So here is the back story of my order.

I ordered, "Godrej 580 L 3 Star Frost-free Double Door Refrigerator" from Amazon on 28th October 2019. I received the product on 31st October 2019 and that was a damaged product.

I requested for replacement of the product(I went through a lot of processes to get it done.)

Finally, they agreed to replace the product, however, I had a very bad experience with the customer support team, so I requested them to cancel the product assuming that if again I receive the damaged one I have to contact them and explain to them what I did last time. it's a hectic process.

Then I got a call from Amazon I think on 4th November saying that I will get a good product within a week.
I asked them if they can deliver it before 8th November 2019 it's okay for me.
The reason I asked them that the current refrigerator which we are using is broken, the door and body got separated and we have to remove the door apart if we need to take out something from the fridge.

On the Amazon app, it was showing it will be delivered on 12th November 2019. I waited until 12th and that didn't happen.

From that day daily I am calling Amazon guys to cancel the product and refund the amount so that I can purchase the product from the nearby store.

Every day they used to say some different storied for me that it will happen within 3-5 days.
There on it continued and I still didn't receive any refund.

Every day I used to call them and even I have requested a call from there top management for I think 4 times and I got the call only once.

So finally it's been 30 days and still, I didn't receive any refund.

In this entire process, I lost 5 years Comprehensive warranty which was available on that product as a Diwali sale. it's my loss now which will around[protected].(https://onsitego.com/shop/refrigerators/plans/[protected]/).
I have contacted the nearby store and came to know that there is an offer going on HDFC card, so if I buy the product within this month I will get 2500 as cashback.

So I am looking for compensation of 15000 from Amazon.

In the beginning, I didn't ask them to drop an email with all the conversations that happened in the call.
Since it was taking so long, so later I wanted some proof so I asked them to do so. In the image, you can see the number of times I have contacted Amazon. Every time I call Amazon they send a feedback email.

Forgot to mention that the cost of a refrigerator is 53, 497/-.
Please do something, I am pissed off with there service and I need compensation for this.

      I am paying for prime subscription and as promised by Amazon I am supposed to get the order delivered in 1 to 2 days.

      It's been more than 5 days and I have not received my order. If I call customer support they are saying they do not have any updates.

      Can any one please look into this.

        Hello,

        I ordered a sanyo ac through amazon and it was delivered on oct 20. We were undergoing renovations at that time and so i contacted sanyo for installation in the nov 19 and a reachnicialn came on 22nd. Technician found that amazon had shipped us a 3 star unit instead of a 5 star unit. Contacted amazon and they asked me to call sanyo as it was more than 10 days. Called sanyo and they said they cannot replace a wrong product delivered by amazon. Called amazon support again and after talking to an agent names komal, i was told that she talked to her manager and they are going to make an exception and get this replaced. She asked for a job sheet and called the sanyo technician who was not sure why he had to give a job sheet when he did not do any work. He had to check with his office before giving one. So komal offered to call me back the next day to do the replacement and send the job sheet in an email in the mean time. The sanyo technician sent the job sheet that night and i had sent to the email that komal gave. Unfortunately i did not get a call back from komal as promised. I called amazon two days later and they started the same thing again that they cannot do a replacement because it was over 10 days. I tried telling them that komal had already agreed to process a refund. One of the agent started yelling that it was my fault and there was no such notes. When i told him that i am going to record this call, he disconnected. I called back and spoke to a nicer gentleman who started saying the same thing again. He has escaped it to his team and i am not confident that they will call back. He also mentioned that he does see a note that komal requested the job sheet and wasn't sure why the previous agent lied. So i am stuck with a 30000 rupees product and no real resolution from amazon.

          I requested for replacement of my product on time, amazon is not replacing my order from last 15 days,
          Same product selling by same seller on amazon now and they they are telling me that we don't have availability of this product,
          They have mantly harassed me as well as wasted my important time

          I have received the item on 23rd Nov 2019 against Order #[protected]. The produced quality is not matched with item displayed on amazon site. Kindly look into matter and take the necessary action against vendor.
          On 16th oct 2019, i ordered Wilcraft Rucksack(45 ltrs) which was to be delivered on 18th Oct, 2019 but, Amazon Agent Cancelled it without contacting me. Now, One month completed but they are still initiating my Refund.
          I order a nike shoe on 5 nov 19 they sent us used and diffrent product and they are not helping only they are saying we pick a product on this day but always they are denied so pls help me

            I order an item from amazon during sale period but they just delivered the empty box so i raised a complaint where team says that they have taken the complaint and soon come with the resolution. But its been 13 days now and every time they are just increasing the timeline and the worst part is on 28oct 2019 they promised me that i will get the refund on 30th oct and when i contacted on 30th they again told me tgat they are working on this and i have to wait more.

            Is it some kind of joke for amazon for just doing fake promised.

            Being a prime and regular daily basis customer i deserve son quick action but they don’t care and just ignoring.

            I thought amazon will take prime customer priority but i’m wrong they don’t care anything.

              Hi I am a customer of Amazon for along timr and have a prime membership as well. week ago I had ordered a syska power bank whci was defective and was told by Amazon that it will b picked in 72 hrs now it's been 3 weeks no has come to pick the same and Amazon complaint department told me that they cannot assure that they will pick up the order and hence cannot do anything so my money has stuck so request you to look into the same

                Order has not receive, but delivery guy changed status as delivered and also mentioned customer has signed.

                I called delivery guy, he said "I won't come to your address, you will collect it our amazon courier garage."

                why i need to go and collect ? why this person is not delivery to my home?

                I raised complaint to Amazon customer care, but no use. still my issue was not solved. Amazon CC asked to cancel my item. why I need to cancel my item?

                  I was ordered on pubg trigger for my brother birthday on november 20. But stil product not received. I don't know why late. But i'm so much of hurts. And missing my birthday surprise party. That gift was too small but does not matter. Order date is november 6. Today date is 25. How to expline that pain. So please help me for receiving my prodect.                     I bought product from amazon and returned it but amount is not refunded yet amazons said the process was initiated on 23/10/2019 but till now its not refunded so please resolve this issue asap ref no in[protected] i called contact center of sbi and they asked me to visit branch but branch people are saying its not done with branch,, contact sbi care

                      I had ordered for this jacket but i have received car seat leather parts, i cant believe how can they do this kind of mistake, i was waiting for my jacket and look what i got, i will make sure i don't order from here anymore coz i paid already. And also one person came for pick up and said that i have intentionally exchanged the product and contacted for pick up because that package has a written slip which say there is jacket inside but actually once i opened i found a car seat leather parts. I want my jacket and good customer service from amazon and also will make sure i don't buy any product from kefi outdoors.

                        I am complaining regarding my order no.[protected] and the tracking no. Is[protected].. The package is on name o[censored]sha pandya to be delivered on 23rd november, 2019 between 9am to 11am by delivery agent no. [protected].. We still did not received the package yet and the delivery agent singed as delivered on my mother usha's name saying that he handed to her.
                        My brother keep calling and texting now agent agreed that he has the package and delivery guy made a mistake.

                        Money or refund doesn't matters we have crorces customer in worlds does online shopping through amazon if the agencies or companies keep doing this kind of fraud to the customer then i believe Amazon will have to lose the business..How can somebody sign and say delivered and turn off notification like i was supposed to get message or delivery email even he turned off the notification on system.
                        Like tomorrow bank officers will be like ok customer signed and they will also withdraw money then what.. this is such a biggest scam by Amazon

                        No issues solved yet, first amazon sent email ti wait for 3 days to solve the issue and they will send refund and package, also ask me not to bother during this process..
                        Meanwhile when second day of the fraud due to high calls delivery guy came with package, we straight refused him that we don't trust the package and the product can send back to amazon..
                        We also took the picture of id proof of the delivery guy to know and be aware of such kind of fraud person.
                        Now amazon sends me email that package has been delivered back to my home next day nd also refund issued...
                        Isn't it really funny, and the way amazon don't have clear answer to give me.. everyone is lying here

                          The product which i have returned a week ago... Amazon had not refunded me the morning money yet...

                          And the call center is saying that they have refunded but i had not received the refund yet
                          This thing already happened to me before... Last time to get the refund i have undergone many hardships... If this thing only continues for this product also... Then it would be difficult for me yo trust on amazon again.. So i request u kindly to consider my complain and please deal with it as soon as possible

                            I placed an order for a lenovo a5 for rs.7200 on june 3, 2019. I was handed over perhaps a refurbished piece instead of new. As it demanded formatting after just two months o[censored]se then got bricked. I complained to the seller amazcart through amazon. They told to visit near service centre but the service centre is not taking the product back. I want replacedment, no refund and the compensation for the loss of faith.

                              I ordered a leather jacket which i returned back due to sizing issues. Return was received on 10th nov, 2019 by amazon. I have contacted the customer three times. But they are telling the refund will be initiated but no progress was found till now. I am not getting refund due to inefficiency of customer support. Kindly get my refund back.                                   The delivery boys are just making a phone call and saying that we have attempted to reach the customer and found door lock. so, they are reaching me on the next day or even other day but not on the day of product arrival. so, it seems that they are cheating Amazon.com by claiming the delivery charges for two or more times.

                                    I am being charged $12.99 a month for something i do not want and have no recollection asking for it. Please cancel this charge as of nov. 23, 2019. I do not recall asking for this service and do not use this service. No one in this household wants it either. I would appreciate it if this bill could be taken off of my credit card as soon as possible.

                                      I take amazon voucher loan from zest money october last month. But when i feed voucher code at amazon pay's add money but they did not accept my voucher code & show me that amazon voucher was already radeem. But i never buy or order any thing from amazon til date. So plz take action against amazon for fraud to me & return my new or fresh voucher code of rs 14000.

                                        I have got a fraud product (Water bottle as in below attached pics) in place of above product i have ordered.
                                        I have ordered this product on 1/11/2019 and got a mail from amazon fro delivery with following details -

                                        Your package will be delivered between 7:00am and 9:00pm by our amazon delivery agent (Phone: [protected]).
                                        Otp: 577780

                                        Which is actually not delivered on that day, again i got a mail again from amazon that net agent will deliver to you as per mail below-

                                        Your package will be delivered between 7:00am and 9:00pm by our amazon delivery agent (Phone: [protected]).
                                        Otp: 440605

                                        This time it is delivered but when my parents opened the box they found a water bottle (As per pics) in place of this product. I have called both the agents in their no. S they have not responded well and tell me to complain to cutomer care. I have filed the complained on the same day but got the reply on 14/11/2019 (Which was my last day of product returning if i want to attampt) that we have done the investigation and we have delivered you the correct product, and we can't help you anymore.
                                        Then i have tried to escalate this complain by the help of my brother who was working in amazon bangalore. But yeaterday i got the same reply that we have escalated your complain but we have found that we have sent you the geniune product.

                                        Now please help me all door are getiing my money back or getting correct product are closed.
