I ordered a pack of Cadbury Celebrations Rich Dry Fruit Chocolate Gift Box, 177 g. I ordered it from Amazon India.

It reached my sister (if was a Diwali gift) in a week. But the package was damaged. there was precipitation inside the package and it was not edible.
Amazon didn't allow me to write a bad review. I couldn't actually believe that they did that. They didn't even allow me to return the box. essentially, I had to waste my 500 rupees.

    It is a pre-paid item, pilot fountain pen of inr 1245.0

    Initially the date of delivery was 7th october however three time amazon changed the date of delivery and i still today (9th of nov, 2019) my order is not shipped. Now the use of the above mentioned product is irrelevant to me. I want to cancel the product and get my money refund. Unfortunately very cleverly the amazon deactivated the option for cancellation. I called at least four time (21st, 25th and 31st october and 9th november, 2019) to the customer service centre of the amazon. Each time they have answered that payment refund will be initiated within three business days. Today early morning, around 2:00 am i called and got the same repetitive false hope. Amazon cheated me.
    Please look into this and let me help to get my refund.

      Hi,

      I bought pioneer av system in the month of october and within 1 month o[censored]se now one of the speakers is not working.

      I tried contacting customer support through online chat a few times but customer support are stupid and they don't know anything. Few of guys from support even share some wrong numbers and closed the issue.

      I tried to get email/phone number of the seller - raga av world but customer support is clueless about this too.

      Now they not responding to my email.

Amazon delivery agent didn't call me..he didn't deliver the product to me..it was showing delivered...i complained to Amazon customer service many times..they said that it is showing already delivered...i paid in advance..now they are not refunding my money back...                 I have ordered
                Anchor universal multi plug adaptor with indicator - pack of 2 with order id order #[protected]. The order is been marked as delivered on 2nd of november 2019 but they didn't deliver it. When i called customer care they told they will contact the seller and initiate refund but they didn't. Again this product was showing delivered on 5th november 2019. When i contacted the amazon customer care team, i received the same replay that they will contact the seller and it will take 2 days. After that only they can issue the refund.
                I have no ways to track this order as they already marked it as delivered 7 days back (2-nov-2019) and also they are not ready to give me refund as well.

                Please help.

                      This is regarding my order of impulse 85ltr trekking bag which was done in amazon and delivered on 9th october 2019. On using it after 20 days, the bag broke, its stitching came out which showed its poor quality. As a consumer i contacted amazon customer care to get a replacement of the bag on 29th october 2019. I was promised a replacement by 1st november 2019, on trakking my order i found out that it had been shipped to my hometown but all of sudden it showed that the order was cancelled. On contacting the customer care i was once again garenteed that the order would arrive latest by 4th november 2019. I waited till the next day, and on getting no response i had contact them again. I was then told that the order had been cancelled because the mobile number was given wrong, which is clearly not my fault, considering i was able to track the order till it reached my hometown. The customer care accepted their mistake and asked to get refund instead. Although am in need of that bag, i would have been fine with this if it was said at the beginning itself, but it is not fair that i was fooled around like this.
                      As a consumer who trusted this company, i feel cheated and insulted. Kindly take some form of action against this kind of bad services.

                      And I purchased the item in the festival divali dhasra time so they given extra offer so I purchased the item in the rate of 1220 rupees.

My parents gave him 500 rs note but he asked he didn't have change and talk very rudely with them and asked go to the shop for change money and asked he will go if you don't give me change. I don't expect this kind of behavior with big brand amazon delivery boy. I want action against delivery boy.

                          The tempered glass I bought does not stick on the mobile phone. The moment u place it over and press in the centre as suggested it comes off. I even tried professional help but it just does not stick on to it. Touch does not work I have to press hard on it.

                            They have given a delivery date of 13th december 2019, that is 45 days delay. When i contacted customer care several times they are suggesting to cancel this order (This order i got at discounted price and 10% discount) and if i place a fresh order, the item will be delivered in 2 days.                               I order amazon product but they have not delivered the product when we ask them they kept asking me to wait and now it's been 2 yr and they not ready to talk amount it. I had done the prepaid payment via a card of rs 5200/-.

                              Amazon is a cheater. Never do a prepaid payment.

                              Now i am bothered about my money 5k. Even they are not ready to refund.

                              We have perused the complaint received from Mr. Rasool ("Complainant") and find that the order for SuperToy(TM) Vision 2.4G 4 Channel 6 Axis 360 Degree Gyro Remote Control Explorers 2 Headless Quadcopter with WIFI Camera (Color Black & White) ("Product") vide Order ID:[protected], was placed by someone else and not the Complainant; from an independent third party seller, i.e., Super Toy ("Seller") on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website").
                              It is submitted that the Complainant did not contact the customer support team within the time prescribed by the Seller for refund or return of the Product.
                              Basis the information received from the Seller, the Product had been duly delivered at the registered address of the account holder on 11th August, 2017.
                              Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers.
                              In view of the above, the issue stands closed.
                              I have not received the amount Rs1742 from amazon .only reference number is given
                              Please remove this charge from my credit card immediately did not give permission to continue to
                              bill me please cancel at once I do not wish to be bill every month for 13.96 on my credit card stop billing

                                Sir i am purchasing 02 no qty v guard industries ltd finesta rw 400mm remote 3 blade wall fan (Yellow&black) (Yellow) through amazon india online shopping app and order no[protected] dated 15.10.2019 amound rs 4519.80 paid through icici atm card for 02 qty this wall fan. My ordered delivered me on dated 22.10.2019 in one wall fan box and i opened it and find only 01 qty of wall fan comes in this box because this box in made of only single piece of wall fan and can't possiable in this box adjust 02 no qty of wall fan. I contact amazon india customer care and tell this problem and file my complaint and after 5 days i again contact amazon india company customer care and asking my matter but company refuse that they can't help me this problem because they delivered me this oreder on 22.10.2019 in 01 no box and this box has 02 no qty of wall fan. I understand amazon company this problem that this box in made of only single piece of wall fan and can't possiable in this box adjust 02 no qty of wall fan but can't help me and not to be paid my 01 no wall fan refund. Please sir help me for this problem as soon as possiable.

                                We have perused the complaint received from Mr. Kamlesh Galav (“Complainant”) and find that he had ordered for 2 x V Guard Industries Ltd Finesta Rw 400Mm Remote 3 Blade Wall Fan (Yellow&Black) (Yellow) ("Product") from an independent third party seller, i.e., V Guard Industries Ltd ("Seller") on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website").
                                It is submitted that a refund for a value of Rs. 1, 884.90, as requested and required by the Complainant was processed into his original payment method on 18th January, 2020 vide refund reference number [protected].
                                In case, the Complainant has not received the refund in the original mode of payment selected while placing the order, he is requested to kindly contact the customer care department of the concerned bank.
                                The refund has been made from the nodal account managed by the designated bank as per the RBI circular dated 24.11.2009 on operation of nodal account: https://www.rbi.org.in/scripts/NotificationUser.aspx?Mode=0&Id=5379.
                                Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers.
                                In view of the above, the issue stands closed.

Silver b00re6rl8m – 1 no for our director mr shekar sitaraman resident situated at no. 14, nanjunda rao road, vgp layout, injambakkam, chennai – 600041 and subsequent discussion had with your counterpart mr sharath kumar.

                                  Please find attached the invoice for reference. Mr senthil, carrying mobile: [protected] who came for installation, while open the box he found boycott bearing broken after he said not able to install better can exchange the machine.

                                  Kindly do the needful for the same on top priority since its urgent requirement.

                                    Out of 5 amount, 4 amount have been credited to a/c no.[protected] on[protected], except above amount of rs.164.05. All 5 amount have been debited through debit card. Rest 4 amount rs.141.34, rs.194.37, rs.683.71 and rs256.29. Amazon also confirmed me about refund order of rs.164.05. Please look into the matter immediately and credit the amount to above a/c mentioned above

                                      I ordered two items from amazon a few days before. I received only a single item only, but the delivery status is set as "delivered" for both the items.
                                      The customer support is not responding quite soon to address our issues.

                                      Please help to at least get refund of the undelivered item.

                                      But, I tried to contact Customer care of Amazon.
                                      Due to Grand sale going on Amazon at that time, even though I tried to contact them via Amazon App(Waited for the customer care to call me back/also sent a chat message), there was no reply
                                      I too was busy at that time. Then when i asked again, the response was simply as above.

                                      Well done, Amazon. I paid nearly Rs.300 for a product(Zephyrr Chain for Women (Blue)(JAN-645) ("Product") ) but didn't receive it. And I got my lesson with Amazon.
