My self m. Pavan kalyan, i ordered a product (Ambrane powerbank, 20k mah worth rs. 989/-) from amazon on 25th october 2019. I claimed for refund to amazon so amazon send me a message for initiating refund that they had initiated my refund on 25th october 2019, but yet i didn't get any message from my bank that for any transaction for rs. 989/- i called to amazon and they provide me a reference no. "# 130574" for my transaction. I called to my bank "union bank of india" they said there is no transanction on that date after that again i called to amazon and discussed with this problem they advised to file charge dispute, (Reference no. "# 130574") so i want to do charge dispute file. My amount is rs. 989/- and name - m. Pavankalyan,
Mobile no. [protected] my account no:[protected] ifsc code - ubin0532762.
Please help me to credit my refund rs. 989/- in my account. Please file charge dispute. Kindly help.

We have perused the complaint received from Mr. Pawan Kalyan ("Complainant") and find that he had ordered for : Ambrane 20000mAh Lithium Polymer Power Bank (Stylo-20K, Black) ("Product") vide Order ID:[protected] from an independent third party seller, .i.e., Appario Retail Private Limited ("Seller") on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website") and has requested for refund of the amount paid.
It is submitted that a refund for a value of Rs.999.00 as requested and required by the Complainant was processed into his original mode of payment on 25th October, 2019 vide refund reference number 130574.
In case the Complainant has not received the refund in the original mode of payment selected while placing the order, he is requested to kindly contact the customer care department of the concerned bank.
The refund has been made from the nodal account managed by the designated bank as per the RBI circular dated 24.11.2009 on operation of nodal account: https://www.rbi.org.in/scripts/NotificationUser.aspx?Mode=0&Id=5379.
Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers.
In view of the above, the issue stands closed.

    After that they demanded money for SALARY ACCOUNT OPENING in ICCIC bank amount of 5000/-.I send money from below given bank account on 02 November 2019.

    Again they called me and demanded money REGARDING MEDICLAIM amount of 5000/-.I send money from below given bank account on 02 November 2019.

    We got an call from Amazon customer care[protected] also regarding feedback on job confirmation.

    They said, "For Salary account, New account will be created for me in ICICI bank. Based on that I'll get a normal message. That screenshot also attached in it.

    After sending SALARY ACCOUNT OPENING amount of 5000/- and REGARDING MEDICLAIM amount of 5000/- money will be refunded within 10 minutes."

    But I didn't get any money refunded.
    After that they didn't respond our calls and email's.

    They said, "On 3rd November, 2019 evening package will be delivering to you and that package contains Gate pass, Appointment letter, ID card, Uniform, ICICI account book"

    They send us package pictures in email. That also I'm attached in it.
    But we didn't get any packages like that.

    On 4th November 2019, they respond our call and said, " The one (Ravichandran) who contacted us before, he is in leave. So that another person ( Karthikeyan ) answer our call but he didn't answer properly. After that he started cut our calls and not respoding.

    Please help me research this issue and refund my money.

    It is apparent from the complaint that the Complainant is aware that he has been defrauded by third parties unrelated to Amazon in any manner. We would request and require the Complainant to file a criminal complaint in this regard.
    All internet users must exercise utmost care and due diligence in all their transactions over the internet and follow all cyber security norms at all times. .

        Fraud website created and cheated by taking money. I see the website from facebook. The site is shown as like amazon india. I bought an apple i phone x and paid 4799 money.           What's the matter ?? Your customer care hangs up on me soon after hearing the issue like multiple times and chat support does not help either.My order was placed on 13th October and it's not been delivered yet..there is no update on the app, no response from the seller nor a refund is raised.
          Can someone sensible contact me at the earliest ?

            Amazon Pay Emi is unsecure and unsafe they encouraging fraudulent transactions and no value for customer concern and least care customer complaints

            In my account fraudulent transactions was happened in my account by changing mobile number and email I'd with out my notice or authorisation on registered mobile or email I'd by way of OTP

            they made purchases of Rs.42000/- worth mobiles and converted in to 6 EMI on Amazon Pay Emi in between 10/10/2019 to 12/10/2019 I observed on 17/10/2019 during as usual log in

            Same was complained 17/10/2019 with customer care they confirmed the fraudulent transactions happened in my account they said 4-5 days needed for detailed investigation and then they refund the debited amount TO Amazon Pay EMI

            I started calling customer service every day and alternatively by emails there is no single replay for emails from Amazon

            Customer care service every day they are new stories like it is under investigation team we will get with in 48hrs on 19/10/2010 it is with account department on 21/10/2019 and happened due to technical problems on 26/10/2019... so on and extremely sorry so much delay happened story on 28/10 you wait for another 24 hours

            Like they are killing time and prolonging period to reduce the heat of the vectim who suffered loss

            Finally I got messages and emails for reminder of payment on 1/11/2019 and 2/11/19 and 3/11/2019

            For customer mails they are least bouthered if fraudulent transaction brought their notice with in 7 days they have to refund the amount as per their policy

            Kindly don't believe Amazon even though it is big company they give least importance to customer don't believe Amazon customer care service if any body found fraudulent transactions in their accounts better to file complaints in cyber cell

            It may be helpful for legal fight

                    I have ordered a book from amazon india - the seller sastashopping with order id *2266756, and delivery date was 21st oct, 2019 with a tracking id of blue dart tracking id: [protected] (Which is/was never traceable). This seller and amazon customer care only wasting time, and now they are asking for refund, in this way they are blocking money of the buyers for certain periods without any penalty. Please stop this kind of malpractice of money blocking.

                      I am very unhappy with amazon delivery. I order some books and i was told next day delivery. But i receive only half package. The other two books were not delivered. The tracking status shows delivered. Please check and confirm and contact me on [protected]

                        I have ordered a 9.5 kg fan (Prepaid) order and received a small glass bowl in small box.
                        When i told them i have ordered a fan and this is not a fan, they told me to complain about it and they will not be able to take it back.
                        I did complaint the issue, now amazon is saying they will not be able to help me on this issue.
                        As the investigation and re-investigation have the same result that they have shipped the right product.

                            My order last digits #5521 i have order from amazon and returned the products on 26 august 2019 they have received the product also now they are not refunding my money i am continually contacting them by mail, chatting and call service but they are just giving me time wait for 4 days wait for 7 days this is only happening from last 2 months they are giving me stupid reasons money is stuck with the bank this that only fake comments later they mailed me refund is not going to your bank account we are refunding in amazon pay i agreed that also and i replied on mail please go ahead and refund in amazon pay account but this is also they are not doing this means they are making me fool

                              We have perused the complaint received from Ms. Aishwaryalakshi ("Complainant") and find that she had purchased one (Renewed) Realme 2 Pro RMX1801 (Blue Ocean, 4GB RAM, 64GB Storage) ("Product") vide Order ID:[protected], which was purchased from the independent third party seller, i.e., SARF Communication Private Limited ("Seller") on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website") and has requested for return for replacement/refund.
                              It is submitted that the Complainant may contact the Seller directly for warranty/after sales services available on the Product.
                              It is submitted that ASSPL does not provide any after sales services, warranty or guarantee, in relation to any product listed by the independent third party seller on the Website.
                              Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers.
                              In view of the above, the issue stands closed.

                                Amazon is harassing me so much.. I ordered a product of redmi 7a on order date 21-oct-2019

                                On that day an offer is running that if i buy that day i will get 500 cashback as amazon pay balance.. So i ordered that phone as per their offer conditions the cashback was to be received within 3 days of shipping and the product was shipped on same day i ordered..
                                I didn't received cashback till their timeline so i called amazon on 24 oct 2019 their executive said we filled a cashback forum and u have to wait 6 days for the cashback.. On 29 i didnt got cashback so i called on 29 again the executive said same thing that we filled cashback forum i have to wait 3 next days again for cashback and today is 3 november i called again they said we filled ur cashback form and u have to wait 6 business days again.. I have full proof of offer and order id.. They are repeatedly saying same thing but not coming at the point of cashback.. They are harrasing me so much kindly do something and get my problem resolved

                                We have perused the complaint received from Mr. Manpreet ("Complainant") and find that he had placed an order for one Redmi 7A (Matte Black, 2GB RAM, 16GB Storage) ("Product") vide Order ID:[protected] from the independent third party seller, i.e., Darshita Electronics ("Seller"), on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website") and has requested for refund.
                                It is submitted that a refund for a value of Rs.500.00 as cash-back was processed into his Amazon Pay Balance on 13th November, 2019.
                                Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers.
                                In view of the above, the issue stands closed.

                                  Amazon is doing this repeatedly that it doesn't deliver the product and marks it delivered and when ever we call back the standard answer is "your package was scanned by mistake". Later you may or may not receive the package. Even they do not refund for that product. We have recorded all the calls and details if those are available. List of few orders that we faced issue are[protected],[protected],[protected]. The reality is that they scan your product on purpose saying it as delivered and they deliver it or not based on their delivery executive's mood. My order was supposed to be delivered before 9pm of 2nd november. It was scanned and marked delivered but until now i. E., 6pm of 3rd november, we haven't received the product. If it was scanned by mistake that proves that the delivery executive had my product. Then why wasn't it delivered to me even the next day?
                                  My order with tracking id[protected] is still not delivered and refund is declined.
                                  Also it cannot be a mistake that it was scanned and marked as delivered. It was also mentioned that it is delivered to our security guard. This is the usual delivery guy who did it and knew our security guard. Hence these comments were mentioned.

                                  We have perused the complaint received from Mr. Avinash Gupta ("Complainant")and find that the Complainant is concerned about the refund for the purchase made by him from the independent third party seller vide Order ID:[protected], on www.amazon.in ("Website").
                                  It is submitted that the refund worth Rs.199.00 as requested and required by him was processed into his original payment method on 16th August, 2019, vide Refund Reference Number[protected].
                                  The refund has been made from the nodal account managed by the designated bank as per the RBI circular dated 24.11.2009 on operation of nodal account: https://www.rbi.org.in/scripts/NotificationUser.aspx?Mode=0&Id=5379.
                                  Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers.
                                  In view of the above, the issue stands closed.

                                    I have order a sofa set to gift my sister on diwali but without information it has been cancelled by amazon despite paying amount in advance through credit card. Now as diwali is over, my sister is upset with for not gifting her in time.

                                    Because of my sister's upset and angry on me, i am going through mental agony which costless.

                                    Amazon being mnc how can do such silly mistakes. Being festival season they should understand consumers sentiments and mood before cancelling the orders without prior information.

                                    If the said seller was not able to deliver our address amazon could've routed the order to another seller.

                                    Kindly look into it.

                                      Here problem for me my old tv intex 32 exchanged by shinco. Now i loss both. I need my original tv
                                      This is the final reminder i have called to customer care on tuesday[protected]. So informed you will get call back no need to call customer care. We will proceed with the issue but still now my issue not resolved. So planning to go further action.

                                      1. First i bought shinco tv with help of exchange my intex 32 inch tv (What about my old tv?)
                                      2. Installation happen after delivery taken 4 days... (Who is responsible?)
                                      3.4 days back amazon agent came for delivery but he forgot or missed bill. He agreed that and he taken back because he missed the bill. After that i called to customer care and informed please refer attached call history calls
                                      4. I have sent mails with screenshots no reply from vendor.
                                      5. After calling so many times issue explanation very hard to do my side with patience because this calls are not handled by one person with same agent. But even though amazon customer care people are good.
                                      6. Last time i have called[protected] they informed call back but 3 days completed still now i have not received your side call back for this issue.
                                      7. Attached the calls history.

                                      No reply from your side both vendor. I think amazon will got reply from vendor.
                                      I need know why they given this product without validation. (Other than this i don't want mention any thing). This is wrong your side still i have not get any response.

                                      Because of this nearly 1 month i am unable to see my tv so many times un-installation process very hard to tell the explanation.

                                        Dear amazon, a delivery boy who says his name is rajesh from wadakanchery unit called when he was just 5 minutes away from my house and said he was coming. I was not at home but at a nearby location. When i told him to come here he refused and subsequent gave the ordered parcel to an unauthorised person and left.

                                        I would like action to be taken against said person an none of my deliveries to handled by him.

                                        We have perused the complaint received from Mr./Ms Rishni Premarajan and find that he had purchased Agnesi Pasta Penne 500g + Fussili 500g + Spaghetii 500g, Pack of 1 each, Product of Italy ("Product") from the independent third party seller, i.e., Good Food Retail Private Limited ("Seller') on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website").
                                        It is submitted that the Complainant did not contact the customer support team within the time prescribed by the Seller for return for refund on the Product. Further, as per the information received form the independent third party seller, the correct Product had been delivered to the Complainant, at their registered address.
                                        Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers.
