I ordered pampers xl diaper pants in amazon last week, yesterday got the delivery. After the delivery i realised that i mistakenly ordered two numbers of pampers diaper pants. I want to return one of the item. Contacted customer care yesterday but ended up with no solution.

I want amazon.in to consider this as a human error and take necessary action. I din open the package.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I returned a product from amazon an they have initiated refund on 24th oct 19 which is till now not received by me amounted Rs 1171, they said that the fault is from canara banks side its being more than 15 days. i need my return please help they even gave me a reference id 741070

    I placed an order #[protected]Nokia mobile phone e63 emd nokia qwerty keyboard symbian smartphone - red).

    A defective mobile was supplied under the above order.in oct 2019

    I registered a complaint. They sent a replacement. However, the original phone was not accepted by the amazon delivery boy due to mismatch in the imei number. On further checking, i realized the invoice for the mobile number did not contain the imei number.

    Amazon has still now not resolved the issue. Not replaced the item; not refunded the amount paid (Rs 4500/-).

    The customer service of amazon is not just poor. They are highly misleading young men/women who just tell you one lie after another.

    I'm not sure whether the product is genuine or counterfeit. Going by the silence of amazon, i'm sure that there is something fishy/murky in their dealings.

      What the hell product was missing but amazon is not providing refund. and saying that your case is close from our investigation team. its not one time 3-4 time it became with me. and if you all are not providing me refund. i am going to leave amazon and my 47 friend also will quit amazon online shopping sorry bye. i am going to quit amazon. and i am regular costumer of amazon sorry to say that 48 person. we are leaving amazon and 31 person. we have amazon prime i have prove. i have not received product. now i am going to case file about that in Sp office with prove. and i will mention about phone call record with amazon team which i have in my phone.

        I had an account on amazon with this mobile number - [protected].
        One day someone got unauthorized access to my account and did a lots of payment from an unknown card without my knowledge. From that day my account has been locked.
        I think someone has access to my amazon account without my knowledge and permission.
        Even i was having money in my amazon pay account of 2700 rs/-.
        So l want my account to be reopened or they can refund my amazon pay money of 2700 rs/-.

          I ordered a packets 44 pieces of jeggings pants but I received only 2 piece. I talked many times with their customer care executives but nobody can solve my problem. I have all proof of my clear title which can prove I am not wrong. Its a fault of seller and amazon company.

          Afer this mail l tried to contact many times to amazon but they are not agree its a mistake of seller or amazon india. They told me its a human mistake. They suggested return the parcel to amazon they are ready to refund but I want my remaining 42 pieces which I not received .

            Dear sir

            A refund of 535 rupees was successfully processed on 25 sept. 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

            I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

            kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

              I had ordered a wrist watch of blue and silver color. It ws not delivered to me and still i got the message that it has been delivered to me, which is wrong and false. Please look into the matter i have not received any watch.

              Also i had ordered a duffle bag which i dont want. I have done the payment for the same. I have cancled the order but no refund i have received yet. Please look into the matter and return my money.

                I ordered my product on 1st nov. Recieved on 5th. Cost was 2, 557 rs. I was shocked to see that my product was missing only case was there. Called customer service thrice ;matter was not solved. And nw i think they blocked my call for complain. I am unable to contact them.. Very bad on there part this was not expected for this company. Very bas experience will surely alret everybody about it.. They dont care about custers as all

                I bought one T Shirt from Amazon India. Pick up boy picked the T shirt and amazon people are saying they didn't get T Shirt.
                I am feed up of complaining Amazon customer care. They just cheat customers . Please take action on them ASAP and return or replace my T shirt or my money ASAP. Amazon is a big cheater company.
                I had ordered artificial flowers. .. Two set of artificial flowers... Received only one but they marked status for both products delivered... But I only received one... I did not receive the other order but they mentioned it as they delivered it...
                Statement says amazon prime but do not recall signing up for this service. DO NOT WANT THIS. PLEASE CANCEL.A

                  As requested by you please find the below detailed information.

                  I was trying to send an email to payments team email id you provided, but email are failing to send that address. Please confirm with your payment department as well.

                  Still i have not received refund for amount 48999.00 for the cancelled order #[protected], as per amazon refund processed on[protected] with refund reference #[protected]

                  Same i have contacted hdfc bank for the refund status with refund reference number provided by amazon, they concluded that they were unable to locate this refund reference number in their system. Please find the below complaint and charge dispute case id's received from bank and also i was already forwarded bank confirmation email as well, they suggested me to contact back to amazon for refund process.

                      Since the product was defective i had applied for return and the next two days amazon failed to pick the product from me. On calling the amazon customer service agent confirmed me that amazon don't have pickup facility in my area and so he requested me to courier the product back to the seller and also promised me that the courier charges will be refunded back to me along with the product cost.

                      I have sent the product product through professional courier and the product was delivered to the seller on 13th nov and till date the product cost and the courier charges are not delivered. The customer care executives at amazon are not giving any proper replies in a professional manner. They are just giving different replies every time to just manage the situation.

                      The cost is huge and i’m not getting the refund on time.

                      I have not got any response from amazon customer care about the refund till date
                      A refund has been made by amazon on 11th November 2clothes regarding a product which I've buying from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. I had talked with amazon customer care, they told ask with bank.So i need a file a "Charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                        I didn't remembered the password when today i
                        Try to login after around 1month to buy something in urgency
                        After clicking on forgot password, the new page asked me to mention email-id or mobile no. To get otp. After filling in the correct otp that i got on my phone and email id the page asked me for my debit card expiry date.
                        (Please explain how can u ask for any detail about my debit card for logging in)

                        There are no websites with such a ridiculous interface to check the authenticity of the client.
                        With today's technology it's very easy to change password anytime.
                        One just need to have access to his/her registered email id and mobile no.
                        Even a banking facility don't ask questions like u ask for unlocking the account.

                        Since i had lost my debit card, i didn't know the expiry date.
                        So i called your customer care representative who asked me the following details

                        Are you calling from the registered mobile no. (Yes)

                        Then he transfer the call to other representative who asked me the same details again to verify me.
                        Even after answering all these question correctly, she asked some details from me which no one can remember.
                        She asked me the following details
                        Is there any amount in your amazon account (Yes but i didn't remeber)
                        What had u purchased last time (Some t shirts and jeans)
                        Then she asked me to tell her the exact details of the purchase and balance amount in your account

                        Now how is it possible for a human to remeber all this for 1-2 months
                        Isn't it too much to verify if i am the right person
                        She could have asked for the otp sent to my email id or mobile no. She can even sent me the link at my email id to unlock the account.
                        Isn't it enough to verify, if i can access the email id and registered mobile number. With the access of these two, anyone can change any password easily. But u r asking the details about my last purchase that i had months back.

                        It's not about account security it's about wasting my 1 hour time just because of your old school technology and interface.
                        Now to unlock all 3 accounts, i need to waste 1-2 hrs. Talking to your representative and then writing such long emails

                        Please help me logging in as soon as possible and try to upgrade your interface so that u don't ask such irrelevant questions to the customer and waste their time.

                          Hello sir i am debasis senapati and i am from odisha. I was order a generic home gym combo 20 kg on 23 september 2019 from amazon and it will be delivered between 26 october to 11 november. I was just waiting 2 months for this product, i was calling 10 times to amazon to know abot this product, but they always tell me plese trust amazon the product was delivered as sooon as possible. But in 19/11/19 they cancelled my product. I hate amazons fraudlent activity. They mentally harashing me. When i call after 2 min they dissconnect my call. I want my product not money.                               During Diwali festival, I bought a front loader Bosch washing machine. It has been 1.5 month since I placed my order of washing machine as a gift to my mother on Diwali but I have yet to receive that washing machine. However, height of problem is that, instead of delivering the product on promised delivery time they asked me to wait for another 5 more weeks (21st December) to get further update on product delivery status. In nutshell, as per last amazon response they can't give me specific date regarding when will I receive my product or can deliver my product as per their promise. I mean, how can it take 3 months to receive a simple washing machine which is already available on the amazon right at this moment? I have made at-least several dozens of calls to Amazon executive, and they promised me (kept lying) that they will resolve my issue and I will get my product in stipulated time (which has already changed 3 times). But, here I am, still waiting for it.But it seems, they are keep delaying my issue and wants to cancel my order to get rid of me.

                              In one call, when I requested an executive to connect me to their supervisor, they said, "**No point in trying to reach to superior for higher escalations. You are wasting your time. These lines were said to me by Amazon Customer care. My personal suggestion is to cancel the order from us and get it from somewhere else if you want to have peace of mind."**
                              What do I do now? I am clueless, helpless and aghast.

                              **However, **I am determined to receive my promised product at any cost, I will do and seek appropriate way to receive justice. sometimes, I feel cheated and defeated as amazon have starting to give blind eye to my grievances like I meant nothing but just a fool on the other side.

                              By the way, when I am writing this complain, still there is no confirmation from Amazon that when will I receive my product? I just don’t know how to address this harassment anymore, so I am lodging this complain to find some appropriate resolution. My sincere request to you, please provide my product as it was promised even if you couldn't deliver on time.

                              **The chronological entire event diary**
                              I bought a Bosch washing machine - **order number - #XXXX-XXX-XXX on 14th October **which was delivered to me on 16th October. Then, I received an email confirming the installation within next 72 hours (refer to image no-1) so I waited for 72 hours but nobody turn-up or contacted me from Amazon or Bosch.
                              Then, I made a call to amazon customer care to know the status of my installation service. They asked me to wait for another 48 hours which I did but again nobody turned up.
                              Then, they asked me to contact Bosch customer care which I did but didn’t get response from there as well.
                              I kept calling amazon and Bosch. Amazon always used **delaying tactics** by asking me to wait for 48 hours first then 72 hours next but installation didn’t happen. But, to my surprise after dozens of calls from my side, finally bosch responded and send their engineer.

                              Bosch service engineer came on** 24 October** but when we opened the box, the door knob was broken so he refused to repair or install it as it was ordered from Amazon. I updated this issue to amazon on the same day, they asked me to send the picture of the damaged machine and asked me to wait for another 6 hours which I obliged (refer to image-2 and 3). But, again, nobody contacted me, and nothing happened.

                              Again, I called them up on **25th October** and they asked me to send them an email attaching picture. I told them about yesterday’s email, but they insisted to send me a new email, so I did (refer to image-4 and 5). Again, I received the automated response asking me to wait for 6 hours and they will get in touch with me. Nobody did. Since it was almost a Diwali festivity, I chose to rest the matter for few days thinking as a professional organization, they will do the needful.

                              But to my constant disappointment, they continued to ignore the service they falsely promised me, not once or twice but several times. Finally, I said, I don’t want this machine and asked them to return my money but they requested me for replacement of the machine and promised me on the phone that I will be able to receive a replaced product on the same day as the day they are going to collect a damaged product. However, when they came on **30th October** to collect the machine, they said they will collect the machine only today and will deliver to you on the same day. It didn’t happen.

                              Again, I waited for few more days and then, tried to contact them on **4th November** but didn’t get any assurance regarding the delivery of my replacement. Then, they updated on the web that my product is scheduled to arrive on **8th November** between 8am to 5pm (refer to image 6). So, I eagerly waited till that time but to my disappointment again, I didn’t receive anything.

                              When I again spoke to them and asked why I didn’t receive my product on 8th November, they said, they are still not sure about the delivery date of the product and asked me to wait till 19th November for further update. On **18th November**, I called them up for the status of the update they said, wait till **19th November**. Then, I called them up on 19th so they gave me a new date of **21st December**.

                              Along all this while, I expressed my experience and wrote a review to amazon, but they didn’t publish that review either (refer to image 7).

                              It has been 6 weeks since I placed my order for the first time and they asked me to wait for another 5 more weeks to receive an update on the status of the product. How long am I suppose to keep waiting for it? I just don’t know how to address this harassment anymore, so I am lodging this complain to find some appropriate resolution. My sincere request to all, please give my product as it was promised.

                                  Still waiting for cashback of rs. 1000/- in amazon pay account where as 1 year extended warrenty received by twitting more than 5 time, extended warrenty received as per deal form 8pm to 12pm

                                  I already forwarded screenshots for your ready reference as well as you also check telecommunications had before booked the product in that all scenario get cleared

                                  Hope you understand this and take necessary steps and confirm me the same

                                    Iam booked a order pedigree pro in august
                                    They are still trying to delivery the order
                                    Every week the delivery estimation date changing
                                    Then i cancel the order and i want my money back
                                    I called them more than 2 times a week. Amazon customer care said to me they are refund initiated but money was stuck in bank. I contact the bank, there is no initiated my money. Then i call the amazon customer care but calls was disconnected automatically. What should i do
                                    Iam a normal ordinary customer

                                      Miss labani mitra, my niece by relation, had bought a lenovo k6 note mobile handset from you 23rd may, 2019. But, all of a sudden, the said mobile, had gone out of order in the last week of august, 2019. As a result, the said set had been taken to its authorised service centre, q digi service limited, kolkata-700072 on the 2nd september, 2019 as it was, she thought, well within the warranty period. But, surprisingly, the said authorised service centre informed her that the said mobile set was not a brand new handset, rather it was a used set. Hence, it did not cover under any warranty service. Secondly, they also brought to her attention that the said warranty document which had been provided by your company and so did she produce before them did not carry the name of the buyer. However, at her own cost she had the mobile repaired at the said centre. Thereafter, she began to use the said handset. But, unfortunately, the said set once again had gone out of order.

                                      She, however, contacted the department concerned with this complaint but they turned down her complaint and refused to return the said mobile handset.

                                        Address: 65, Baikunthdham colony,behind anand bazaar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, 452001

                                        We ordered an item which we booked around mid october and the delivery date mentioned was 11th november. Although the product was not received and amazon did sent us prior intimation regarding the products late delivery date and related information but now after the said date when we checked our account the product cannot be even seen in our orders list, neither we received any refund. Kindly guide us.
