During Diwali festival, I bought a front loader Bosch washing machine. It has been 1.5 month since I placed my order of washing machine as a gift to my mother on Diwali but I have yet to receive that washing machine. However, height of problem is that, instead of delivering the product on promised delivery time they asked me to wait for another 5 more weeks (21st December) to get further update on product delivery status. In nutshell, as per last amazon response they can't give me specific date regarding when will I receive my product or can deliver my product as per their promise. I mean, how can it take 3 months to receive a simple washing machine which is already available on the amazon right at this moment? I have made at-least several dozens of calls to Amazon executive, and they promised me (kept lying) that they will resolve my issue and I will get my product in stipulated time (which has already changed 3 times). But, here I am, still waiting for it.But it seems, they are keep delaying my issue and wants to cancel my order to get rid of me.

In one call, when I requested an executive to connect me to their supervisor, they said, "**No point in trying to reach to superior for higher escalations. You are wasting your time. These lines were said to me by Amazon Customer care. My personal suggestion is to cancel the order from us and get it from somewhere else if you want to have peace of mind."**
What do I do now? I am clueless, helpless and aghast.

**However, **I am determined to receive my promised product at any cost, I will do and seek appropriate way to receive justice. sometimes, I feel cheated and defeated as amazon have starting to give blind eye to my grievances like I meant nothing but just a fool on the other side.

By the way, when I am writing this complain, still there is no confirmation from Amazon that when will I receive my product? I just don’t know how to address this harassment anymore, so I am lodging this complain to find some appropriate resolution. My sincere request to you, please provide my product as it was promised even if you couldn't deliver on time.

**The chronological entire event diary**
I bought a Bosch washing machine - **order number - #XXXX-XXX-XXX on 14th October **which was delivered to me on 16th October. Then, I received an email confirming the installation within next 72 hours (refer to image no-1) so I waited for 72 hours but nobody turn-up or contacted me from Amazon or Bosch.
Then, I made a call to amazon customer care to know the status of my installation service. They asked me to wait for another 48 hours which I did but again nobody turned up.
Then, they asked me to contact Bosch customer care which I did but didn’t get response from there as well.
I kept calling amazon and Bosch. Amazon always used **delaying tactics** by asking me to wait for 48 hours first then 72 hours next but installation didn’t happen. But, to my surprise after dozens of calls from my side, finally bosch responded and send their engineer.

Bosch service engineer came on** 24 October** but when we opened the box, the door knob was broken so he refused to repair or install it as it was ordered from Amazon. I updated this issue to amazon on the same day, they asked me to send the picture of the damaged machine and asked me to wait for another 6 hours which I obliged (refer to image-2 and 3). But, again, nobody contacted me, and nothing happened.

Again, I called them up on **25th October** and they asked me to send them an email attaching picture. I told them about yesterday’s email, but they insisted to send me a new email, so I did (refer to image-4 and 5). Again, I received the automated response asking me to wait for 6 hours and they will get in touch with me. Nobody did. Since it was almost a Diwali festivity, I chose to rest the matter for few days thinking as a professional organization, they will do the needful.

But to my constant disappointment, they continued to ignore the service they falsely promised me, not once or twice but several times. Finally, I said, I don’t want this machine and asked them to return my money but they requested me for replacement of the machine and promised me on the phone that I will be able to receive a replaced product on the same day as the day they are going to collect a damaged product. However, when they came on **30th October** to collect the machine, they said they will collect the machine only today and will deliver to you on the same day. It didn’t happen.

Again, I waited for few more days and then, tried to contact them on **4th November** but didn’t get any assurance regarding the delivery of my replacement. Then, they updated on the web that my product is scheduled to arrive on **8th November** between 8am to 5pm (refer to image 6). So, I eagerly waited till that time but to my disappointment again, I didn’t receive anything.

When I again spoke to them and asked why I didn’t receive my product on 8th November, they said, they are still not sure about the delivery date of the product and asked me to wait till 19th November for further update. On **18th November**, I called them up for the status of the update they said, wait till **19th November**. Then, I called them up on 19th so they gave me a new date of **21st December**.

Along all this while, I expressed my experience and wrote a review to amazon, but they didn’t publish that review either (refer to image 7).

It has been 6 weeks since I placed my order for the first time and they asked me to wait for another 5 more weeks to receive an update on the status of the product. How long am I suppose to keep waiting for it? I just don’t know how to address this harassment anymore, so I am lodging this complain to find some appropriate resolution. My sincere request to all, please give my product as it was promised.

        Iam booked a order pedigree pro in august
        They are still trying to delivery the order
        Every week the delivery estimation date changing
        Then i cancel the order and i want my money back
        I called them more than 2 times a week. Amazon customer care said to me they are refund initiated but money was stuck in bank. I contact the bank, there is no initiated my money. Then i call the amazon customer care but calls was disconnected automatically. What should i do

          Miss labani mitra, my niece by relation, had bought a lenovo k6 note mobile handset from you 23rd may, 2019. But, all of a sudden, the said mobile, had gone out of order in the last week of august, 2019. As a result, the said set had been taken to its authorised service centre, q digi service limited, kolkata-700072 on the 2nd september, 2019 as it was, she thought, well within the warranty period. But, surprisingly, the said authorised service centre informed her that the said mobile set was not a brand new handset, rather it was a used set. Hence, it did not cover under any warranty service. Secondly, they also brought to her attention that the said warranty document which had been provided by your company and so did she produce before them did not carry the name of the buyer. However, at her own cost she had the mobile repaired at the said centre. Thereafter, she began to use the said handset. But, unfortunately, the said set once again had gone out of order.

          She, however, contacted the department concerned with this complaint but they turned down her complaint and refused to return the said mobile handset.

            We ordered an item which we booked around mid october and the delivery date mentioned was 11th november. Although the product was not received and amazon did sent us prior intimation regarding the products late delivery date and related information but now after the said date when we checked our account the product cannot be even seen in our orders list, neither we received any refund.                 amazon furniture assembly service - large

                Regarding my amazon order number[protected] furniture assembly service - large

                I brought a cot from amazon and the furniture assembling service scheduled on 2nd oct. But no one came for assembling.
                Got a call and they promised to complete the service by 3rd oct. But not happened 3rd oct also.
                Followed them daily and sent multiple mails to customer support also. But no luck.

                Hope less service support and your delivery agent. First when i spoke to one of delivery agent he was rude and the second delivery agent was also rude over the phone. I am waiting for my order no ORDER #[protected] which was suppose to be deliver today. First deliver person name John his number [protected] he came down my office and tried calling me i was busy with some meeting in my office his duty is to come up and check for the delivery he didn't. When i called he told u didn't answer my call so i left i will deliver tomorrow and disconnected the cal that is rude. The second delivery person number[protected] told i have time limit till 6PM you have to wait when i told him to deliver tomorrow at 10AM he saying whether i needed the parcel or not when i told him that i will not be available after 5PM and informed him to the delivery tomorrow he started speaking rude saying I AM LOCAL & I DON'T CARE ABOUT MY COMPANY. Is this the way you do services what you think of your self. I am not REQUESTING BUT DEMANDING ACTION TO BE TAKEN AGAINST THESE 2 DELIVERY BOYS.

                  One of the worst customer service experiences i have ever had with amazon.
                  What is the point of having prime delivery when amazon cannot hold it! Very disappointed with amazon.
                  Now coming to the most interesting part, having received the product a day late, guess what. It’s a wrong item.
                  Ordered a oneplus 7t glacier blue 256gb priced @inr 39, 999 one and received oneplus 7t frosted silver 128gb priced @inr 37, 999.

                  The customer service team does not even care that we are without a phone.
                  According to the amazon customer service team, it will take 5 days to do an investigation before they decide to either replace the product or refund the product.

                  One of the worst experiences i have ever had with amazon.

                  Shame on you guys, this was supposed to be a gift.

                  Thanks for ruining it for us!!!

                      Ordered one plus 7t from amazon india, its a defective phone in display fingerprint doesn't works. Technician confirmed defective handset, i requested for refund not a replacement phone because i am really afraid to shop mobile phones online but the amazon shopping declining my refund request not rectifying there mistake how upsetting it is to get defective phone for the price of rupees 38000.
                      Any help will be much appreciated to get my money back.

                        On 19 aug 19 i did a transaction using bajaj emi card on amazon.in to purchase oneplus mobile phones of rs 62998. At the time of verification call from bank side i was not available at the phone. My brother picked up the phone and he was unable to verify the transaction details and bajaj finserv marked it as a fraud transaction. Due to which amazon also blocked my amazon account which has rs 24000 of amazon pay balance in my wallet. Also, i didn't receive the mobile phones and the amount is also not refunded to my card. Every month people from bajaj finsrev call me and ask me to pay the emi for the same transaction. When i call amazon customer care they say that they cant check any details as the account is on hold and their team will contact me in 24 hours for the issue. 3 months have been passed and i have contacted them through every possible means but didn't get any solution for my problems. Neither my order was received nor the amount was refunded. Also, my amazon pay balance is locked by them. I request you to please unblock my account so that i can check my order details and also access my amazon pay balance. I am ready to verify and needed details of the transaction.

                                I have ordered same washing machine on 4th oct, 14th oct and 2nd nov. Everytime they deliver a damaged washing machine.

                                I want to complain about amazon;s dirty delivery of large appliances. Many times delivery was unpredictable and delivery personnel were minimal professional.

                                This has happened at indore location. I am planning to take amazon to court for their persistent bad quality and scam like service. I am complaining to authorities in local consumer court about possible bad practices of selling damaged/low quality products on the name of festive sale.

                                I have all documentary proofs an recordings of communications with amazon. They seems to be elusive of the problem.

                                Additionally delhivery also responsible for 2/3 dirty delivery of alliances.

                                  My amazon account is on hold and they are asking me to share my debit card statement for no reason. 1st thing no bank provide debit card statement ever. Only the account statement exists. And i have provided them the details asked my they multiple times but didn't get any proper reply from there side. I also have 24000 amazon pay balance which i wish to have. I wish that amazon should release my account asap.

                                  Amazon customer care has not contacted me yet. I have called up cc many times and every time I get the same response that i will be contacted within 24 hours and 3 months have been passed no one has contacted me yet.

                                    About a month ago i purchased a guitar amp through online payment order no[protected] of 15027 rupees after six seven days i received it and while unboxing i heard some noise and it turned out that the amp was damaged the speaker inside was moving i placed for a replacement and after 10 to 12 days i got one but sadly that too was defective so i asked for refund the whole month was gone in the process of returning and picking up and on top of that the amp weighs around 12 kgs so i went through that process twice carrying that heavy stuff days went by and i am still waiting for my refund the customer care told me that they will refund me in 7 business days but its been like fourteen days evertime they lie to me and tell me that i will receive it by tomorrow but i am still waiting for that tomorrow now they are telling me that the amp has not reached the seller yet after the seller gets it than in next three days i will get my refund.. The seller received his product three days ago and they still haven't refunded me back now they are saying they will refund me in 5 working days bank policy first they said 7 bussiness days than they lied to me saying as soon as the sellers gets his product back than after 3 days they will refund me and now the seller got back his product they have extended another 5 days and after that they will again extend another 5 days this will go on i have wasted whole october in returning and picking and they wants me to waste whole november for refunding they are just building up lies please i[censored] can help me to get my hard earned money back..

                                    15000 worth of product that came with a torn package how can the inside be in working condition if outside looks like that

                                      Sir i purchase earphone 699 and u returned it but my refund not recievd they gave a refeelar number that is[protected] and say that ask your bank my purchases earphone 26 sep 2019 and ireturned it 30 sep 2019 and they give me reffeler number[protected] and say that ask you bank punjab national bank and bank say i dont help you on base this refferl number
