I purchased a mobile phone from Amazon Order Id #[protected]
on 28 September 2019 and it was Out for delivery on 30th September 2019, but at the time of delivery the delivery person was not able to find my product and informed me that he will check the product in his office and delivery it the next day, Next day again the product was showing out for delivery but at the end of the day it updated the status as delivered on 01st October.
I called the delivery person and asked informed him that i have not received the order but it is showing delivered he told me that he will check with his delivery office and inform me, the next day i chased him again but he said that the product is not in office and i should raise a complaint with Amazon custoumer care.
I called Amazon custoumer care and raised the issue with them and they said that they will investigate the matter and let mw know in 3 days,
again after 3 days i called the custoumer care and asked them for an update but they said that they tried to call me but i did not pick up the call (Which is not true) i asked them to add an alternate number also so that if thet are not able to reach on primary number then they can reach on alternate no, they asked me to wait for 3 more days and they will resolve the matter,
I called them again after 3-4 days but again they said that they were trying to call me but i did not pick up the call on both the number (which again is lie).
they again asked me to call after 3 days and the process is going on like this but i am not getting any resolution to it.
Please help me to get my product or issue me a refund.
My 11000 Rs is stuck because of their stupid service.

    return n refund

    I had received damaged goods (koots cobwebs jala brooms) ordered on amazon India app. Immediately I submitted return goods on amazon. They messaged collection of goods on friday, 8th nov between 7am to 1pm but so far goods not been collected. I have submitted call request on amazon customer care but so far no call received from amazon. It's very frustrating. Dont know how else to cyc amazon so the damaged goods collected and my money refunded....

    locking my account

    Amazon has unnecessary locked my account, and even after sending all my documents which they have requested, nothing is happening since 4-5 days now.
    I have recently paid 999 for the prime membership, which i am not able to view because of them.

    I know they will not unlock my account, because the customer care team and the accounts team are totally useless.

    Tracking number : [protected]. I ordered the product on 30th oct'19 and amazon assured me that it would be delivered by 9th of november 19. Seeing maximum delivery time i ordered it.

    Now to my surprise again it is changing delivery days from 11 to 14th nov19. Though i asked customer care team they say they would escalate but not nothing happened.

    Very poor service. They are wasting customer plans as i have to go to native place. Its partner ecomm doing rounds with that in hyderabad from one center to another center. I am attaching their tract for your reference.

      did not received product either dispatched

      Ordered mcp deluxe personal manual analog weighing scale upto 130 kgs capacity for human body weight machine (Mechanical weighing machine) through amazon app on 08/11/2019 for rs745.0. But till now it has not been dispatched. Did not provide me refund when cancelled three weeks before. Still order is showing waiting for shipment.

      I placed an order for mop on 9th of this month as per the price shown on the website for it

      Price was 979 rupees but my account has been deducted with 1299rupees.

      I understand there might be some technical problem

      So i tried to contact customer care cell

      But till now all lines are busy this is a very unexpected and careless attitude from an international firm

      I request you to please look into the matter at your earliest otherwise i'll be compelled to knock the doors of consumer forum 😡

          I ordered realme u1 phone (3gb ram +64gb) phone on 22.10.2019 and i cancelled the order on[protected] afternoon 3 pm and amazon initiated refund process i called amazon and asked about refund money they said they will refund in 3-4 business days on 26.10.2019 i got mail from amazon about refund they gave a reference no. And i waited for bank response its 8th nov still refund money is not credited from bank and i called amazon daily about refund money they said refund process has completed from them just bank will credit in 3-5 business days still no money received till now my amazon reference no - cs[protected] please help me

            I have ordered the product in diwali sale and availed option of rescheduling the delivery but i got calls on weekends insisting on taking the delivery,, and i told them that i rescheduled to another day. But i didn't get the product on rescheduled day. This happened twice despite raising complaints with amazon customer care executives. Then one day a customer executive (Vishnu singh) told me that i will be refunded with differential amount once i get delivery of new order and he told me he will call me to ensure that i will get refund so i placed new order. But he didn't call me on delivery date and on talking with another customer executive, she told me that it was not at all updated about refund, and she can't help me.

            I was told that this issue will not happen again but even after raising complaints no body took action and the product was returned to seller.Because one customer executive told me that i will get refund once i place new order i believed him and i placed new order, only to know today that he didn't update anything about refund.today also i spoke to one customer executive and she told me she can't help me anything.

            We have perused the complaint received from Mr. Pottimuthi Mohan Kumar (“Complainant”) and find that he had ordered for WOW Brightening Vitamin C Face Wash - No Parabens, Sulphate, Silicones & Color - 100mL Tube (Product") from an independent third party seller Fit & Glow Healthcare Private Limited ("Seller") on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website").
            It is submitted that a refund for a value of Rs. 20.00 as a goodwill gesture was processed into his Amazon Pay Balance on 14th January, 2020.
            Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers.
            In view of the above, the issue stands closed.
            I made a purchase of 99.99 on my card for the jackpot party coin sale by mistake and I would like it to be refunded. I thought it was for 9.99. Thank you.

                    refund money not get

                    I ordered one product of rs.719 from amazon in 31 'st october 2019. And i also cancelled that item in 1' st november 2019 by personal reason. Then amazon refund that amount of rs.719 to my bank account on 2 nov 2019. Then i check my bank account balance. That amount is not credited to my account. Till i didnt get that refund amount.                     Ive submitted a return 1.5 months back and i’ve been contacting back and forth but it wasnt even getting picked up. I was told multiple times by their representatives that request have been submitted but it was not. Also, they have no record to check if someone refused the return or was it just their delivery guy’s fault. They blame it on you and then lie lie when it comes to giving resolution. For my other product they delivered it to someone else and marked it delivered without authentication. I did not even get my product and unfortunately i prepaid it

                      Order status - your order might be lost.

                          I ordered a ss jio phone black on 1st november 2019 of order id[protected].. Then i cancelled the order same day because the price of the phone was much high.. I already paid for that phone through my debit card.. But after cancellation i still didn’t get my refund. Today is 9th november.. So i request amazon india to refund my money asap.                             I ordered a pack of Cadbury Celebrations Rich Dry Fruit Chocolate Gift Box, 177 g. I ordered it from Amazon India.

                            It reached my sister (if was a Diwali gift) in a week. But the package was damaged. there was precipitation inside the package and it was not edible.
                            Amazon didn't allow me to write a bad review. I couldn't actually believe that they did that. They didn't even allow me to return the box. essentially, I had to waste my 500 rupees.

                              It is a pre-paid item, pilot fountain pen of inr 1245.0

                              Initially the date of delivery was 7th october however three time amazon changed the date of delivery and i still today (9th of nov, 2019) my order is not shipped. Now the use of the above mentioned product is irrelevant to me. I want to cancel the product and get my money refund. Unfortunately very cleverly the amazon deactivated the option for cancellation. I called at least four time (21st, 25th and 31st october and 9th november, 2019) to the customer service centre of the amazon. Each time they have answered that payment refund will be initiated within three business days. Today early morning, around 2:00 am i called and got the same repetitive false hope. Amazon cheated me.
                              Please look into this and let me help to get my refund.
