My amazon account is on hold and they are asking me to share my debit card statement for no reason. 1st thing no bank provide debit card statement ever. Only the account statement exists. And i have provided them the details asked my they multiple times but didn't get any proper reply from there side. I also have 24000 amazon pay balance which i wish to have. I wish that amazon should release my account asap.

Amazon customer care has not contacted me yet. I have called up cc many times and every time I get the same response that i will be contacted within 24 hours and 3 months have been passed no one has contacted me yet.

    About a month ago i purchased a guitar amp through online payment order no[protected] of 15027 rupees after six seven days i received it and while unboxing i heard some noise and it turned out that the amp was damaged the speaker inside was moving i placed for a replacement and after 10 to 12 days i got one but sadly that too was defective so i asked for refund the whole month was gone in the process of returning and picking up and on top of that the amp weighs around 12 kgs so i went through that process twice carrying that heavy stuff days went by and i am still waiting for my refund the customer care told me that they will refund me in 7 business days but its been like fourteen days evertime they lie to me and tell me that i will receive it by tomorrow but i am still waiting for that tomorrow now they are telling me that the amp has not reached the seller yet after the seller gets it than in next three days i will get my refund.. The seller received his product three days ago and they still haven't refunded me back now they are saying they will refund me in 5 working days bank policy first they said 7 bussiness days than they lied to me saying as soon as the sellers gets his product back than after 3 days they will refund me and now the seller got back his product they have extended another 5 days and after that they will again extend another 5 days this will go on i have wasted whole october in returning and picking and they wants me to waste whole november for refunding they are just building up lies please i[censored] can help me to get my hard earned money back..

        I have returned three items on 6th november 2019. But, as per amazon claim, the refund for the return of three tops has been initiated for the following amount of ₹610 and ₹345 with the transaction id:[protected] and[protected] between 08/11/2019 to 13/11/2019. But this is not at all reflected in my bank account inspite of the 1 whole week of working days.

          I had placed an order #[protected] for gold necklace with amazon on the 14th of february 2017. The product was never delivered and falsely updated as delivered. After multiple complaints and investigation amazon agreed to refund the amount and asked me to update my account details. But since 2 years the refund is not done. Amazon is not providing any resolution...

          Please help me in getting the refund... Or atleast the...

          I purchased glen cookbook which cost 2885 inr on 4th october from amazon.in, i paid 100 as giftcard and rest 2785 inr through my debit card, i received the product on 9 oct 2019 and my order id is[protected] but the product which is received was not correct by size so i request amazon to either replace or refund the amount but according to amazon india replacement is not under their policy so they were ready to refund the amount, they picked up the product from my home and according to them refund was issued on 14 october in afternoon but the problem is nothing is credited in my account, i already talked to bank customer support and personally visit more than 2 times to bank even i already talked to bank manager also but nothing works for me, bank told me until n unless amazon don't provide the refund how can they will credit into my account, amazon provide me one reference number which is (Refund ref no. 211330) and i already show this thing to bank but still same situation, i tried to call amazon india several times but every time they told me it takes 24hrs and every time new person pick up my call and provide different solutions, i also send some mails to amazon regarding this issue but same answer all the time. Today amazon told amount is not credited into my account, after that i call amazon they said they already issued on 14 october and repeating same things again and again, now i am fed up with amazon response so and my order summary, plz check the attachment and help me as soon as possible plz its a request from my side.             Sir we have ordered a video game through amazon. The product was received by us today (15/11/2019). When we have opened the parcel, the box containing the games was broken and the gaming box was open. The screen of the game was full of scratches. When we called amazon they are not responding properly. They are saying the parcel was sale by the seller.
            Please take the strict action against amazon india

                Mynaccount has got a dwduction of rupews 975. 96 rupees from my bank acvount... Its mentioned as amazon prime deduct this money but am not an amazon prime member.. When i call the customercaee they says its done by amazin uk... But am an indian. And i dint have any account with amazon uk... Kindly help me to save my money back to me... Amazon is a fraud company i will never buy from this company

                  I purchased a oppo mobile phone on dated november 8, 2019
                  But inside the box one accessory (Headset) was missing, then i approach to amazon on their customer service no ([protected] - call back) to register the complaint against this issue.
                  They registered the case and close by internally, even they didn't inform me about this closer.

                  Today (15/11/2019) i did call to them to know the status of my complain, then they replied "this is already closed as per investigation team product was delivered to you".

                      I am a amazon prime member and keep ordering from them.
                      Yesterday i ordered a packet of bread flour from amazon (Sold by cynor ingredients pvt ltd). The mrp mentioned on the amazon site was rs.500. There was a discount of 10% so the payable amount came to rs. 450. Today when i received the package and checked the mrp printed on the package, it is rs. 350!!
                      How many times people check mrp when they receive their parcel? Can this be their strategy? Refund the extra money whoever notices otherwise make extra money by fooling the costumers!!! This is completely unethical and illegal!!!

                        Foot braces arrived in size lg. I ordered med. There was no way to return because there was not a scrap of paperwork included: no return label, no invoice, no name on the product. Until my visa bill came i could find no help online without a product number. I was expected to return within 30 days but could not due to the aforementioned circumstances. I expect a full refund of $24.14

                            I ordered a book name 'how to grow taller naturally and payed by debit card and later cancelled my order from amazon around three month ago i contacted amazon but they are telling that they have refunded the money..                                 Hi, last month i am buying 2 bottles chyawanprash 1kg and 1kg in amazon. I am receiving 2 bottles but i am not getting freebies.. 50g honey free to each 1kg chyawanprash. But one bottle attached honey bottom is missed in packing.. They are not at all solved.. Thus incident is happened at last most that means october 1st week. This is november and 10 days finished. How much time taken to resolve my issue and resend my product? No one is respond up to now..

                                No one is calling to my number from Amazon. I am buying last month 1st week. I am receiving this product 7th october. That same day i am reporting to amazon and sending photos to amazon complaint service mail id. Up to now they are not at all responded.

                                    Myself aliabbas. I am frnd of adil awan. He ordered 3 cds from you. However, when i received your courier box, i thought that all 3 cds is in that package. Bt there was only 2 cds of playstation. And the delivery boy took the total amount of rs 4200. He told me the bill amount for all 3 cds and later on i came to know that you guys delivered only 2 cds and took amount of all cds. I inform this fraud on that same day and the representatives told me that you guys will refund me 3 days and its been 5 days that i didn't receive any message regarding my refund. Hence, i filed a complaint against your company in grahaksuraksha kendra. I will definitely tell my relatives and frnds to upload this fraud on their social media and we will do as much as harm, to harm your image on current market. Believe me, i'm not going to leave this.

                                    Both of this boys are fraud, they do the same with every company. So do take a drastic step against them, dont leave them as it is.
                                    Both this boys nming adil awan and aliabbas(mail id : kabir ali abedi) from gausia complex mumbra who had placed order for playstation cd's are acting they had received the cds but inorder to loot your company and take money from you they had planned as such . So please look into the issue. As they are purposely trying to sue your company, do incestigate and register a complaint against them as earlier they did the same with our company too and they both are well known frauds. Thank you.
