I receive used product 'twice' from amazon seller 'appario retail pvt. Ltd., ', and 2nd time the refund was cancelled from the pick-up person, telling me 'it's a used product', as if the fault is mine.

Here is the issue:
I had ordered 4tb hdd on 23rd oct. After receiving the product i noticed that the back of the wd product was opened, since it was a used one, i asked for replacement. The replacement product which was received on 30th oct from the same seller, was worse:
- scratches all over the hdd,
- no usb cable,
- seal was open on the wd package
- no serial number on product piece.

I am fed up of talking to customer care executives and chatting several times via the amazon india app, each and every time i call regarding the refund, i have to explain about the overall issue, but they are not noting down the issue i think, even the phone calls being recorded, and they have taken this issue very lightly, and are least bothered about their customers or the products they sell.

Seller is giving out used products, and this so frustrating, when am paying from my credit card and this what i get from amazon, when something is required very urgently. I don't think i will be buying anything else from amazon india here on, for this matter.

We have perused the complaint received from Mr. Sharath Kumar ("Complainant") and find that he had ordered for Western Digital Elements 4TB Portable External Hard Drive (Black) Kit ("Product") vide Order ID:[protected] from the independent third party seller, i.e., Appario Retail Private Limited ("Seller") on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website") and has requested for refund of the amount paid.
It is submitted that a refund for a value of Rs.7, 535.14 as requested and required by the Complainant was processed into his bank account on 19th November, 2019 vide refund reference number 072267.
In case the Complainant has not received the refund in his bank account, he is requested to kindly contact the customer care department of the concerned bank.
The refund has been made from the nodal account managed by the designated bank as per the RBI circular dated 24.11.2009 on operation of nodal account: https://www.rbi.org.in/scripts/NotificationUser.aspx?Mode=0&Id=5379.
Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers.
In view of the above, the issue stands closed.

      I havd purchased redmi note 8 pro when launched an di got faulty piece and same day submitted returned request but i there was showing 4 nov is the returned date request after that waited till 4 nov and when i did not got any response again i called and told my data is got erased as it switched off and you had given faulty piece and sent emails and facebook complaint so many times that they did fraud and mental hazard to me and wasted my time and money not taken returned or replacement till now and maked me mentally tired so third class company please take strict action against this company and give me compensation as i had taken this mobile by paying 15500 and till now not able to use or even not inserted my sim in it kept as it is.

      This company is fraud company its 420 company wasted my energy and time any money and given me mentaz hazard as taken new mobile got faulty piece as my data got erased once not even inserted sim though even not taken or replaced till now no action how third class this company is how frustrating and fraud this is

When i order something it's not been placed, While the amount is been debited from my account and shows some technical failure. the amount debited from my account is credited back to me but after 48 hours of time period. Your customer service provider has been telling me from past 4 days that it will be resolved in 24 hours.So I need you to resolve...

        We have been trying to lodge complaint on Amazon site since 30.10.2019 till today but in vain.
        ORDER #[protected]
        The order for 23 books (different titles) were placed on 28.10.2019.
        The amount of Rs.53, 025.31 was credited to Amazon's account through onlineSBI net banking. After checking the orders placed with Amazon, it was found that 16 titles were cancelled automatically and 7 titles were confirmed out of 23 for their delivery on different dates and their amount was Rs.10, 159.00. There was no mention or indication shown for balance amount of Rs.42, 866.31.
        On 30.10.2019, an amount of Rs.40, 490.01 was credited into our account.
        It is seen from above, an amount of Rs.2, 376.30 has been deducted excess as the order for 16 titles were cancelled by Amazon automatically and not by us.
        You are requested to look into the matter as they are not responding either over the customer care no. nor email id on which we could lodge our complaints and ensure the re-credit of the excess amount of Rs.2376.30 which has been deducted wrongly from our account for more than 9 working days.

            Dear sir,

            Ref. Order #[protected]
            Lost item name: acer k202hql 19.5" led backlit...

            This order was delivered as on 04th october in afternoon and my aged father
            Received it. When i opened the shipment at night, i found one item was
            Missing from it.

            I was shocked and check it again and found that the box was packed with
            Brown tape on the bottom face, i am assuming the reason behind that is
            Amazon tape on the box being torn in transit. And may be at that time the
            Item was being lost in transit. I am attaching the images of the box.

            As it was a bit late so amazon phone support was not available that time.
            So i reported about it next day in morning, and they assure me about any
            Loss. But when i call for update, they denied for the item being lost
            In transit. After getting their response i was stunned.

            Then i esclate the matter even at a higher level, but everyone is hopeless.

            Please help me in this matter, and either get my money back or my item.

              It is very disappointing that such a big company amazon is giving the worst service to customer.I was suffering since 2 months from their world class worst service.

              But from past 2 month they are doing nothing when ever i call they say we will raised your issue to escalation team and they will call.But none of them has ever called .So many forms already filled by amazon executives with assurance that it will be resolved in few day.Now few days become months.

                  I dont like using amazon, my cards always show extra charges i dont authorize i want this to stop this is not just a one time thing this problem seems to get unresolved amazon has seen the last order from me i have to deal with ### everytime sad to see the state of your bussiness going down hill . never again ive used amazon three times all three times extra charges were applied had to cancel my card because amazon will do nothing all of my words are being typed for blind or deaf people amazon does not care last time user file complaint with local district attornies office and registered a complaint with govoners office im going to keep going untill some one will listen if this means class action law suit im a retired old man i have alot of time on my hands

                      Actually my product has been cancelled and money has not been refunded yet and when I contacted Amazon customer care, they said, fund has been issued from that side, but i didn't receive product amount in my account. So please help me out from that problem. And when I contacted to the banking customer care they didn't any help and from Amazon side, they sent me a reference no for transaction details.

                        I bought two sarees from amazon and requested return for both the sarees.. A delivery boy came and took both the sarees with him.. But i got refund of only one saree and when i called the costumer care of amazon they informed me that they only recieved one saree for which the refund was done...                                   We have perused the complaint received from Ms. Soniya Ajmera ("Complainant") and find that she had ordered for Foot Wagon Women's Gold Beige White Sole Double Straps Flat Sandals (5 UK/India, 38 EU) ("Product") from an independent third party seller, i.e., Foot Wagon ("Seller") on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website").
                                  It is submitted that a refund for a value of Rs. 499.00, as requested and required by the Complainant was processed into her bank account on 5th November, 2019, vide refund reference number IGAHDOAVH8.
                                  In case the Complainant has not received the refund in the original mode of payment selected while placing the order, he is requested to kindly contact the customer care department of the concerned bank.
                                  The refund has been made from the nodal account managed by the designated bank as per the RBI circular dated 24.11.2009 on operation of nodal account: https://www.rbi.org.in/scripts/NotificationUser.aspx?Mode=0&Id=5379.

                                    I have bought tv online from amazon.in. It got deliver as per schedule. Then i have followed up for the installation with company service center (Vu technologies). They did installation too. After that when i start using tv. It is getting hang when i do any thing on installed browser. I raised the complain to vu technologies. I got the call from vu technologies on 22 oct, 2019. Then say it could be software issue and will take 2 day to rectify the same, after 2 days on 24th oct, 2019 technician said it is not with software it is with hardware and gave the report too. I have escalated the issue to amazon. But they are not accepting vu technologies report and forcing to schedule service visit by amazon only. But some how on 24th oct while talking to customer care they understand the problem and told me that it would be replaced first. I agreed on the same and asked them to raise the request. While trying to raise request they said that product serial no is not matching. And they confirm this problem is from there end. Still i showed my patience till end of the day and agreed that they will escalate the issue and copy me in mail. I have not received the mail. Hence i called them gain yesterday 25th oct, 2019. Again call started from the beginning. Again i have to explain the issue and make then understand that service visit from vu technologies has been done, but amazon customer care not agreeing on previous day conversation. Call went to almost 1.30 hours and transferred to many department. And each department is saying they are concern person only for 1 issue as it has two. 1. Technical issue 2. Serial no is mismatching, yesterday call it was agreed by on of the executive that they will refund money and transferred the call to other department. At the end of the day executive said he will transfer the call to his senior. Bu later he said that he is busy and will take atleast 30 mins to get free and after that he will give call back to me. I gave almost 1.30hrs time call me which is much more than what they requested. But i did not received any call till now. I have lost my patience as almost 6-7 hrs has been wasted and talked almost 10-15 executives. Attaching service engineer report. I am looking for your assistance for resolution and get my product return and refund and compensation as well. Please do the need full.
                                    Again followed up on the request on 30th oct, 2019. They said till now no one has acted on earlier request hence raising new one. Hence created new request to correct serial number in invoice. But still no update.
