This is regarding my order of impulse 85ltr trekking bag which was done in amazon and delivered on 9th october 2019. On using it after 20 days, the bag broke, its stitching came out which showed its poor quality. As a consumer i contacted amazon customer care to get a replacement of the bag on 29th october 2019. I was promised a replacement by 1st november 2019, on trakking my order i found out that it had been shipped to my hometown but all of sudden it showed that the order was cancelled. On contacting the customer care i was once again garenteed that the order would arrive latest by 4th november 2019. I waited till the next day, and on getting no response i had contact them again. I was then told that the order had been cancelled because the mobile number was given wrong, which is clearly not my fault, considering i was able to track the order till it reached my hometown. The customer care accepted their mistake and asked to get refund instead. Although am in need of that bag, i would have been fine with this if it was said at the beginning itself, but it is not fair that i was fooled around like this.
As a consumer who trusted this company, i feel cheated and insulted. Kindly take some form of action against this kind of bad services.

And I purchased the item in the festival divali dhasra time so they given extra offer so I purchased the item in the rate of 1220 rupees.
