    Ordered alexely tf3 headsets in jan19 in from amazon. It is not working now. I have been chasing amazon but no satisfactory answers given till now.
    I am unable to avail warranty as there is no customer care number / any contact number is mentioned on amazon. One number outside india is mentioned for whtsapp, that too will not resposnd.
    Is there any alexely customer care center in delhi ncr india? If not then why amazon selling these in india.?
    Can someone assist.

      I have bought a product order number[protected] from amazon. I bought the product in the name of handmade and no chemicals soap.
      To my surprise only after first time usage of the product my skin became black and filled with black blemishes and it is created a permanent damage to my skin and this is how i was greeeted by amazon by selling dangerous products.

        I had paid a seller worth 5063 and it got debited in my pay balance but the seller refused to provide goods and also hasn't been responsive for the amount... it's been 3 months... several complaints on amazon but there was no use. i have raised queries on amazon for like 6 to 7 times they tell that the seller has received the money but he hasn't received. i have checked the sellers passbook his statement and all transactions in his phone as well as bank but there is no progress in my transaction so kindly help me in getting my money back

          I had ordered something in amazon on nov 13 and after 15 days, it was expected to be delivered today. Today, the delivery boy called me and was talking rudely and he was not ready to listen my address instructions and at last he asked me whether he can drop the delivery somewhere else to which i replied 'no'. And so he said me that don't expect that to get delivered. Later, he called and informed me delivery is rescheduled to dec 15 and when i tracked my package, it is shown that delay is due to constumer request.

            I ordered, "manthan metal mini projector" from amazon on 21st october 2019. I received the product on 25th october 2019. I was not satisfied with this product quality.
            So i requested for return and refund of the product. The return pickup has been approved and on 30th october 2019 amazon guy come and taken pickup the product.

            After 2 hours i got a message "your pickup was cancelled". Then i had called customer care they said its system issue, will update it and refund back your money.

            From that day daily i am calling amazon guys to refund the amount. Every day they used to say some different storied for me that it will happen within 3-5 days.
            There on it continued and i still didn't receive any refund. I am also a prime membership of amazon

            So finally it's been 30 days and still, i didn't receive any refund.

              Lodge 10.5 inch cast iron griddle. Pre-seasoned round cast iron pan perfect for pancakes, pizzas, and quesadillas.

              When i received this the product was fine. Nothing stuck to it, even the first dosa, omlete came out perfectly well. I received this on 17th october and have been using it daily, following all the instructions. Was drying it completely by heating it, applying a bit of oil before storage etc. Since last few days, the top coat is flaking off and it seems as though the product had a layer of something applied to it to season it. Not sure how to completely remove that layer and use the tava. Beneath it, it looks to be iron but without seasoning.
              I am not sure how authentic this product is.

              I am a regular buyer of amazon since last 4/5 years, never had problem.
              I have no other details of the seller.

                    We have ordered one study table of cost 899 and you have not send the ditto table that we have order and table you have given is full of dust and looking like old and the cost of that table you have sended is 599. Twice it had happened in two orders we have not expected this from you. Please don't do this again. First time we have not send any complaint but if you are repeating then we have to complain.

                      I filed a complaint regarding a fraudulent attempt from amazon. However, i still didn't receive any notification abt that. Also, i got a call from a executive for a refund and he took my banking information and otp still and i didn't receive any information abt the refund. I order cds n they have deliver only 2 cds and took amount of 3 cds. And still they are not willing to refund.

                        I repeated calling both bank and Amazon so many times.

                        But nobody is actually helping me with this.

                          Delivery boys from amazon have been trying to scam me. First i ordered an item worth 500 and the delivery boy told me its 600 not 500.
                          Next day i ordered item worth 139 and another delivery boy told me its 150 and started arguing that its cash on delivery its 150. He just lied about the payment and was really rude. It was my mother who paid and so she didnt know that the delivery boy is lying. He even argued with my mother and demanded extra money.
                          Date of incident 27 november 2019 mumbai andheri west.

                              I'm really frustrating with so-called amazon india (Online shopping) because i placed an order no.[protected] on 22 november 2019 which contains three items they're as follows:
                              2kg of himalaya honey
                              8 litres of sheer floor cleaners &
                              Vicks vaporub cold reliever bottle
                              But amazon delivered me vicks only and further goods and things didn't delivered to my home yet. I tried to call and email to amazon.in but didn't get connection.
                              I think amazon india is cheating shopping website and they will never will deliver my orders and when i am looking for my orders sections there is showing order delivered but i am not lying about my orders.

                                So here is the back story of my order.

                                I ordered, "Godrej 580 L 3 Star Frost-free Double Door Refrigerator" from Amazon on 28th October 2019. I received the product on 31st October 2019 and that was a damaged product.

                                I requested for replacement of the product(I went through a lot of processes to get it done.)

                                Finally, they agreed to replace the product, however, I had a very bad experience with the customer support team, so I requested them to cancel the product assuming that if again I receive the damaged one I have to contact them and explain to them what I did last time. it's a hectic process.

                                Then I got a call from Amazon I think on 4th November saying that I will get a good product within a week.
                                I asked them if they can deliver it before 8th November 2019 it's okay for me.
                                The reason I asked them that the current refrigerator which we are using is broken, the door and body got separated and we have to remove the door apart if we need to take out something from the fridge.

                                On the Amazon app, it was showing it will be delivered on 12th November 2019. I waited until 12th and that didn't happen.

                                From that day daily I am calling Amazon guys to cancel the product and refund the amount so that I can purchase the product from the nearby store.

                                Every day they used to say some different storied for me that it will happen within 3-5 days.
                                There on it continued and I still didn't receive any refund.

                                Every day I used to call them and even I have requested a call from there top management for I think 4 times and I got the call only once.

                                So finally it's been 30 days and still, I didn't receive any refund.

                                In this entire process, I lost 5 years Comprehensive warranty which was available on that product as a Diwali sale. it's my loss now which will around[protected].(https://onsitego.com/shop/refrigerators/plans/[protected]/).
                                I have contacted the nearby store and came to know that there is an offer going on HDFC card, so if I buy the product within this month I will get 2500 as cashback.

                                So I am looking for compensation of 15000 from Amazon.

                                In the beginning, I didn't ask them to drop an email with all the conversations that happened in the call.
                                Since it was taking so long, so later I wanted some proof so I asked them to do so. In the image, you can see the number of times I have contacted Amazon. Every time I call Amazon they send a feedback email.

                                Forgot to mention that the cost of a refrigerator is 53, 497/-.
                                Please do something, I am pissed off with there service and I need compensation for this.

                                    It's been more than 5 days and I have not received my order. If I call customer support they are saying they do not have any updates.

                                      Hello,

                                      I ordered a sanyo ac through amazon and it was delivered on oct 20. We were undergoing renovations at that time and so i contacted sanyo for installation in the nov 19 and a reachnicialn came on 22nd. Technician found that amazon had shipped us a 3 star unit instead of a 5 star unit. Contacted amazon and they asked me to call sanyo as it was more than 10 days. Called sanyo and they said they cannot replace a wrong product delivered by amazon. Called amazon support again and after talking to an agent names komal, i was told that she talked to her manager and they are going to make an exception and get this replaced. She asked for a job sheet and called the sanyo technician who was not sure why he had to give a job sheet when he did not do any work. He had to check with his office before giving one. So komal offered to call me back the next day to do the replacement and send the job sheet in an email in the mean time. The sanyo technician sent the job sheet that night and i had sent to the email that komal gave. Unfortunately i did not get a call back from komal as promised. I called amazon two days later and they started the same thing again that they cannot do a replacement because it was over 10 days. I tried telling them that komal had already agreed to process a refund. One of the agent started yelling that it was my fault and there was no such notes. When i told him that i am going to record this call, he disconnected. I called back and spoke to a nicer gentleman who started saying the same thing again. He has escaped it to his team and i am not confident that they will call back. He also mentioned that he does see a note that komal requested the job sheet and wasn't sure why the previous agent lied. So i am stuck with a 30000 rupees product and no real resolution from amazon.

                                        I have received the item on 23rd Nov 2019 against Order #[protected]. The produced quality is not matched with item displayed on amazon site. Kindly look into matter and take the necessary action against vendor.
                                        On 16th oct 2019, i ordered Wilcraft Rucksack(45 ltrs) which was to be delivered on 18th Oct, 2019 but, Amazon Agent Cancelled it without contacting me. Now, One month completed but they are still initiating my Refund.
                                        I order a nike shoe on 5 nov 19 they sent us used and diffrent product and they are not helping only they are saying we pick a product on this day but always they are denied so pls help me
