable rechargeable extended battery pack protective cover for apple iphone 6s/6 4.7 inch (Black) from amazon on 28th november 2019. But product not yet delivered. I have contacted amazon and seller. Seller is form china they dispatched product but it got stuck in customs. I have provided all details which they requested and what they have asked but product not yet deliver even amazon and seller couldn’t track product. I have around 10-15 email transaction with seller and amazon about product delivery request or refund. But they are not taking any action. Now i need my refund plus penalty and they should ordered new same product and get it delivered asap as they have used my money more than 3 months.

                        I recently booked ticket with amazon bus booking service. When i reach the dispatcher point. Bus condition and seat are not good so i requested to amazon to replace my seat to another bus or give me refund. That's time they told to they work on this and find any issue they refund me. I also share seat condition photos with him.

                        Now they told me i travel with bus so they are not arrange any refunds.

                        I just want to give me 20% refund or remove the bus agency so again no one can face this type of issue.

                        Also they decline to give me legal affair of department postal address because i want to take legal action on amazon.

                          They said, "for salary account, new account will be created for me in icici bank. Based on that i'll get a normal message. That screenshot also attached in it.

                          After sending salary account opening amount of 5000/- and regarding mediclaim amount of 5000/- money will be refunded within 10 minutes."

                          But i didn't get any money refunded.
                          After that they didn't respond our calls and email's.

                          They said, "on 19 february 2020 evening package will be delivering to you and that package contains gate pass, appointment letter, id card, uniform, icici account book"

                          They send us package pictures in email. That also i'm attached in it.
                          But we didn't get any packages like that.

                          Please help me research this issue and refund my money.

                            I create my new account on amazon. I added a gift card on my amazon account. After it i paid two electricity bills and one recharge. When i placed first order it got cancelled. When i contacted to customer support, they say your account is on hold. Mail us for further support. Your account will investigate. I mailed them and i got reply you are violating amazon terms and conditions. I don't know what i did wrong. There is around 4000₹ balance. Mail i'd is krishan*@gmail.com. I want to use my balance as well as my amazon account.

                              I have tried and tried since feb 3rd to find out why my international card is not working. I have spoken to my bank in the us three times and it is not on their end. I have been trying to place orders, your customer service said it was because it was an international card, which is it not. I had spoken to a supervisor over the phone and they also told me they take international cards. Please educate your customer service individuals as they think you do not. I was also told to go to amazon.co.in which did not work.

                              I managed to get something processed on february 11th, but have not been able to again. I have cleared cache, history, cookies, i removed my card and re-entered it. Nothing is working. It is a visa debit card and i need this working. I use this for personal and business purposes. I am not getting anywhere with your customer service people.

                              I honestly thought I wrote this comment above by Amy Cohen. I had the EXACT same situation. I was using my Canadian card for YEARS.

                              Off and on it would not work on Amazon.in. Those times I would call customer service.
                              What was ridiculous that the incompetent staff would not know what is going on and when i would tell them MYSELF that it is due to some international card issue which they seem to have THEN they say 'we do not accept international cards' which would drive me nuts as i would have JUST placed several orders on my card.
                              I would tell them this. THEN they would say it's at my bank's end. Which would then make me waste my time. Banks would tell me there have been no charges coming through.

                              Then the issue would resolve itself on its own.
                              Now for months and months it's not worked at all.

                              What i cannot stand is that no one there is able to say 'it used to be accepted and not anymore'. No, instead they dont even know that at least at one recent point they DID accept it.
                              So it becomes extremely hard to know what the issue is.
                              And how to resolve it .
                              Because the staff has been kept ignorant, dumb, and incompetent due to lack of communication by upper management.

                              Amazon is ridiculous. I have spent a huge amount on Amazon and they do NOT appreciate their customers.
                              Have the exact same issue with a German issued Visa card. It worked once, and ever since it just cancels after having entered the correct CVV. No clue what's going on, bank can't help either. Great...

                                I have received a product on amazon (Electronic appliance) and found it to be defective/ broken already on feb 10th. I have tried complaining multiple times for return, replacement and refund of the product but none of them have heeded to my request. I have already paid them the amount for the product and now couldnt get a proper response from them

                                    One day i ordered a phone redmi note 8 from amazon. The date was 8th feb 2020 and next day 9th feb i cancelled my order. I pay online payment from my debit card. After a minute amazon send me confirmation massage that your mony wil refund in 3 to 5 businesses day but.. It has been seven days but my is not refund till now.                                       1. The following three orders have been updated online by amazon as "item delivered" whereas the item has not been delivered to me.
                                      (A) order id[protected], order date - 08 feb 20, date o[censored]pdation - 15 feb 20.
                                      (B) order id[protected], order date - 08 feb 20, date o[censored]pdation - 15 feb 20.
                                      (C) order id[protected], order date - 08 feb 20, date o[censored]pdation - 14 feb 20.
                                      2. It is not understood how amazon has updated its records online that item has been delivered, whereas the fact is that the delivery person has not even called or contacted me.
                                      3. Although i contacted the customer support both on chat and voice call, they have not provided me with a complaint number. Without which, i would be unable to follow up my complaint. Their assurances that product would be delivered in due course of time is meaningless and defeats the very purpose of a consumer-support infrastructure.

                                      1. Further to my complaint on Feb 16, 2020.
                                      2. Today again, I was intimated that two orders would be delivered. Again, the Amazon local persons at Dimapur updated online records as "item delivered", without actually delivering the item. Details of Order are
                                      order id[protected], order date - 12 feb 20, date o[censored]pdation - 17 feb 20.
                                      3. Two items were to be delivered (i) Natureland Organics Sorghum/Jowar Flour 500 gm, Qty 4 and (ii) Ezee Garbage Bag - 19 X21 inches (Pack of 3, 90 Pieces, Small).
                                      4. On further investigation, it was learnt that the local dealer of Amazon at Dimapur, Mr Sehabo, Mobile No [protected] is behind this updation. On speaking to him, he was very rude and told that this is the way things will work. He said that orders will be delivered as per his convenience, but the online updation of "Item Delivered" would be carried out on the day it is supposed to be delivered.
                                      5. Such kind of practice is highly unethical and I have made several complaints to Amazon, but to no avail

Got the otp & the amount was deducted from my sb account (Sms received to my mobile about the deduction of the amount). But you emailed that the payment was not received by you & the order was cancelled.. The deducted amount was not recredited to my account. Please verify.
