This is regarding my order with order id[protected]. The product which i had received was damaged. It had many scratches on the back side of the watch and the belt of the watch also has many scratches. Due to which i had ordered replacement for the same but when the replacement came the delivery boy refused to take my return. I asked the delivery boy to wait for a minute so that i can connect the call to customer care but the person refused. Later i had a word with senior executive from esclation team and he had promised me that the pick up will be done by 06/11/2019. But till date the pick up has been not done. When i contact the customer care they say that leadership team is going to call me within 24 hr but till now leadership team has not contacted and even the pick up has been also not completed.

This is my refund referral number pls update me
I have purchased a diaper large size on 22nd October'19 and the terms was very clear that Rs. 100 cash back on any pre payment.
After waiting 15 days no cash back received, when I called the customer care their is proper justification given.

Knowingly cheating their customers.

    But i refused to get device
    Now finally nokia 6.2 black not cancelled more then 3days but rescheduled for delivery same product, now agent saying me went again 48hrs.

    Charged on a cancelled credit card. Please cancel the amount and do not use this card again for it was cancelled months ago. Thanks Cheryl Johnson P.S this card has not been used for month because I cancelled it back in May or June. Take care of this and contact me if you have any questions or it has been resolved. Thanks

        I ordered for costco so italiana whole cut shoes, i was delivered a different shoe from what i ordered, as such i asked for cancellation on the same day ie 10th november when i recieved the product. The amazon site shows that the product is on its way.. This was similarly done to me last year and i never got the refund. I think this company is adopting an easier way to cheat people. I want to take action against amazon, please provide a remedy.           I had placed an order around a month back for fitness equipment through amazon.

          Upon noticing that i have entered the wrong address i contacted the seller over email, amazon over call and the shipment company to try and change it to the new one. I was told that is not possible and to cancel the order and place a new order.

          I did exactly that and the screen showed that my refund is approved, over the next few days, the order was attempted to be delivered at the wrong address, twice been after me canceling it.

          Then i connected to your chat and call team which then told me that there is a technical issue and my refund will hit my account on the 24th of september, it didn't happen so i called again, i was told it will happen on 26 and that dint happen either and then the 28th and that also dint happen,

          By then i had a lost all cool that i could keep as a customer and also let me point out - in the interim of this struggle that i made, no one contacted me, the seller never responded and amazon shredded duty by saying its a seller fulfilled order - to which i yet don't know what is my fault.

          I then proceeded to try again, because it's my money, and there was an atoz claim filled to which - i get a hilarious email asking me to return the product to the merchant, which only shows that all the previous information was a lie and that the seller claims he delivered the product - & i did reply to that email very gently and i got no resolution -

          Which then bring me to the epitome of frustration and i spoke to a advisor who says my atoz claim was canceled which should not have happened - that's what he said - and then gave me this email id to which for the last 2 days i thought not to mail - but then i decided to make an effort and get my money back

          So to whomsoever this may concern - kindly put an end to my frustration and either refund the money to my account - or tell me that it won't happen and to stop trying - i rather lose my money now then my patience over a mistake i did not make.

          I have been promised over 14 times on different calls that my resolution will be resolved.
          My call was disconnected today as i was adamant on my refund

          Amazon told me to wait till the 25th and I did - however its been 4 days past the date of commitment and no one has had the
          professionalism to contact me let alone be the curtesy of keeping up to a commitment which was set from you end.

          Honestly, I have tired of all of this and have decided to consider the money you owe me as money lost -
          I now consider it a charity.
          This will be the last time I email you - Shopping from you is a question best left unasked and unanswered.

          Very shameful on your part (the lot of you)
          Each associate who I have spoken to over endless calls, Chats and now emails.

            I purchased redmi note 8 pro and i was having offer that you will get 500rs cash back as amazon pay cashback if you purchase between 20th october to 25th october. I purchased redmi note 8 pro on 22nd october. I got product on 25th october i called the customer care you are fulfilled all terms and conditions you will get cashback within 14 business days but when i called today they are giving differant execuses like this product is not eligible and the ASI code is not eligible while on terms and condtions there is no any type of information like this please help me in this matter

                They have delivered the product on 29th September, 2019 after 23 days in damaged condition, the day when I have received 23 October I launched the refund request, but nor pickup done neither my refund came.

                for this I talked 7 different Amazon executive, Madhu, Neha, Amit, and today Prachi.
                every one is saying that he will arrange the rescheduled the pickup which will be done in 72 and you will get refund, But now today is 11/11/2019.
                and She is saying its my call to go for legal, they are not ready to pay my money back.

                Still no update, its seems Amazon team is least bother about consumer complaints forum as well. Is there any policy of Indian consumer forum which can save consumer rights or I have to forgot my hard core money.

                  I purchased a mobile phone from Amazon Order Id #[protected]
                  on 28 September 2019 and it was Out for delivery on 30th September 2019, but at the time of delivery the delivery person was not able to find my product and informed me that he will check the product in his office and delivery it the next day, Next day again the product was showing out for delivery but at the end of the day it updated the status as delivered on 01st October.
                  I called the delivery person and asked informed him that i have not received the order but it is showing delivered he told me that he will check with his delivery office and inform me, the next day i chased him again but he said that the product is not in office and i should raise a complaint with Amazon custoumer care.
                  I called Amazon custoumer care and raised the issue with them and they said that they will investigate the matter and let mw know in 3 days,
                  again after 3 days i called the custoumer care and asked them for an update but they said that they tried to call me but i did not pick up the call (Which is not true) i asked them to add an alternate number also so that if thet are not able to reach on primary number then they can reach on alternate no, they asked me to wait for 3 more days and they will resolve the matter,
                  I called them again after 3-4 days but again they said that they were trying to call me but i did not pick up the call on both the number (which again is lie).
                  they again asked me to call after 3 days and the process is going on like this but i am not getting any resolution to it.
                  Please help me to get my product or issue me a refund.
                  My 11000 Rs is stuck because of their stupid service.

                    I had received damaged goods (koots cobwebs jala brooms) ordered on amazon India app. Immediately I submitted return goods on amazon. They messaged collection of goods on friday, 8th nov between 7am to 1pm but so far goods not been collected. I have submitted call request on amazon customer care but so far no call received from amazon. It's very frustrating. Dont know how else to cyc amazon so the damaged goods collected and my money refunded....

                    Tracking number : [protected]. I ordered the product on 30th oct'19 and amazon assured me that it would be delivered by 9th of november 19. Seeing maximum delivery time i ordered it.

                    Now to my surprise again it is changing delivery days from 11 to 14th nov19. Though i asked customer care team they say they would escalate but not nothing happened.

                    Very poor service. They are wasting customer plans as i have to go to native place. Its partner ecomm doing rounds with that in hyderabad from one center to another center. I am attaching their tract for your reference.

                      did not received product either dispatched

                      Ordered mcp deluxe personal manual analog weighing scale upto 130 kgs capacity for human body weight machine (Mechanical weighing machine) through amazon app on 08/11/2019 for rs745.0. But till now it has not been dispatched. Did not provide me refund when cancelled three weeks before. Still order is showing waiting for shipment.

                      Price was 979 rupees but my account has been deducted with 1299rupees.

                            I have ordered the product in diwali sale and availed option of rescheduling the delivery but i got calls on weekends insisting on taking the delivery,, and i told them that i rescheduled to another day. But i didn't get the product on rescheduled day. This happened twice despite raising complaints with amazon customer care executives. Then one day a customer executive (Vishnu singh) told me that i will be refunded with differential amount once i get delivery of new order and he told me he will call me to ensure that i will get refund so i placed new order. But he didn't call me on delivery date and on talking with another customer executive, she told me that it was not at all updated about refund, and she can't help me.

                            I was told that this issue will not happen again but even after raising complaints no body took action and the product was returned to seller.Because one customer executive told me that i will get refund once i place new order i believed him and i placed new order, only to know today that he didn't update anything about refund.today also i spoke to one customer executive and she told me she can't help me anything.

                            We have perused the complaint received from Mr. Pottimuthi Mohan Kumar (“Complainant”) and find that he had ordered for WOW Brightening Vitamin C Face Wash - No Parabens, Sulphate, Silicones & Color - 100mL Tube (Product") from an independent third party seller Fit & Glow Healthcare Private Limited ("Seller") on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website").
                            It is submitted that a refund for a value of Rs. 20.00 as a goodwill gesture was processed into his Amazon Pay Balance on 14th January, 2020.
                            Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers.
                            In view of the above, the issue stands closed.
                            I made a purchase of 99.99 on my card for the jackpot party coin sale by mistake and I would like it to be refunded. I thought it was for 9.99. Thank you.
