I have placed a order#[protected] of 1847.70 amount on 25th of october, 2019.in this i have not received one of the item called "kashish by shoppers stop womens round neck embroidered palazzo suit_red." this product's shipment is still showing preparing for dispatch in the application. Regardless of calling to the customer care multiple times, no resolution has been provided till now. I am not getting any communication regarding this order from amazon and there is no refund has been provided till now. It's been almost 21 days i am calling them but no strict action has been taken. It's a kind of harassment to the consumer. The amount of this product is 1320 rs. And this amount really matters for any middle class person. I have a request to please take strict action on this matter.

    Subject: My Amazon.in Order #[protected]

    Till date no communication has yet been made from Team Support or any other department of your company except a short note that was sent to me at 12: 39 p.m. on 14th November, 2019 from the said Team Support department requesting me to update my contact number so that their executive could make communication with me pertaining my issue.

    But, unfortunately, when I narrated them my case of cheat and fraudulence with all relevant documentary evidences along with all the correspondence made between the executives of Customer Service Department and I, they have completely held back their reply and stopped correspondence with me.

    I would, therefore, like to request you and your department concerned to look into the said case of cheat, fraudulence and duplication of supplied goods with utmost seriousness so as to settle it through negotiation and bring forth an amicable solution.

      I received damaged goods against order order #[protected]. Immediately i submitted request for return and refund. Recvd email pick up. On 7th nov brown 7am to 1pm. Till now no one has come for pick up. I have put umpteen msgs to amazon customer care but nothing so far. All customer care numbers are not operative. Feel totally helpless and frustrated. It is unacceptable from a company such as amazon. Please help to sort this matter asap.

          I purchased one ray-ban eye wear frame full rim square men's spectacle frame. I order placed on - 21.04.2019. I paid rupees.7, 174.00. My order number-#[protected]. I received my order on-06.05.2019. I returned the same order on-09.05.2019 by india post as per amazon return policy. The ray-ban seller received their item on-12.05.2019 as per my tracking. I returned to my item to amazon seller, gmr airport city rgi airport so pin-500108 from arjuna behera, at-medical campus po-mohana district-gajapati pin-761015. But due to my repeated requests no body can help to me since 8month. So help me for above this matter. Because it is my 10 time complaint. Therefore i kindly request you to help me for my refund amount. Thanks.

          I ordered a book from Amazon on 29th of October. The package should have been delivered on or before 8th of November but still I couldn't see any tracking details. Also on cancellation of the package consumer will charged.

            I had ordered nando's sauces from amazon.in as it is a good item it cannot be replaced but i have received this product already damaged. One of the sauce bootle was totally damao even after the bubble wrap. Whole sauce has been spilled in the box. How can i ask them for refund or take actions in this context. I tried cally them many times but they are not responding.

            I bought a wrist watch which within few days has broken. its braslet has broken its order no. is[protected] which was delivered on 7th september.
            so plz either repair it or replce it with new one as soon as possible. its total cost which i paid is --37.97$.

              My name is arghya pratim saha. I have ordered an canola oil product from amazon india. Their product got damaged in guwahati. Then i requested for replacement. But instead they cancelled the order. And placed one replacement. The replacement was reaching today.. Then they again cancelled the replacement. Which already reached in my city agartala. Now they are telling to reordee.. But the price of the product is high now. So kindly look in my matter and arrange for a replacement.

                    Hi,

                    I have ordered aluminum cookwear on october 18th, 2019 for 728 rupees and it was supposed to be delivered in 3 or 4 days.

                    When i have checked the status of the order few days later, i saw that the address was missing at amazon side, not sure how it was deleted from their side.
                    I have called the customer care and informed the same and they told that they will rectify it and the product would be delivered in 2 days.
                    I again called them after 2 days, and again they told that the product would be delivered in 2 more days.

                    I have repeatedly called the customer care and informed them about this for 7 times.
                    And now on nov 11, 2019, when i called them and asked about it they are telling that the product is returned to the seller and they can only do a refund. And to be noted is the product price is now 1182/-.

                    I was literally shocked the way they have taken this case forward even after reminding 7 times.
                    Actually it is not my duty to remind amazon about the missing address at their side, but still i have called them 7 times and informed them about this.

                    I am sure amazon did this wantedly because the price of the product is increased now and they can sell the same product with higher price now.

                        I had ordered watch from amazon. It was expected to deliver on pickup point on 12th of Nov. However same was rejected saying that I canceled the order. When I raised this to Amazon customer care they said that They had tried to reach me on call nut I didn't pickup the call but I haven't received any call on same day from amazon. When I talked with senior they informed it was cancelled due to some technical issue from there end. They provided me wrong information and when I asked for refund they said it will take 3-5 working days.

                        Iam not able to understand why they are keeping my money with them when this issue occurred because of them.

                        This was 2nd time I haven't received my order on time and got cancelled without connecting to me. 1st incident happened on 24th of oct. where I was promised that my order get delivered on 25th Oct. and I paid extra for that.

                        Screenshot attached for both the cases and kindly get it validate from amazon customer service as both the time they said that they have escalated it to there higher team.

                            I have been delivered a gift product Of a combo. But it had missing accessories. I told them to return the item. But they told that it’s a replacement policy. I told the executive to get it replaced the very next day by evening. They had entire 48 hours to replace. But they said it would be possible only on Thursday by 9pm. Neither I’m getting my money nor the item delivered on time. This is not the customer mistake. If it was not a gift item it could have been accepted. This is not fair on such a big company to make petty mistakes and penalise the customer for it. I have been subjected to mental stress by them without my mistake.

                              Refund of rs. 759/- has been made by amazon on 12th of october 2019 regarding a product (Order number is[protected].
                              "the reference number of the refund is ref - hsbcn[protected].
                              But, the refund has not been received yet.
                              Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no response is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.

                                I had bought a carpet online through amazon, however the carpet i received was different from the carpet shown in the product description. Later, i applied for a refund request but was rejected without any reason being given. I had later appealed the decision but it went unheeded.

After 10min I called to the customer to enquire and he said I called you there was no response from your end and crossed your location. Product will be delivered tomorrow. He was very rude while replying.

                                      My name is vivek and i had ordered of kraasa mens synthetic leather flip flops in amazon. On 03/oct/2019 and afrer 14/oct /2019 i returned this order due to personal reasons.
                                      And an 15/oct/19 amazon initiated the amount to my card but. I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent reference no[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute from karnataka bank doesn't have such policy. So mandatory you can enter it if want better chance of recovery

                                      I got a job offer from amazon on olx it's real or fake

                                        I have not yet received the order - (Package). It's more than the expected time. Moreover i ordered 2 books for the same address and have been charged twice.

                                        It is really poor service and not expected from amazon.
